Juan and his crew were very professional and courteous. Hopefully you have or can find more subcontractors like Juan. I was very lucky to have them at my home to ensure the windows were installed correctly and worked together w my contractor. I had an emergency and had to leave right away and when I came back the two windows were installed, and they were cleaning up as I was pulling back in. (someone was home while I was gone)

I would definitely recommend Renewal by Anderson. We had a great experience with them and our windows look 100% better. Michael Woolwine promptly met with us, explained our options and got us set up. Kim Schiller did a great job scheduling our installation and making sure we got everything we were guaranteed under the contract. Craig Graves did a great job measuring and was very professional. Mario and his crew worked 12 hour days and replaced all of our windows in 2 days. He and his crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning up.

Great experience start to finish. Took the time to educate me about the quality and composition of the windows (being in real estate - I already know the value for resale!!). Then to the installation - great communication, they took their time to make sure all done properly. Started and finished in the scheduled time - and even called twice after to make sure all was good with windows! Has been the talk of the neighborhood! Electric bill has dropped, and it is soooo much quieter in my home! Cannot recommend them enough!!

We had 6 windows replaced., one set of three made up a bay window. The crew also had to cut and replace all the inside trim. The windows are very nice and the installers did an excellent job of the installation and the trim work. We did have a tile in the bathroom that somehow got broken. When our Anderson rep was notified they immediately took ownership and made arrangements for repair.. all done professionally. We just placed our second order for 6 more windows.

We were very pleased with the entire process of having several windows replaced, and a sliding glass door installed in place of a window. Tony, Matthew, and Vincent from Renewal By Andersen, were very professional, respectful, and did their work beyond our expectations. Every detail was exceptional. Edwin and his helper did an amazing job of painting the interior wall and woodwork around the sliding door. They even patched and painted around some electrical work which had to be moved due to this project. Julio and Edgar from JQ Brick did a superb job of matching our brick as they repaired what had to be cut out in order to install the sliding door. All in all, this project exceeded our expectations. Each crew that came to our home cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and hauled off any debris that was created. We would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone considering having their windows replaced.

Renewal is a little expensive, but you can not find quality today without spending a little extra. The windows are beautiful and strong like no other we have seen or looked into. It does not matter what direction your window faces it will stand up to the weather for a long time and they are so easy to clean and use. The locks and hardware are high quality and very durable.

I was extremely pleased with the beginning (design consultation) to end (installation, clean up, final installed product) level of attentiveness and customer service. I don’t think there was a single Anderson contact who was anything but wholly engaged in making the experience right. James, the design consultant was a level above professional and knowledgeable. Shamika (sorry if I butchered that!) in customer care was super (but not overly) communicative she was totally on top of setting and advising on the process and expectations. Shawn C our installer was prompt with excellent installation knowledge and skills. He knocked that process out of the park! Finally, I truly like the product but I really loved the concierge-like treatment of the staff. Not to close with a negative though ya’ll need to work on the processes around this survey … everything else was a 10. I’d give this a 1. There are better less intrusive ways to get this done.

The great freeze in the Houston area happened right after my windows were installed. While I lost power, the gas fireplace and those windows saved my bacon! This past summer my air conditioner died and it took several days to fix it. The indoor temp never got above 80…in the blistering heat we had. Again, I credit those windows! *** Update: After this post the salesmen reached out to us again and discussed problems. He agreed to discuss it with his managers at his next meeting. We have yet to hear from him. We are paying someone else to clean up their mess. Gorgeous, energy efficient windows, unbelievably disappointing service. The salesmen that came out was very through and knowledgeable about the windows and the installation process. Unfortunately we were not assigned or serviced by a concierge as was promised. The information was sent to our HOA as was instructed from there we had to call to let them know we were approved and to make a schedule for installation ourselves. The windows themselves are absolutely gorgeous and they should be for the high cost. The installation was completed, but around the windows and window cills the caulk is very messy and we were promised months ago now that someone would come caulk and touch up the paint that was fresh from a $135,000.00 renovation that we just completed 8 months before the windows were installed. Please see photos. In summary; great windows/terrible service.

I highly recommend Andersen Windows!!! The windows give my house a modern look as well as add to the general appearance. I cannot think of a time where my house has looked better. The windows are very efficient and add so much value to your home. These windows are easily seen out but hard to see in and I love it. There is no glare or harsh sun light which does not make our house hot in the summer time which does not run up our electric bill. I love natural light and these are perfect foe keeping our blinds up and bills down. They were all very nice, professional and worked so hard. I can not stress how great this company is. If you are considering getting your windows done by them, pull the trigger and do it!! I guarantee you will not regret it!! Also another shout out to the installment team. They all made the experience easy and pleasant from beginning to end.

I have a 1950s house with the original metal casement windows and I knew I needed a company that had craftsmanship to be able to replace some of my unusual corner windows. From the designer, Lisa and her expert explanations to the install crew who had to work to get my crazy windows fitted, I have been very pleased! My favorite part are the screens that you literally cannot see- because the wires are so fine. Now I can open my windows and enjoy the breeze! Look for the specials they have and you can save some cost but they are totally worth the price.

They were professional, swift and did a great job cleaning up after installation BUT I believe I was oversold. I wanted quality windows and was hoping to block noise and get a tight seal to block cold, heat and wind. Instead the noise (trains, construction, wind, etc.) seems louder and I can feel the wind coming in where the windows lock. Several times checked to make sure I didn't leave a window open. All this for some super expensive windows! Not worth the price!!!

While Andersen windows are not inexpensive -- the quality and most of all the service is outstanding. Anthony and his crew of installers were detailed oriented, every step of the process, ensuring optimal installation of the windows, even while it rained! Most surprisingly, they also cleaned their work area in the dark following a long installation day. Kim our project manager was also friendly throughout our interactions during the project. I've used other window vendors, which sell their quality and service -- unfortunately for them, they fall short of this promise. Invest the money with Andersen, it will be worth every penny.

Absolutely the smoothest, most professional contractor installation project I've ever had performed in my house. The fit, finish, and attention to detail on the replacement windows, as well as the care for existing surfaces and shrubs and the project cleanup were all perfect. They answered all questions and addressed all concerns professionally and completely. The installation crew even noticed a bit of inside trim / caulking work that needed to be done on a previous Andersen window installation, and they performed that work professionally at no additional cost. Andersen sent two very experienced crews to speed-up the installation, which was delayed several days because of rain. The crews were friendly and did a first class job. The installation match adjacent windows installed five years ago. They matched the first installation perfectly. Their quality control inspector accompanied the crews to insure quality was up to par. We had to leave for dinner the night of the installation day and they finished, moved the furniture back in place and cleaned -up and locked the doors. Excellent job.

Our window installer was punctual, courteous, and efficient. When he discovered that one window had been incorrectly measured, he called in to the main office to reorder that window right away. The rest of the windows were installed without issue and our house was left as the installer had found it. Later, when the re-ordered window was ready, the same installer returned to do the work, completing the job in about an hour. We are most satisfied with our decision to buy Renewal by Andersen windows, having seen a reduction in our electric bill in just one month.

We replaced our two standard kitchen windows with a large picture window by Andersen, and we are thrilled with the results. The new window provides an unobstructed view of our yard, our fountain, and the birds that come to visit us every day. It also, surprisingly, dramatically improves the light coming into our home without the heat that you would expect from a west-facing window. The crew that installed our window was very professional and knowledgeable. They were careful to protect our flooring and appliances and even used tape around the window opening to avoid damage to the paint. On the outside of the window, they had to work around an installed fountain surrounded by small, loose rocks! Yikes. Rene and his crew Julio and Eric did an amazing job. The installation is flawless. We also want to mention Chad, our salesman. He was wonderful! Perfect. He carefully and thoroughly explained your product, answering all of our questions, but he exerted absolutely no pressure on us to purchase the window. He took his time. He was very patient and knowledgeable and is an outstanding ambassador for your product. Originally, we had no plans to replace any of our windows except the ones in the breakfast area of our kitchen, because we already have solar screens on every window. However, after seeing the dramatic difference that your window has made in the amount of light, we are now considering replacing additional windows. When we do, we hope to work with Chad and Rene again. Good work, guys!

Have not had one issue with our windows which were installed May 24, 2017. Chris was very meticulous and made sure that all work was completed on each window as I watched as he inspected each window with his guys. The installers worked well together and were very polite and courteous. There is such a clean look that I haven't yet looked into window coverings. The double pane prevents the room from heating up. My only negative comment would be; I wish I had seen the windows in person and realized how large the frame and sashes would be. The three windows adjoining each other reduce the actual glass by a significant amount. I think I would have considered the extra expense of putting in French doors or something similar.

I have enjoyed my windows for several years now. They are beautiful and the installers did a great job when we had them placed. I am, however, very displeased with the repair service. Our lawn guys accidentally sent a rock through one of our windows, making a huge hole in both of the window panes and also the screen. It has taken FOREVER to try to get this window replaced and it has dragged on for months now. I pay for the parts, Anderson says they will order them and call me when they come in, and then no one calls me. I have to keep calling them. This happened in May and I am STILL dealing with it! They finally put in the new window, but failed to order the screen. After paying an additional $180.00 for the screen, they said they would order it and once again never called me back. They also did not stain the new window, so it does not match. So I have been waiting for the “stain guy” to come out to do that. Like I said, the windows are beautiful, but just hope you never need repairs. It is like pulling TEETH to get them to fix them!😳

For this product, it is true, you get what you pay for. We were so pleased with our kitchen window and new front door. The quality is obvious and the window with the 'invisible screen' is so enjoyable. Since it's our kitchen window it offers a clear view into our back yard and there is no comparison to the old screen. As well, I cannot feel a draft when standing at the sink. The crank to open the window is also very nice VS the old fashion slide up that further obstructed the view, this solves the issue. The door feels solid and we love the look. The salesman that came to help us pick our items explained the difference in quality, in detail and also helped us choose our door. We were thinking about different color and he used an app on his tablet to take a photo of our exterior entry and then show us the style and color and it really helped us make a decision and we did not end up going with the color we originall thought we wanted. So design flaw averted, it was a very helpful tool. I hope to budget in replacing additional windows in our home, as the energy savings will help offset the cost (we have very old aluminum windows in the back and we can really feel the difference in drafts)

From start to finish seven old windows were removed and new windows were installed in a little over 6 hours. The installers were thoughtful and considerate with our questions. All inside work was quickly cleaned up and they wore booties to keep dirt off the carpet and floors. During the time the windows had been removed,the opening were quickly sealed up with plastic to prevent any dirt,dust and heat from entering the house. Before leaving we did a walk through of the completed work. They told me a painter would return the next day to replant the trim with a matching color of our original trim. The next day the painter returned took a sample of the house paint, took it to a local paint store to have them color match the paint. After he returned and painted the trim it was almost impossible to tell the old paint from the new paint. Overall I would rate them @ 4.5 stars. The only improvement to the work that was done, is to have them be more careful with the shrubs, bushes and trees. Several branches and limbs were broke, I would recommend a tarp and cords be used to protect the limbs to prevent damage.

The installation crew, Maurice, Robert and Robert's apprentice, were congenial and competent. They installed my windows without a nick or a scratch to any of my painted walls, window sills, or outside trim. They really seemed to enjoy their work. It was quite amazing to watch them dissasemble and remove my old windows. And it didn't phase them when a neighbor came in to watch them work. There was nothing for me to clean up when they were done. Maurice showed me how to operate my new windows. They are lovely windows inside and out. I had been worried about my new windows meeting conformity standards for the condominium association, but they fit in beautifully, and the terrastone color that David in sales helped me select was an excellent match to the older windows in the building. I live in a busy area of The Woodlands, and now in my condo, it is just quiet.

We got a new patio door and love the product. Very well made door. The company is very bad at follow-up. After the installation, no one called to follow up and schedule the painter to paint the trim. After 2 days, I had to call to ask to schedule the painter and to inform them the door needed adjusting because it was crooked. Since this, follow up has been fine. It's a shame that you pay so much money for a top notch product and the local company doesn't bother to follow up immediately after installation. You would think they would be interested enough to call as soon as the installation was finished to see how everything went...... The screen door is still a bit crooked and we're still waiting on someone to come and adjust it.

Beautiful windows that do exactly what Andersen claimed. Our bedroom gets the afternoon sun. It is the hottest room in our home in the evening. We could feel the difference right away. Even with no window cover you couldn't feel the heat of the sun. Installation took one day for 4 large windows. They covered floor and furniture so they wouldn't get dirty. Cleaned up and removed all debris. Showed us how to use windows and made sure we were happy before he left.

We're very happy with our new windows. We sat through three different presentations from different manufacturers with Andersen being the last. The other two spent a lot of time comparing themselves to Andersen and trying to show why they were better. The competition was offering formed vinyl frames with insulation inside and some pretty decent glass. When we finally sat down with Andersen, I quickly realized there was no real comparison. The Andersen windows were significantly better quality materials and construction without the bulk. The size of the vinyl frames was almost twice that of the Andersen windows. I was looking for windows I could see out of, not frames. Don't get me wrong, the Andersen frames are sturdy and good looking. They are exactly what I think a window should look like. The decision to go with a window from a company that has been around and will likely be around forever made the decision pretty easy. I highly recommend sitting through multiple presentations from different manufacturers. Be warned, though, that with those other guys, you'll get very high pressure to commit immediately at the end of the presentation. Don't do it. If their quote can't stand up to consideration and scrutiny outside of the sales pitch, you are likely being sold something you don't want. The Andersen presentation didn't have the same tone at all. The windows sell themselves and while there are incentives to purchase immediately, I didn't feel the same pressure to do so. The installation of the windows was a well orchestrated event. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would and were extremely courteous and polite. (My dog liked them immediately, which is always a good sign!) After reviewing the locations of the windows to be installed, they set to work. They helped move furniture and blinds and then covered everything in the surrounding areas and floors where they would be walking and working. They were quick and efficient making quick work of 10 window replacements with 6 on the second floor. I didn't mention above, but during our presentation, the salesman made a big deal of the process of becoming an Andersen window installer. Having watched this team work, I have to say, I feel like they were even better than he said. When they were finished, my yard and home were back to how it had been before the installation team had arrived, except I had new windows. And what a difference! I wish we'd done this earlier. Our home feels more secure. There is less noise from the outside and I can already tell the home is more efficient holding the cold in and the heat out. I'll definitely be looking to Andersen for my future window needs!

We are nearing our 2 year anniversary since installing Renewal by Andersen windows. After spending more money than many of our our neighbors, we experienced buyers remorse. However with the 0% interest rate and $100.00 a month payments, the savings on our electric bill is about equal to the monthly payment. I noticed the savings during this very hot month if July. A friend of mine had moisture inside his 5 year old non Anderson windows and it was no longer under warranty. I am happy with the lifetime warranty of Renewal. Although I have no personal experience with other window company's, I trust that if moisture developes inside my windows, Renewal will be here to Honor the warranty. I feel that I received quality work and quality windows.

In our case, we had an issue with our HOA management company and it took us over six months to get approval to have windows of a specific color and design installed. During these six months Mr. Christoph, Ms. Solares and Renewal by Andersen’s vice president for Houston area Mr. Birner provided their services, advice and resources to help us dispute HOA’s decision and get the windows that we wanted. Installation Just like every other step of the process, Renewal by Andersen delivered five-star service in this aspect as well. Mr. Bo Usher and his team will amaze you with their professionalism. The crew will be at your home on the day and exactly on time you were told. First and foremost, they will make sure that inside of your house and your yard are protected so nothing gets damaged in the process, if you’re home they will explain everything that you want to know and will accommodate and comply with any of your requests, more than likely installation will be finished in a day and after they’re finished your home will be cleaner than when they arrived. Overall, we are more than happy and very pleased with our new windows, which were custom made for our home. Windows exceed our expectations and serve as a barrier, for both sound and heat. Aesthetically, these windows are unparalleled, will stand out and you will get complimented continuously by your neighbors, mail lady or any other person who sets their eyes on them. The work is not complete yet, so this is an early review covering only the installation. The crew that came to our house busted their blank-blankety-blank-blank BUTTS! When preparing the bay window installation the crew chief discovered a lot of bad wood that had to be replaced. He discussed this with me and then his bosses and was given the green light to do the repair and replacement of the old wood. This added a bunch of hours to the original schedule and the guys worked the problem as efficiently as a human could do it. The entire crew was polite and dedicated to the work and it was dark outside when they finally stopped. The next day the crew chief came out and personally re inspected and conclude the initial installation. This left me feeling very good about the project so far. To still be completed is the interior dry wall replacement and repair, exterior wood work and finally chalk and paint. I am hoping to provide a further positive review when that work is done.

Some updates on my case: following my initial review of Renewal by Andersen, I was contacted by the company (the general manager) and a resolution of the case has been achieved. the window was replaced at no cost and a concierge was in touch with me all the time to make sure that things go smoothly as part of their newly implemented improvements. They desire to improve their business model is commendable. I would like to share my very disappointing and bitter experience I had with Renewal by Andersen company, located at 9825 FM 2920, Tomball TX 77375. All things were great until the moment when Renewal by Andersen was supposed to fulfill their great warranty promise of “20 years limited warranty for glass”. Many companies do promise great warranties for their products, but few abide by what they promise and demonstrate solid professional integrity and healthy business values and ethical norms. Fulfilling a promised warranty represents the turning point that sets apart good and reliable companies from the rest. My unfortunate case was handled very poorly by Renewal by Andersen. Their products are expensive products and the promise to their clients is not only about high quality products, way above average, but also great warranty policy. Renewal by Andersen chose to put at stake their reputation over a +$1,500 window. My story occurred in May of 2018 and the entire story affected me so much emotionally that I decided to step away from it for a while so that I can assess the whole situation with professionalism not based on emotions. So here I am 5 months later ready to tell my story to help people decide on a window provider and avoid the ones like Renewal by Andersen. We are leaving in a world where media and social networking is widely spread so the word goes far and quick. There is good chance to reach out to many people via Facebook, companies’ websites, Next door, Yelp, Google reviews, etc.. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism they demonstrated. I did everything in my power to cooperate and have a fair assessment. Perhaps the reason for the window to break was “an act of God” in which case a replacement is denied. But they showed no effort in understanding what really happened. Renewal by Andersen decided to dismiss any evidence (such as my photos), refused to cooperate and treated the whole story very poorly at the expense of their reputation. Never thought we would ever replace all of our windows on our custom home we had built in 2005, especially after the "Sticker Shock." However, after a great demonstration and carefully arriving at a more reasonable price point, we agreed. Don't compare the price hype of other replacement window companies for $189.00 there's no comparison, Andersen Windows are in a totally different league. Paul our sales person was knowledgeable, but was somewhat confusing with the ordering process, however, it all worked out in the end. The first 8 of 22 windows were installed on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, by Rene and his partner and went off almost without a hitch other than one broken alarm wire which I was lucky enough to catch and repair before the window was installed. We later learned from another Andersen employee, that even if the problem had not been discovered and repaired before the window was installed that Andersen would have corrected the problem. Everyone we talked with at Andersen were friendly and professional. Awaiting the arrival and installation of the remainder of our windows so that we can enjoy the energy efficiency as well as the quietness from the outside noises that the windows provide.

I am missing my cell phone power cord that was on my bedroom dresser. I found a cord being used in my master bathroom and thought it was one of the RbA personnel. This appears to have been mine as I am unable to locate it. I contacted the crew lead the day after and again today with I'll check into it. I have caulk on my blinds and caulk that is messed up in some windows. The blinds were reinstalled by the RbA crew and I have an issue in the Master bedroom - there are 3 blinds but they were not set correctly. Not sure if crew was suppose to reinstall. The new widows push some of the blinds beyond the window frame. The installations went well except all my alarm wiring is buried and the alarm system can not be used. Not sure if this was part of the contract. Would like the contract writer Bo Dempsey come by and review the workmanship.

I CAN ALREADY TELL THE DIFFERENCE(3 DAYS AFTER THE INSTALLATION) IN THE COOLING OF THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE STAYS COOLER LONGER AT THE SAME THERMOSTAT SETTING AS BEFORE, BUT THE A/C-HEATING UNIT DOESN'T COME ON HALF AS MUCH NOW. THE HEATING AND COOLING BILL IS GONNA DROP A LOT! I AM VERY SATISFIED RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN.
