We selected Renewal by Andersen for total house window replacement in early February 2022, thirty-two windows in total. They estimated late June to early July for installation. In mid-April we received a call that we could be scheduled for May 9-11. The first week in May we received a call that the windows would be a day late and installation would begin May 10 and take 2 days. At 7:45 Jose and his team arrived and immediately began work. At 4:50pm, they were packing to leave. - The sales staff was first rate. No pressure. The esthetics of the windows sold us, as well as the Andersen product reputation and the reviews of the Richmond Team. Of the companies, they were the most expensive. - The installation team was professional, neat and all business. The work is flawless. Thank you Jose! - The difference in our interior is already noticeable. These folks are top notch! If you take the lowest bid, you may get what you pay for. Before, during and after.

Well we started off a bit Rocky but boy did they come thru. I posted a previous review after I was a bit unhappy with the installation. I called the company and the operations manager called me back immediately and scheduled a visit to look at my installation ( wrapping). After looking and a very nice conversation he agreed to fix the issues I had. The result couldn’t have made me happier. I would recommend Renewal By Anderson and Richmond Windows to anyone neighbor or family. My windows look absolutely beautiful and well worth the cost. This company has exceeded my expectations and, then some. The OP went above and beyond to assure our windows looked great and we were satisfied with our purchase and installation. I thank everyone involved greatly and will purchase my doors from them next.

Adam came out the very next day after we called for an estimate. Anderson was very quick to respond. Adam did an incredible job presenting every aspect of the quality products, installation, and even financing. French door with side lights installation. Beautiful doors!! The installers were very professional and cleaned up very well after they were done. We had a little issue with the trim around the door but that was dealt with appropriately and we are very happy with their work. This is the second Renewal by Andersen project that we have completed and they do stellar work!! I wouldn't think of using a different company for replacement windows and doors.

We bought windows and a patio door through this company and could not be happier. When we got a crack in one of our new windows, the team was responsive and very willing to help replace it. Then, when another crack appeared another technician was sent to figure out what the problem was. Andrew did a great and thorough job examining for the crack that turned out not to be a crack in the windows. He was personable and even cleaned the windows while he had his extension ladder set up. You cannot pay for the level of customer service this company provides.

The salesperson said nothing was due on the first day, but to "lock in" a price, even said he would come back later in the day to pick up if needed. So, a high-pressure sales approach should have warned me. (PRICY DOORS( The "project manager" had stated there would be problems with one door, but would annotate it, and have the installers put in additional trim. Installation went okay, but their commercials tout their installers "clean up thoroughly," I am still finding screws. The trim...wow...(photo) One door would not open 90°, and the other was sticking. The same installer came out to "repair." Now the weather stripping does not meet, AND the door sticks worse. I called, and could not get scheduled. Got forgotten. I called back, and it seemed a suprise to them. I was told "Rob" would call me back that day or the next. "Rob" never called. I called and was told "Rob" would call or be by. "Rob" had someone else call, and someone else show up. Now it is yet another month that my door is scheduled to be REDONE...a full day, and I will have to take a day off work. "ROB" should be here doing the job! Update...the installers (a different crew) came back. Seems the door needs to be reordered. "Rob" was on-site today. My sister says he is a REALLY nice man. He called and explained the situation to me as well. We went from 1 star on up to 5, because they DO stand behind their product. The door is secured to it's full use, and even a pleasure to open and close. I look forward to the re replacement. THANK YOU "ROB" All fixed!

I was very satisfied with this company. They were able to do the job earlier than was originally scheduled which was a nice surprise. Their measurements were a little off which left an unfinished and unpainted area on the wall underneath the window, but they were very gracious and responsive in paying for the paint and repair job that was needed. We had four doors replaced, a front door with panels on each side, a large door going from the dining room to the screened in porch, a bedroom French door and a regular with storm door. These were very difficult, as tile floors had been installed and all doors had to be built up at the bottom so as to clear the tile. These men did an outstanding job under difficult circumstances. We love the doors and appreciate the work of these employees, very hard workers, on time, professional and pleasant. We had used them earlier to install new windows and a double French door in our basement. When we are ready for new windows, we will certainly contact these people. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing windows or doors.

Overall a good experience with Richmond Window Corp. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the communication could be better. The sales rep was excellent, 5 stars. The man who came to get measurements of everything was awesome! Very friendly and informative! 5 stars for him. The installation crew was likewise excellent! 5 stars for them. The communication issue came from within the office. The first installation appointment was scheduled, I had the confirmation email showing date and time. Took off work since I had to be present for the work. The time came and went, so when I contacted I was told that it was never confirmed when in fact it was. I had the email confirmation. Rescheduled the installation for another day. Again, had email confirmation with day and time which was for the AM. Took off work a second time, 12 noon came around so I inquired on an ETA and was told that it was set up for the afternoon. I had the email confirmation showing for a morning time. When the crew did show up, they were excellent! Very professional, quick and efficient. There was an issue with two of doors where our side entry door was mixed up with our front entry door. No big deal there, mixups like that happen from time to time. The correct doors were ordered on the spot. The communication after that did improve, which is the reason for the 4 stars. I received pretty much bi-weekly updates on the doors. When the day came for someone to come out to replace the two doors, he was right on time and very professional. 5 stars for him as well. So in all, good experience. I would recommend Richmond Window Corp. As long as the communication continues to get better, most people I feel would give 5 stars.

Jeremy and his crew did a great job with the installation. The windows look great and our salesman's recommendations were spot on. The support team called us several times before installation to see if we had any questions or concerns. We have already noticed a big difference in the temperature in our house and the curb appeal has improved. Salesman was great in explaining his products and listened to what I was looking for then helped me develop a plan on how to best achieve my desired result. The field crew who came out to measure and detail the materials needed for the project were thorough and meticulous and left no stone unturned. The only thing that was not perfect was the information about the project somehow did not get to Chris and his crew completely. There were some areas of the project that they did not have enough materials for but Chris jumped on it, made a phone call, and got materials here on site to complete the project that day. This project was not the cheapest price that I received however they had the product that I wanted and did an excellent job from start to finish.
