I cannot give a high enough rating! Windows came in must quicker than expected. Gabriel and his team were more than amazing! All of them were polite, respectful, showed us the phases of the window installation. Made sure we were satisfied before they left. There was not one piece of trash for us to pick up, cleaned the windows until they sparkled. We touched our windows before they came and they were very warm to touch, these are nice and cool and will definitely bring down our electric bill. Cannot praise this company and Gabriel’s team enough!! Gave our house a whole new look and we just love it. Chasity was also amazing. She checked in to make sure we were satisfied and kept us updated on the progress of our windows being made, when they would be delivered to them and when they would be installed (which was again much faster than we thought). She’s very easy to talk to, very personable.

Met with the owner Greg days after purchasing my new home. Very nice professional friendly guy- explained in detail the windows- also told me it would take 14-20 weeks for my order to come in- Lets face it, everything takes longer now a days. I was contacted by one of his employees, Ms Chasity (also very friendly and professional) that my windows came in EARLY!!! this made my day week month. I was told Bruce would come out and do my installation in 2 days- I was impressed. Bruce, aslo a very nice professional gentleman did a fantastic job. My windows are beautiful! They were awesome!! We had been looking around for windows because our house is 50 years old with the original windows and they were able to replace all 11 windows for $2000 LESS than others for a great quality window. Bruce was the one that installed our windows and he did an amazing job! It was a 2 day install and he kept everything clean and the results are amazing! You can not even tell the old storm windows were there! Michael was always calling to check on progress and give us updates. I would definitely recommend getting your windows here it was such a wonderful experience!

Extremely happy with this company. I'm a new homeowner and I shopped several window companies. The owner Greg came out to my house for the estimate. The cost he quoted right away was the same cost I paid at the end. This cost was much less than any other company I looked at with no apparent difference in quality. The process was great from beginning to end and the quality of the windows was above and beyond. The windows were installed quickly and professionally and I'm very happy with how they look. My home is already much cooler and my AC doesn't need to run constantly. They also dampen the sound a lot more. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows.

GABRIEL and his whole crew were absolutely amazing! Chasity, Greg and the whole Window Source team were professional, friendly, and created the best experience we’ve ever had. I can not stress enough how smooth and awesome it all was (our 20 windows needed to be ordered and did take about 3-4 months BUT it was all spoken about up front and it all went RIGHT on schedule - no surprises or disappointments). I usually just go with the flow of “yeah, they were good and I’ll write a good review” but I genuinely felt the need to do that this time and share the great news. THE WINDOW SOURCE is ABSOLUTELY the BEST home improvement company in the Carolinas--HANDS DOWN! Prior to calling them, I had 2 Big name companies to come out and give me a quote. After 1 1/2 - 2 hours presentation showing me all the bells and whistles which I loved, I received A MIND BLOWING Price for 10 windows! I called Home Advisor and they referred me to THE WINDOW SOURCE. Thank you Lord for small favors!!!! Greg Holmes came out and made his presentation IN LESS THAN HALF THE TIME of the other two companies. His quote was LESS THAN HALF OF what the other two quoted FOR THE SAME "IDENTICAL" PRODUCT and LIFETIME GUARANTEE!!! Once he was done, He didn't waste his time or mine trying to convince me to make a decision on the spot. HE WAS JUST THAT CONFIDENT (and he was right) THAT HE HAD THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRODUCT, SERVICE AND PRICE!! He respected my time and was gone within 45 minutes...Sure, there was some skepticism because it seemed too good to be true because surely, there had to be some underlying catch, BUT THERE WASN'T!!!! After I paid my deposit, I was informed that it could be 4-6-8 weeks before my windows would be ready for installation because of COVID19.... A month out (today), my windows are in and are GORGEOUS!!!! I was told that the installers would be here between 8 and 10am.....8:05 am, they were at my door ready to Get it Done..and they did just that!!!! These guys were so efficient and pleasant and I AM SOOOOOO PLEASED! When they were done, they did a walk-thru with us and were happy to answer ANY questions we may have had!!!! The ONLY difference between The 2 big name windows companies is the name and price!!! The Window Source is a smaller company that offers Excellent Product and SERVICE!!!! I can see why they are quickly becoming Charlotte's fasting growing and most highly demanded window installation company... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone who wants the highest quality at the very lowest price. I can tell that money is NOT the most important thing to them--CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is.....

We had all of our windows replaced. We got three diff estimates and The Window Source gave the best price, product, and service. Pay attention to the small detail of their job pictures. Their work looked much cleaner than the competitors'. When our windows were completely installed, the clean work looked the same on our house as I had noticed in their pictures. During the install, the AC was turned off for 24-hrs, but after install our house felt almost cool in mid-August. We also loved the financing options. I would hire them again for professional, prompt service. Our new windows look great!

Buckle up for a long review: Let me start off by saying how happy and thrilled I am with my new windows. I live in a condo next to a major highway, so I was nervous to get windows for fear of them being cheap and echoing all of that extra noise. That is not the case at all. These windows are amazing, American made, and the owner of the company personally came out and did my free estimate for me. From the estimate to the end of install I have been treated with nothing but care, respect, and thoughtfulness. Chastity, the scheduler (amongst 15 other things I'm sure), called me to check in on my process from start to finish. Whenever I ordered the windows I was told 4-6 weeks, but to expect 6. They came in right at 4 weeks. I was thrilled. Chasity reached out and worked around my work schedule for install dates. Let me brag on the install team for a second too. They showed up right on time. They were so kind, answered all my questions, put up with my witty sense of humor, and went way above and beyond anything I even expected of them. Uriel went as far as to put my blinds back up for me after the window install. These highly skilled men replaced 15 windows of mine over a two day span with ease and were very knowledgable. The team also moved my furniture back for me even though I insisted it wasn't a big deal (I would have struggled by myself, trust me lol). The work ethic of this team put my mind at ease over the two day duration of install. The team was so thoughtful and vacuumed up after themselves, worked hard, and the windows look AMAZING. I have had two different neighbors over already to check out the windows, and the team only left about two hours ago. If you took the time to read that entire post, you would understand why this is the best company to go with. Affordable prices, customized windows with a quick turn around, and over all a company who truly values building relationships with their customers. SO THRILLED.

Our home was built in 79 and had the original wood windows, so we definitely needed new windows. From start to finish, everyone one at the company was amazing and professional. I searched online for different window contractors to replace nine windows in our home and raise up three of them. We had some termite damage around two of the windows, as well. In order to fit with my schedule, I took pictures of our windows and emailed them to Chasity to get the original estimate. It came in right about where the others did, but Window Source was, by far, the best with getting back to me in a timely manner plus their rating was the highest of all others looked at. Greg came out to measure all the windows for the order to go in to have them built. He was very professional and made me feel at ease. Our windows were built and available for install much quicker than originally estimated (four weeks versus the eight to 12 weeks originally). Mike rebuilt the framing on the two windows that had old termite damage, raising the windows up as he did so. Our home has settled over the years and I noticed that one of the windows looked crooked from the inside. I asked him about it and he showed me what it looked like from the outside. The window was definitely level, but the house was NOT! He did some work on the exterior to make it look straight (the house, that is) and it made it look so much better. The windows look fantastic and we have gotten compliments from our neighbors. I cannot recommend Window Source enough! Thank you Window Source!

The team that came in to do the work started at 8 am and was 100% completed before noon. The team was friendly, respectful and made sure to clean up afterwards, move my furniture back and took the time to show me how to use the new features. The windows are beautiful. The installation was quick and efficient, and they cleaned up all the mess. But the best part was when we got our first power bill after the installation. We were spending way too much money on power because we had little to no insulation (around $350 per month, more in the summer). I just received the August bill, and it was $120. I knew we'd save a little money. I just couldn't imagine how much. Thanks guys. We are thrilled with our new windows!

The staff was absolutely incredible, they knocked out the job in just ONE day. Urial and Cody were the only ones that actually came in the home, but they were awesome, professional, and treated my home with the utmost respect and care. They even took the added step of covering all of the furniture in my newborn’s nursery. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the finished product was not only beautiful but completely sealed off my home from the outside world in the best way. It was almost as if I could hear a pin drop in the house after finally getting those old original single pane Windows replaced. Greg was ready nice and understood we had been all through the normal window sales pitch, we just wanted to know prices up front and about installation, he gave way more, he talked about things we hadn’t even considered thinking about, he even went outside to check how our siding was on the windows we had and throughly explained how the capping worked ,how they would install and what to expect, we were impressed. And then he gave us a sheet that had all the prices and how they broke down, wow, that was a first! The day of installation was great and very efficient the installer was so knowledgeable.
