Wow! Thank you Ryan we love our new windows!! Kirk and his crew arrived early! Worked efficiently and were very friendly and informative. Some of the old windows in our home were a challenge but they handled it so well they were done before I knew it! They cleaned up everything too. It's hard to believe they did all 14 windows in 1 day. Our home is old so they had to do custom sizes for every window. Well done JKR, well done!!

Jessyka’s and Rylan’s teams did an amazing job installing our windows today. They were so fast (20 windows and a sliding glass door in 7 hours!) but didn’t cut corners and did high-quality work. Thanks Doug and crew! We were in need of new windows badly and were contemplating doing them ourselves when the sales Rep for JKR showed up. He had a great price with installation. It was about what we were expecting to pay without installation so we gladly said yes! To top that off, they do them without having to repair your drywall or stucco so that was just a no brainer to have them do the windows instead of us. The windows look great and the crew was fast, efficient and clean. They even cleaned up our back patio which I hadn’t gotten to before they came. Thanks Ryan and Doug and all the guys!

When the representative came to our door, we were interested in finding out more about JKR windows. We made an appointment with him and when he returned and showed us the product, we were sold. Spencer and his crew did a great installation and were very professional. He walked us through each window when he was done and showed us how they worked. Our windows were the originals and greatly needed to be replaced. The new windows look beautiful and greatly improve the overall appearance of our home. However, I am not entirely pleased with the install. There is about an inch of caulk around the windows and dirt sticks to the surface. It just does not look professional. In my photos, the last photo shows a window that was replaced by previous owners. There is a significant difference and appears more professionally installed. I gave 4 stars because everyone that has come to our home after the install has been very helpful and improved some areas of concern. I’ve been reassured this is acceptable and what I should expect. Perhaps I’m picky but for such a costly project I’d hope to love it.

We had to replace all of our windows, 9 of them. I was worried it would take days to install. Dylan, Damon, and their crew did an amazing job and it only took about 4 hours. They were very professional and so willing to answer any and all questions and made sure any concerns we had were set at ease. The crew was very personable and so friendly. I thought I would be anxious to have strangers in our home, but they made it so easy to have the crew here. They left our home clean of any debris and the windows looking great. Everyone has been professional, prompt, respectful, helpful, and have gone above and beyond to ensure that not only is everything done right, but that we are treated well in the process. We had some major home repair issues last year with storm and flooding damage and everyone else we had to work with for that seemed to "drop the act" as soon as they knew they had our business. JKR however has been wonderful to work with, and has made sure we can continue to contact them if anything ever happens. It has really made us feel like we're valued customers and not just the next payday. Ryan and Spencers crew in particular have been especially on top of things and professional. Oh, the windows are phenomenal too. I never knew how much of a difference good windows could make in blocking sound from the highway and keeping in our AC/heating. We live on top of a very windy hill, and the wind storms often wake me up at night. Haven't had that issue since the install, I had no idea that much of the wind noise came in through my old windows. All in all I'm thoroughly impressed with both the product and with the team. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Dylan and Damen's crew did an incredible job replacing our windows. They replaced 12 windows in the middle of August. I expected to have a hot house that day, but they worked so quickly and efficiently that I barely noticed a temperature change. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of my home and my time. I have a 3 year old, a 3 month old, and 2 dogs. They were so kind to everyone and let my dogs follow them in and out of the house. Overall I had a great experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I just had my windows installed yesterday. I am super happy with how they look and function. Even though it was in the 20's temperature wise, I went through and opened and closed every window at least once or twice. It was so nice to have easy to open and close windows! The whole process from the first time I talked to the sales person to the final installation was super easy. I feel I got a really good product for a great price. Everyone I dealt with from the Salesperson, Jared Everett to the installation crew lead by Jason LeBaron, were courtesy and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Windows are beautiful, but anyone who wants to get new windows with them in Utah should know that their windows do not have a high enough efficiency rating to get Dominion Energy's rebate. Very frustrating when we were told we would get a rebate for our windows and when we went to fill in our rebate information, was told the windows aren't high efficiency enough to qualify. Edit: JKR was really awesome about contacting us about this and gave us a Visa Gift Card about in the amount we would have gotten for our rebate. Super awesome customer service. I'm assuming they've updated their windows efficiency ratings to keep up with Dominions new policies. I really do love how beautiful the windows are and they've already made a difference this winter. So when getting them, I would just double check the efficiency ratings with Dominion before agreeing to contracts.

We had our windows replaced by Ron's Crew this week. They had to replace some very old large windows and they did a stellar job! They had to work with a mid century home with things not as level but they took special care to put all in place and bring our home up to date. We now have a much warmer, quieter home and the windows are beautiful. The crew worked well through rain and sunshine and they cleaned up and left with us all smiling. Great company and crew to use!! Stockton & Joel knocked on my door. Was greeted by my 3 needy dogs. They gave them all attention and then proceeded to ask me if I had time for a window promotion in my area. They are a company coming to the Boise area and providing jobs locally. No pushy sales. Very respectful of your time. Very worthwhile to hear about their windows. The quality, the warranties and my favorite-is the ease of cleaning and slightly tinted from the outside but not inside. You can feel comfortable with them in your home. They will explain all the benefits and show you the model window. They take as much or as least time as you need. And they have the customers best interest in mind. NEW UPDATE BELOW. AFTER THIS REVIEW. We just had our windows installed last week. Our representative we worked with was Ryan, and our crew was Ron’s crew. Ryan was very kind and personable and helpful with our questions. Ron’s team: where to begin. . . First of all we were so impressed that it’s a family crew!! They were all so nice!!! We had 20 windows installed and they came and worked hard on both days and worked in a very professional manner. They really know what they are doing!! There was little to no damage on the areas around the Windows. I have to mention Kindle. She is the most amazing calker on the planet!!! It was absolute perfection!!!! I may have to hire her on the side for any calking jobs I have. By the time they all left I felt like they were part of the family. We are very pleased with the work that was done and the windows are amazing. It’s so quiet in our house now (no outside noise) and the inside temp is easily regulated. Looking through these beautiful windows makes my day a little better! UPDATE: DECEMBER 2022: We had a window break breaK because of stress from the house settling. I called our JKR Window representative and he had me text pictures and the window’s sticker information to him. (This is why it’s very important to keep the stickers from the windows and label which windows the go with). He then proceeded to order a new window. When the window arrived, he then called and made an appointment for installation. Then yesterday Dillon and Damon came and installed our windows. They were very courteous and answered all our questions. They installed the windows in no time and cleaned up any mess from the installation and the previous break. They asked if there were any other problems they should address while they were there and when they were sure all was well Dillon and Damon were on their way. The process was simple and painless didn’t cost USA dime!! One more reason to love these windows!!!

We recently had our old aluminum sliders replaced and it has made a world of difference. Not only with temperature but sound and over all feel of the home. Our home would bake on one side of the home in the morning and then the other in the evening. We could hear everything outside including Nieghbor’s in their yards. That’s all changed completely since the install and it’s such a new enjoyable experience in our home. The experience of the window replacement was great from start to finish. Blake (our salesman) Ron’s & crew (install) and Ryan ( warranty and follow up) all made the process easy professional and an all around great experience.

We love our new windows! The day after install was very windy, but you couldn't tell from inside our home: no draft, no sound. And our installers, Spencer and Vince, were great! You could tell that they took pride in their work. Nothing was finished until it looked great, and worked like it should, even though they had to put some extra time in to fit the windows to a hole that was not built exactly square. And when the job was completed, the windows were cleaned, and any garbage/ construction debris was cleaned up and taken off the property. I cannot say enough good things about the work provided. We love our new Windows!! 1. They are beautiful. They look like the high quality windows they are. The UV protection will help keep the inside of our home from getting sun beaten so we can open the blinds more and enjoy our beautiful southern Utah sun. 2. We immediately noticed that our house felt less drafty. When it is cold outside, our windows are not. They remain close to room temperature. They are thicker double paned glass with argon gas in the middle. I would imagine the heat would be the same. 3. Our new windows are really easy to clean. Some of our windows took a beating in the last rain storm. We took a soft towel out to wipe them down. It was so easy to move the screen from side to side. And the window sill is built without the deep traditional tracks so they are super easy to wipe out. 4. We love the security features. The windows open from either side and have double latches. They also have pop out levers that allow the window to open a few inches without being able to open it all the way for those beautiful days that you want fresh air but still want the security of locked windows. The glass is thicker than the standard window which is great for insulation but also for security. 5. The lifetime warranty is also amazing on paper. We have not had to use it and hope never to have to use it so we can’t really review it but we were assured by everyone we worked with that it is legit. 6. The JKR personnel were amazing. We had just had our windows cleaned and realized we had windows that were literally falling apart. It just so happened that a JKR rep came to our door a few weeks later. We don’t usually buy services/products that come to our door but we listened to their presentation and we were impressed. Thanks to Covid, it took a little longer than usual as each window is custom made. We got a little nervous as we didn’t know too much about the company. Their customer service was great. They were really good about taking and returning my calls which I made often to check the progress. The team that installed the windows were polite, quick, professional, efficient and clean. Eleven windows in one day. It was so neat and clean and our brand new stucco/paint job was not marred at all (they had guaranteed that would be the case or they would repair it). 7. Follow up. 3-4 weeks after the installation, they came back out to check on them. Again they assured us they were available for any questions or problems. We are really glad we chose JKR. They are beautiful well made windows and add so much value to our home but even better to the quality of life within our home. Thank you JKR!!!

We had 18 of our old windows replaced, and we couldn't be happier! These windows are amazing and transformed our house. The old windows were original from 1983 when the house was built, and they let the drafts and street noise in. We already can see a difference in how infrequent the furnace is running at night and can't hear street noise anymore either. The installers were great and worked quickly and did a great job with everything - they also came back the day after and patched up areas that needed to be touched up after installation. These windows are totally worth it. We highly recommend this company!

Tyler and his crew did an awesome job installing our new windows! They were very respectful and answered every question we asked. There were a few issues with the windows, but they told us about them. Update: After several weeks, they finally came to fix 2 windows that were broken in transport. They brought 2 of the same windows instead of 1 for each of the windows that was broken, so we STILL do not have 1 of our windows fixed. It seems like once they install your windows, they forget about you. We're pretty frustrated that we still haven't got our broken windows completely replaced.

My house looks brand new! Me and my wife have been talking about getting a replacement sliding back door to our house since we bought this house a few years ago and so when JKR sales rep showed up at our house to ask if we wanted to set up a day for a consultation we said yes. During the time I waited for the consultation I researched, googled JKR, Facebook searched and talked to family members and friends and I was surprised at how many people knew JKR and they all said they are very good windows and worth the price so me and my wife were already going get the windows before the salesman guy came over. We still did the sales pitch/consultation thing and learned more about windows and ended up buying them with no hesitation. The installation went great and the guys installing windows dealt with my two young kids pestering them and getting in the way, really friendly people, my house was built in 92 and has stucco so it made a big mess taking out the old windows but the install guys kept covering over the floors and used their shop vac a lot during installing and kept it clean. There was no broken glass from old windows, they took all the old stuff out in one piece, nothing ever got broke except stucco on the outside. The JKR install guy repaired all the stucco and took a sample to make matching paint to match our old house paint and came back a few days later and made it look better than before we got new windows. (I wish I took pictures to show before and after to show the spots they fixed cause they even fixed places where the stucco was broke before I even bought the house). In the bathroom windows they took out the tile to get windows in and put the tile back in with new caulking seal and those areas look better than before as well. The best part about these windows is the sound reduction, my family no longer gets woke up every tuesday from the garbage truck!! The house has a nice sealed up feel to it. So far I haven't found any lizards around the house (the old windows frames let lizards in like crazy). I can't say anything about cooling/heating cost reduction since it's so nice outside the last few weeks we have not used either. I included plenty of pictures to show how sealed up the windows are and how they look.

We had our windows replaced a few months ago. Everyone we worked with was positive and professional. The install was clean and quick and we IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference in noise level and the drafts that we had felt near our old aluminum windows was GONE! Kirk and his crew did a great job with the install and explaining all the functions of our windows and how we could take best care of them. He also warned us that the particular color of caulk we used sometimes streaks a little in the cold and to just let him know if it did and he would come right back out and recaulk. One of our seven windows had that issue and he came out and recaulked it quick. The only thing thing that wasn't perfect for us was the windows have a few screws visible between the panes and the corners of a couple windows are a little ugly. But other than that asthetic stuff we're totally happy.

We love our new windows! They are so beautiful, high quality, and totally update the look of our house. They are easy to operate, clean, energy efficient, and have a life time warranty. I can't say enough about how amazing this company is. For the sales person who took his time explaining EVERYTHING (I had a ton of questions), their schedulers were so easy to work with, the guy that came out to do measurements was a riot, installation team was so sweet and worked so hard (our old windows were a disaster and not easy to remove) to their follow up guys coming in to double check the windows and work. Then the windows. Wow what a difference they make they started in the back of the house and as soon as they were done you could tell a difference. I thought I was crazy till my husband said the same things I was thinking. The room was cooler and not as horribly bright. Then we walked out side - it went from being able to seeing in every window to wonderful privacy (unless you turn a light on at night - blinds are still your friend) they have truly change the look and feel of our home! On top of that we can't hear everything going on outside anymore - such a fantastic bonus!! I hight recommend them, give them a call I promise you will be so glad you did! Becoming Whole

The whole experience was excellent. Even though covid created a long wait for the windows,17 weeks, they kept us informed about the status all along the way. The installers were awesome. They removed our 16 ft window without breaking it so we could re-use it. The windows are fantastic. We have had them for 3 weeks and we have already reduced our electric bill significantly. Spencer and Paul were friendly and efficient. Their team worked quickly in the cold weather keeping us as comfortable as possible. Best decision.

I love my new windows. We had a good storm with wind and rain right after the windows were installed. I never heard it! Also, I was previously getting cold drafts through my windows. No more drafty windows, and I immediately noticed the next morning and during the day, it didn’t feel as cold. These are very well constructed windows and nice looking too. My contact, Ryan Baker, was great, and Spencers crew was terrific. They worked quickly, but very efficiently, and did a great job on the installation, and they cleaned up after the job too. Everything from initial contact with Joel and our in-home appointment with Blake, to contacting Hailey with Customer Service, and finally to scheduling with Ryan, and then having Dylan's crew come and install the new windows. They are quality windows and we are so happy with them. There was a bit of a wait to get them produced and shipped but it was worth it 100%. Everyone along they way was helpful, friendly and professional and we definitely recommend them.

We had 14 windows replaced, 5 installers came (thrilled to see one was a woman!), they were polite, friendly, kept us in the loop, worked fast, did a very professional job, cleaned up after themselves, checked their work, made sure all was done and done well. one window frame was cracked. they found it and started the process of replacing it before they even told us about it. damage happened during shipping, and they said it would be replaced in a couple weeks. i will text my salesman often to speed up the process (grin,wink). the windows, themselves are beautiful, easy to clean, provides options my old windows didn't. i expect lower energy bills (rebate will be nice, too). can't say enough positive things about JKR and their people. Don’t normally like to do business with someone who comes selling at my door but we are so glad I invited Adam in to show us what he had to offer. We were in need of a few replacement windows due to seal loss issues. After talking to Adam we decided to just replace all 20 of our windows with new. After our new windows arrived the entire replacement only took 2 days for a crew of 2 (Cole and Chalice) to install. They did an excellent job with complete clean-up. Firstly, windows are what I look through and wash. That is about my active participation with them. The old windows we had were over 30 years old, and needed replacing. JKR had done a lot of homes in our neighborhood, so we decided to upgrade with them. Here is the rest of the story: We elected to exclude 5 basement windows and replace the main floor windows. The salesman gave us a total price and a price for 10 windows. He said that if we liked the windows, we could buy the other 5 within 4 years for the remainder of the total cost. That sounded good. We could see if we wanted more. In August 2020, we made a 1/2 down payment and waited. Nothing happened. Calls to them assured us they were just busy. So, we waited. In mid December, I called them again. They said they were really busy, but we would be next after the holidays. Sometime between January and February 2021, they came and installed the windows, and we made the final down payment. Since then, the windows seem to be everything they were touted to be. A year later, now, we decided to have the basement windows replaced. This time the replacement cost was not the original, promised remainder price, but a cost 1 1/2 times more. Even though we related the salesman's guarantee, that was ignored. We are now having some other window bids for replacement. I don't have any problems with the windows themselves, but I do have problems in what I am told. So, my two bits is to be careful believing what you are told about cost and installation. Look around. There are always alternatives, maybe better ones.

The two sliding windows looked great and matched the color of the rest of windows in the room nicely. The estimator, Jefferson, was easy to work with and explained in detail about the windows and the whole process, and followed it through to the end. Our experience with JKR has been excellent. Our salesman, Levi, was courteous and punctual and I really didn't feel any pressure to buy during his visit. After reading reviews, we decided to let the team at JKR replace all the windows on our 1940's home. Our main contact with the installation team was Spencer, and he was very helpful during the planning and installation. Overall, I feel like we got high quality, feature rich windows with an impressive warranty at a competitive price. I am most impressed with how they were able to install the windows in such a way as to preserve the detail and look and charm of our older home. I would recommend JKR to anyone considering new windows. Unfortunately, these windows do not qualify for a rebate through Dominion Energy, as their U factor is not below 0.22, which was a major disappointment.

My original windows were about 13 years old, they were cheap and showed their worth. Was constantly having to run the ac or heater to keep up with the horrible drafts from my old windows. These guys were doing a door to door deal and I couldn’t say no to the price. Had all the windows in my house replaced, they even did a little demo to turn 2 windows into one so I could have a nice large living room window. There is absolutely no draft, the windows are lightly tinted for privacy, they glide like butter, and there is very little temperature of the outside that is felt on the glass. My heater runs very minimally now to keep my house warm. It feels so good to finally have windows I can see through. The installers were very thorough with their work. Cannot complain one bit!

The original estimate for installation was in February but the order came in early and was installed quickly in mid December. The installation crew was friendly and didn't seem to mind our kids asking questions and watching them work. The windows themselves are much nicer than our old aluminum framed double pane windows. We love the new look and feel of these windows compared to the old ones. One feature we really like is that we can lock them open to vent the house without worrying about the security of our home. I didn't think I would ever love my windows. Because that's weird. But I really do love my windows now. They look fantastic. We've gotten several compliments from the neighbors. The windows block out so much noise from the traffic outside. But the best part is how much of the heat they block from the harsh St. George sunlight. Even with the blinds closed, my old windows let in so much heat in the living room that it was always at least 10 degrees hotter by the bay window every afternoon. Now, before we've even put the blinds back up, there is no real difference between the rest of the house and the bay window being hit by direct sunlight. I even took out my Thermapen to confirm! It was just a one degree difference in direct sunlight with no blinds in the window. Installation was done well and fairly quickly. The installers were really nice guys and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house looking great. The whole process was much easier than I thought it would be. And much, much more affordable than I thought it would be. Oh, and the windows are easy to clean. They fold down, pop out, and reinstall easily. I really appreciated the follow-up visit from JKR to make sure we knew how to do that now that our windows are installed. In fact, JKR has been great to deal with every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with our decision to buy windows from this company.

Everyone from start to finish has been wonderful! Jeff demonstrated a JKR Windows using his "miniature window", which was quite impressive, allowing me to visualize every feature, convincing me this wasn't just an ordinary window, but it's downright AWESOME! He was clear, precise, and answered every question and concerns I had about switching out my 35 year old aluminum triple pane windows. I have not regretted the decision to replace the windows in the least, because they are every bit as wonderful as the demonstration. I love that both windows per frame slide open (most windows has only one). An added bonus is the screen will slide to either side as well. The quality of the frame and window is what I had hoped for and having a lifetime warranty is a plus. The installers (Kirk, KC, and Spencer) did a wonderful job and they were very thorough. I was very impressed how the finishing touches panned out. I live in an older home and things are made much differently than they are now, so it wasn't an easy task to create a beautiful finish, but they did! We got our windows installed about a week ago. So far the windows are great. The installers were really respectful and removed their shoes every time they came in and out of the house (which was a lot). My only complaint is that they had to come back to finish a couple things and they said they would come back the next day, but they still haven’t come back. I’m not too worried about that yet because they are working on our neighbors windows this week, so hopefully it’ll get fixed then. We would recommend JKR to anyone.

I've noticed a decrease in traffic noise and haven't seen an electric bill yet but it feels like the A/C does not kick on as much as it did before. The only very minor thing I would point out was the time-line from start to finish. Install occurred about 3-4 weeks behind what we were originally told to plan for. Not a huge problem for us but something to be aware of if you're looking to buy. Overall, highly recommend this company and these windows.

This is one of the most efficient, friendly, professional companies I have ever worked with. The sales reps were amazing and the installers were great too. I waited a little bit to post this review so that I can see how they settled, the performance and usability. Once we agreed on the windows we needed replaced JKR came out and demo'd the windows, showed us how everything will work, what we can expect and answered all our questions. They immediately took measurements and provided a quote right away. We had some miscommunication that was completely my fault and I requested a change after the order for different windows an they quickly accommodated my change without a delay in the install. They stuck to their installation date and when the installers came, they were on time, respectful and super fast. I had no idea you could replace 7 windows in 2 - 3 hours. The windows are gorgeous and function perfectly. They made a huge impact on renewing the home. After a month, I have already seen a decrease in energy usage. My A/C kicks on a lot less now. After several 100+ degree days, the house still remained cool and the a/c did not have to work overtime. The energy bill already went down. Within a week, they were back to check on the installation, check all the work, and help answer any of our questions. The house is much brighter now and I cant believe how a simple window change made a 20 year old home look modern and brand new. My only regret is that I did not use JKR to install my french doors as the contractor who did that was a nightmare and bailed halfway through. I only wish they did more than windows because this is the kind of company you want to do work on your home and trust their commitments and quality. Not only were the windows a huge win, but working with JKR made them even better.

It took a bit longer to get our windows than we had thought, but then again getting a custom manufactured item during the times of COVID is amazing. Installation was fast, and done within 2 visits because there was a small hick-up in relation to our old windows. The caulking job was beautiful with wonderful smooth lines. The installers, Cole and Chalyss, communicated well and cleaned up after themselves. We noticed that we can still hear the freeway, but we don't expect it to be a nuisance. We noticed that there was some condensation on one window one time, but haven't seen it return. The overall temperature of our home is more stable and much more enjoyable this winter season. We are very pleased with the windows and door and show them off to others as often as we can. Visitors notice them and love how clear they are.

From start to finish JKR did a great job at making sure we understood every step of the process of getting out of the windows that have been in our home since it was probably first constructed. We’ve only had the new ones for a week at this point, but I immediately noticed changes as soon as the install happened. We’ve already had to adjust the thermostat as a result to be a higher temperature since it felt colder with the new windows. Looking forward to seeing how they do in the next week of 100+ temps outside, as well as finally being able to crack a window for fresh air this coming autumn. The good: the install team were all great. Very personable and efficient. They knocked out all the window installs in an incredible amount of time. I truly believe they did the best they could with what information they'd been given from the other half of the company. I don't think our house was left "cleaner than they found it" like some reviewed, but the mess was fixed with a vacuuming. The windows are also pretty awesome. Easy to remove and all extra features work. The bad: communication is horrible. I really struggled with giving 4* because of this. The sales guy, Justin, told us we could replace a window with a door install and said an outlet under the window would be no problem. Three months later... it was a problem. No one on the install team was licensed for electrical. We had 3 months we could have gotten it moved had we known it would be an issue. That led to our door install getting delayed. That took almost 2 more months of us calling to schedule a time and getting told "we'll call you back tonight" and getting radio silence. Rinse and repeat for weeks. Also, for the price of the service, it felt very unprofessional that Justin didn't check any name spelling on our contract. It made checking our order difficult as it was under a botched spelling.

The sales people were not pushy. They let the windows speak for themselves. The installers were quick and efficient and even cleaned up afterward. And, the main receptionist was an impeccable professional when I called in with a question. 2. The windows they sell: They are incredible. I opened the blinds on the window that gets blasted by the morning sun, and I was amazed at how little heat was getting into the house. We love that both sides can slide open and that the screen can shift back and forth easily. They have a built-in security tab that will only let the window open a few inches at night. And (my personal favorite), the windows can be removed from their tracking for easy cleaning. No more ladders or diving down into window wells to clean the outsides. It’s stunning how much better our house has become since JKR installed our new windows! We bought our house two years ago with the original 1960s single pane windows. They were incredibly leaky and noisy. Since we live just off the I-15, our house could get extremely loud during high traffic times of day. Our home had its 30th birthday this year. We have remodeled over 95% of it over the years as well minus the windows. That meant our beautiful home had contractor grade (so basically worthless) 30 year old windows in it. When heating or cooling it seasonally the conditioned air was pumped into the house and went right out the old incredibly inefficient windows. It seemed the cooler or heater ran constantly, which it did in the coldest and hottest times of the year. We had the attic stuffed with R-60 value insulation which did help a lot that way, but the other major loss of energy was through the windows. We had been thinking of replacing the windows but kept putting it off until one day a JKR Sales Rep, Andrew stopped by and we talked about their window options, etc. Their Marketing Director, Justin came over and we worked out a deal. When the windows were ready, Jeff, their installer replaced the old windows with JKR's updated high efficiency, double pane low-e beautiful vinyl windows. Jeff did an excellent job from start to finish professionally installing those gorgeous, efficient windows and when he was done, they looked and worked perfectly. Our home is now about as close to air-tight and insulated as it can get which definitely controls what used to be an enormous energy loss. The air conditioner ran incredibly more efficiently from day one. The house stays at a more even temperature for a much longer period of time now making the comfort level that much greater. Another added plus is the windows now help block the street noise almost completely out and/or definitely down to a minimum. The new great looking windows certainly enhanced the curb appeal and all around aesthetics both inside and outside our home. We feel the benefits of replacing the windows with an excellent quality JKR window was the right choice.

So 5 ⭐️ for sure on how quiet I noticed they make my rooms that face a main road. I love them. My contractor husband is less than thrilled with the quarter round that was used inside to hide the gap and that they aren’t recessed into where the original windows were. I’m sure it’ll be better once it’s caulked and painted... and eventually he’ll get over it. But in all fairness on this review... none of that was discussed when we bought them about 12 weeks ago. So I feel he’s justified in feeling how he feels. In the end it was me who made the call on how they were finished so I’ll deal with him. 😎 Customer service has been top notch with everyone involved. It's only been a few days, but it's much quieter, we're right by I-15. I don't hear the freeway almost at all. It's also much cooler. We've had to adjust our nest a few times because it gets to cold during the day now. Our back room has a sliding glass door and has been to hot to use previously, with the new windows it's easily as cool as the rest of the house. I love being able to open my curtains and having sunlight without the heat. The windows really updated the appearance of our home, both inside and out. We didn't even want to put our blinds back up and cover the beauty of the windows. These windows are so easy to clean. We love being able to open them in a number of different ways and even have the screens slide. One of our favorite features is the lock which enables the windows from opening beyond a certain extension. We have noticed the sound from outside has been significantly minimized and no more dust coming in through the windows during these windy spring days. Our home was built in 1970 and JKR replaced 20 windows and a sliding glass door. When the house was built the windows were a mix of all different sizes with only 2 or 3 of the same size. This was for a basement and a floor above it. JKR came in and was able to get us windows that fit for every window. When they came for the install they spent all day even though it was sprinkling, was able to work with our work schedule, and were very friendly and professional. We love the new windows. They are beautiful and they pop on the house. We can feel the difference in the insulation factor already as well as the noise reduction. The only downside is now we need to change out the siding to match the new windows :-) All of the people at JKR from the first person at the door asking about windows , to the demo and sales guy, to all the installation guys, they are all friendly, courteous, and professional. My wife and I had talked about getting new windows as ours were drafty and 24 years old. We had a total of 19 windows and a French door replaced with a slider. It has only been a week with the new windows and we are really liking them. We like that the old window frames were completely removed. All the new windows fit very well. The demo/install guys did it all in a day and a half and did a great job. Only one small door trim piece where I had to do a little work on, not a big issue. Jeff and the guys offered to fix or replace the trim but I just did a little touch up myself. We really like the look with our existing stucco pop out window trim. Really enjoying the blinds being open and not feeling the heat from the sun. I have no problem endorsing JKR.

I’m very pleased with our new windows. Our previous windows were 30 years old. They were very difficult to open, which was annoying, but also worried me, especially having them in my son’s bedroom in the basement. I worried what might happen if he needed to get out and couldn’t. I also could literally feel a cold breeze coming from the windows when they were completely closed, so the energy efficiency from the windows we had was terrible. These new windows open and close with ease, and are so quiet. My 5 year old has no problem opening his bedroom window now, which makes it easier for me to sleep at night knowing he could get out if he needs to (he knows it’s only for emergencies). They block out a lot more noise, which I wasn’t expecting but is a huge bonus. And I’m so happy with how well they keep the house insulated. I no longer feel a cold breeze coming from the windows. I love all the little things about these windows that I didn’t know I wanted in a window. I love the window locks. I can leave the windows open and leave the house without worrying someone will break in. I love how easy they made it to clean the windows with how easily they pop in and out. These windows aren’t cheap, but they are very high quality and worth every penny.

The product is excellent, form, fit and function. The window installation went well and the installers did a wonderful job, polite, accommodating and professional. Unfortunately we had a time constraint and the windows were delayed resulting in a 4 hour delay. Our only complaint is we had an 8:00 am install time and they arrived at noon as the result of a warehouse glitch. Not a problem, but a phone call explaining the situation would have been appreciated. In the end the installers saved the day and stayed until the job was done. Excellent job

We had our windows installed this May. It's been amazing the difference in how often our AC needs to run this summer. Our home temperature tends to hold steady much better, and we love the updated look as well. My only regret is that we only installed the bronze mirror tint in the office and master bedroom. If I was to do it again, I would have done the entire renovation with this finish, as it offers maximum privacy, without making the room feel overly dark. Their install team showed up on time each day for the install, cleaned up after their work, and were incredibly friendly.

We lived with single pane widows with aluminum frames for 10 years, needless to say, we needed new windows. We knew that getting new windows would make our house more efficient and comfortable, but we were surprised by how well the windows we got from JKR Windows perform! WOW!! I cannot say how pleased I am with these new windows! They were all custom built to fit my home, the installers were fabulous, they came on a snowy day but were careful to put down drop cloths all through the house to protect my floors as they worked from the inside and outside of the house. Everyone was professional, personable, efficient and fast. My favorite replacement is a sliding glass door where there had been french doors in the master bedroom. The house is quieter, the temperature stays more constant, and the curb appeal is dramatically increased. Sometimes when someone you don't know knocks on your door and tries to sell you something it's a bad experience. But in this case we are so glad we listened! My husband had been begging for new windows for our home. We have been doing some much needed updating and much to our surprise, a salesman stopped by the house. They scheduled an appointment and Jefferson came out with a window sample that he showed us and my husband was sold. Next the technicians were scheduled to come measure. We had quite a few windows and sliding doors so they needed to come finish the second day. Let me start by reviewing my old windows. These things were so bad that you could feel a breeze coming through them even when they were closed. In the winter time they would form ice on the inside of the frames. The heater ran almost none stop. We knew we needed new windows before winter. We were literally going to look at windows at a box store when a sales rep from jkr windows knocked on our door. We set up an appointment for jkr to show us their windows. They were very professional and willing to work around our schedule. We liked what we saw during the presentation and decided these were the windows we wanted installed in our home. They made the whole process very easy from start to finish. Now about the windows them selves. These things are amazing. You can open the top or the bottom. The screens will move from bottom to top depending on which on you have open. You can pivot them inside the house to clean them. I thought the heater was broken because it didn't come on until a cold front moved in and started snowing. The only downside for me is I can't hear when somebody pulls into my driveway anymore. They amazing at dampening outside noise. If you need windows you need jkr windows. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The crew installed our Windows well and cleaned up after themselves too. They didn't get every speck of debris but it was extremely few and far between when we found anything left behind. They also were good with their language while installing. One might expect laborers to be a bit more base in their conversation with each other as they worked, but they were polite and I didn't hear anything offensive. (Which was nice since I had a young child there at the time) they were also patient with said child asking questions. We generally keep or place cooler in the winter but it's not as cold near the windows.

The windows are beautiful compared to the original old windows we did have. Let me start by saying we got new windows as ours were old, broken, and not very energy efficient. Unfortunately, I did not love them like I thought I would especially for the price. First reason, the function of these windows are too easy, so much so that my kids easily hop in and out through them because the screen and window both slide from left to right and right to left. Second, the lock function on the window you have to make sure that the window is pulled closed on both sides otherwise it doesn't lock. So with the first and second reasons combined, I get a little nervous that my kids bedroom windows (ground floor level) done actually get locked if they haven't completely closed both sides after playing around with their windows) Third, the price is still hard for me to think of as worth it as I have compared each month we have had the windows with the several previous years utility cost and I am not seeing savings from having a "more energy efficient" window. My favorite thing about the purchase experience was the customer service though, the owner and the crew that installed the windows were amazing!

We are extremely pleased; the windows are beautiful and work well. We are very energy conscious so we tested the new windows the day after install. The test: the outside temperature was appx. 30 degrees and the wind was blowing almost the entire time. We started off with the inside temperature at 76 degrees. In a 24 consecutive hour period the inside temperature dropped only three degrees. The differential was about 40 degrees the entire time. The furnace and all fireplaces were off. That was with all the windows bare (no blinds, curtains reinstalled). The installers are craftsmen. Their attitude and conduct while in our home was exemplary. I would like them as neighbors. Hello my name is Carl H. CallowBorgeson and my sweet wife is Pat. A couple of months back actually two days before Christmas last year we bought our dream house for location here in St. George . We are doing a complete remodel and I mean everything! We had looked at six window companies and this is our eight house we remolded and sold but this is our retirement home . I was not happy really with any of the six companies . some were better than others ,but for a replacement window nothing was really making me feel good about the price vs value received . I sat through the demonstration of their window and when I was able to see it I was astounded ! Not to say these homes didn't have quality construction ie Pella clad wood windows and Anderson and some others but nothing to compare to the construction quality and warranty JKR provides right down to lifetime replacement on the screens. An even further value was their installation crew . first polite and respectful! efficient , took their time to do the job right . I and my wife couldn't be happier with every aspect of this project from our initial contact with Jefferson throughout the install and completion of the project . It was exactly as Jefferson explained in or initial contact. Since we had compared so many companies and their products it took my sweet wife and I about two minutes to look at each other and smile and state we found the right company for our project .
