We love Billings Best Blinds and Shutters. James has installed blinds in almost every room in our home over the years including our French door to our patio. He listened to what we wanted, showed us the products he felt would work best, and helped us to make the best decision for our needs. He is meticulous, super professional and very personable. We had a blind in a bathroom which we bought years ago from someone else (before we knew James) which quit working. I called James thinking it would need to be replaced. Nope—James was able to fix it in a few minutes. We never worry that new blinds will be recommended if they can be repaired. If you need blinds of any kind, James at Billings Best Blinds is your guy!

James is a true blue guy for sure.... He is a friend of mine that really knows how to treat people right and take care of customers at very high standpoint viewpoint. James is very knowledgeable and always gets things done the correct way. Also, I don't really know anybody in modern day 2021 that goes out of their way to finish things up on a Sunday.... I have had James do my home with blinds and my folks were so impressed that they have resorted to having him order and install blinds for them too. Bottom line, the experience with Billings Best Blinds is the best in more ways than just one..! If you want the best product, and don't want to have to plan on taking out a loan to pay someone an overall extravagant price.... James is your man! He will take care of your customer service needs to the fullest extent and won't let you down in the happening. I recommend Billings Best Blinds to everyone who needs blinds of any kind.

Using Billings Best Blinds has been the best decision we have made since moving into our new home. James came to our house and discussed our options and prices. (Pricing was excellent). He gave us a time-line for installation and was exactly on time - approximately 3 weeks. The blinds were installed - he showed us how to use the remotes and also how to program the application so we could program our own schedule for the blinds to open and close on our phone. First thought I had was to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. I didn’t find anyone that was that knowledgeable and all the stuff seemed cheap. I called Billings Best Blinds and James picked up right away. The others didn’t pick up their phone. Then i was texted when my blinds left. The other places were 4-6 weeks out. We only waited 2 weeks. Also, the products are made in the USA. They are higher quality and we got a good deal the first time right off. We didn’t have to use a coupon or promotion. It was just the good guy price from the start. We got our shades a few years ago. One of the mechanisms had a problem. All I did was text James and he was able to come over within a few days. He showed back up to fix them about a week later with new parts. I asked how much I owed several times and he just said no charge and it’s under warranty. That’s why you got the nice stuff. I highly recommend James. He is a meticulous install job and made sure everything was just right. He even came in the evening time since we have busy work schedules. Very happy here he showed up to fix his shade. Plus the texting was great. Thanks, we love our shades and they are made in the USA.

We had 2 cordless Bali blinds that stopped working and James came out and looked at them He was friendly and very professional. He couldn't repair them so, he personally called Bsli and got them warranties. Even though they weren't under warranty any more. He did everything from shipping them out to setting us up with temporary blinds. I wouldn't go anywhere else for blind repair or for buying new blinds. Nice to see there are people who will go the extra mile to help you and not just use it as an opportunity to make a sale.

WOW! I had no idea businesses like this existed anymore...run by someone who is passionate about his craft, honest, and goes above and beyond every step of the way. Oh, and the prices were great as well! James was an absolute delight. You can tell he takes real pride in his business and is committed to making each buying/installation process the best possible. My first impression as he came to my newly built home was of his enthusiasm. And he was so patient with my questions. Second, he recommended I wait to order blackout shades for my bedrooms as his distributor was coming out with new color selections. My only hesitation was privacy for my empty windows in the meantime and he was so wonderful about offering to install temporary blinds. He kept me posted and as soon as the new book with the new colors was available, he was at my home the next day! In the meantime, he installed my living room and dining room blinds, these super cool new "concept" ones called transition blinds (I think), and they are the coolest ever!! You can close them, or you can open them halfway and still have privacy while allowing some light in, or you can open them all the way. He took such care in considering where the cords should be installed (he and I discussed that my windows were too tall for cordless, but he offered great suggestions), and even the little details like how to install them the most solidly on my back door with it's little magnet mount to hold the bottom in place. He really does have so much experience that he suggestions and attention to detail are spot on and so appreciated. I love that he stands behind his work and his products, and I know that he would not hesitate should I ever call with an issue or concern. I recommend him to everyone.

I wanted to share because James did a great job. Not knowing what to get for my home, James explained all the different options with my wife and I. We ended up with some roller shades. There is a room darkening shade in the back of the window opening and a light filtering shade in the front. He took his time and perfectly adjusted each shade. Some of the windows were not square and he took the shades down and put them up until they were as square in the windows as possible. Billings Best Blinds went above and beyond to make sure it was right. A better job then I ever could have ever done. All of their stuff is made in America and that’s tops. We wanted something of quality. Thanks for all of the hard work. We love our shades.

I would not recommend anyone else in town. James came out at 6pm, when he could be spending that evening with his family and did an incredible job repairing by blinds when everyone else in town said they were not repairable. Not only did he repair my blinds, he also showed me how to do it myself for next time around, had additional spare parts for my blinds that were over 12 years old and called the manufacturer on the spot to send me additional spare parts for future repairs. This guys is not a salesman just trying to sell you more unnecessary blinds when yours can be repaired. He is a true professional.
