Great company and team from start to finish. Professional and courteous! They did an awesome job on my stand alone shower installation. Only downfall was time frame it took for custom shower pan but I was understanding as this part was contracted out to a different company. I would absolutely call them for future business.

We had a sales rep come out in October and quote us a rather expensive price to replace our shower. Somewhat reluctantly, we agreed and signed the contract. We were told there might be a delay in production due to COVID, however, 3 months later, after numerous attempts to contact them for an update, we have been hung up on and promised a call back, but have never received one. Update: We FINALLY had someone reach out after our multiple attempts. We got the shower installed yesterday and it looks amazing! The installers were very kind, efficient and professional! They ran into a little hurdle but made sure we got the best of the best. Kuddos to them for a wonderful job! Communication from the company may need some work but the craftsmanship is on point!

I had a great experience from start to finish with southern siding and window company ! I had all my windows replaced and vinyl siding put on the whole house. David Hunter came out first and was very knowledgeable about all the products and very helpful in getting my issues fixed. He explained how the work was gonna be done and it was just like he said ! The install was great and David even came back out after the work was complete to make sure I was happy with everything !! I highly recommend this company and ask for David Hunter because he did a great job !

A most excellent experience! Now I don't have to paint as much! The crew was very professional, polite, and organized. We had new columns, soffets, vinyl window wraps on all windows, and a few other items fixed. The house looks much better thanks to Southern. I would recommend them to anyone needing house upgrades. As a matter of fact, we will be using them in the future on another project.. they are that good!

Ordered new windows (22) for our house in April 2021, had them installed August 2021. Overall happy with the product. Quote Process: Others have mentioned having a hard time getting a quote, but we did not have that experience. I requested a quote online and received a call back within 30 minutes of placing the request. The salesperson was at our house the next evening. We worked with Trevor, who was responsive and detailed while providing the quote. The was professional and we didn't have any issues. Only complaint would be there was a bit of pressure to sign the quote that day, but we did get a discount for agreeing to purchase the windows the day of the quote, so that was nice. The time between signing the quote and getting the install done was a bit long. We were told it would take ~2 months for this process and it ended up taking a little over three. Could have been 2.5 but we requested one day of weekend install to avoid having to take more time off work. The office staff we interacted with were fine and David was the one who scheduled the install. He was professional and responsive. I would recommend him getting a direct line instead of an extension. Extensions are a bit hard to call back because you have to remember the extension number as opposed to just calling from your call log in your phone. Install: Got the windows installed in Aiken so the crew was a bit late getting on site. Both days they showed up at 10:30 AM. I understand they had a long trip out, but just seemed a bit late. Crew was what we would expect, not as professional as office workers, but they did work hard and got a lot done with a full crew. Second day only a partial crew came and it was much slower. Both days they stayed till 6 PM. Worksmanship seemed high quality. Clean up could have been better, and they could have had shoe covers for inside. However, it wasn't unreasonable. Would be nice if the cleaned the windows after installing but they left that to us. Product seems very high quality and we can already tell the difference in how much our AC has been running. It is also nice that the heat doesn't come in quite as much through the windows. You can touch the inside of the window without burning your hand in the afternoon. Glare on the inside has also greatly been reduced.

Southern installed a Koehler walk-in tub at our house in Augusta, GA. The sales rep did a great job of providing enough information to make a decision. The install crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. The old tub was original to the house (built in 1955), but as retirees my wife and I weren't comfortable climbing in and out of the tub. They took out the old tub, took the tile off the walls and installed wainscotting. They framed the window, covered an old tile ledge and installed the new walk-in tub. They took time to show us all the features and explain how the tub worked. They did an excellent job. The bathroom looks amazing now and we both feel safer taking a shower or using the bath. I highly recommend this business!

We have used Southern Siding in the past for large window replacements that required custom sized windows and moldings. I can’t say enough about the outcome. They were always on time and very professional, and the windows are perfect! We just had them put up gutters for us, and Ronnie, Aaron and Gabe did a wonderful job! I would never hesitate recommending them to anyone, and plan on calling on them again when we need them again.

Had a picture window with 2 side windows that had fogged up. Double pane. Gas leaked. Lifetime warranty. They replaced with no charge to me. No fuss. After installation one didn't close right after opening. They promptly came and fixed. Also had to replace bay window. Not theirs so had to pay. But they ordered and installed as soon as arrived. Did a beautiful job. I would recommend to anyone who needed their work. And new bay window is under lifetime warranty.

Southern replaced all the windows in my home on Thursday Jan 27th. Southern thought it would take two days to complete the job, however this highly trained and notably motivated crew completed it in one. I would attribute this organized efficiency to the team's supervisor, Mr. Joe Simpson. They were scheduled to begin the job at 10AM and showed up at precisely 10AM. I was struck by how each member of the crew introduced themselves one by one to my wife. I have used a lot of services in and around the CSRA in the last 20+ years and have never had a crew that size take the time to personally introduce themselves before starting a job that size. Establishing a good working dialog up front made it a lot easier for our questions, comments and concerns. Installation included some challenging 2nd story windows. Work was carried out with meticulous attention to detail and resulted in a perfect fit, form and function for each window. Clean-up was so thorough you could not tell major window installation work was completed that day. I don't know about Sothern's other installation services, but I highly recommend them for installing residential windows.

The salesman, Zach, was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process. He walked us through the whole roofing project, showing us the upgraded materials and styles while other companies just emailed us a price. The installation was great and we couldn't be happier with all the work that was done. David hunter did an amazing job on the initial visit helping us with out project. He showed us how to fix the problems we were having with the rotten wood on an older home. He also came back to check on us after the work was done which we found very professional. Carlos was amazing! He came out and quoted us for our doors and windows. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The team came out and installed everything. We had one window that came with a broken lock (half of the lock was missing). Carlos came out and checked everything after installation then sent the guys back the next day to fix the lock. A month later Carlos called again just to make sure we were good and happy with the products. This company is awesome!

It makes sense with a large purchase to have everyone involved. The Windows we looked at were beautiful and the expert they sent was very knowledgeable about them. During the project while the installers were at my home the project manager made a visit to check was everything going good and if I had any questions/concerns. I still receive periodic calls asking is everything okay and if I have any questions. I give them a high five. I am very pleased with my windows and siding. From my first meeting to get an estimate until the work was done, everyone I had dealings with at Southern Siding was gracious, professional, and friendly. The crew that installed the roof was a pleasure to deal with, and provided consistent updates on the progress of the work, and timelines for completion. The quality of the work itself is excellent - the roof is beautiful and does not leak (unlike the roof that was replaced), and putting a brand-new roof on a 120-year-old structure presents any number of challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend Southern siding for the quality of their work.

Excellent product. We love our windows and the support the Southern Siding Company gave us. The came out and fixed several small issues after the installation very quickly. I was very impressed with Tyler's knowledge of his product and he came out to follow up with us several weeks after the installation. Dillion was the man and removed some the window chalking without being asked. This was because he didn't like the way it looked. We will definitely use Southern Siding and Windows again because they take care of their customers even after the job is done.

I have used them actually four times for my home improvements because it's a no hassle company to deal with and they offer a military discount as well to make it easier and they get you financed. The roofing crew arrived early in the morning and began work immediately. They had the roof bare to the deck in about two hours and kept the site pretty clean while doing it. They had the roof finished and site cleanup done by about 1:00! Gutters were installed the next day, with equal professionalism. Additionally, the office crew were great from start to finish. They made sure that I was informed of the schedules, answered any questions that I had, and ensured that I was happy with the work.

I have had new windows out in by Southern Windows in my house and in my condo. Steve Leedom in Augusta Ga was a big help in getting the windows I needed. My electric bills at my house were cut in half. Lower electric bills mean that in a few short years the windows will pay for themselves! The quality and service I received led me and some of my neighbors at the condos to replace windows that were 47 years old! I had never been able to keep my thermostat so low in winter and feel comfortable! Want to save money on electricity there is no comparison! There is a reason this company has been around for many years!

From early fifties style into a new and very comfortable relaxing space in just three days, including a perfect cleaning after the installation and taking care of the removed materials. We are very satisfied with the team that worked on our bathroom and the materials used. 'After action' review is 100% positive. Well done. We are sure this lasts for decades. We had a fantastic sales guy named Matt. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the customer service side of their business needs some work. We made an appointment to have the installation done and a guy showed up and didn't have what was needed. So he said he would go get it and call us back to come back. He never called or showed back up that day. Two days went by and no one from Southern Siding called us. We had to call them to find out about our installation and when we called we could never get the right person or someone would take a message and never call us back. It took almost 3 weeks to get everything finally installed. Southern Siding definitely needs to work on their service side of the business and communicating better.

Outstanding service oriented company. The initial visit from Tyler Padgett to provide a bid for the job was very focused to provide a competitive cost with the customer confidence in mind. He was always available after the contract was signed to answer questions because tropical storm Matthew delayed installation slightly; but, he kept us updated. Installers Devin and Truette Davenport are excellent craftsmen. They were more concerned with providing quality workmanship regardless of the extra time needed to repair some rotten lumber on a 35 year old storage building! Every piece of old lumber and all construction material were removed without a trace. The building looks like new. I highly recommend Southern Siding and I strongly recommend you request Tyler for your estimate and Devin for your installer. Be specific. They were excellent service providers.

The installation guys (Joe, Logan & Nate) ran into several issues with my home due to homes age and very bad wood (should have been 2 day job took 4 days but was done RIGHT the first time with these Gentlemen) but went above and beyond to fix these issues along with providing explanations for any extra materials and I hope these guys are the ones that come back when other 3 windows come in. Gutter Installation: (Subpar Sales Rep / Excellent Installation Crew/ Great Customer Service) The SALES REP omitted certain very important measurements when conducting the estimate for my home. When the crew came out, they did not install gutters on the part of my home that was currently creating 6 inch puddle of water. When I attempted to call the sales rep his I was constantly sent to voicemail and the voicemail was always full. I was never able to contact the rep. When I spoke with CUSTOMER SERVICE, they directed me to the office manager and the office manger was able to schedule an appointment right away for a crew to come and address the issue. They were intent on correcting the issue and worked to ensure I was taken care of. The INSTALLATION CREW, specifically Edgar S. was extremely helpful. There are several difficult, non--standard angles on my home that required him to make custom accommodations to ensure there was no leaks or runoff at all. He kept me updated throughout the project and explained the details of what he was doing and the benefits it would have for the home. He had a great personality and knowledge base, clearly they employ the best for quality work.

I went with Southern Siding for new gutters first, the "sales" meeting was completely unnecessary and I don't like wasting my time. The guy showed up and insulted me by saying he preferred to discuss options with my husband present. First of all, the house is on my name and I handle the house maintenance. This isn't the 1950s. I am capable of making a decision without my husband. He repeatedly tried to sell me on the company... I already researched and I knew I was going with them... so this irritated me. Finally got to the point of signing the contract... which I made him come back for because he said it was going to take so much time to draw them up and I didn't want to wait around. So he came back, I signed the paper and gave my deposit. I was told 6 weeks to install. At least they warn you it's going to be a minute. So, 6 weeks came... no word. I called and it took me a couple days to get in touch with them because they don't leave voicemails. Finally, about 2 weeks later got my appointment for installation. The day of installation came, the guys did an awesome job. That's why they get 3 stars. The rest of the experience was awful... but the installers were awesome. Very patient and worked with me since I couldn't be home. They texted me photo options. This company needs to ditch the old fashioned mentality because I was offended... and I'm sure I'm not the only one... and I repeatedly told them I did t need a sales pitch... that I just wanted to see the options and the price.

Professional from start to finish! My sales rep was Tyler and he did not use any of the "pressure" tactics that were used by some of the other companies that I requested estimates from. Very professional and checked on us several times throughout the process. I did have to have one sash replaced after the work was completed and had zero issues in doing so. This is a review of Southern Siding and Windows of Augusta, Georgia, and their maintenance-free home gutter system. As a disclaimer, I was contacted about doing this review, but was in no way told what to write. That said, we called Southern Siding about replacing the gutters on our house that were continually getting clogged with pine needles and other debris. This caused sagging, overflows and required constant maintenance to keep cleared out. The estimate was quick and free and after replacing the gutters we are extremely satisfied with the results. Not only do they work as advertised, but they look great on the house and come with a very good warranty on both labor and materials. I would highly recommend Southern Siding to anyone needing gutters on their home.

Sales guys Carlos and David were great. They did their job. I didn't even know I was being over charged since they were my first call. (2nd mistake not getting more quotes). 1st mistake was not reading the reviews first. Paying $1,000/per "square" you'd think the Name you're paying for is worth it.. So advice: add another month on to whatever date they guesstimate for completion and when they say they'll be there between 7-9, that really means 2:00. Nobody will return your calls for days if you need answers. Hopefully you get at least 1 worker that speaks/understands English well enough that you can ask questions to if you need (if you're not a roofer like me or want to know what's going on or when they'll be finished). The roof looks good, but the experience was not! Better luck to you if you use them, but I'd get quotes first and not just pay for the name!

I was very pleased with the job of installing gutters that Southern Siding did for me. I had an area that I was concerned about (that was an inside corner where two very steeply pitched roofs intersected). The inside corner piece they installed took care of my "would be" problem. An area that I did not perceive as a problem, and actually turned out to be one, was addressed very quickly with a call to the office. The following day their representative (the same guy who had done the install) came to the house and very quickly and professionally repaired the offending area. It should be noted here that these problem areas were not areas that were caused by something that was not done correctly to start with, but rather they were problem areas that could not have been seen from the start of the job and caused by too much water in one spot.
