We are very happy with our windows. We replaced all of them in our house including two picture windows and a custom window. Travis and Jeff did the installation. They were absolutely amazing!!! They were professional, timely and very accomodating. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing and the end result reflected that. For such a large purchase, the installation process was very important to us. Travis and Jeff did a great job!

Window World does good work. Installation of windows and siding were excellent. The only thing I have to critique is the timing of the delivery of the material. Salesperson said it would take 8 weeks. Six months later they were installing the siding. I had to keep calling the company for an update. The delay would not have bothered me except I got my own financing. This meant I paid 6 months for nothing but promises. The siding installation crew worked well when they were here. They seemed to be on their own schedule. They would show up at 11 and most of the time leave by 3 or 4. The metal installers ,Steve, was excellent. He kept me informed through his installation. I'm still waiting on my gutters. I was told today that they have been bach ordered. We will see how long it takes.

We were so pleased with our experience with Window World. We needed 4 windows replaced. The sales person that came to the house was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The windows arrived earlier than expected. The install crew was friendly, professional and as non-disruptive as possible. (My son homeschools and he was easily able to stay focused on work even with them here). The windows are beautiful and we love them!

Window World did a fantastic job on our home. We had 13 windows and the siding replaced on our home. The home was built in 1991 and several people have already remarked that it looks like a new house. The cost was very reasonable and the experience was pleasant and hassle free. These guys are great! They came out took measurements and ordered all windows. We had bought a house and some of the windows were bad and we were trying to get them replaced and it was also in the contract from the real estate company to get them replaced but the listing agent fell through never got anything done so so 9 Months later we called window world and they were courteous and prompt. It took about a month to make our windows and get them in. When they came to install them, they pull all our windows out and replace everyone of them in one day. They cleaned up after himself and left it cleaner than it was when they got here. they also kept us in the loop with the ordering and when they were showing up and let me know before they showed up they were on the way. I highly recommend doing business with these guys they will not give you the runaround and do what they say. Hats off to Andy and them you run a great business!! Your installation crew is top notch.

Matt and his team with Mike, Jason, and Cody, were very professional and courteous in doing the job of installing a new glass window and shutters to my house. The quality of work that Matt and his team did was excellent. Matt took his time to explain and talk to me about the whole process of what they were doing. It did not take as long as I thought it would take for the installation process and they made sure that the area was cleaned up before they left. This was my third time using Window World. My prior experiences were all A+++, so I did not expect any less than top notch. Again, I was not disappointed. The Lead installer still had the same crew with him, which says a lot to have zero turnover. The entire crew were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were careful around my furniture, they covered everything inside and outside, and they cleaned up when they were done. All my neighbors have complimented me on my new windows and siding. I paid full price for my services and I am receiving no compensation for this review - so I am being very honest when I say that, no matter what I need done on my house, if Window World offers that service - I wouldn't go anywhere else! Now if they just offered flooring! (hint, hint).

Not only is the product high quality, but the installers were exceptional. Seriously. Every window was properly installed and caulked perfectly. It was a big job with 16 windows including a big bay window that needed some sill work. Raphael and his co-worker stayed until the job was done on into the evening. My experience with Window World has unfortunately not been the best experience. The guys who did the installation did a awesome job. The Windows look beautiful and I can already see a difference with the power bill. The owner, Andy did his best to make things better. The bad experiences with Window World start with the ordering process. There is a huge lack of communication. We ordered the front windows of our house first. They made many mistakes with the ordering process. Once you order from the sales person they no longer answer your phone calls or text. When you call the office the girls there have no clue about what's going on with your order and tell you to call the sales person. The manager is never there according to the girls in the office and rarely returns your calls either. We had the exact same issues with the second sales person but adding the issue of him not even placing the order

I had these put in approximately 5 years ago, and I couldn't be happier with them. The one thing that they did not accomplish was seal surrounding them in foam isolation, as their promotional video showed they would do. I was advised that this was not necessary; nonetheless, knowing that they were completely air tight would have been helpful. In addition, the calk that they used turned yellow after a year, and I am unable to get it off; therefore, I have no choice but to cope with it. Just make sure that you follow your installers because some installers were being lazy, and when I noticed that they were not placing the windows all the way in, I said something, and they rectified it. So just make sure that you follow your installers. I'm only giving them four stars because I think it would be better if they were surrounded with foam insulation, but other than that, they're fantastic.

I received a text message the day before they came out, with times and a reminder of the prep work I needed to complete. They called me the morning before they got here. The guys were professional, explained what they were doing, answered all my questions (I had a lot), vacuumed up inside when finished, replaced all the rotted brick molding, and used a lot more caulk than I would have ever imagined to seal everything up especially as tight as the windows fit, so no skimping on materials. They were able to install 26 of the 29 windows in one day (still waiting on 3 to be made), and all 26 looked great! I don't have anything I could ask them to do any better.

The window was so aesthetically pleasing, I call the day of install for a quote on the other nine windows. I received a timely quote and my install occurred today. Where to begin...placed the order for windows in August 2021, was told there was a 16 week lead time, which was fine. Once they received our windows, they called to schedule an install date, which was scheduled for a December 28th, 2021. A few days prior to our install date, they call to tell me that one of our picture windows was cracked and they had to reorder it, so we had to push out the installation date. Soonest installation date was January 14th 2022. January 14th comes and I don't get a phone call until 430pm when the installer tells me he won't be able to make and ask to reschedule again. I tell him sure (big sigh) Jan 18th would be fine. We agree for him to be there at 9am...he calls at 945 on the day of and tells me he's finishing up another job about 30 minutes away and will be at my place around noonish. Noonish comes and haven't heard anything, so I call the company and speak to someone regarding my frustrations about the whole situation. While speaking to one of the owners, the installer calls me to let me know he's finally on his way. If you need windows, get multiple bids. Cheapest option isn't always the best. I may update this after windows are finally installed, but we shall see.

WIndow World replaced all of the windows in our home and we are very happy and satisfied with the results! Scott, our salesman, was professional, easy-going and fair. He made a suggestion to install a picture window. We hadn't considered that option and are now very glad we did! In spite of current Covid business constraints, our windows were delivered to the warehouse as expected where Daniel, our office liaison, ensured the windows were received in good order and confirmed our install date. Our installers, Travis and Tyler, worked hard to remove all windows and install the new ones on the same day. They overcame some obstacles and still were able to finish by working long hours. I had some Windows replaced, some Doors replaced, vinyl siding, gutters and other work done. Almost all the work look good except some columns installed in my front porch. They do not look good, work looks not trimmed correctly. They were supposed to come back and finish it correctly, they never did. A window cracked, I called to get a replacement because they had a lifetime warranty. Called 2 to 3 months ago gave them the serial numbers and I am still waiting for the window replacement. I called to check and someone supposed to call me back, none called me back. Hope after doing this review someone call me, sad it takes this review. Update: Owner reply the same day but what he said did not match the facts. Someone call me and told me that they can come to my house and replace my window sash the next day but I asked if the can do it Thursday 1/14/21, and they said how about 3:30 PM, and I said yes. It is 5:00 PM, and they didnt show up or called me.

I have a home that was built in 1984 and to say the least the windows were one of my first projects to replace. One of my friends recommended Window World to me. I made an appointment over the phone to meet up with Keith at the house so he would be able to give me the run down on the windows and to get an estimate. He had a great presentation and was very easy to talk to. I signed the paperwork to get the windows and they said it would take about 6 weeks for them to come in but luckily mine came in within 4 weeks. John called me to schedule an install date within the next week. Jeff and his partner came out to the house and within a couple hours I had new windows that look amazing. Jeff was very professional and again super easy to talk to and even gave me the run down on how the windows were being replaced. I had the best experience and I feel like if there is ever an issue with the windows I will have no problem with the customer service and getting it fixed.

Replaced all the windows in my home. Keith and his team of two men were great. Both men were friendly and were excellent installers. Very professional at all times. Cleaned up all the trash and left nothing behind. Removed the blinds from my windows and replaced them when done. Cost was good, when you replace 17 windows it isn’t going to be cheap but they were in line with others. They felt like friends from the moment they arrived till they finished. I have only goid things to say to everyone regarding the sales person and the installers.would definetly recommend them to anyone.

I had all of my windows replaced. They did a great job. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because I scheduled them to come and fix one window that would not close after it was opened. I spoke with Tommy and he was supposed to come June 26th and call before he came. No phone call and no one showed up and I have not received a call yet.
