This place is such a pleasure to do business with, I had to write them a good review. The guy that helped me both times, "Russ", I think, was just so light-hearted and easy to chat with. He's from Florida, which is where I'm soon moving to, so he had lots of interesting info and tips to share. Both jobs were window encasement replacements and they get them done in a day, or next day and their prices are reasonable. It was around $100 for the smaller one and $150 for the larger one. He was great with my 2 young kids and even gave them a snack bag each with permission from Mom. 😉 Need help with glass or screens, go to this place. They're the 💣. Thank you, Mobile Screen and Glass!!! 🙏

If you can take the window to them, they are excellent but if they need to come to your home, be ready to wait a few days just for the quote. Then after getting the quote they will schedule the repair, which may be a week or two.

From two referrals in the same week to give this company a try, I must say I am pleasantly pleased with the entire interaction. Called and made an appointment to have a few window screens replaced and rear sliding door screen also. On the day of measuring I was given a call when the tech would arrive, then the tech showed up at the time given, when he did he was extremely professional and friendly. Approved the quote and then install date was set. The tech Tim, once again showed up on time and professional and got the job done swiftly. I must say this company actually cares about your business and wants to deliver what they promised. Without hesitation I will easily refer this company to anyone in need of their services. I needed some screens in my little casita/guest house. The experience with Joseph /Mobile Screen and Glass was perfect from start to finish. The pricing is fair and affordable, the quality is competitive, the scheduling and timeliness was top notch. I work with all kinds of contractors because my main house and casita were built in the forties! Here's what stood out above everything else though: Two screens didn't fit properly, mainly due to the age and quirkiness of the casita. But Joseph handled it wonderfully. He was pleasant and amenable about the situation and immediately came up with a solution. Replacement screens arrived in about 30 minutes and they fit perfectly! By my way of thinking, you can really sense the integrity of a company, not when everything goes right, but when things come up or don't go the way you planned. Then watch and see how they respond, and that will give you a true sense of a contractor/company's worth. I will be calling Mobile Screen and Glass again for future projects. I'm grateful to have experienced working with this company, and especially thankful to have met Joseph.

I needed some repair work done on a few windows. The person who came out for it walked me through a few options when bidding out the work and did a great job with the repairs. While packing up, he overheard he talking with another (unrelated) contractor about some equipment that couldn't quite fit through my doorway. He offered to pop off the glass door so it would fit. Doing that absolutely saved the day, there's no way we could have gotten the equipment through any other way. Any time I need anything done with glass windows or doors, I'm reaching out to Mobile Screen and Glass. They are prompt, they do good work, and truly went above and beyond.

I want to give 10 stars to this business and Matt in particular. I had to have them build 10 new screens for my landlord. I picked them up and took them home and couldn't get them in. I took them back to the store, along with some pictures I took, and Matt told me how to do it. Apparently in these older homes there is a screen that you have to unscrew. I did as he suggested and they fit perfectly. Thanks for the excellent customer service! Made my week!

I have used Mobile Screen and Glass several times over the last decade for screen repairs and window breaks. Recently our oversized sliding glass door had become very hard to open. They came out and replaced the rollers on site at my house. It worked better than it had in 15 years! Being an old door, the fixed panel's frame began coming apart a few weeks after the repair. I called again for service. They were able to come out within 48 hours. Not only did they get the frame fully repaired (again better than ever since I bought the house in '05), they said it would be no cost since they felt it was something that the earlier repair tech ought to have caught. (Who am I to argue?) And the icing on the cake was that the slider opens with one finger now, even better than after the first repair. I highly recommend Mobile Screen & Glass for their expertise, timeliness, cost, and integrity.

Mobile Screen and Glass installed a new sliding glass door that replaced the existing 55 year old sliding glass door. The new door is excellent quality, looks great and we are very pleased. The whole process with Mobile Screen and Glass was exceptional, from the estimation through the installation. Also Mobile Screen and Glass had previously installed new vinyl windows at our home years ago, which we have never had any problems with. We enjoyed working with everyone evolved from Mobile Screen and Glass and recommend this company.

I had someone break my business door window at my post office on Eubank & Constitution when I came in at 10am. I called several places and a lot of places said it could take 7-14 days to order the glass to get it fixed. Some places were twice as high on price. Mobile Screen and Glass stepped up to the plate by sending someone (Joshua) out within an hour and gave me a very reasonable price and fixed and replaced it right on the spot. I am giving them a 5 star rating for service, pricing, speed, etc... :)

This company took a bad situation and went the extra mile to ensure it was resolved by going above and beyond. I originally received an estimate to replace several windows and the employee was not thorough at all. He did not take into account a structural overhang below one window that would prevent him from using a traditional ladder. When he arrived to replace the windows, instead of providing a solution, he said the job couldn't get done and their initial solutions would potentially cost thousands more, let alone the schedule would get pushed out. This was going to affect our closing date on our home and it became a very frustrating situation. After getting in contact with Renee and a couple others, Ken and the team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right away, turning things around in a matter of days. I went from being disappointed to being impressed with their professionalism, customer service and a job well done. I will be working with them in the future.

This is a great company. They know what they are talking about and they are ready and willing to help. A little more expensive than the big box stores but you can get better quality stuff from them and assistance with it if you DIY or professional service if you have them come out.

These people are awesome! After calling 2 other companies to get my window at my house fixed (the other 2 companies didn't even bother to call me back when I spoke to a live person at their office and they said so and so will call you back) They told me when they would be there and they were there 2 minutes before the window that they gave me. I was impressed. Then the young man that fixed my window was very nice AND polite. I'm ashamed at myself for not getting his name but the receipt says #18. But thank you for doing such a great job!! I will recommend you and if need be, I will call you again!!

We called Mobile Screen and Glass to replace the double pane glass in 24 of our windows that had fogged. They sent Allen out that afternoon to measure the windows. A week later they had all the glass cut and came to install it. Allen, Chris and Aaron arrived at 8:30, exactly when they had scheduled. They got all the windows installed before 5:00. During the installation Allen pointed out that a couple of windows we had thought needed replacing were actually OK, gave us the option to not replace them, and took those off the price. They were all courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The new glass looks so nice we want to keep the blinds open all the time. I would absolutely recommend Mobile Screen and Glass to anyone without reservation.

Customer service is very good and I consider the cost of the work to be reasonable. After I made the appointment for the estimate I received a phone call the day of to confirm. Technician arrived on time. The 3 star rating has to do with a clerical error that resulted in a 6 day delay of the work. I paid upfront, on tues, for the work to be done that Thursday. Someone filed the the paperwork in a work order completion stack because I paid upfront. This resulted in a delay of a reappraisal for a house and a delay in closing on said house. Russ and company were apologetic, helpful and quick to get work done after the mistake had happened. Still an inconvenience for my move into the house.

After speaking with Jay the manager, he offered straight up to make things right. He gave me the funds up front to get the repairs done with only a week until closing. He measured the glass and gave me a quote & told me it would be 10 days to get the special order low-e Glass. They called me 3 days later to let me know the glass arrived & they scheduled my installation. Today the tech was on time, courteous, clean & replaced my glass perfectly. I came in today with an elderly friend I help care for. She has a screen that was torn from her little dog scratching at it. The man at the desk immediately greeted us and started working on the screen. He fixed it for us with no charge! Customer service was excellent. Hard to come by these days.
