CJ was professional and knowledgeable. He was prepared to answer any and every question I had, while not making me feel pressured or "being a sale". He explained everything clearly, with demonstrations to back up the facts he was explaining. I was blown away by the knowledge and window demonstrations. I have no question in the mind that I made the right decision, and am getting a great product for a good price, for my window replacement. There's value in their product, knowledge, professionalism, and being a "one stop shop", and I can appreciate that. I would absolutely recommend champion and specifically CJ to anyone looking for window replacement. Posting before pictures and will add Afters when they are completed.

Called champion on 11/9 because i needed 3 windows replaced in a rental property I have in Charlotte, they were able to get me in the next day for a consultation and within my schedule as i have to travel for this. The salesman came out on 11/10, right on time which is BIG for me, and Gio was great. Explained to me all the benefits of the windows, the pitch was a little long winded for my liking as I knew what i needed, but I can see how it's beneficial for less knowledged home owners. He brought window components so I could see the actual quality of the windows which was also a plus. These guys know what there doing. We chit chatted back and forth and agreed on a price. The quote was decent in my mind, more than I wanted to spend, but also a lot higher quality of a window than I was anticipating. Was just called by the main office on 11/11 to schedule the window measuring appointment, which we made for next week on 11/17. I was told 8-12 weeks until the windows are installed. Which in this day in age is pretty good for custom made windows. Will update with before and Afters when possible. So far I'm pretty context with the service I've gotten from champion. Definitely not for everyone, but i don't want to have to do this more than once, or go back and forth with an office for some BS. Update: 12/29/22 Had my windows installed today. Took them around 6 hours total. I don't know why, they could have been done alot faster, but one of the guys was dragging there feet on the site. Overall they ended up doing a great job. Very professional looking installation and 0 problems with the install. Kept the inside of the house very clean, and also cleaned the outside well once they were done. Over all very happy with the windows, i immediately felt a difference inside the rooms where the windows were swapped out. Incredible difference. The hype is real. I'll update later with more feedback from my tenant. 5 starts from consultation to installation.

I recently received an estimate for windows. I think the company is great and my representative Matt was very nice and knowledgeable. They were early, and had a very informative presentation. However, I would say it is very extensive and the visit was kinda long, but good information to have. The prices were not bad, and the quality of the windows looked nice. This is the second time that we used Champion for a home install service. The first time, they built a new sunroom on our previous home and they did excellent work, we were very please! So, when it came time to install new windows (19), on our new home, we only called one company…Champion. Their prices were very reasonable and they have the best warranties in the business. Our salesperson, Corey, was very professional and kept in contact with us through the entire process, including a walk-through on the day the job was finished. Thank you, Champion!

Love, love the sliders we had installed. Came back three times because of the quality and impact on the heat transmission in our condo. However, the expertise of our sales person deteriorated over the three experiences. He pressured us several times for a "positive" review less than 24 hours after signing the papers because there was some contest he wanted to win. The initial drawings that we agreed to later proved to be wrong. Some weeks later they had to be altered because he didn't know what he was doing. We were told the process would take 8-10 weeks. It took 17. At one point, I was told by Champion that "we" had put the order on hold to make the change to the design. No! This was because the sales person didn't know what he was doing. I have a piece of paper saying Champion would give us a $300 referral fee if a friend installed Champion Windows. Our neighbor bought similar doors to ours last spring. However, the only money we received for this referral was a "personal check" from the salesperson for $250. This has not been nor will it be cashed. This same salesperson in fact messed up our neighbors order and they ended up being responsible for redoing and paying for expensive transoms that were ordered incorrectly because the salesperson was inept. Again, I love the windows. However, I don't feel this salesperson properly represents the quality of your firm.

I'm confident my purchase with Champion is going to be a great experience, simply because Corey was great! He came to the house and the first thing that got me was his professionalism. His approach wasn't to sell me windows, but to be sure I understood windows in general before even making a decision. The video of how the windows are created was pretty effective in showing how well their made. The heat test was by far the best pitch, and the difference was staggering. Once Corey was done explaining the differences, we went into price. That's the important part at the end of the day. I already knew the price would be higher than what I was quoted from a competitor, but my philosophy for quality, is spend a little more so you don't have to pay twice. After the break down, Corey's price was still within budget and a no brainer after everything I've seen. I ordered right away! Thanks Corey!

We had a screened in porch but it was unusable for a good part of the year. We had Champion turn it into a year-round sunroom (enclosed porch) with 2 sliding glass doors and 3 sliding glass windows (all with screens). We added a separate heating/air conditioning unit and now we use the room every single day no matter the temperature or the weather. We can't say how happy we are with the finished product, the professionalism of the salesman (Kevin) and the gentleman who came to measure and answer our many additional questions (Mark) and the technicians who did the install under very trying circumstances (we were just about to go into a stay-at-home order due to Covid-19 and at that point no on knew if they'd be able to continue to work) so they even worked on a Saturday to finish the job just in case. My husband and I most highly recommend Champion. BTW, my son and daughter in law had Champion add a sunroom to their home over an existing deck and the transformation is remarkable. Not only do we all have a lovely addition to our homes but it has increased the value remarkably.

Over the Moon Pleased! I don't normally write reviews for companies, but this one is very much deserving. If you are considering a seasonal porch enclosure or anything else they provide, I cannot say enough positives about Champion Windows of Charlotte. I had received multiple quotes, ranging from extremely out of my price range to questionable materials and workmanship. From the quoting process to completion, everything went very smooth. From the details of the quoting by Kevin, I was able to see upfront the products they used and support, which had reassured my decision. When work started, I must say, I was nervous at first as this was a big investment. When the extremely meticulous installers showed up and started working, Greg and Richard definitely put my mind at ease! They explained every step of the process, what to expect each day they were onsite and their daily cleanup was amazing. They take pride in their job and you can see it each step of the process. I am wanting to convert an existing porch into a 3 season room. John Danza was prompt, punctual and easy to contact/talk to. I have had quotes from 3 other companies for the project and Champion offered me the best price, answered my questions satisfactorily and was going to handle the HOA approval which was a plus. Best of all their financing option didn't entail money down, which in this climate of people being swindled, was a convincing factor for me. I do hope they will deliver on their promises to install in 12-16 weeks! update 10/7/2022. They did deliver on their promise. My sunroom is now one of our favorite rooms in the house. My only complaint is that it still gets a little hot inside despite the demo they did that the heat would be blocked by their product. My regular windows at the house seem to be better at keeping the heat out. But I don't know if that is just how it is.

From start to finish Champion Windows did exactly what they say they were going to do they called us through the whole process of the windows been and the factory and the vinyl siding being in the factory when they would be completed and when they would get out here to install the employees that came out to put the windows in were excellent we had one window that was not seated properly one of the people from Champion Windows took a look at it immediately call the office and told us that we would get a new window since soon as it came in they would install it we also had a siding replaced the two individuals husband and wife team came out and did an excellent job Chick-fil-A longer than they anticipated because of the weather but in the end the job was amazing they replaced rotted out wood around the windows and the siding they just do amazing work sometimes when you're going out to get a business to work for you you're skeptical because you don't know if they're going to do a great job or if they're going to do a poor job and then leave Champion Windows did a great job and we would definitely recommend them to other people as soon as we get some of this paid off we will go back to them again and get a sunroom thanks champion

Although he was here for a sunroom quote, on a whim I asked about a couple of other projects we need done that I haven't been able to find other reputable companies to do and he was more than willing to quote those also. We contacted Champion after seeing a neighbor's new sunroom. They sent a salesman (John) who came to our home and explained to us their product in great detail. We pretty well knew we wanted Champion to build our sunroom but after seeing the attention to detail in their design and the quality of their products, we were definitely sold. We signed a contract and within a few weeks, they contacted us to schedule the installation. During the sales visit, John took measurements and drew a plan which he shared with us. A second person came the following week to re-measure to insure everything was correct. The installation team worked diligently (in the rain) and finished in less time than they had promised. They cleaned up the work site. Following the installation, we have had two visits to re-inspect the work and several follow up phone calls to make sure we were pleased with the product. Needless to say, we are pleased; the finished room far exceeded our expectations. My son and brother helped me to install a wood-look vinyl floor, we returned our wicker furniture, bought a plant stand and filled the space with live plants. We are using our new room daily and happy to have glassed in our previously screened porch. When the weather allows, we will enjoy fresh air with the sliding windows which smoothly glide open and closed securely with the touch of a finger. We feel we are getting great value from our latest project!

Champion installed a sunroom for us over an area previously occupied by an old wooden deck. They poured the cement, built the sunroom, added wood siding to make it look like part of the house, and turned an old window into a door for direct access to the sunroom from the house. Our experience with Champion was excellent. Starting with the sales visit, our salesman was very knowledgeable of their product and installation procedures. All our questions were answered down to the smallest detail with no pressure to buy. Once we signed the contract we had to wait a bit due to weather and other delays, but once they got started they stayed until the job was done to our satisfaction working late into the evening and always leaving the job site as clean as possible. Their staff is courteous and always willing to answer questions and discuss options. We have enjoyed our sun room for 2 months now and it looks great. Champion added some siding to the outside walls of the sunroom to match the siding on the house and it makes the sunroom look like a beautiful, integral part of the structure. We had to call Champion back out a few weeks after the job was finished to look at some windows that were not gliding smoothly and they came out right away and fixed the problem. We are so pleased we have hired Champion to replace our windows.

To be very clear, I have been extremely happy with the level of workmanship from Champion glass in enclosing an outdoor space to a 3 season patio. I’m also a huge believer in small business and giving 5/5 stars where I can but the reason for 3 stars is the lack of communication. I realize it’s a pandemic and this job was “squeezed in” with some other work but was originally given a 6-8 week period of when work would be started. We then got a call mid week that work would start within 24 hours if permitted. We also had some electrical work that needed to be done that was scheduled unannounced. Thankfully, my fiancé was home and was able to be done. The two man crew went down to a one man crew unexpectedly for vacation reasons. There was an electrical inspection done at some point with no evidence that they were on the property for however long that they were here. The final straw today was having the electrician and final inspection unannounced while I’m at work and trying to do this via telephone with my fiancé who’s also on Zoom meetings for the morning. Again, happy with the work but we’re 3 months into a pandemic and communication is key. I would estimate roughly 15-20% of this work would not have been able to have been completed if she didn’t happen to be home. I’m at work and find it unrealistic that there was no time frame given for me to take time off work even if needed for a final inspection.
