What an awesome result! These windows turned out better than we expected! Do you see the pond? We could hear the pond in our den and our bedroom. You can stand right by the window and not hear it! I no longer hear the planes, the highway (which is 1 mile away), my neighbor leaving for work, and the AC unit is so muted I don’t notice. I am beyond happy! The installers were so kind and considerate and the finished product looks amazing! We wish we would have done this years ago! Thanks Storm Tight! You are everything you said you would be!

David’s crew did a fantastic job installing the 17 superior quality windows. They took meticulous measures to prevent anything from getting dirty and cleaned up before leaving each day. Installation took less than 2 days, a great turn around with great results. His crew was friendly and professional. We spent a little more than we expected but the warranty and energy savings will be worth it.

Replaced all 17, (38 yr old windows) with the best Hurricane window on the market. Rated to withstand 180 mile an hour winds. (SE TX. close to the Gulf) Excellent Product, Excellent Installation Crew, Cannot see inside the House during daytime with blinds open, reflects like a mirror from the outside. Certified and Registered with TX Windstorm for Insurance, "Lifetime" warranty on everything, to include condensation on interior windows. One minor factory defect on 1/2 of 1 double pane window. Called, our Service Representative, "Axle" came out, took the information, ordered new 1/2 window, and replaced once it came in. Every person we dealt with from Storm-Tight Windows were Courteous and Professional. Would highly recommend. Please excuse the dirty siding & my photography, both need a clean-up job badly. We had the remaining 6 windows in our house replaced and decided to go with Storm Tight Windows of Texas to have them replaced. We had the first 6 windows replaced a couple of years ago and we had Precision Siding and Construction replace them but not even 5 months after having them installed by precision one of the windows cracks from corner to corner. So I called the vice president Scott and informed him of what had happen he seemed like it was a common thing and assured me he was going to order a new window and when it came in he would have a crew come out and replace it. Well here it has been just over a year and my window is still cracked and I can't get anyone from Precision Siding and Construction to even return my email, call, or text message. But the crew of David, Joe, and Eric give me a weeks notice about coming to do the install. They arrived right at the time David had given me a week earlier and from the time the guys got out of the truck till the time they climbed back in the truck showed nothing less then professionalism and curtousy. They were very clean and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would recommend this crew to all of my family and friends and even my own customer that come into my Welding and Fabrication shop. Great job guys I appreciate your hard work and help may God Bless each one of you.

We chose this company because of the warranty coverage and the strength of the windows; we had windows installed in our old home and they cannot compare to the quality of these windows. They are expensive, and they can drive a hard sell, but if they stand by their product I believe it is well worth it! The installation team was great, they were friendly and helpful with showing us how to take the windows and screens out for cleaning. When they left, they had everything cleaned up; no residue from cutting caulking, or anything. Definitely a professional job, and we would recommend!

Our house was built in '86 and we had single pane windows. During the heat of the day in the summer no matter what we had our thermostat set on it would get up to almost 78 inside. We had looked into Windows by Anderson and knew they were good quality but they're just SO expensive. We had Storm Tight come out for a demonstration and for the good quality and all it was a great price. They installed them a couple weeks ago and even though we still have an older house and poor insulation it now keeps it very comfortable mid day and within 2 degrees of where we have the temperature set! They're nice quality windows and the guys that came out to install them did a great job!

The entire process from the beginning to the end with this company was simple and fast. The service was amazing. The two gentlemen who install the windows Michael and John did an excellent job. They were on time, explain everything in detail of how the installing would go. They also worked fairly fast while still maintaining excellent service. All the people that I have had contact with have been very Professional, and have been able to answer any questions that I have had. The original sales person that came to my home was able to demonstrate to me why the windows would be very beneficial for my home. He was very upfront and honest with me. I was contacted by Dave, foreman of the installation crew, to set up a date for installation of my windows. Dave called me the day before the installation was scheduled due to the rainy weather that we had been having in my area. We agreed that the crew would arrive the next morning and install the windows in my house. The crew showed up the next morning and went right to work. We are so excited about our new windows. We can already tell a difference in the temperature in the house. The crew that installed our windows were awesome, they worked like a well oiled machine. They were very courteous and answered all our questions. They were careful not to let any broken glass get on our floors. They kept the floors clean while removing all the old glass and framing. I spoke with Jeff (the red Mustang guy) and this is a great company to choose for your windows. They took excellent care of us and we cannot be more excited to get windows from such a professional company. David and his crew did an amazing job on our windows! Besides the price being what it is (you get what you pay for i wish it was cheaper, but again you pay for quality) i loved how Rudy the install came in and literally tackled the installation. they came in quick and got the job done quick and efficiently. its like wow i didn't know you could install windows that fast. he even saw one of the windows was messed up and made sure that he called it in. the installation alone speaks for the company. GREAT JOB!!!

David and his crew(Eric and Joe)were very efficient and professional. They did an excellent job installing 32 windows over 3 days, and now the house looks gorgeous. They cleaned up after each day's work. We threw away the old window coverings( aluminum blinds) because it detracts from the beauty of the windows and the view outside. The windows were tinted and one can barely see from the outside looking in, but everything was done to our satisfaction. My wife was impressed and loves the new windows(she is very hard to impress). We also got the windows for a price comparable to the lesser quality Home Depot windows( we happen to get a quote fro home depot beforehand). Although the salesman was very pushy and did not want to leave, now I am glad that he didn't give up.

The salesman was knowledgeable and well-spoken. He took his time (bordering on too much time, perhaps, but we asked a TON of questions) and explained everything. It took a while to for the windows to be custom built, but we knew ahead of time that would be the case. Our windows were installed today and the installation team did a fantastic job. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the my left my house. There was occasional dust, but they used drop cloths and cleaned up all the glass both inside and out. It was far cleaner than I had anticipated! The installation team was kind and considerate, consistently addressing me as Ma’am and providing information about the requisite windstorm inspection. After they left, my husband found some bricks loose around our kitchen window. We haven’t had a chance to see what can be done about those yet. I will provide an update. ***UPDATE*** The morning after I posted this review, I was contacted by the company. They sent a technician over that day to repair the loose brick. He checked all the other windows in the home and even sealed around a couple windows that had not been installed by Storm Tight. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the service we have received from this company!

I got windows installed in two sessions. I wanted to make sure that i would like them, so i did the back of the house first. Installers were great, very respectful, attentive, and professional. I did have an issue with the caulking due to rain that evening. When I contacted the service department i got the runaround for about a week. Luckily i was able to speak to a manager that got me in contact with Steve. Steve handle the situation immediately and had guys at my house two days later to fix the problem. Since i was happy with the first install he set me up to complete the front of the house. Due to the issue I previously had he expedited my order and had my windows installed within 4 weeks. Storm Tight did a great job installing our windows & doors. We were very pleased with the quality of installation. The team did a great job, and we felt very comfortable with them. The windows & doors are excellent. We are grateful for the safety these windows & doors bring to our family. Please note, we were not aware of the general clean up that is need after windows/doors are installed. The team did a very good job of cleaning up as much as they could, but dust, glass and minor debris goes everywhere. I believe this is normal for any window removal and installation. Be prepared to dust, sweep and vacuum once installation is complete. We recommend using Storm Tight Windows of Texas.

Great service from the start. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answsered all our questions. When the sales rep hammered a nail into board with the glass they use was what had me sold on these windows. Once the windows were done and ready to be installed, they are each custom made for your homes windows, the installation team arrived right when they said they would. The team was very friendly and respectable. They worked quickly and around my crazy 2 year old when she escaped my grasp. Once they were all done, they cleaned up really well and also gave us a refresher on how to take the widows out. Overall it was a great experience from the sales pitch to after the installation.

A great job and great window from Storm Tight. To be completely honest, I’ll start by saying that Storm Tight’s windows are NOT cheap. We initially could not afford them, but they worked with us to bring the windows into a range we could work with. The windows are amazing. Excellent quality, and give me and my family a lot of confidence come the next big storm. David, Eric, and Joe installed the windows. They did a great job. It was a rainy day, but they did their best to push through. They works fast, efficiently, and responded quickly to my nit picky requests at the end of the install. Overall, cleanup was good. I loved my first windows so much that I had to replace the remainder of my windows as well with wouldn't even consider using anyone other than Storm Tight Windows! Marty came out again to get the process going and give me an offer I couldn't refuse. Then, Jason worked with me to get a GREAT financing program option. Next, Steve came out again to double check the measurements and make sure we were on the same page for everything. Finally, Rudy and his helper came to do the install and did a TERRIFIC job. Throughout all phases of my 2nd installation the people were extremely polite and professional. And the finished product is AWESOME! Thanks again Storm Tight, you ROCK!!! Original review - I am very impressed with the Storm Tight Windows company, from the sales rep that shocked me with hammering in a 10 penny nail with a piece of the glass that was going to be installed in my windows, to the project manager that helped my husband level out our French doors where custom sized windows would be installed on each side, to the installation crew who worked in the rain to get my windows in so I wouldn’t have to wait an additional week for my installation. The company staff were polite, courteous, extremely competent, and professional. We have had good experiences with our Storm Tight Windows. Our home was built 1964-1966 and had few energy saving features. We had a lot of air coming in through our window openings. Our new windows have made a big difference in our indoor air keeping warm or cool in season. The installation was good, fast and clean. The workers were thoughtful, polite, hard workers, and cleaned up after themselves. We purchased the hurricane quality glass and hope that we never have to test it. At first we were surprised at how thick the edges of the windows are, so there is less open space to look through. We also decided to paint them to blend in with the brick and siding on our house a little better. Happy Customers.

I love my new Storm Tight Windows! They are incredible! I was amazed at the immediate difference it made in the noise level inside the house. Before I had the windows put in, I could tell a difference in temperature in the afternoons between the upstairs and downstairs. The first day after my windows were installed, I walked upstairs and couldn't tell a difference in temperature at all, even though it was almost 90 degrees outside! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The installation crew arrived right on time and worked very quickly. They had my windows installed before lunch! We had the windows installed 2 weeks ago and we simply love them. They give our house such an open feeling. Everything is so much clearer and brighter and I no longer worry about severe storms. We love the fact that they come with a lifetime warranty for the window glass, frame and screens. When we noticed a tiny cut or tear in one of the screens, we called and they immediately sent out Axle to replace that screen. He was fast and efficient. He was also incredibly polite and happy as he completed the job.

Overall a great experience. Love my windows and they are quick to fix anything that you don’t like. The only negative I have is we had to set up a service call the day our windows were installed because my husband noticed the windows weren’t sealed correctly. They were quick to have the guy come out and fix it.

Only complaint was that they did not have the correct size screws and inspector made them have to come back and put in correct size. This was only on 2 windows on our Bay Windows. Our Sales Rep. Sean, gave a great demonstration of the windows. What sold us was the quietness of the windows. Sean placed a cell phone on the floor playing loud music and placed a window on top of it. I couldn't hear the music. Steve came an measured the windows to verify the size. I went through the appointment for a quotation, and yes it was long, but so was the one I got from two other companies. They all seem to spend time on trying to hard sell. We were impressed enough that we purchased windows for our upstairs area that gets the most sun. Yes they were about $500 more than the Home Depot quote, but, we get Storm certified windows guaranteed up to 180 mile an hour winds, as well as the most incredible heat barrier I have ever felt from a window. Day 1 after the installation performed by Storm Tight and not a 3rd party contractor. like the other two companies were going to do, I noticed a HUGE difference in the heat in our upstairs area. The difference in how cool our upstairs area was on the Stormtight window side compared to the other side of the house, was incredible. Yes we only replaced two of the larger windows, but we wanted to do a bit at a time to keep it more affordable. (We were going to do this with any company we went with). OUr A/C upstairs which is set at 80 during the day, was not running the whole day due to the ability of those larger windows to keep the heat outside. When I opened the window it was hot to the touch on the outside, I could barely put my hand on it, and the inside window was cool. What a huge difference. My children also said that they hear no outside noise at night anymore either. We are terribly impressed with these windows, and plan on replacing the others when we get the budget. I know the sale talk is long, but they have a great product, and quite seriously the other two companies took just as long to talk to me, and I was not as impressed. You have to see the demo, the guy parked his car on a window and it didn't break. No I was not paid for this review, we just had three windows installed and they have made that much of a difference in the rooms they are in.

Windows look great but i haven't seen the drop in electric bill like they promised. They said a 50% drop in utility bill. it's more like 10%. They installed them pretty quickly and did a good job except for one window. I have one window in my bathroom that wasn't sealed properly. Everytime i sit on the toilet, I can feel a cool or warm breeze, depending on the weather. I have yet to inform them but I hope once I do, they will correct the issue promptly.

The installation went better than I expected. Talking with the construction crew, window changeout/installations were all they do. You could tell. They had all the windows in the house changed out in one day. I was concerned about possible damage to the brick, but they do their work from inside the house eliminating that risk. When finished, they cleaned up their work areas. I've already been thru one freeze and the windows, so far don't sweat like the old metal frame windows. Hopefully this is going to eliminate mold and mildew problems I've had before. An insurance inspector came by latter and checked every window. There were specific things he was looking for. It all checked out good. I should have done this a long time ago.

Beautiful doors and outstanding follow up service a year later with absolutely no charge! Adore my new front and back doors but the front developed an issue with the locking mechanism. The tech (whose name I should have gotten) came, diagnosed the problem and came up with a way to repair it without making me change the keys at all. He came today for the completion with the new parts and worked with the lock and with me using the key/lock, etc. until we were both certain the replaced locking mechanism and key were working in perfect harmony. A huge relief as the previous mechanism had been too hard to turn the key without using a great deal of force. Best of all, no cost and outstanding customer centric service.

I was skeptical and yes, windstorm rated windows are expensive. I spent some time looking up windows and installation and minimum storm rated windows are $700 - $1000 just for the windows. I was told 6 - 8 weeks most likely for fabrication and took 4. Installation of 4 windows was less than 2 hours, including cleanup and explaining again how to open, remove, etc. A lot less outside noise than there used to be.

They showed up a little bit after the appointment time. But they got right to work when they showed up, they kept the inside of the house cleaned. Once they were done they cleaned up the outside of the house. The windows look good and they were done within in 3 hours.
