Our new windows and front door from Window World look amazing! Quality products and outstanding service! The installation team was quick and knowledgeable about their work and courteous to my family. They were very patient and understanding when it came to dealing with my large dog also. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up as they went along and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. Window World had our custom sized windows manufactured with a quick turn around time (~4 weeks) and the installation went very smoothly. The quote over estimated some materials and the final bill was actually lower than the original quote. The windows have been great so far and look fabulous! Sliding glass door installed. My installer Joe was very friendly. He paid attention to detail as he worked. Excellent with cleanup too. Because the door was a replacement there was a slight difference in outside. trim. He returned with proper trim and finished the job.

When I called window world I was expecting them to be the highest priced over buying windows from one of the big box stores and having them installed by someone else, boy was I wrong! Not only were they cheaper, they had a warranty on the window and the labor! So do the math real quick, windows made to order for YOUR home, not some window that's close to what you had but not exact. AND everything is under warranty? The decision was a no brainer for myself. Make the right decision, support a local business that's supporting you too. To add to that I can't express how professional the installers were, they were fast, friendly and meticulously clean. They vacuumed up every crumb that came off the window into my home and they cleaned up every speck from outside. All around from beginning to end they were all an awesome group to deal with.

The wife loves the looks of the new windows inside and outside. After one month, we already see a big difference in our heating bill and frequency of the furnace running. These windows are going to pay for themselves in just a short amount of time. Two day installation and completely done. Installers were helpful with any questions we had. Neat, organized, and clean. The final measure was easy and done at my convenience around my schedule. My calls were returned in a timely fashion and the installation process was flawless. They even offered to replace some broken screens with ones they were discarding from a different job that were in better repair. Window World installed new windows in our kitchen in the fall of 2017. The windows are great and we like them very much. The installers were extremely professional and helpful. I had a minor issue with one of the windows today (May, 2018). I called the office in Youngstown and spoke with Julie, who was awesome. She tried to walk me through a couple of things to correct the issue (I couldn't get the top sash back up after pulling it in to clean the window). When that didn't work, she found a technician who was an hour away and sent him to us pronto. He fixed the issue quickly and gave us a little demonstration on how to do it ourselves if it ever happens again. I would definitely use Window World again!

We bought a sliding patio door and had it installed yesterday. I love this door. It is nice and heavy not like some of the flimsy ones I've looked at before. The frame and glass on it is perfect, even the lock was better than the other ones. The men who installed it were the best. They were so efficient in the installation that they showed me that my Florida room was sloped (which I didn't know). So when they put the framework up they made sure everything was level. They showed me the insolation, capping and how to work the lock and the screen. I love this door and the windows we have from them. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone looking for a door or windows!

Window World was not the first company who quoted windows for my house. The other guys were ultra-expensive. I'm so happy I had Window World provide a quote. Their price for top quality windows was very reasonable. They replaced every window (16) in my house in one day. There was no mess, and the men were pleasent, friendly, and professional. They really knew what they were doing! The salesman, Jason, even showed me how to save more money by having Ohio Edison do an energy audit which qualified me for $25 per window. So, I turned that money into additional energy savings by getting the insulated foam in the window channel frame. Now then what I discovered after they departed, was what these new windows did for me. We started getting blistering hot July weather. I found when it was 99 degrees outside, the temperature inside never got above 77 degrees. And THAT was with no air-conditioning turned on whatsoever. I used to always have this running in the hot summer. The windows look nice, are easy to clean, and are warranted for the LIFE of the home. This includes whoever owns it. These are definitely the last windows this house will ever need. So, I got to tell you. If you need windows as badly as I did, talk to these folks. You'll be so happy you did. And just so you know, these folks really DO stand on their windows... I mean really! Don't waste your money on those who don't. You'll pay lots more if you get this wrong. I highly recommend this company.

The results are amazing and the work is flawless! The guys that put in our windows where great! They showed us how the windows work and cleaned up everything. The only little thing was they didn't clean the tape marks left on the windows when they took off the lapels on the windows. But that is all. I would give them a 5 star rating. We are new Window world customers. My fiance called and had an estimate for a whole house window replacement on March 7th. A few days later an older gentleman (Bob) came out to take measurments and help us pick out our new replacement windows. Bob was a great guy, we enjoyed having him. Bob notified us of a second appointment for more accurate measurements to come and that the whole process would take 6-8 weeks to compete. A short while later a second gentleman came to get a more accurate measurement. While he was here, he noticed a potential problem with the front bay window. He made a few phone calls and then told us that a supervisor would have to come out for a Third. A day or two later one of the owners, Patrick, came to triple check things and to make sure the installation was going to be smooth. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about their product and the process. Everything up until this point was great! No issues. Finally, on May 13th the window installers (Alan and Eric)came to install our Windows. (They did a FANTASTIC JOB! They look amazing)When they arrived they noticed an issue with the measurements and found that even after 3 different measurements were taken, they still wrote down and ordered the wrong windows for almost the whole front of the house and we were told additional 4-6 weeks were needed for manufacturing and installation. Ok, so we are frustrated but very understanding. We understand people make mistakes and things happen but they did nothing, so far on their end to "make it right" In fact, we were told by the office (Jackie) yesterday and to expect a call today from Amy who I understand to be in charge, of ordering the widows but no call... Jackie also said that she sent an email to a district manager to have this order expedited but no response as of yet. All that being said, This is an amazing company that does great work. So, I will consider changing my rating to 5 stars depending on how the next couple days go. We are not expecting miracles. however, I think that a good company should always "right their wrongs" but we have seen very minimum effort on this. I'm not familiar with the window manufacturing processes but I think that it is a very reasonable expectation to have these window installed in no longer than 2 weeks. **Update May 15th** - We were contacted first thing this morning and was given a reasonable installation date within a reasonable time period(2 weeks). :)..We have not heard from regional as of yet. We are guessing tomorrow. Thank You all for your VERY fast responses and concerns to this matter. **Update May 16th** regional called, as promised, and spoke to my fiance. They will follow-up after installation. Thank you all very much! ** Update May 29th** - Eric and Alan installed the remaining 4 windows on the front of the house and they look Amazing as well!! I changed my review to 5 stars. I would recommend Windows World to anyone. This a great company, you won't be sorry!

This was our second time using Window World for windows, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From start to finish everything ran smoothly. When Steve came for our quote he was on-time, professional, and well-educated about the products/installation/warranty/and possibly any other question you could throw at him. After our appointment, I even cancelled the next day because of buyer remorse. Window World was our first quote and I was pushed to get other quotes to be sure before I made any decision. Steve did not hound us, pressure us, or try to sway us. He respected the decision but reassured us he was available if needed anything. Not even a week later I called Steve back, and was ready to proceed. After talking with other companies, their representatives were pushy and disrespectful. Not to mention, their prices were higher and their warranty was not even comparable. Steve came back out, completed a new set of paperwork, and we were off and running. The 2nd measure (to ensure accuracy) was scheduled quickly, went smoothly with no issues, and the measurements were the same as what Steve got. Now we waited for install. Install day came, in the time frame we were quoted, and that was the "cherry on top" if you will. Our install crew was OUTSTANDING! We had Gary and Pete and I cannot say enough great things about them. They showed up on time, remeasured again, and got right to work. They worked like a well oiled machine and smoothly went through window by window. The best part, they cleaned up! There was not a scrap left in my yard or anything in my house. I was AMAZED! Whatever questions we had, they answered. They were conversational throughout the day. It was just a pure joy having them here. I said repeatedly, all day long, "This is like Christmas! I am so excited! I just love my new windows!" Now that everything is finished, I keep reflecting on the process and how well everything went - start to finish! I truly love my new windows, and have already made a point for Steve to come back for a discussion on doors for our home and windows for the garage. I'm sure we will be getting those installed in the near future! THANK YOU WINDOW WORLD!

Waited since May to get my door and window due to Covid. However after all that time they came and told me they could not install the door as it was too big for the space. They had someone measure before they even ordered the door. When I called the next business day all I got was an apology and that they would order a new door. No time frame and think they should be calling me with updates. I am disappointed as I thought they had a good reputation and expected better

The entire Window World team (Steve in Sales and Jerry and Nate Installers) was professional, polite (yes sir) and very conscientious. The windows themselves are awesome and have transformed the street appearance tremendously. Inside the house the rooms are draft free (unlike the replaced 1950’s vintage single pane windows) and noticeably warmer. Kudos to the Morans for a quality experience.

Problems are arising with current windows and no way to fix them, not in business anymore.
