Excellent work. I initially gave them the wrong model info for my car. When the tech came out before he started, he saw that it was the wrong windshield. He told me don't worry about it they'll get it straight. They called me two days later and rescheduled my installation. We experienced excellent service in all parts of the process, including the initial communication, prompt scheduling, and speedy repair. We had our door window busted out along with about 15 other cars at a Marta parking lot for a Falcons game. Allstate scheduled us with Safelite, which was way more expensive and 5 days out for the repair. We googled, found A & H with all the well reserved good reviews, and our repair was taken care of the next day. Highly recommend. In other good news, the Falcons beat Carolina in a craaaazzzzy game!

I was hit by a rock while en route to Florida a few weeks back. I naturally contacted Safelite as it was the only name with which I was familiar. Their prices were HIGH and the date for a fix wasn't immediate. I hopped on Yelp and located H&A. What a God send. They were fast to respond, offered a lifetime warranty and could come quickly (in less than 24 hours). They provided the promised call ahead and arrived well within the promised service window. Jesse was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Total job was just around 45 min. He gave me the directions on how long to wait to drive and wash the car and was on his way. While I hope not to need another windshield, H&A will be my company of choice going forward. I wish they did in home glass projects too because they'd for sure have my business there too!

My car was part of a 20+ car break-in at our apartment complex that happened around 9:30/10pm right before a terrible storm. My entire passenger side window was smashed in. We’ve used Safelite before but they had no availability until the next WEEK. So I called H&A and they were really nice on the phone, could come out the same day in a matter of hours, and were over $100 cheaper than Safelite. The repairman was incredibly nice and had my new window replaced and the glass vacuumed out in about 30 minutes. I scheduled an appointment for my husband’s car (his window was also smashed) for the very next day. I’m so thankful for the excellent service and the affordable price!

Incredible service. I called and left a message about having a chip in my windshield sealed. Less than an hour later I received a call back and scheduled the service for the next day. I was given window for arrival between 12-2. A little before 12:30 the technician called to say he was near and the entire process was completed in less than an hour. The technician was polite and courteous and even sent me a text to remind me that my window was still down (from the service) after he saw me walk away from the car when he left. Cannot recommend enough.

I recently had the misfortune of Mother Nature crushing my car's windshield. H&A's customer service rep Mike was so helpful & honest in setting up the appointment in less than 24 hours my car was being worked on in my own driveway. My service tech Horatio was super nice & hooked me up! He installed the new windshield, cleaned my dashboard & even fixed my side mirror which was also damaged in the incident. I can't recommend this company enough, they really helped me when I was in a bind.

Of all the reviews I have done on Yelp, Google, etc., this is one of the best single, positive business transactions ever. We needed to replace the windshield in our 2015 Toyota Highlander. The dealership quoted us $680. Binswanger quoted us $400+. When I saw the number of positive reviews for H&A, PLUS, their quote, I thought it couldn't be real. Well, they were/are real and amazing! $220 to replace the windshield with all the added components. (Winter package, sun shield protection) Their customer service was amazing as well as far as answering my questions before I hired them, keeping me information on the order and appointment. Totally, a wonderful experience!

A friend of mine who is a mechanic referred me to H&A and they came out the next day and replaced the windshield for $165. It’s been two weeks now and I don’t notice anything unusual. The guys were friendly, clean and right on time.

I drove around for two years with a crack that started small and progressed to the width of my windshield and circled back, all because I was afraid of what it would cost to fix it. I was referred to H&A by another business I called who said they weren't able to do windshield repairs at the time. I'm so glad for their referral! I called and Mike immediately gave me a quote that was waaaaayyyyy less than I had received from others or expected. After I booked the appointment for someone to come out the next day, I called back to make sure they understood that I need a replacement and not a repair. Same price. I called again to let them know that my window was tinted. Same price. Before the night was over, the technician, Donnie messaged me to confirm his arrival time the next morning. He arrived at my job the next day (early) and fixed my windshield in about 22 minutes! Donnie was super professional. A coworker who saw my windshield being replaced and heard the price grabbed a card and plans to have his wife's windshield replaced by H&A. Especially calling around other companies and getting quoted almost $400 (looking at you Safelite...). But H&A came to the rescue. If you live in Atlanta and don't call H&A Auto, you're doing yourself a disservice. Yes to all check marks in service: Professional, fast response, fit you on as soon as possible and lowest cost. These guys Rock! They brought a huge relief in a stressful situation - car broken into last night with a broken out window. Responded to my overnight message by 8a this morning and got it done this afternoon, only taking 45 mins. Cleaned out all the glass in the car and door, replaced the window and made sure everything worked great. Thank you, this is why Google reviews exist!!

My car was hit by a small sand when I was driving on I285, which left an 8-inch long crack in the windshield. I called H&A and made an appointment the very next day. Anthony and Horacio called me 35 minutes before they arrived. And they did an excellent job replacing the windshield. I had a rock to hit my windshield on my 2016 Nissan Sentra and the crack kept spreading. I called several places for quotes and highest was $370 & lowest $169 (H&A). A great experience. Glass was changed in less than 30 minutes, the tech (Donnie) was friendly and efficient and I appreciate that he took extra care to vacuum the tiny glass shards from the pavement and the backseat. The price was a very reasonable $150 to change the backseat quarter glass, especially when you consider that they come to you. This service was for my boyfriend's car, but I would absolutely use them if I ever need glass replaced in my own car. Highly recommend!

After speaking to H&A, they recommended a few salvage places and sure enough; that same day I had the glass. H&A showed up as scheduled and within 30 minutes the job is done for a very good price! The quality of the work looks great and it only took about 30 min from beginning to end. Thanks to 285 this is the 3rd windshield in less than a year and H&A charged LESS THAN HALF of what the previous one (installed by a major competitor S.L. with the catchy jingle) and that was after haggling with the other guys over a blemish in the glass. My vehicle window was smashed. I priced 4 companies including the dealership and H&A Mobile Auto Glass had the best quote. They met me at the hair salon and replaced my window while I was getting my hair done and while it was pouring down raining!! The 2men were very pleasant and only took ~30 minutes to complete the work. They also gave a lifetime warranty and vacuumed out the glass that was everywhere! Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I ever do H&A will be my first&only call! Great job guys!!

My back windshield shattered last night and I needed it replaced ASAP. I called this morning around 830am and right away had an apt set for the afternoon. The repair guy called when he was about 30min away, showed up on time and got right to work. Within an hour my windshield was replaced and he had cleaned up all the broken glass really well. He didn't even bat an eye when I asked him to sweep the backseat once more (I have a dog so I wanted to make sure it was clean from glass). Really great customer service, quality work and great pricing. Oh and they offer a lifetime warranty...def would recommend!

I'm usually pretty wary about getting service done on my car because I think everyone is going to rip me off so I wasn't exactly looking forward to getting my windshield replaced. However, the crack kept racing across my windshield so it had to be done. Quotes I received for a Honda Accord: H&A: $149 Premier: $165 Gerber: $215 Safelite: $250 Well that was an easy decision. Jesse is a professional and pleasant guy to work with. They arrived as scheduled and the replacement was complete within 30 minutes. I'd have to say, the quality of work for the price doesn't get better than this - highly recommended.

I would highly recommend these guys! They were very friendly and quoted me over $100 less than several other companies. They repaired the back window on one my company's chipper trucks, a large Ford F650. And while they were here they also put a window that had fallen out back in. They were incredibly nice, on time, and got the whole job done in about 45 mins. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need another windshield I know I will call H&A first.

I had a great experience with these guys. They were the most reasonable price wise and they had the fastest turnaround time of any competitors (they were hundreds of $$ more reasonable than the national companies). I can't say they will always be available for same day service, but they were for me. The techs (Junior and JC) were very professional and courteous, they called ahead and arrived when they said they would (they also left the place cleaner than when they got here). If you're looking these guys up something bad probably happened to you like it did to me- getting it fixed was hassle free which is huge in my book. I don't leave a lot of reviews but H&A were good enough to recommend... highly. My windows were just repaired so I can't attest to leaks or other issues- if that happens I'll add a comment to this post but if you don't see it then have confidence calling them. You may have saw my post about 3 months ago and I still stand behind that 5 star post in terms of the quality of service levels Mike and H&M provides. This review is solely based on the quality of the glass that they installed on my explorer. I originally came to H&M 4 months ago when I found my windshield cracked. H&M provided competitive prices and installed the windshield without an hour. Shortly after that, I went to change my windshield wiper blades and one of them released and hit the windshield with a bit of force which cracked it again. I still to this day do not believe that the force was enough to crack a multilayered windshield, nevertheless, I called H&M and they gave me a discount on a new one ($550 out of pocket at this point) We are now 3 months out from the last installation and I am VERY disappointed to see yet another crack in my windshield that is going to yet again have to be replaced. I don't drive off road, I don't follow cement trucks around, and don't do anything else crazy on the road. I simply drive to and from work and usually take ubers elsewhere. Along with that, I have been driving for 15 years and have NEVER had so much windshield trouble as I have in the past 6 months. I have already had H&M replace 2 and now am looking to get my 3rd one replaced in 6 months. A simple $400 job is now turning into $1000+ out of my pocket. The only explanations I can think of is that the glass is non OEM quality glass and can't handle changes in weather or a small nut from a tree I park under hit my windshield and broke it. Either way, these scenarios should NOT cause any harm to a multilayered windshield. My advice to others is to do your due diligence and just pay the extra $100 elsewhere to get an OEM quality glass that has the structural integrity to withstand weather, nuts, etc.. I really like Mike and his team but can't afford to spend another $300 when ive already given 2 of their windshields a try in 4 months. I will be going to Safelite
