The team at Glass Doctor were so helpful and professional. After the stress from an accident the left me with a completely caved in windshield, it was such a relief to find somewhere that could take care of my car quickly and without charging me a fortune. In fact it was the best price I found after calling around town. And I was able to prepay for my service, so there were no surprises when I came to pick it up(earlier than expected). My compliments to Vanessa at their reception desk for being so nice and helpful and to the owner The team at Glass Doctor were so helpful and professional. He was great - and if I have any needs for glass in the future, he'll be the first person I'll call. I can't recommend them highly enough and I'm so thankful to them.

The Glass Doctor has now done two repairs on our car windshield. They were able to complete the repair on the day we called them and stayed in touch with us to confirm when the service technician would be available to complete the work, so didn't have to sit around all day. The repair was done quickly while we waited. The staff is always helpful, welcoming and professional. They are also less expensive than other options. We highly recommend them.

I was driving down the Paseo speedway yesterday and of course, my new truck got a small chip in the glass. Not having done this in quite a while I went to check with places like Safelite and a few others. I was headed down to another place after being quoted $150 by Safelite and $60 by another local place down on Wyoming and central. As I was driving down Wyoming I saw glass doctor and thought, why not stop in and ask. Not only was the cost much less than the competition, they were friendly and had me fixed up in a matter of minutes. As a veteran, I really appreciate service to others and I would highly recommend them and will never consider going anywhere else!

Had a crack in the windshield start to increase in size - longer than the length of a dollar bill. I felt the service was great, and the staff were friendly. They were even able to transfer a toll sticker from the other window onto my new window. Based on age of the sticker on the window, not all toll stickers can be transferred. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

Ive been needing to get a front windshield for sometime and this other place I had already been working with was taking forever to recieve the windshield, so I decided to take action and give the Glass Doctor a call. They were super quick and after I made my payment the next day the windshield had arrived. As soon as I showed up in the morning they instantly pulled up my car, got it in the shop, and I thought it would be longer, but in fact it was much quicker then I anticipated! The entire staff is a good family and works hard to get the job done and does everything in their ability to meet their customers needs. Highly recommend!

Someone broke into my car by shattering my rear driver side window. I called around to get quotes and Glass Doctor was able to order my new window and have it replaced all within a few hours. The price was extremely fair compared to other places I had contacted . The personnel was professional,welcoming, and quick. The job was neat and they even cleaned out the glass that was all over my back seat, that wasn't requested but very much appreciated. The also offered free chip repairs for a year.I would definitely return to them for future issues.

I was under a great deal of stress due to a scheduled closing of the sale of my house. I still had a window which needed to be replaced and two showers which needed to be installed. called Glass Doctor and explained my urgent dilemma. Maria was so kind and immediately scheduled me for the same morning. Actually within an hour. The window was replaced and installed by the end of day! The owner worked alongside his crew. Quick and easy service. I called about a cracked window and they were able to get someone out for an estimate the next day, and they came came and took the window away the day after that. Our Ford 350’s moon roofs track assembly broke and was leaking air was well as rain. We needed the roof looked since rain storms moved into Albuquerque and it was leaking. I contacted the Glass Doctor to see if I could set up an appointment. They told me who drop by so they could assess they roof. During lunch, I dropped in and they were able to take the truck. They gave me a ride back to work. The next day it was repaired. It was amazing that they had the parts in stock! Very professional and turn around was amazing. Had a freak accident with a sunroof. Dealing with insurance for this claim was a complete nightmare. Accident happened in December and insurance said they would have the car fixed by March. Took it to glass doctor, not knowing what to expect. Julio and his team saved the day! Had a home inspection scheduled within 2 week and got a bb through a double pane window. Called several places all saying it would be up to 8 weeks before they could do an estimate, several places never answered their phones. Glass Doctor came out same day to measure, had my estimate the next day and had the window replaced 3 days later. I don't know if it's the supply shortage or what's going on with New Mexico glass folks but if you need glass replacement I recommend Glass Doctor.

Something fell on the windshield of my brand-new car. When I received quotes from several companies Glass Doctor was the only company that explained the windshield replacement required recalibration to make the cameras work. The car was new, so I had no idea. The quotes from the other companies were cheaper so I am pretty sure they didn't understand this needed to be done or didn't have the capacity to do it. The dealership verified that Glass Doctor was correct. Glass Doctor gave me a warranty of a year on the new windshield. They will cover the 900 dollars windshield if a break again within a year. I am using them to replace couple of windows at the house. They do residential glass also.
