Doggy Daycare at Countryside is awesome! The attendants are so caring and my dog loves going! They send me pictures sometimes and I get to see what he's doing and I get to see how much fun he's having. The grooming services are also great and it's so convenient that my dog can do both in the same day.

It was my first time bringing River in for his exam and vaccinations and everyone there is so incredibly friendly and informative as well as very kind and gentle with my little guy. I’m pretty sure my cat was purring the entire visit - not even a flinch from him when given his vaccinations. I without a doubt will be continuing all future visits here.

Brought my new Corgi Echo in for her first exam and 12 week shots. Everything went smooth, everyone uses your name when they speak to you, and usually with a smile. I Lost my last Corgi just before Christmas and they were so much help getting me through it and services handled. He was disabled the last 6 months of his life doing physical and water treadmill therapy offered in Andover. May be a little expensive at times when things hit at the same time, but they've always done right by me.

We've been using this vet for a while and I really like the clinic, but I absolutely don't like the resort. We've boarded our pup there twice. The first time we brought him home, he had a limp. The next time my husband dropped him off, pup refused to go and dad had to escort him back. Then when dad brought him home days later, he reeked of urine. My husband said he will never take him back or recommend boarding to anyone and I agree. 5 stars for the vet, 1 for the "resort."

We had planned a last minute vacation and they even fit our dog in their resort to stay a night. The staff are super friendly and loved on our dog. I was floored by how great this clinic is. With how hard it can be to find veterinarians that are accepting new clients right now, it was a massive relief for me to be able to make an appointment for three of my pets without much of a wait. All staff members I came into contact with were not only professional, but very pleasant; they made all of us feel comfortable and our first check in was a breeze. Dr. Sherry was exceptionally knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions regarding my pets' care, diet, and medications. Her service was above and beyond that of vets I've worked with previously. She was happy to offer advice on enrichment and nutritious diets for my dog and cat that wouldn't break my budget. I was also happy with how considerate she was with my bird, offering multiple options for safe restraint for a vaccination in order to meet the bird's comfort level and mine. That is not easy to find! The icing on the cake? My bill was lower than expected. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

We switched to Countryside after hearing some awful things about the vet we were using. Let me just say, I am SO glad we did! Our girl gets anxious at the vet. The staff took the time to try to make her comfortable before giving her care. Our previous vet would just manhandle her to get the appointment over with. My puppy wasn't even scared. The doctors were so good that my puppy loved them even after she got a shot. The puppy didn't even notice the shot. And they have something called a puppy plan which is the best thing ever. So happy I chose this over the one closer to me. And everybody was extremely nice and talkative. And they had no hidden fees they told me everything that I can to for my little puppy. They weren't trying to sell me something like most pet places they just cared about my puppy. So great, take you pet here if you care about it.

The entire staff is knowledgeable and they all seem to really care about their patients. Dr Sherry is very thorough and professional. She addresses all of our concerns and questions. The paw plan really helps spread out our vet bills. We just lost our 14.5 year old dog and they were so kind, compassionate and sympathetic to our pain. We just got a new puppy and did not hesitate choosing Countryside again!

Countryside Pet Resort is my dog's favorite place to be. When I ask if he wants to go to "doggie daycare" he starts jumping around and when we get there he is out of control walking in the door. Friendly front desk(check in )staff. Acknowledged my pet with a friendly soft voice. Check in was easy. Vet tech was awesome with my cat. Helped him out of his carrier, but talked to him before doing so. Also cleaned his carrier since he had an accident while on our way to the clinic. Dr. Sherry is an awesome vet. Talked to my cat while examining and giving shots to him. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Sherry to anyone with is in need of a good vet and clinic.

They offered to do her spay surgery on a day they normally wouldn’t to accommodate my weird work schedule. After extensive research we decided to take our miniature Goldendoodle puppy to Countryside Pet Clinic. I wanted someplace that would take extremely good care of this new family member as well as somewhere I could board her if we had to go out of town. The friendliness and care we received was second to none. We purchased a puppy care plan that saved us money and gave clear direction of all of the vaccinations and tests she would need in her first year of life. I know us waiting in the car while the puppy went in for her shots was not normal but I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the process and the call from the vet to discuss what they had done. Our miniature Schnauzer is being trained by Tiffany. I really like that his sessions are one on one so he gets all of the attention he needs. At the beginning Charlie was nervous and didn't want to go in. Now, he races towards the door and when I return he ignores me because he was told to stay. For Charlie, that's remarkable!.

When my 16 yr old Keeper was nearing the end of his life with serious health issues, their sympathy and guidance helped me make a difficult decision. They do a great job!

Love the way Countryside clinic treat my pet. I own a Shiba Inu which is a very sensitive and shy dog breed. And I’m more nervous every time she visited the clinic. But this seems to be no longer necessary because the extra professional and patience they present completely cancels all my concerns. Thank you very much! Highly recommend. BTW, we previously went to Kutter’s and I notice this was such a big mistake. They are neither professional or patient, the owner of this clinic was so rude and unreasonable to the customer. I’m not sure if he had any bad day when we visited, but he yelled at me and my wife after he accused us for not training our dog for obedience. I don’t know who think he is or simply out of his mind. I’m gonna mention them everywhere to warn customer like me in case of any harm to their pets.

We just love the doggy daycare at Countryside. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our little yorkiepoo gets very excited about going after initially being shy. They were wonderful helping him adjust and now he has friends to play with and is doing so well there. It is clean and well maintained with outdoor areas for both the big dogs and the smaller dogs.

When my cat's behavior was concerning me, I was new to Wichita and had not established a vet for her yet. After making several calls to different locations, Countryside was the only place that was able to get us in. They were very caring and compassionate - everything I expect out of my cat's veterinarian. It's easy to make appointments and I appreciate the reminders they send. I wouldn't take my cat any place else! (I do, however, wish they had separate sides for cats and dogs to minimize feline stress levels.)

Very kind very attentive staff from the Front Desk to the Aids to the Vets! I have a super scared, vocal, strong and declawed 17 pound male cat that absolutely fears the Vet or even the car ride there. It breaks my heart to see him that way but the staff are amazing with him. The get the job done without trying to make it worst for him. Aren't afraid and know what to do. We take our golden retriever there too. Only thing I can complain about is there very high pricing

I have gone to Dr Cederberg for years. I actually interviewed him when he opened his practice before bringing my dogs to their clinic. I have total respect and trust in his clinic,ability and staff. I have a medical background and the clinic takes the time to answer my questions and offer alternative treatments. I have heard people say the clinic is expensive but if you research you will find he costs are comparable to other clinics in Wichita area.

Friendly and reputable staff. Their priced on three upper end, as far as veterinarians go. They also require canine influenza to board, groom, or daycare. I don't know of any cases of canine influenza in Kansas, so in my opinion this is unnecessary and something that I'm not willing to expose my dog to.

I had an appointment for my Guinea pig, and setting it up was super easy but they only have one exotic pet veterinarian so scheduling was about a week out for the next appointment. Overall they did an excellent job and it went very smoothly and efficiently and was cheaper than I expected. I’m very happy with how it went :)

I wanted to share that these people were amazing to us during a very sad time for us. We had to put our mini wiener dog, Big Willy asleep after 14.5 years. He became suddenly I'll and in one day was gone. The doctor and staff were so kind, loving, and compassionate during this entire process. I highly reccomended them! Prior to him getting ill, they were so thorough in his care and prepared us for what eventually occurred. They are just the best in comparison to others we worked with in town.
