Last and final update 08/30. they came as said. Did not provide time, luckily had just pulled in and they pulled in right behind us, so case in point, sales amazing! Came quick, great options, install went quick and friendly…failed inspection, but fixed quickly… if you need something put your problem on google, and they will fix it….Update… about an hour after posting this, got a message they are coming 8/30! We will see. Would be happy to give a 4 star if they will come finish the job! Had all windows replaced in our newly purchased house, quick estimate, quick install. Failed inspection, then has since passed and they will not come out and simply put the “caps” on where you can see all the screws. Have called multiple times now. Told we would receive a call back in 2 weeks. No call. Called back, placed on hold for over 15 minutes after being told the 2 week remark again…and have left messages…. Hoping this review gets their attention!!! Come finish the job, you have my money!!

Extremely impressed by Michele's presentation. She has expert knowledge of everything windows and doors. She provided ideas and recommendations for my large french doors. She even new all the measurements before measuring! Michele brought in a sample window and explained how it worked and how to clean it. The sample window looked very well made. So far everything's been great. It started out with James the salesman coming out and giving me an estimate. He explained everything and the greatest part is he wasn't pushy at all so you felt real comfortable working with the company that's been around for quite a while. The windows actually got finished being made sooner than they had said, so they had the install date settled and in the morning I got a call that said the installer was sick. They said they see what they could do. Amazingly they got Jesus and his group who came out after they got done with another job and squeeze me in. They were very professional and even gave me information during the install when I had questions. They worked efficiently. They were professional. Explained about what would happen for the inspection. And actually they went above on the board because they stayed here as it was getting dark to continue finishing the job so the house would be secure and all the windows would be installed before they left. So kudos to Jesus and his group they did an awesome job. And they have my inspection scheduled within less than a week so everything looks great so far. And the most awesome part is they got it all done and then we are notified in hurricane in was coming to Florida possibly so now I think I'm ready. Thanks guys for a great install.

Saw ad which advertised hurricane impact windows any size for $189.00 then had a small print limiting the window size to 3’x5’ which wasn’t really an issue as most the windows I needed would fall below that size. Called they made an appointment for sales rep to come out. Rep was punctual friendly and professional but right off it was clear the ad was false and misleading. It was just to get a rep in the door. The price wasn’t for impact rated windows and wouldn’t even be for anything but the smallest of non impact window. I kindly let the rep know I wasn’t interested in doing business with the company he worked for.

Despite our first experience having to be rescheduled, Window World was quick to offer installation within the next three business days. The installers arrived on time, and were very professional. After installation, all debris was cleaned up from the outside, and the inside was swept up. I would recommend Window World in the future.

I was excited to get my new windows. Got them in and had a few minor issues that they took care of. Then I had one window that had glue on the glass in between the window Paine (hurricane windows)so they ordered a new one it didn’t fit and then two more times it didn’t fit. The service manager Dave said we’ve ordered it three times already giving me an attitude, hey Dave I didn’t make the window wrong your factory did. I’m so unhappy with this company. Even the tech said that the window was too small. We just had hurricane Ian and guess what I got all kinds of dirt on my sill and blew enough that it ended up on my floor. Buyer beware.

Window World has no organization and some of their staff is simply horrible failing to show up and having me miss work multiple times to install windows and never showing up. But their employer Jesus even though he didn’t show up on time he promised to come and he did. I give him 5 stars for being so kind and caring and even though I’m still missing parts he wrote it on the paper to give to the inspector. He’s a true gem and hopefully window world will hire or find others with the same kindness and integrity.

UPDATE: The door I ordered was installed on September 20th. TJ and his crew did a great job and the door itself looks great. My only issue with Window World is the incredibly incorrect timeline and that you need to contact them first if you want to find out about a delay. Only getting 4 stars due to the bad start. Original: I would love to review the actual sliding door I ordered back in March, but over 5 months later and I still haven't been given so much as an install date. I was originally told to expect about a 10 week wait, but going on 23 weeks is getting ridiculous. No one from the company reached out to give me any update on the delay, I had to call and leave a message to find out what was going on. They said their glass vendor is the reason for the delay and can't give me any kind of timeline for when to expect the install. This is ridiculous.

I have placed an order on April 1st with knowing that there was a 3 montodd.... lead time. It is August now and I've placed numerous phone calls without receiving any answer. When I do talk to someone they say that they will have someone return my phone call. Yet still no phone call. I understand manufacturing delays but if someone would just acknowledge my call and say that they still have not received the windows and will call me when they arrive, that would go a long way because right now it looks like you just walked off with six thousand dollars.... UPDATE-I received a call informing me that my windows have shipped from the manufacturer and possibly installed by the end of the month. That is all I wanted was an update. Thank you

I had hurricane windows installed satisfactorily and recommended them to my Son. For months now we’ve been trying to get a status return call and keep getting a runaround (15 calls so far) . I can never speak to the same person and they always take a message and claim to be working it and sending to the right person. The permit has been approved by Titusville and has been sitting there since June 26th waiting for Window World to pay. We put a sizable down payment almost 4 months ago. Will someone of authority contact me with the real status and reasons for delays?

I only had an estimate - one of several I'm getting, so I haven't yet made a purchase. The estimator, Michelle, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When she needed additional info for my questions, she was able to quickly contact someone for a response. The only negative thing I would say is not about Michelle, but rather, the scheduler. I was scheduled and confirmed by e-mail for 1 PM, but that double booked Michelle. Fortunately, Michelle called to confirm before my appointment and that problem was worked out. Overall, it was a great experience.

Love the Lifetime Warranty!!! I had new windows installed in the house in 2012. About a month ago one of the windows would not work. We called for an appointment, and the technician came out at his appointed time. He replaced a couple of parts, and within an hour the window was fixed, and worked perfectly like the rest of the windows. The best part was it was FREE because of the Lifetime warranty :-) Thank you, Window World of The Space Coast :-)

Order two sliders and two Windows on oct 21 2021 put a Dep 5717.00 down This is may 25 2022 and still no sliders it’s been 7 months every month a different excuse Now it’s June 1st to the 16 Let’s see . You can’t blame the woman in the office they’re being told what to say . From the doors are in production waiting for the glass to be shipped out still waiting for the glass they’re on the truck and we will have them by the end of the week let’s see what happens 16 June thanks update the sliding doors Are shipped And will be installed on 6/27 I will keep you up-to-date on the installation process so far so good Well this morning 627 two installers showed up with the sliding doors they are installed and they look beautiful now just waiting for the inspectors from the county and Window World to come back to install plugs and some caulking and replace a broken missing screen window But the permit has expired and Window World must file for an extension how much longer Can this on please let’s get this job done it’s going on nine months now Thanks Gene

In the beginning I was very happy with our service - Alex the installer is excellent. My issue is one of our windows has a 4 inch scratch in it. I called and they ordered me another window . Still all is good . Today was suppose to be our inspection and was told they would be here between 8-4 . I had to take the day off . Well nobody showed up so I called the office of the inspectors and they said Window World did not set the appointment up. I called Window World and said they overlooked the paper work to set the appointment up . This is unacceptable- I just started my own business and had to take the whole day off for no reason . They said they could reschedule it for tomorrow but I can not take another day off anytime soon. I lost money today and I am not happy at all . I am not sure how I am going to get our windows inspected because I can not take off anytime soon .

A few things that stood out was his demeanor, focus, timeliness, he knew about the product he was selling, and was prepared with neat sketches of our home (no chicken scratch). I contacted Window World after one of my friends recommended them to come over and give us an estimate on replacing 10 windows and 3 sets of french doors with hurricane impact windows and sliding doors. The receptionist was very polite and was able to schedule an appointment with the same representative Michele Malihot that was assigned to my friend whom was very happy with her services and her new windows. Michele showed up on time and brought a window sample along with her business card an a brochure and explained everything to me in detail concerning the product the whole process from start to finish and was able to answer all of my questions. After having appointments with 2 other window companies for quotes we asked Michele to come back for a few additional questions and we signed a contract with her and are looking forward to having our new hurricane impact windows and sliding doors installed. Michele was always on top of things and very prompt with answers to our questions. One of the companies took several days to get back to us with answers to our questions with a quote and the quote was almost twice as high as Window Worlds' quote. The third company gave us a verbal quote but never gave us anything in writing; no brochures only a business card and a promise of dropping off a quote in a few days and now it has been 2 weeks. I shopped around at 6 different companies for installing impact windows. Window World represented by Spencer Loomis was the most competitive in terms of a balance between pricing, window specifications, and warranty. I’ve never shopped around for windows before and I learned very quickly the industry is littered with car salesmen type people who will bend the truth until you sign and they nail you with the fine print (usually related to warranty coverage). Spencer was not this way at all. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he didn’t waste my time. I also found it extremely helpful that he used to be a previous installer and moved into sales. He was able to answer my technical questions that other window salesmen were not able to due to their lack of experience. The windows Window World uses are on par among the industry as far as the U-Factor and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient goes. My installer was Chris T. and his crew of two helpers. Overall they did an excellent job at the installation of the 5 windows I had purchased. One of them was a glass block window in the bathroom which looked like a total pain in the butt to removed as each block is mortared individually and most of them shattered upon trying to saw out. Extremely satisfied with the final result on my home from Window World and would highly recommend Spencer and Chris T. to anyone looking to get new impact windows installed. I have 6 more that I am interested in getting myself and will be reaching back out when I accumulate the appropriate funding.

Product and installation were excellent. My complaint is the poor management responsiveness to the customer and the apparent lack of management control of good business practices. Broken glass was not adequately cleaned up. A half dozen large screws were left in my driveway which could have yielded flat tires on my RV or car. Installers damaged a $80 landscape lighting controller that was only a few months old. Rain then got in the case and destroyed it. Five of the windows were not the design we ordered even though the factory order form indicated the correct ones had been ordered. Obviously, a lack of incoming inspection and inventory control. To get the job done, we accepted the incorrect windows rather than wait another 6 weeks for new ones. After talking to the manager, he promised to call me back with an explanation of how the error occurred. Never heard from him. At the end of the job, I contacted the management about all of the problems mentioned above. He promised to get with his regional manager about compensation for us, especially for the broken controller. He said he would call back in a few days. That was the end of July. It is now the end of December. Never heard from him. Very poor way to treat customers! Two of my neighbors were interested in replacing their windows with impact resistant ones like mine. I had to tell them: great product and great installation, but extremely poor customer responsiveness.

Approximately 8 months ago I reached out to window world for a price on replacing all of the windows in our home. A couple days later a salesman named Chris K. came out and despite our not being home he measured all the windows from the outside and then emailed us a price quote for the entire homes windows. We reviewed the quote and then as luck would have it life got in the way and we were forced to place windows on hold. About 6-7 months passed and we were ready to move forward with the purchase of the windows and so we reached back out to Chris and he again came back out to measure from the inside of our home. When we wanted to hold a small amount for the mix up, we were informed that our house would have a lein put on it and the wrong door would not be ordered till full contract price was paid. Just had a wonderful visit by Robert on 10/5/19. He had the most in home visuals with him compared to the other window companies. If you are shopping around for windows and are interviewing multiple companies, make Window World the first on your list. Reason being, Robert will explain the raw truth about these window company warranties that the other companies provide. The warranty may be lifetime but does not cover alot or what the sales person states when they are in your home. Window World is not the cheapest, nor is the most expensive. My decision when we finally decide seems to be placed heavily on the warranty as I still strongly believe that the glass cross sections are the same from all the companies (with minor changes in design) or will provide adequate amount of protection. Some sales people were pushing higher wind speed protection however it seems like my roof would blow off first rather than break a window. Most warranties do not cover stress cracks or problems caused due to faulty installation! Robert was able to educate me on this insurance loophole issue that flaws almost all window companies.

That being said we had a visit from Rob first who was not considerate of our time (when we explained the restraint while scheduling), did not talk about the features we wanted only what he considered important, was very high pressure to buy anything then without consulting my husband, and didn’t ask if we wanted the bathroom window to be obscured but luckily Michelle caught his mistake. We wish we had know to request Michelle from the start!

This review is just about our experience with Chris Kaslow, the design consultant who came out to speak with us regarding our intent to get new windows. Chris was a bit early (30 minutes) without any notice, but was completely understanding that we were still eating when he arrived. The presentation was nice and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, even the ones that popped up randomly as he was figuring out the estimate. He was up front with us about what to expect, how long certain things would take (or expire), and was very understanding of my concerns regarding warranties and company professionalism. We've spoken with other companies, and usually ended up on the fence despite a good/similar presentation, but this one really knocked it out of the park, and has us leaning heavily towards this company despite us having a few more appointments to go. The reason this is a 4 star review and not a 5 star is two-fold: 1) The lack of communication regarding the arrival time, 2) this appointment was made after a second estimate request was made on the company website ( the first request used a different form for a virtual estimate, perhaps that one was broken?). So, Chris gets 4.5 stars, and Window World gets 4. If we decide to use this company, will edit or leave a new review.

This 5 Star Rating is NOT for Window World! It is for several employees who I did not want a 1 star rating to have a negative impact on the excellent job they did. John WIles, sales rep with Window World came out on March 5th to measure and give estimate. Instantly had good rapport with John and signed contract on that day. 5 Star Rating The Nightmare begins! On May 31st crew from Orlando arrived around 11:00 am to begin installation. They worked into the night and left around 8:30 pm. Arrived the next day around 10:30 am and worked until around 9:00 pm with pouring down rain. The next morning when I could inspect the newly installed windows from outside, I was shocked! Nothing looked professional. I honestly believe a 12 yr old could have done a better job. 1 star rating! Nicole, General Manager. Called her to talk about problems with the install. When explaining the problems she was somewhat offensive. Said she would contact the Install Manager, James. Never received a call from Install manager. Called Nicole several times over the course of 2 weeks , left messages with her voice mail and with office employee's. Never called my back. Went to her location in hopes of her being there. She and the Install Manager were both there when I arrived. James scheduled the crew from Orlando to come back out on 21st June, they were a no show. Went down to her location and reported the no show. James the Installation Manger called the Orlando crew while I was there, the arrived the next day, 22nd June. Another sloppy job! 1 star rating! James, Installation Manager. Pleasure to work with. Came out looked at all the problems I had reported and scheduled a different crew to come out and repair/fix these problems. 5 star rating! Spencer, Installer. Perfectionist! He should have his own company! He arrived and not only did he correct all the problems the Orlando crew caused but, he inspected ever door and window that was installed by the Orlando Crew and found other problems which he corrected! 5 Star Rating! Wish I could give him 10 Stars! In conclusion, work was completed on 7-17-2019. Still missing a screen for one sliding glass door. Was told should be here in a couple of weeks, yea right. If you use Window World find out who will do your installation and if its not SPENCER, look elsewhere!

My initial contact was Gary (salesman), he showed up on time and was very friendly and communicated effectively. He answered all of my questions before the contract was signed which I had A LOT! I was told that installation would happen a few months optimistically which it happened a little sooner since two of their locations merged. The install was done in 2.5 days and the installers (Spencer and helper who's name escapes me at the moment) were friendly and super nice. I even had to run out and felt 100% comfortable leaving them there alone. Nicole and the office staff that I've spoken with over the last few months have been very helpful and were always courteous and answered my questions if I had any. I'm sure it's a bit of a difficult process for staff to have to merge two locations of a business while staying in operation. Bottom line, I would 100% recommend this company based on my experience!
