Our experience began with salesman Frank Graves. He brought samples, answered all our questions and cut the previous price from competitor by a third. And with no pressure we placed an order. The windows came in much earlier than expected and were installed a couple of days later. The installer, Jamie Johnson, was experienced, professional, thorough. Installation went smoothly, without a hitch. Lastly, he explained how to operate our new windows and showed us where the warranty stickers were located. We love our new windows and would recommend Widow World to anyone wanting to replace old windows!

Sales rep.: Frank Graves, Outstanding service, he made it simple, no high pressure tactics either. Windows arrived two months ahead of schedule and we’re installed three days later. Installers: Arrived a couple minutes prior to appointment- Outstanding for construction industry! All installers were courteous and respectful. We have three dogs; they installed the windows in the order needed to accommodate the fur babies. They cleaned up behind themselves and demonstrated the features of the double hung windows before they left. Again- Outstanding! We love our new windows!!!

I love my windows. They make my home look better. My AC was constantly running. Now when it shuts off there's a pause of 20 to 25 minutes before it starts again. Jamie was my installer. He did a great job. Frank was my salesman. I can't say enough about him. I feel good about the whole experience. If you need windows , call Frank and you'll be glad you did.

Just another rip off. The salesman Brooks told me they hire their own employees. He also told me I just put my blinds back on the windows when they are done. 1. They hire sub contractors. 2. During the installation i was told anything installed onto the windows voids my warranty including the blinds. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF! Plus they never mailed me my contract or warranty paperwork. I will never go with this company or recommend. They deserve O stars! Update: The company came out and fixed the issues. And also explained the process in detail. Communication could have definitely been more clear in the beginning, but I appreciate them following up with me.

When my windows were put in they used black screws instead of the silver that came with the windows. They sent Justin out to fix any concerns I had with my windows. They replaced 23 windows in one day (2 story home) and did part of the trim that day as well. Came back the next day and finished up. The supply chain issues impacted the length of time between the order and install dates, so patience was required. The installation team was superb in every way! Unfortunately, the measurements were not done correctly, so the guys had to do a lot of extra work to get the windows installed correctly, but they did it! Our sales representative, Frank Graves, arrived early for our appointment and began immediately to explain & demonstrate exactly why we had chosen the right window company. Frank has a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential construction and is an invaluable resource for home renovations. The install crew arrived on time and unloaded the windows in the rain to come back another day to begin. They actually worked through the weekend to complete the job and displayed professionalism throughout. I will say, though, the homeowner will need to have a magnet on hand to pick up nails and screws, as there were a lot of fasteners on the ground after window removal. All in all, we are pleased with our new windows and would definitely recommend Window World to anyone looking for quality replacement windows.

The windows are great., love the product. Peyton Garrison, consultant was great & the 3 gentlemen who installed the windows were super. Our problem was it took so long! We understood Covid was a factor. Our order was placed March 29, 2021 & the final window was installed March 2, 2022. Almost one year. The last window had to be reordered Dec 2021 & we were told 6-8 wks. We rec'd no communication after 8 wks. So I started called every week as to the status of our window. I was told there were "priority orders" being processed. I finally asked when is our window a "priority", the window came in 2 wks later. I feel the customer service was poor in this area. Again the 3 gentlemen who installed the windows were very nice, worked hard, knew their job & pleasant.

Upfront, Frank Graves listened to what we hoped to accomplish with replacement windows for our home. He helped guide us to products that would achieve those goals. His demonstrations and explanations were very helpful. His description of what type window would work best for our home was spot on. His overview of what would happen in the process from ordering to installation was accurate. Each window was measured and checked, then numbered. On installation day, the windows were again measured and checked against the new windows which were numbered correspondingly. We were amazed that Ron and his team removed 18 old windows, installed 18 new windows, cleaned up, and removed all debris in just 6 hours. Ron is an attention to detail, careful leader. His team was a well oiled machine. Our windows have already made a huge difference in room temperature, and visibility. We are happy with our decision to use Window World of middle Georgia.

Our whole experience with Window World has been wonderful. From the sales appointment to final install and the questions in between, they have been Amazing. Our foreman was Ron, the team showed up and immediately got to work, they worked in sync and cleaned up as they went. I was amazed as our home was considered a big Job with 26 windows, 2 being Bays. One of our bay windows had some rain rot wood around the frame. We had to call another company out to repair the frame before Ron could finish it out but as soon as the repair was completed Ron came out on his day off to finish it. It was really a wonderful experience start to finish! My only thing I would have liked is if the team were trained to fix/replace frames on existing bay windows. Having to get another company out quickly was costly and delayed the completion of our project (but not for long). Highly recommend Window World for your window replacements.

Got a great price and he explained the installation process and what to expect when they are installed. Their best feature is their guarantee for replacement with no questions asked. Notice I said replacement, not repair. Guarantee is replaceable one time in the event you sell the home the new owner will have the window guarantee. Will definitely do business with them again.

My wife and I recently bought a house and reached out to Window World to get a quote for 12 window replacements. Through it all we probably could have found a slightly cheaper price; but considering the excellent service, superior windows, and transferable lifetime free-replacement warranty you can't beat Window World. From day 1 the experience was excellent. Jordan with Sales and Gary & his son with install were all we could have asked for. The only complaint was it took about a week longer than expected for the windows to come in but being that we're in the busiest time of the year, it's perfectly understandable. Installed windows and removed old windows. Did a good job for the most part. Old windows seemed hard to remove their reciprocating saw jumped on them at the bottom of 4 of my old windows leaving a gash at the bottom of window seal. I ended up painting all window seals at the bottom afterwards which covered the saw marks. Other than that very happy with the new windows.

They immediately sent Joshua to my home to inspect take measurements and explain the process for building and installing the windows which was included in price of windows. Even though this company mostly specializes in replacement windows, I thought I’d reach out to them nonetheless to quote me on a new construction project. I sent Weston the house plans which included well over 20 windows of various shapes and sizes. Windows can actually be somewhat complex in their various and numerous options, something I never knew. But Weston explained our options in a manner that helped us make the best decision for our home. He provided us with multiple quotes based on the various options we were considering. I purchased 13 vinyl windows and 1 door from Window World. The process was easy and relatively quick. The salesman who came for my quote and consultation was very professional and kind, our appointment was thorough yet pretty quick. Our windows arrived about 4 weeks later. Installation was fast! Every thing was installed and cleaned up in about 6 hours. The installation crew was very nice and professional as well. I was pleased with how well they cleaned up after themselves. The reason I give 4 stars: 1. My gutters were damaged by a ladder the crew used to access 2nd story windows. Luckily it wasn’t major and my husband can fix it. I didn’t notice this until after the crew left. 2. To my great displeasure I realized that my inside mounted faux wood blinds could not be reinstalled after the window replacement. There was not enough clearance remaining on the window casing to re-mount the brackets. After lots of google searching, I found no remedy to this problem and that many others had the same issues. After spending several thousands of dollars to replace windows I now need to spend a couple more to replace blinds and window treatments that I had not originally budgeted for. I really wish Window World would have mentioned that this could possibly happen when selling me these windows. Although it’s not necessary their problem, they sell and replace windows every day. The consumer may purchase windows once in a lifetime... it would have been a very nice courtesy.

I’ll start with the salesman, Jordan. He was wonderful! He was able to work with my schedule when setting up appts. He answered any question I had. And when it came to processing the payment, due there being a cap on the amount you could put on your card via phone, he met me at my job! He was wonderful throughout the whole process! The install team that came out was amazing! Very polite and efficient. They even helped me hang my clock above my mantel that I got 3 months prior! They definitely went above and beyond! Dax Wall was our estimator and he was down to earth and straightforward. He listened to our concerns and did not attempt to up-sell us. He, Chuck, and the crew did amazing work and in an incredibly short time. 13 of our 14 windows were replaced in a single day. The main picture window, arrived damaged, but a new one was ordered and installed in about 3 weeks. The Solar Coating on the glass is great! From outside during the day, one can barely see inside the house, yet looking out is just perfect! Freddy went over operation of our windows, he explained the safety features, how to open, close, and remove out if needed and how to clean. Wow! I needed several windows replaced, and Window World Macon came highly recommended by friends and colleagues. I mean, rave recommendations and reviews. I made an appointment, and was told Jordan would be out at 9 am 2 days later (my convenience). The day before my appointment I received an email and text reminding me of my appointment the next day. Day of appointment, jordan called and said he would arrive in 20 minutes, to he here at 9. Exactly 20 minutes later he pulled in my driveway. He was in company logo shirt, and introduced himself, just incredibly professional in appearance, demeanor, and language. He started his presentation about the company with brochures to support him. I showed him what I wanted and why. He knew just what additional questions to ask to help me come to what I really wanted...things I haven't thought of - i.e. do I ever open the window or want unobstructed view, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt rushed and had all of my questions and concerns answered completely to my satisfaction. On a pre-printed worksheet he wrote a quote with descriptions and prices. We reviewed the quote, he provided additional detail to answer my questions. Jordan wrote the order, again on pre-prited order form with multiple carbon copies. Reviewed the order with me comparing it to the quote for confirmation. He took a half payment deposit with credit card reader, and gave me a copy of everything with a realistic expectation for installing (protracted because of Covid delays - no promise to make me feel good to close the sale - the likely true reality). I have the utmost respect and trust in this company and the products I've ordered. Jordan is a Customer Service superstar, I have nothing but high praise for this guy. I'm looking forward to my new windows and storm door!
