If the glass doctor is proof that you can run a business and not blame everything on covid. From the 1st call I made to having the install completed the glass doctor was professional and friendly. The install guy was awesome. The owner should be very happy to know his employees treated me like they own the place. Would definitely use them again but I hope I don't need to.

We had showed up at the Glass Doctor shop for a car windshield (stone) repair and, while waiting for them to open, received a text that the tech had called in sick. We were rescheduling our visit when they suggested, since we had shown up at their shop, they would repair our windshield in our driveway at the “shop” price. Not only was the work done well but the cleanup was also excellent. It was like they were never here and the new windows are so clear it looks as if they are invisible. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the lack of communication regarding the rescheduling of my original appointment. I was told they called me twice to do so but I had no missed calls or voicemails from their office, even though the had my cell phone number. Additionally, they did not give Aaron my address for my repair - he had to call and get it. Aaron was fantastic and overall I am very pleased with my car windshield repair.

I examined the windows after the new glass panes had been installed and I could not tell the frames had been cut. Their work was highly competent. They came out on a Saturday and measured the window. It was a double pane so it had to be ordered. It took about 4 weeks before they got it back and they came out that same week and installed it. Installation took about 30 mins tops. Now it's as good as new.

We replaced 8 windows with this service. Had one issue with scheduling and flexibility to reschedule. I needed glass replaced on 5 windows that the gas seal had broken so they all had this opaque look about them. Anyways, I received 3 quotes that were from $8k to 12k because they wanted to replace entire units. Glass Doctors came in at about $3k because they specialize in REPAIRING the panes that require it, not all three that were within the units when the other 2 were fine. Needless to say, my wife and I were over the moon because it permits our family to go on a vacation we would have had to cancel to pay for the glass. Thanks Glass Doctors,

Wanted 2 glass shower doors for my identical showers. Great friendly salesman measured, and we joked they were identical so should be an easy order. I called in and was quoted $1000 for the job. After multiple problems to get them to install, they installed ONE shower door. On invoice only one shower. The date on the initial visit was before I bought the house. I am so livid. I worked yesterday and had a friend in the home since they had me take off work another day then cancelled. What can I do?? Glass Doctor came to my aide after two (2) local window repair businesses either did not return calls for service or show up for service. Apparently, they only wanted to deal with big orders. Mine was a replacement of two (2) window panes. Glass Doctor immediately called me after I made an email request for service. They responded timely to measure windows. The reason I gave them a four-star rating rather than five stars is because there were a couple of minor snafus along the way. Their service guys were very professional and competent as well as the administration employee who set me up. I will deal with them again and recommend their services.

That would get them 3 stars in my book but they also, took apart one window to be sure they measured correctly, they washed a couple of windows that weren't replaced and then hung a stained glass art piece in a window that isn't replaceable due to terrain and wonky building. The outside pane of an insulated ouble pane door was broken. Glass Doctor came out, explained the pane was a one piece frame that contained both pieces of glass and could be replaced.
