Not impressed. I called a national agent who referred me to this location on Coors. The office itself is hard to find and it needs better signs for customers to follow. The gentleman in the back seemed to be finishing up his food when I came in, there was nobody at the front desk. I came to see if they could fix something on my windshield molding, but instead was told they would have to replace the whole glass w/s. I went to Autozone and found glue to make it work, but with all of Safelites resources and tools I just couldn't believe nothing was able to be done for this minor repair. Thanks a lot

Great work as always. . Having issues with New windshield rattling, needed/wanted to talk to a real person. No matter what option you pick the automated line will just hang up after telling you to go to website. How lazy we all have become Other then that, they always do great work. Things can't be perfect everytime which is why I know they will fix it right away. Also over herd a agent tell a customer that they did not need new windshield wipers after someone said she needed them. Love the honesty.

Went here because of a chip in my windscreen. I'm not a professional but attached are the before and after pictures. It's definitely a big improvement and certainly will prevent it from getting bigger. Somehow I feel like the outcome should have been better. The surface is not smooth and there you can still feel your finger catching on the chip. Again, I'm not an expert and maybe this is as good as it gets, still disappointed.

Zach was super helpful and knowledgeable! Went in for a chip on my windshield and he got me in and out of there in like 15-20 minutes. I had an appt and he even called to tell me that I could come in earlier because they were ahead of schedule.

Incredible Service! Zach Crawford was so professional and helpful. This was the BEST EXPERIENCE. Our Auto Insurance actually made the appointment for us and paid in full . Safelite was very good about sending text messages throughout the entire experience, to keep us updated. If we have any future windshield chips, we will definitely go to Safelite!

I wasn't able to get my door window replaced since it wasn't in stock. I was traveling to go back home and a rock busted my window, and I happened to walk in shortly after. The gentleman who was assisting me was very helpful. I had a 3 1/2 hour drive home and as nursing mom with 2 kids and with the NM wind and rain coming our way I almost could have lost it. We decided to tape up the door and it was done well and in no time so I could get home before dark. Appreciate all the help and could tell the customer service is great. Would do business if I'm back in the area and needed it again.

This was my first time using Safelite Auto Glass. I had my windshield replaced and We had a great service agent named Perry who walked us through the process. They took about an hour to replace it and we were on our way. I would recommend this to others!

Caught a stone chip on our Jeep windshield while traveling outside Albuquerque, NM. Called Safelite, made appointment for same day at this facility. Guys were GREAT! Prompt, efficient, reasonable. Dominic did a fabulous repair!! Highly recommend!!

After a couple weeks from my appointment I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by Safelite! I normally go to the dealership for OEM parts, this time the OEM windshield alone was more than twice the total cost of my visit. I would fully recommend coming to this location! The customer service was outstanding, they were on time, and very clean (what I mean is my car was just as clean when I gave it to them)! I will definitely come here again if my windshield ever gets damaged again. Another item, if you are going to wait for your vehicle there, the waiting room is air-conditioned and they have a water cooler and cups!

Perry went above and beyond on my windshield replacement. Besides the new windshield, he left my car in better condition than I had brought it in (took the time to vacuum the front, wipe down the dashboard, RE-GLUED MY SAGGING HEADLINER CLOTH !!!! this is some next level service. Miracle was also super awesome and polite to not only myself but every customer who came in today. Didn't think I would have my day made by a windshield appt but these men took care of me! Thank you!

Really blown away by the service. The repair was quick and complete. The service member asked if there was anything more he could do and really seemed to mean it. He also went above and beyond cleaning the vehicle I brought in for service. The only thing would have been a TV with cable would have made it amazing. They had coffee also.

Small waiting room, no sugar for the coffee and no bags or any of the trash cans. The employees seemed fine like they knew their stuff but it felt understaffed. The repair on my vehicle failed but They didn't charge me for the work so I felt taken care of.

Been to several Safelite shops before over the years. Last couple times I was to the one on Jefferson and was not pleased with quality of repair and the wait times. So, this time I picked the one on Caminito Coors because it seemed to have the highest rating. I can say I was very please I did. Literally less than 3 mins to drop the car off and less than 5 mins to pay and pick it up. No issues with the install either. Will definitely go back after my next New Mexico rock encounter.
