Kutter’s did an excellent job taking care of our precious rat, Penelope. She had a large mass that Dr. Zimmerman was able to successfully remove, and the staff there treated our baby with love and care. It’s comforting knowing that they are willing to help animals of all shapes and sizes. We had called a few places prior that told us they wouldn’t do surgery on a rat, so we definitely recommend Kutter’s for being so willing to help out our girl. Penelope is now at home resting after her big surgery. ❤️

They listen carefully to my questions, concerns and comments and always take care to make sure I understand their answers and/or instructions. When one of my pets passed away under while under their care, they were helpful as well as understanding and compassionate. I don’t have a negative thing to say about Kutter’s.

Our family has been taking our Cocker Spaniel here for over 10 years. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. We have utilized the doggie day care, veterinary, surgical care, pet Rx, grooming, and boarding services. I highly recommend.

We now have two rescue pups who visit this vet. They are informative and kind. The techs love on our dogs and the docs are efficient and kind. We have used the boarding facility several times. Our 2 year-old loves daycare during boarding and our 5 year-old tolerates it. The office is super clean and spacious. If your pet is skittish or anxious the support team is quick to put them at ease with snacks and cuddling.

I love Kutter! I’ve had cats my entire life and have only taken them here! Everyone is very nice and they are very knowledgeable yet gentle with my kitties. Also, they saved one of my cats after she got bit by a dog. If it wasn’t for Kutter she would not have made it. Now I live on my own and have two kitties myself and I only trust Kutter. They’re awesome!

We have been going here for over 8 years and think the staff and doctors at Kutter Pet Care are wonderful. We've used the boarding, vet, and daycare facilities with no problems and especially enjoy the Canine Cam to make sure that our dogs are doing okay while we are away. We recently lost one of our pets and the support and consideration they showed was really appreciated. The time they took to explain our pet's health issue and the options we had showed that they really cared about a member of our family. We would recommend Kutter to anyone looking for their services.

My experience today was wonderful, my little Rusty was with pain since yesterday and I couldn't find any Vet in my area, when I called them they immediately schedule a time to see him today. The staff are friendly, kind, very lovely and caring, the doctor is amazing!!! I couldn't ask for a better choice, answer all my questions and concerns, check my Rusty head to tail, and he is feeling so much better after they took care of him. Absolutely, one of the best veterinarian experiences I've had as the owner of 4 dog-kids. The entire staff was caring, empathetic, and very professional, in the care of my 14 year old boxer. The facility is A+ in convenience, cleanliness, and updated medical technology. However, the best part of our visit, was with Dr. Rachel. She spent a significant amount of time with us, more so than any other veterinarian I've been to; creating a comprehensive plan of care, for a difficult patient, that has worked very well in the days following our visit. She was kind, informative, patient, and thorough. She will definitely become our new family vet! Thank you Kutter Pet Care Center for being a forerunner in pet health!

They are wonderful people! We had complications after surgery with our pup and they took amazing care of him. We were there 5 times in less than a week and they were always very helpful and concerned with the well being of our puppy. The facility is always very clean and staff is extremely friendly! Amazing vet clinic! The staff was very professional and friendly the entire time. I was able to speak to the vet face to face and he was very knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of good info about my Belgian Malinois and a hip issue she has. The whole experience was very good.

Very caring and thorough vet clinic. Also a nice, clean facility. They have done a great job of keeping our old dog healthy. Staff are friendly and always welcome our dog by name. We really like them for boarding too. I recommend planning ahead for that if you know you are going on vacation. It can fill up early, especially for holiday weekends.

We've been taking both our dogs to Kutter Pet Care Center for over four years. In June of 2018 Dr. Kutter repaired our 9 year old yellow lab's knee and she is doing spectacularly. She acts like she is four years younger. Dr. Kutter and his staff have provided excellent follow-up care and helped her along every step during recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Kutter and his great team!

I can't say enough great things about the Docs and staff at Kutter Pet Care. We have taken our animals to Ron Kutter and staff for years. They work with the animals to ensure their comfort. We have had dogs and cats over the years and love their extended hours that work well for our schedules, ease of making appointments and e-mail reminders for helping to care for our pets. We saw a female doctor whom we loved!!! Our dog was long overdue for a nail trim that resulted in an infection and she didn’t make us feel guilty and took care of it right away. She warned us that he would be upset and that we would hear him cry but assured us he was safe and ok. He hasnt skipped a beat since it was taken care of. We will go again and request her, Dr Fawcett.

I wish I could give them more than five stars! They are the best vet in the area. We took our dogs there before we moved, and I wish we could find a vet that lived up to them. They really seem like they care for your pet like they are their own. They are very patient, thorough, and understanding. They are great for the routine appointments (my dog LOVES going!!) but they are also great when everything hits the fan. They cared for my dog when he was near death from a parvo like illness and required a hospital stay, and my other dog when she suddenly had a seizure. Don't trust your family member with anybody else!!

I have never, in my entire life, gone on the internet to rate a review. I felt compelled to do this in hopes that someone will read it and be convinced. I recently had my dog Olivia stay over night because of vomiting and diarrhea. She was dehydrated and needed to stay in the hospital over night for iv fluid. I was so worried about leaving her that I actually broke out in hives. My experience with Kutter was absolutely beyond phenomenal and far exceeded my expectations. I have taken all of my animals (as well as my parents animals) to kutter for over 10 years and if I could give them more stars, I would. The staff has always been so caring and friendly and every single doctor that I have met with there have given my animals incredible thorough exams as well as give me peace of heart knowing that they are in such great hands. They understood my (admittedly anxious) precautions and went out of their way to assure me that Olivia was well taken care of. I can't thank them enough for that. I have wonderful interactions with everyone there and even take both dogs to see Joy over at the grooming area. Every time I walk in the building I leave thinking that I need to write a review of how great my experience was, so I here I am- writing a review! Thank you Dr. Kutter and staff. My dogs continue to be healthy and happy thanks to your care.

"Miss Molly" -- (May 1, 1998-May 26, 2013) Sadly, we recently lost Molly, our lovable 15 year old black lab due to old age. She had a long and healthy life from her birth which included lifetime care at Kutter Pet Care Center --from being spayed during her first year by Dr. Kutter until her final days 15 years later. Kutter Pet Care Center has excellent vets and technicians and lab/therapy equipment. Her last year was helped so much by the laser treatments for her arthritic hips. She enjoyed a long and healthy life and functioned well until her passing at home next to her favorite pillow.. peacefully as we had hoped for. Thanks, Kutter Pet Care Center! And thanks to all the Kutter staff for helping us have Molly for 15 wonderful and lovable years... I will finish with one enjoyable story... we celebrated Molly's probable "last Christmas" in 2010, following the passing of her brother Jackson earlier that same month.... Molly fooled us all and lived for over 2 1/2 more years including two more family Christmas holidays! A blessing for us all... Thanks, again from.. George and Sean Puckett

We have been taking our two cats (TAD and Pumpkin) to this clinic since Dr. Kutter took over the practice of Dr. Steve Crowfoot. We also use their boarding service frequently. We are very satisfied with the services provided. The staff is always cheerful and courteous.

Okay. So, originally went in for bloodwork and to rule out illnesses after our anxious kitty dehydrated and malnourished herself. (Lots of recent changes ... We caught on at home and she was already perking up after we made her slow down with food and waterand gave her extra love and attention a couple days, but we needed to be sure) Staff is friendly, but if you're looking for a full workup and more holistic approach to your pet's health and history, definitely would not recommend. Vet tried to prepare me for our 18yr old feline's imminent demise. Took one look at her and assumed kidney disease and didn't really seem too interested in doing the bloodwork. Once the bloodwork was done, he was shocked her results were so great. There was mild concern she could potentially have some arthritis in her hips due to age. He immediately wanted her on 2 drugs. One for nausea (She's not nauseous, she's anxious) And another for pain. (She was dehydrated... dehydration makes living creatures stiff and sore) but he said to try cbd for pain AFTER starting her on a sedative... this is a kitty who already snuggles and sleeps as it is, so we killed the middle man and opted to go straight to cbd instead of turning her into a zombie with pharmaceuticals twice a day for the rest of her life. Well, once her dehydration faded and she started eating more regularly and going to the litter box on her own again, there's been zero sign of pain. She snuggles on us and purrs and is better than before. Vets may be the one with the degree, but YOU are your pet's advocate and they deserve better than a 15minute once-over and not taking into consideration her full 18yr life story. I'm extremely grateful for the labwork and confirmation that we should do wet food, but we're gonna wait on the hardcore "for the rest of her life" zombie drugs until she's actually sick sick. (And yes... she has a fussy cranky temperament ... there are only 2 people in the world that she likes 😹)

We began going to Kutter Pet Care over a year ago. As a military family, we have always used the base veterinary clinic as long as our pet was healthy, as their services are limited. With age, we know from experience health issues arise and pets need to be seen more often. We adore our Oliver and want to keep him around as long as possible. Kutter has assisted with infected paws, removal of fatty tumors, teeth cleaning, bladder stone surgery, boarding, daycare, and grooming. I consider their prices competitive and their staff caring and concerned where it comes to our little schnauzer. Oliver is always greeted like a long lost friend every time we stop in and after he's seen there for medical care, boarding, or grooming, its obvious he is a happy little dog.

Dr. Kutter and his staff provided excellent care for my Shiba Inu, Tod Dylan B. this last week. Anyone who has ever owned and loved a pet can understand the stress and panic associated with an emergent or urgent situation. Kutter Pet Care Center provided care above and beyond what was needed when I found myself in this dire situation. After a panicked phone call, I was scheduled in quickly since my dog had ingested an unknown substance making him very lethargic and feverish. Dr. Kutter was amazing and not only he, but his entire staff were genuine and sincere. Dr. Kutter spent so much time with me trying to figure out what was happening with Tod and even took time out of his own schedule to make sure he was going to get better. He was able to accommodate our special situation and it clearly demonstrated his concern and kindness for people and animals. This place is truly a godsend, and I am grateful I’ve had the opportunity to experience their care and compassion first hand. I wish you all continued success and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me and Tod, and all the animals you have helped and will continue to help in the future.

We brought our 13 year old black Lab to Kutter's clinic after our previous vet told us we should put down our pet due to a chronic ear infection. When they told us that we needed to consider his quality of life at this stage of his life.We decided to get a second opinion from Kutter. He had helped our son with a pup that he had adopted from the humane society came down with parvo. The entire staff worked wonders and that pup is full grown and still a big part of our family. They treated our Lab thru his ear troubles and he is as active today as when he was a pup. He really enjoys the visits and can not wait to go in the back area for his shots. They are very professional and personal with what ever treatments he needs. He just loves the entire staff.

If you are in need of care provider for your pets...don't look any further. Kutter's is Outstanding and they truly care about you and the needs of your animals. Kutter's has been our pets care facility as well as Groomer since they opened here in Andover. I wouldn't trust my family (pets) with anyone else (we previously have been to others). Not only is their facility beautiful, they keep it clean and they are affordable...most importantly they treat everyone like family! We look forward to their level of care each and everytime we visit...Our Bichon Mason & our Coton Tzu Madaline love coming in and getting as much attention as they could ever dream of...they love animals and it shows. Modern clinic with caring Doctors and staff. Dr Boller is great! Daycare is fun for the dogs you can watch them on the puppy cam. Open 7 days, late Monday night, Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon.

We've taken our cats and dogs to them both for annual maintenance, for emergency medical care and for boarding when we couldn't take our pets with us. They really do care and have more than once gone beyond our expectations to take care of our furry family!

We have boarded and used the doctors with Kutter for over ten years. We had a large dog (over 100 pounds) begin to have mental problems. Kutter examined our dog, connected us to an expert in dog behavior--which was no cost to us, and helped us through the time of putting down our dog. For the past 9 years, they have taken care of our lab, Bagheera, for health check-ups, boarding, and doggy daycare. He turns into a happy, tail-wagging maniac when we enter the door for boarding, and we do a lot of boarding. He loves the people and the place, which is indicative of his care. What we like are the little things--watching his positive response to their voices, hearing them call him by name, knowing the only time he won't have daycare is on Sunday or the day of a holiday and even then he has outings several times a day, arranging a check up, bath, or nail trim while being boarded--one less trip for us!, and using their active waiting list during the busy times. In the 10+ years, we have only had one incident when Bagheera had a tangle with another dog. Kutter called us to let us know, treated Bagheera's lip puncture at no cost, gave his prescription at no cost, pampered him, and gave free check-ups after we returned until the puncture was healed. We are very pleased with Bagheera's care.

Yesterday we faced the unhappy task of having to say goodbye to our dog Misty. We had her for 15 years and she was showing all the signs of significant distress. We had called ahead to make the necessary arrangements. When we arrived at Kutter Pet Care Center, we were immediately taken to a room that had already been prepared for the procedure. Instead of the normal steel table to place Misty on, they had placed a large thick pillow for her to be laid on. Two technicians took her and inserted an IV port into her paw to allow the necessary injections to be made. When they brought her back, we were allowed all the time we needed to say goodbye to Misty. When we were ready, the doctor came in and gave Misty one injection that put her to sleep, and a second injection to slow down, and stop her heart. He stayed with us until he confirmed that she had passed. Afterwards we were allowed as much time as needed to make our final goodbyes. At our direction, they took care of Misty's body. Since Misty had been a patient for several years, there was no charge for the procedure. Kutter Pet Care Center handled the procedure in a very professional manner. They did everything they could to make a very difficult decision a little more bearable. We want to thank all the personnel involved for their caring and support. Jim and Carol Diepenbrock

I bought Dog medicine from the other vet in town…because you can do that online at 3:30 on a Saturday. 3ct NexGard $69.19 6ct HeartGard $54.29 I’m certain we could find it somewhere cheaper next time but I’m done trying to jump through hoops to get it from Kutter. They make it way to hard to buy medicine from them.
