The Dreamstyle team including sales, installation and service has been superb. The sales representative, Bruce, provided thorough information regarding the selection of windows and doors for our historic home. The only disappointment was the length of time involved in having the windows and doors constructed. However, once the windows and doors were delivered to El Paso, the installation time was prompt and rewarding. The installers Arturo, Ricardo, Steven and Ricardo Jr. were highly professional, skilled, efficient and extremely dedicated in the completion of every aspect of the installation. The team persevered throughout the removal of the original windows and doors of our historic home, to the installation of our energy efficient windows and doors. This team worked without a break for lunch or dinner. Quite impressive to see the resolve demonstrated by this team. Thank you to each and everyone for your efforts in fulfilling our dreams.

Billy and Alan were absolutely the best. Not only did they arrive on time once they started they never stopped. We had 8 windows replaced and also we had our sliding glass door turned into a regular door. They started at 8:30am and finished at 2:45pm never stopping once. They did such a good job that if we get anything else done we want them to come back.

We had our windows and a storm door installed in January the clips that hold the glass in place were loose and the installation people ordered replacements. Here it is April and no clips I have talked to Cruz once and he promised they'd be here and sent over. The windows work as does the door but I can't remove the glass to allow fresh air to come in because the clips are broken. We got the door for that purpose and we can't use it.

Here is an update on these guys since my last review on them. I am strongly reversing my opinion on this company. Soon after their installation, about two weeks later one of the windows has a broken piece that won’t allow the window to stay upright. After a couple of phone calls and rude responses by their service manager I finally had a guy come over to look at it 4 weeks after I called. He said it would take two more weeks to get the part in and here we are 6 weeks later since he came by and no part yet. Worst yet their sales person who was so nice to sell me his products is no where to be found. I’ve texted home with no replies. I don’t recommend these guys after all! Go somewhere else. I regret making this substantially expensive purchase with such poor service. 12/15/2020 These guys were true professionals. They came in just as they said and on time. They installed 11 windows for me and every single one came out perfect. No issues what so ever. I highly recommend this outfit. You wont be disappointed.

Paul and Clint were great! Both installers showed up right on time, were pandemically dressed with masks and stayed at a safe distance when in our home. Paul was highly informative after the install and gave us clear and concise direction on how to use our new gas stove (which is beautiful and functional, by the way...we LOVE IT, and so do our pups!). I would highly recommend this service as both Paul and Clint were safe, friendly, professional, timely, efficient, and did a fantastic job with the details of the install. Five stars, for sure! We compared a lot of window and door options for our 20+ year old house with original windows. After deciding on dreamstyle (not the first time but they made a great second offer) the pre install and install were done very well. The measured multiple times before manufacturing the windows. For install, they came in, covered everything in plastic and put down drop cloths where they were going to be walking at. They (Leo and Isack) cut the stucco, carefully took out each window, replaced them, filled the gaps, re-stuccoed the outside, sealed the inside and then vacuumed up any mess and took their trash. The restucco job (by Jose) looks great (as of the time of the review, still waiting on the color match) - overall, no complaints and would recommend them as a great option for your window or door replacement.

We had our window replaced the installers Billy and Alan were professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after and also made sure our window cover was put back on the window and it did not make it easy for them. They stuck with it and got everything completed.

This is the second job I have had Dreamstyle come and do work for me, and once again I have been very pleased. Tony was our advisor and he was very professional and had an excellent personality. The lady that came and did our measurements was also very professional and sweet. Amanda called us in a very timely manner once the material was ordered and set up our appointment. Ruben and Chris showed up Wednesday September 5 exactly at the estimated time and began work right away. They went over the plans again with me and I appreciated their Professional opinion on the height of the porch especially in the area we are living at now. Ruben and Chris were very respectful of my home and did an outstanding job on our porch. They had an unexpected task on my end in the fact we installed turf before this job, but they cut around it carefully and took care in putting it back to its original state. I highly recommend this company as I have used them twice for a job. They may be more expensive but you get what you pay for on a project done correctly the first time and for the quality of the material and professionalism of labor.

We dropped into the Sportsman's Warehouse and decided to walk across the parking lot to Dreamstyle Remodeling. We had been considering a wood stove for our home in Los Alamos. The salesman walked us through all of the stoves they sell, uncertain we went home and looked at brochures. I called em a week later and started the process. We got on their schedule and pretty soon Lorenzo Rodriguez and Edgar Madera showed up with my stove on a flat bed trailer. The installers were professional and competent and had our new Blaze King installed by the early afternoon. The stove hasn't been cold since then, and it's been 3 weeks with snow and rain. From the outside you rarely could tell we're burning wood. We love it, thanks Lorenzo, Edgar and Tracy.

We had our house re-stuccoed, re-roofed and a sliding glass door replaced by DreamStyle. We're really happy with the work they did and the way they’ve treated us. We have a chain link enclosure for the cats that had to be partially disassembled to do the stucco work. The stucco guys took care of taking it apart and putting it back together with no extra charge. Antonio, the stucco manager, suggested we get new outdoor lights and house number tiles and they would install them. They did a terrific job. Flo, in the door department, did a clever job of adjusting the sliding glass door so the foot lock and screen latch worked. Two months after the work was finished, we had a small electrical fire. It had nothing to do with the work they did, but they came out and scrubbed the wall and then put a scratch coat and a color coat over it. They didn’t charge us for it. Can’t beat that.

The Dreamstyle team of Steven and Art were very professional, efficient and excellent to work with. They arrived on time over a two day period to install three French doors in our house. The new Marvin doors were well engineered and fit right into the old door frames that the Dreamstyle team had measured out before placing an order for the doors. Fantastic experience. They only distribute the higher end higher quality replacement windows which is what we wanted. The estimate went really well and we were given all our options as well as being guided to save money where it was important. We appreciated that. Waiting for the custom windows (went with Infinity by Marvin) was a few months but they kept us updated throughout. Installation was fantastic! Billy and Lobo were on time, friendly and efficient! Replaced 16 windows! We were told 3 full days but they completed in only a day and a half! They cleaned up after themselves and everything went so smoothly! If you can request Billy and Lobo you won’t be disappointed!

The installation process went better than we anticipated and we were left with no construction debris or dust afterwards. We asked them to be sure to close the gate so our dogs didn't escape and they complied with our request. They worked very hard and finished the job in less time than expected. Dreamstyle did a fantastic job of stuccoing our 3-story hobby building. We had a grey coat for stucco put on the building many years ago, but had not been able to finish the job. Dreamstyle had to take off the old and start fresh again. They were incredibly good. I've never seen a crew work that well together, be as reliable as they were, and move as fast as they did. They even dug down around the base of the building to be able to take the stucco as far down as possible. It was a huge job, and they finished in record time. Installers Adrian and Cesar were on time, fast and very professional. They installed 11 windows, including one that required new framing to install lower, in less that a full day. They covered furniture with plastic to minimize dust, which was much appreciated. Each window was finished off and sealed perfectly. We are extremely please with our new gas insert. The picture show the before (1988 unit) and after (trim is unfinished). The sales person was very helpful getting us a unit that worked well for us. We had an installation hitch due to our wood construction, but the mark of a good company is how they handle issues. Our installers (Clint, Paul, and Lorenzo) found the problem and were instrumental in helping us find a great solution. Dreamstyle stood behind their work and helped us find a solution we could not be more please with. The installation team is very busy due to all the work during the pandemic, but when they got here their work was top-notch. My wife and I could not be more pleased. We were especially please by the quality and thoroughness of our installation by the team (Clint, Paul, and Lorenzo). Overall, Dreamstyle's price can be more, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

After visiting other vendors to purchase a gas burning fireplace insert I decided to check out Dreamstyle Remodeling. Friends told me they would be more expensive because they were a "Big" company. I experienced just the opposite. Joseph Cantu, my salesperson, was helpful and very knowledgeable. His pricing was very competitive and the delivery time short. When Paul and Clint showed up for a site check they were polite and professional. They returned the next day for the install. We love our new windows! Leon and Arkell installed our windows and did an awesome job! They installed the windows much quicker than we were expecting. They did a great job of cleaning the areas around all of the windows. Very Professional. Our windows look so great and we are very happy with our purchase. The only thing we didn't like was the amount of time the windows took to come in. They were custom windows so we did anticipate it taking a long time but toward the end there was an extra delay. Altogether from the consult to the installation, we are very happy customers.

Worked with Jerome Rethmel on a roof replacement and complete re-stucco project. Jerome was very professional and paid attention to the details. Cade Sullivan was the roofing supervisor. He also was professional and paid attention to the job, the clean up and the small details like conduit on cables. The stucco job was overseen by Antonio Gonzales and his foreman Manual Ruiz. Manual assisted with all the small details and the cleanup at my home. He helped to reinstall the garden hose hangers, porch lights etc. The overall experience was professional and the work was well done

Cannot say enough great things about Dreamstyle Stucco and the complete re-stucco job they just completed on our home! The attention to detail was far over and above anything we would have expected. (They took photos of our backyard so they knew where to return our furniture and planters after they moved them out of the way - we didn't even have to help!) P.J. and Mike arrived right on-time and ready to work. They did an excellent job installing our new front door. Anyone who knows a little about this type of job knows that you can have the most well-made door in the world (we went with ProVia), but if it isn't installed properly, nothing else really matters. I can say that these guys did truly professional job, start-to-finish. Additionally, I was very curious about the process and had a lot of questions. They never got impatient with me, and were always willing to stop what they were doing to explain a part of the process, or to make adjustments. They also did an excellent job explaining, ahead of time, how some imperfections in my house's structure (around the door) would affect the outcome of the installation. Regardless, the new door looks amazing and operates perfectly. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new door and I'm glad we went with Renewal by Andersen. We will definitely be coming back to Renewal when it's time to get our patio door replaced!

Very disappointed in the service, they confirmed with me that they would ce today 04/21/22 yesterday so I took the day off work and I moved everything from the rooms so the installation could be done. They kept giving excuses through the day until they finally canceled at noon they didn't even attempt to make the situation better they told me they would reschedule and when I said I can't get another day off they said they don't work weekends and didn'teven give an estimateof the day they could come. They do a great job talking you into spending thousands of dollars but have no professionalism. Never again do I want to deal with them and will never recommend them. BTW this is for the el paso Tx Update: They ended up coming like we agreed upon this past Saturday which is great. They redeemed themselves all that is left is for them to come back another day of the week to finish the installation after that I would grant the full 5 stars for making everything better and doing a good job on the installation.

We are so thrilled with our Renewal by Andersen windows which were just installed. It has been such a great experience from start to finish. The sales rep, Shane, started by asking us what we wanted verses telling us what we should do. He listened to our needs to help us make the right decision to fit our desires without pressure. Then Steve was precise, thorough and kind when measuring and making sure we had the plan clear for the installers. The window installers, PJ and Mike, were both friendly and professional. They did a great job installing and cleaning up after. We felt safe leaving a key for them to lock up after they were done. Manuel Vicuna and Fernando took great care with the stucco/plaster and sheetrock. I did need to do a final wipe down to satisfy my perfectionist nature but that’s to be expected. The whole company has done superior work and we felt looked after the entire time. Both the product and workmanship have a life-time warranty, so you know they are going to get the best people to complete the project. Let’s face it, windows are expensive and replacing our windows was a big investment for us, but I do feel like we made the right decision going with this very reputable company. They have done everything to prove our choice to be the best. I'd rather spend more now to have it done right and last forever verses having to replace them in years to come. The windows are beautiful, and my very handy husband said he was impressed with their workmanship. We already feel and hear the difference with these double pane quality windows. We own a 2500 SF 2-story house in Albuquerque, NM. After Jerome came to our home and gave us a very thorough presentation about the process and the materials used by Dreamstyle Stucco, we did our due diligence and finally decided to use their services. Jerome was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions or needed to select a color (he gave us addresses of of houses to where our proffered colors were used). He also responded promptly to all our requests during the process. The job was finished a couple days ago. It really took only 2 days for the first preparatory step (smoothing and cleaning the old stucco and applying a new thick layer) and then only 2 days to apply texture, paint and protective overcoat. The team took care of everything (removing all light fixtures and cables from the walls and reinstalling at the end). They cleaned up the yard and everything looks beautiful and perfect. The price was a bit on the high side but the quality is fantastic.

Hands down the best professionals I have ever dealt with. My design consultant Bill was extremely helpful. His knowledge and experience provided me options that I did not think were possible. My project included knocking out an exterior wall and a great amount of prep work was needed. Thomas explained everything in great detail so I understood exactly what would happen. Everything he said step by step ended up being true. No surprises, no issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. Leo, Billy and Manuel were my installers and drywall guys. They were fantastic. They worked fast and efficiently and made sure everything was perfect. They made a tough job look easy. They also were fantastic at cleaning up the everything daily. MY job took 4 days, but every day they left, the house was perfect. They cleaned everything so you wouldn't even realized they were working there. Not only were they great at the installation, but the service was even better. If they said they would be here at 9am Monday morning. They were here at 9am Monday morning. I will use this company over and over again and this is the only company I will recommend to my family and friends.

We recently got stucco done on our home. We are pleased with the end result, and overall satisfied with the end product. Our stucco looks really nice, and I love the color! The manager and supervisors were nice to work with and very professional. However, we had a few disappointing things, that made for my 4 star review. First, the company lacked continuity, in my opinion. The sales rep who gave our quote gave an "above and beyond" description for the work that would be done by the crew. For example, he said they would hammer off all the loose broken stucco before applying the new. Well, turned out, the men were patching over the loose areas, and we had to complain to the site supervisor. (which to their credit, the supervisor quickly corrected the team, and they started and continued to do a thorough job.) Second, the manager that came to site check said that the crew would place a metal 'border' along the seam where my brick meets my stucco. That wasn't done. Perhaps I miss understood him. Also, there was a slight 'wave' to the bottom side of my house where they knocked off a large section of loose stucco. This doesn't bother me much (just giving an honest review here). Third, the crew seemed to have rinsed out their cement mixing bucket in my front yard rocks. There's now a sediment under my river rocks where they dumped it out. I don't have a perfectly kept front yard, but I didn't appreciate it. Perhaps that is normal, but I think they could have rinsed it and put the mess in the gutter. It was a nice touch. Our experience wasn't a dream, but it wasn't a nightmare either. I am now of the opinion that you can't always count on the highest quality labor when paying the higher price. Luckily they do offer a nice warranty for the materials and labor.

Chuck installed it in an amazingly short period of time. (Less than 18 hours spread over two days). I had originally planned to have my house painted. The painting crew showed me where stucco was coming away from the house and advised I have it repaired. I then called Dreamstyle to come to my house and see what needed to be done. My only call was to them, as last summer I had all the windows and slider replaced with Renewal by Anderson. Having experience with this company, and their products and work ethic, it never occurred to me to call anyone else for a quote. Ben Santana came out and was very pleasant and professional, telling me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. I had the house re-stuccoed; the stucco crew were also very nice and professional and kept me up to date on everything they did. The result is fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. Ben also sent me a hand written thank you note for choosing Dreamstyle. Who does that anymore? Back in my day it was the norm but kids these days .... anyway, if your house needs windows or stucco repair, I would highly recommended Dreamstyle/Renewal by Anderson. You won’t be disappointed. PS: the only downside is my house is the shining star in a street of worn out looking houses and the neighbors are mad at me. But Ben warned me of that so it wasn’t a complete surprise

We ordered a sliding glass door and one window, and are very pleased. The craftsmanship is superb! Our design consultant, Frank Alvarado, was very professional, informative, personable, and thorough. And we were also pleased with the installation. Leon and Jesse arrived at the scheduled time, and did not stop until the door and window were installed. And they also worked with our stucco guy as to the best placement of the window. They, too, were professional. My only disappointment is the fact the sliding glass door has a Schlage lock and I would have preferred a Kwikset because all of the other doors are keyed alike with Kwikset locks which requires one key for all doors. It was no fault of Mr. Alvarado, I should have done my homework and got clarification. If we have other replacements, they will definitely be Andersen's.

Excellent service from the day I walked into the store until he Jacuzzi was installed. The salesperson, Tracy, accommodated a significant change request after my initial order and the installers, Jared, Clint and Paul, took care to move the spa through my yard as I wanted them to which was more difficult for them, but had less potential to damage/crack a new concrete patio we had just installed. The installers were also friendly, provided really good instruction on how to maintain the spa, and answered all the questions I had. I have never owned a hot tub before so he was patient as I asked questions about information he had already told me. The installation was also pretty quick allowing me to get on with my day. I think Dreamstyle and Jacuzzi cost a little more, but it's well worth the little bit extra for the service they provide.

Their design consulting and finance people, Bob Murphy and Joe Smith, did not use any high-pressure tactics to sell the job. Instead, they utilized their time to thoroughly explain their company’s approach to this type of work, and discussed everything in terms of what our needs, concerns and desires were. Actually, we enjoyed talking with them, and determining what the job would be like. Stucco Manager Daniel Perez and Supervisor Antonio Gonzales, offered a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience, which was very helpful in our decisions of color and finish choice. The stucco crew was industrious and outstanding. Their very experienced foreman, Esteban, was thoughtful and considerate. The entire crew was very polite and courteous, and just as their foreman was, thoughtful and considerate. We honestly feel that they sincerely cared about the quality of their work. Their cleanup after the base coat was applied, and again, after the color coat was applied a week later, was exemplary. The only thing they left behind was a beautiful stucco job that we are very happy with, and very proud of.

The installer (Mr. Isack Borg) level of detail, quality of work and professionalism was second to none. He exceeded my expectations of cleaning up after he finished the project. I am very pleased with the windows that were installed. Sadly, my issue is with the Dreamstyle HQ. After the salesman did his part, another gentleman was required to do detailed measurements and inspection on the level of work needed for my project. After conversation with this man it was determined on a couple of my windows would need Jam Extensions and Casings. When the installer arrived he was NOT given the Jam Extensions or Casings! Once my installer discovered he needed the Jam Extensions and Casings he called his HQ and notified them of the shortcomings. This issue is a clear failure of the quality control on the HQ part to ensure that the installer have all items to complete the project. A day later and I have heard NOTHING from Dreamstyle on they plan to fix this problem! At this time the best rating I can give Dreamstyle is 3 stars due to the poor handling my project by Dreamstyle HQ.

While the installation did have a bit of a hangup in the beginning, it had nothing to do with the installation crew and the issue was resolved quickly. I was called my the receptionist a week prior to schedule the installation. She told me they would be here at 8am. By 8:40am I hadnt gotten any phone calls about delay so I reached out to the office, only able to leave a voicemail. I then called the sales rep. He made a few calls and called me back. The crew was here by 10am and appologized to us. They were apparently told the job was cancelled even though I had not spoken to anybody about cancelling. Regardless, they replaced my window and door taking great care with our home and personal belongings. They were kind,friendly and very thorough. We shared bits about our lives and it was more like having a friend over than a couple of strangers in my home which put me at ease. I am very pleased with the work and the quality.

5-Star Company, Product and Staff!! The crew that delivered our hydrotherapy tub executed the install flawlessly. My biggest concern about making such a large investment into a Jacuzzi was the support maintenance after the purchase. All my research sources came to the same consensus, make sure you buy from a credible dealer, furthermore, make certain that the company is equally reliable when it comes to maintenance of the tub. I believe we found both in Dreamstyle. I was apprehensive up until the point of delivery and only now am I completely comfortable with my purchase. If the crew that installed the tub is any indicator of the support we will have after the purchase then all my worries are put to rest. They came in a crew of 4, all very pleasant gentlemen. We had Clint, Lorenzo, Paul and Jared here. They were on time, so efficient and stayed the entire time until the tub was filled and operating perfectly. They even walked over 5 gallon buckets, one after another, to fill the Jacuzzi. Our hose had literally just busted so we were short on a water source. Didn't matter to the guys, they kept the show going. After it was filled, Jared walked us through all function, maintenance and thoroughly answered all of our questions. They could not have been more professional yet friendly. I would highly recommend Dreamstyle as a trusted dealer...as far as the tub goes, I never want to leave it. I literally run my companies from it!

Review of our Dreamstyle shower remodel: Overall , we are very pleased with the total experience. Josh Nichtern was a competent and professional sales rep who explained options and details of what selections were available to us. Although I am less than enamored dealing with high polished sales folks, Josh helped us make the choices that ultimately led to a product I believe we will be happy with. The rubber meets the road when it comes to production and installation. Here is where I give my highest grade to Dreamstyle. The Production Manager, Russell Luna, came out initially and corrected/ensured measurements were correct for the installation. I appreciate the efficiency accuracy he demonstrated to ensure the job would be done correctly. When the installer came, I was surprised it was a single man operation. The installer, Gerardo Armedariz, was friendly and professional. He looked at the job site and did one of the most important thing a customer would like to hear. He turned to me and said, “I got this”. Ok…maybe that’s not important to some, but to me, it instilled confidence in who he was and the work he would be doing. Gerardo worked tirelessly for about 10 hours, without taking a noticeable break. He was competent in answering all my questions about ADA specs, and worked the project in a seamless fashion. His attitude was upbeat and he was very careful moving things in and out of our home. The completed job was incredible and you could tell he was a master craftsman. In a nutshell, you may a bit pay more going with Dreamstyle, but what you get is well worth it. I’m also confident that if any issues arise, they will be handled according to my needs.

Updated review: I want to thank Peter for resolving my issue. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations of Dreamstyle. Our inherited sunroom (from the purchase) on our home is no longer available commercially. Purchasing replacement parts is impossible, and repair is near impossible. Peter searched around found an exact-size door in a different color on a demo at the company's previous location. Peter suggested this as an alternative to removing pieces and making space to install a more modern door at a higher expense. Once I received approval from my boss (wife!), we gave Peter the go-ahead and he replaced our broken door. All my wife and I can say is wow, we love he new door and the contrasting color looks amazing. I still maintain that Rachel is hopelessly incompetent when it comes to customer service. I have made numerous calls and left voice messages and messages with other staff, and she does not return phone calls to customers. If it weren't for the huge communication issue, I would be giving Dreamstyle 4 stars.

Just had a Blaze King gas fireplace insert installed to replace my old, leaky one. I love it! It not only looks modern and sleek it actually provides significant heat so I can turn off my house system and still be toasty. I especially appreciated Jared, Clint and Paul, who did my installation. They were polite and efficient - but not rushed - and spent time to explain the operation of the remote and answer any other questions I had. The only reason I didn't give my review five stars is that communication with the scheduling department was poor. It took several weeks to get the unit from the factory and while this is understandable, I wasn't informed of a time frame. I had to call more than once to get a call back.

On April 23, 2019, Gerardo and Ruben installed our new shower, removed our garden tub and old shower and finished off the area that was a shower so we can make it a closet. They not only worked their tails off, but stayed late so we wouldn't have to have them return the next day. We greatly appreciated that and know they had to be absolutely wiped out when they left our house after such long hours. You would never have known it though. They wore the same smiles and great attitudes when leaving as they did when they arrived. I'd like to point out how very observant these two men were. My husband had cleaned his cast iron skillet and was drying it on our gas stove. He forgot about it when he went to do something else. On one of their trips into our garage for material, the installers let us know the gas flame was still on. Had they not done so, we could have had a fire in our kitchen! That cast iron skillet was extremely hot and we were and still are, very grateful to Gerardo and Ruben for noticing that. I really don't even want to think about what could have happened without them letting us know. Both of these guys totally rock! Dreamstyle converted our bathtub to a walk-in shower needed for medical reasons. The installers Gabriel and Michael completed the job in one day, working through lunch. Their attention to detail, interaction with our dog and cleanup was impeccable, as was their personal interactions. Their was a problem, beyond their control, however, as the shower glass was not as ordered. I told the manager that I would keep the installed glass for a "discount" or have them install the glass that was ordered. Instead they just deducted the difference between the higher priced glass that was ordered and the installed glass. Rather than have them return to take out the current glass and replace the expected glass, I went along with their decision to avoid the hassle of rescheduling the work. But disappointed that their was no "discount", as they were spared the cost of that extra install.

House looks refreshed and we know we have a solid warranty. A couple of suggestions I might have is that at least one - and preferably more - of the crew should speak English so there is no problem with communication during the process. This was a minor issue during our job but we worked it out. Another slight mention is that the crew was so pressed for time on the last day and although they had worked pretty much 10-12-hour days, they had another job scheduled for the day after ours was finished and our clean-up job was a bit sketchy. We are so pleased with our "new" house! Thank you all.

There was a small hiccup to begin with because neither the person who set up the appointment or the person (Mark?) who called to confirm to appointment let us know that we would need EVERYTHING moved away from the window openings and EVERYTHING off of the walls around the openings. Luckily, my children were home and we all worked together to move things out of the way so they could get to work. They covered everything with plastic dropcloths and we're very tidy with their work. Leo is a true pro and cut out the old windows with ease and accuity. Some of the other windows had gouges and scratched off paint on the existing trim that we will need to repair. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up very well. We received one torn screen and a scratched door handle that Leo assured us will be replaced quickly. Leo was knowledgeable about the finish work we have chosen to complete ourselves and walked me through that process. I love the look and operation of my new windows.

We had five replacement windows installed by Renewal by Andersen. All work was highly professional from the sales meeting through to the color stucco. Each worker was an Andersen employee: Sales: Carmine Peimontese and Steve Padula Measuring: Martin Cervantez Installation: Lonnie Hernandez and Juan Hector Stucco: Gerardo Gutierrez and Edgar Madera Painting: Adam Young. Coordination among all seven workers was excellent as each knew what had to be done. The sales and measuring guys enhanced the coordination by taking photos of each existing window inside and out so that the installers knew what they faced. All workers arrived on the time they told us they would. Installing the five windows and the base coat of the stucco trim were all done the same day. We had them remove three accordion blinds before they cut out the old windows. They replaced the blinds when they had finished. The installation crew replaced wood panels above two south-facing windows that had deteriorated over the years but are part of the house design. The painter came the next day to stain the unpainted wood panels above the windows. He also re-stained the faded wood panels that had not needed replacement just to balance the look of the installation. The stucco guys came back four days after they had done the base coat to apply the brown color coat that matched the existing stucco. The work was done neatly. The installers placed plastic tarps inside the rooms where the windows were being replaced to cut down on dust from the cutting tool that allowed them to remove the old windows. The stucco guys covered each window with plastic sheeting and masking tape to block any extraneous stucco from marring the installation. They also laid tarps on the ground outside the house. One window was partially blocked by a large shrub. We were concerned about damaging the plant but they tied the shrub back away from the wall so they could work behind it. There was no damage to the shrub. After their work, they removed all construction debris, swept up dust from the patio, and hauled away the old windows. The installation was done with precision. The installers used a projecting laser line marker to ensure the alignment of each window. The windows came with a variety of plastic spacers to hold the alignment while they drove screws through the window frames. We are pleased with Andersen's work that was far superior to the many other construction jobs we've hired over the 37 years we've owned this house.

Dreamstyle Remodeling replaced 25 windows in our home. This home is a 2nd home and is 20 years old. The original windows had reached the end of their life. Dreamstyle Remodeling was awesome to work with starting with the site visit by Michael Kirk (window salesman) and Bob Murphy (stucco salesman). Michael spent 7 hours with my wife and me thoroughly explaining the replacement window process as well as preparing an estimate for the replacement Anderson windows. Bob Murphy spent several hours with us explaining how to re-stucco our home. This home will also be re-stuccoed by Dreamstyle Remodeling. We live in an area that has a very hands-on HOA. Any exterior modification to the exterior of any home in this area must be approved by the HOA. Dreamstyle Remodeling took the responsibility of submitting all requests for window replacement and re-stuccoing the house. This was a huge benefit to my wife and me. The window replacement process was performed flawlessly in less than 3 days. Jesse and Ruben were the installers assigned to our project. These men were absolutely a delight to work with: courteous, very conscientious, cleaned up the work site each day. Their installation skills were superb. It was just before Father's Day and only a couple of weeks before I had complete knee replacement that I bit the bullet and decided, this was the year, my husband is going get a 'real' Father's Day gift of an Outdoor Kitchen form Blaze King. Knowing it would be well over a month or two before we could even get started on delivery because of recovery and we were already scheduled to remodeling the deck, the delivery team was asked several times to hold off on our 'set up' date. My Renewal by Anderson Replacement /Dreamstyle window installers, Carlos, Edgar, and Geraldo were super courteous and didn’t make a mess. Since the install was during winter-time, they did one window at a time so as not to make the whole house cold. The new stucco around the replacement windows was textured and colored to match my existing stucco so it’s hard to tell the windows were replaced – except that the windows themselves look EXCELLENT ! The windows are super quiet and we notice the house is much warmer. I used to be able to yell commands at my dog in the backyard thru the old windows, but now she can’t hear me anymore ! I bought an Ashford 30.1. It has an enamel finish and it is absolutely beautiful. The installers, Clint McGuire, Paul Martinez and Art Bezzeg were completely professional from the phone call to let me know they were on the way until their truck drove away. They covered everything in the living room with plastic in case ashes scattered when they took out my old stove. It was just a precaution which was greatly appreciated but of course nothing scattered. They also covered the carpet. They worked quickly and efficiently. The were respectful of everything they touched and to me. They answered all my questions and went over all the details of operating my new stove. They were very pleasant to be around. They built a hugh fire so that the new stove coating could burn off. I was so happy they did that because I couldn't be more pleased with the instillation and the work of the installers.

I went to Dreamstyle on Dec 15th told them what I wanted.Problem came to light when they found out that my fireplace is a Kiva style. They showed me the only choice I had and gave my the installed price. I agreed to the deal on their assurance that we could have it No Later Than Dec 24th. Another problem arose. They called me advised, me of the the problem and still guaranteed NLT 12/24. On the magic day promptly at 0900AM Jared and Clint showed up looking very professional, clean and friendly. Laid down a large mat to keep all the soot etc. off my carpet. They proceeded very quickly in the installation and education of us to insure we knew how to operate the insert. The price was exactly as promised and the install was painless. Everything was extremely professional and satisfying. I strongly recommend this company and their installers .

Having your home “stuccoed” is a major decision and you want to select the right company. We know we did with retaining DreamStyle Stucco to do the project. They went up and beyond to meet our concerns and answer our questions. We first met with Ben, Design Consultant, and he asked what our concerns were and what we wanted to accomplish with the project. He wrote the concerns down when he presented the bid to us. He reviewed the bid and illustrated the process that would be used. There was no high sales pitch or pressure to sign right then. Ben said think about it and give him a call when we decided or had additional questions. We retained DreamStyle Stucco and never looked back. At our request a date was set in the future. Before the start date arrived, we met Antonio, projection Manager. We walked the house and again discussed our concerns. Antonio and Ben reassured me all the concerns would be addressed. The biggest concern was where an addition had been added to the original house and there was a “jump out mismatch between the original and addition stucco” right on the front of the house. It had to be removed. The date arrived, and a 10 men crew arrived. They hit the ground “running” and never stopped, except for lunch, until the project was done. Everyone had specific tasks to accomplished and were a team. It was interesting to watch them work in unison. They protect the concrete around the house and covered all the windows and doors. Kept the place as clean as can be expected on a stucco project. Before the stucco job started, I walked with Tony, the crew chief, and explained my concerns and the addition line. He said it will be resolved. He took a special interest in the line where the old and newer stucco met and worked on it. I am beyond pleased to say it is gone. The old and newer have been blended with the newest. Ben, Antonio, and Tony always took time to listen to my concerns and what we wanted accomplished during the entire stucco project. I always felt they were genuinely listening to our concerns and would address them. Very pleased to say that we are glad and delighted we chose DreamStyle Stucco. They listened to us and wanted us to be happy. They are customer oriented. At times it seemed they were providing the kind of service they would expect on their own homes. I would stay DreamStyle Stucco exceeded our expectations. People walking and driving by have stopped and commented on how modern the house now looks with fresh stucco. To be fair, we experienced a number of issues during the construction phase of our bathroom remodel. However, the design work done by Dreamstyle was good. In addition, 4 months after the completion of work our HOA decided they didn't like the color match of stucco installed by Dreamstyle as part of the remodel. Dreamstyle was very responsive in getting someone out to fix it the next week. All things considered, I would rate Dreamstyle as a 3, on a scale of 5.

We are very pleased with the aluminum patio cover the Dreamstyle Remodeling crew installed this week, replacing the 25-plus-year-old wooden pergola that was a rickety eyesore. Friends who have seen the new installation or photos of it complemented our choice of style, and observed that it will add value to our home. I love it because now I can relax with shady siestas in my hammock, whereas with the old pergola the sun usually burned through my eyelids. We can also enjoy the freshness of cool evening rains without getting wet. I can see us spending more time outdoors now that we have a shady, sturdy cover.

I was very impressed, the patio cover came out better then I was expecting. The cover looks great and very solid. The underside looks like wood, I knew the supports would look like that; however, when I say the underside when I got home to see it I was pleasantly surprised that the underside was just not some flat smooth looking metal. Had a small issues with the salesman, but I brought that up to DS, and they took care of things and made it right, restored my faith in customer service in the end. I had a new Kohler shower package installed and nothing but problems since. Did damage to my tile work, walls and installers never said anything nor added to their checkoff list. I'm on my 5th Kohler shower head. Every issues is been resolved by my being the proactive one. NOT ONCE has any employee followed up with even a phone call, text. I wrote a letter of my concerns, fustrations to Larry Chavez the owner/CEO and get a call at an in opportune time Sunday evening leaving a vague 'I don't care' message . Not even saying " I will follow up later in the week to assure your issues are being brought to your satisfaction. I called him that week and left a message...Guess What no return call. Definitely customer service-caring isn't part of their business logic. Sad to see their name splattered on The Pit arena. Well I won't be supporting The Pit any longer.
