Suelan StephenEveryone was very pleasant and professional--from the Sales team (Adriane and Tyler) to the Contractors who installed my door. They provided me with excellent customer service and quickly accommodated minor changes I made throughout the ordering process. They were always up front about the process and costs. While they are definitely not the most affordable option and the wait time to get the install done is extremely long (about 5 months), their quality is top tier! I absolutely love my new door! I hope to use them for future door/window upgrades in the future! Thank you, Richmond Window Corporation/Renewal by Andersen!!

Paul Kimball. From the first visit to the finish line, Paul was always available to explain, answer questions and reassure throughout the process. When the process was finished we continued to hear from Paul to make sure we were satisfied. To the installers who did the hard work... Junior Rivera and his crew Anthony and Carlos, to Elliot Mendez and his crew Neftali, Fabian, Jose and George... thank you for the exceptional hard work and attention to detail as you went about installing all 25 windows. Our home looks amazing because of your work ethic. It did not go unnoticed that you each took the time to cover up each room's contents before installing and then cleaning up both inside our home and outside when finished. We also want to thank and recognize Kyle for the time he spent with us on the day of installation checking on the work crews and making sure all our questions were answered. Then there is James who followed up a week later to address a couple of small issues. Renewal By Andersen and their associates have figured out and have in place the right step by step recipe format for helping their customers through a large undertaking in their home. We (Kathy and I),were very clear with each other that we were going to get a few quotes from various dealers in the Windows/doors replacement business, at the end of the first evening hearing about Andersen Windows are replacing all!! our windows we both came to the same conclusion that we didn't need to look any further to another Company, we realized Renewal by Andersen was the only Company we were going to have install our new windows and doors. There is no product out there on the market today, we believe, can compare to their quality and professionalism with doing the amount of work we needed done to improve our Home,it was simple as that.
