I can't speak more highly of Hope Springs. We are currently boarding our dog for a weekend trip and they are absolutely awesome. They were helping another customer when I called to check on my pet, so I left a voice mail and got a call back within 10-20 minutes. They post daily pictures on their Facebook and really take care of my dog. 10/10 would recommend so far!

I use this location for boarding for my dog. They are amazing! My dog loves going, pictures are updated daily while he is there on their FB page, and the staff is wonderful. If he needs anything with his vetting, that can be done while he is boarding (he goes to their Sajo location for vetting normally).

Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our regular vet could not see our boy for 3 weeks, even in an emergency, and Hope Springs offered to take him and find time between appointments. They were so kind and settled our nerves. We will be changing vets if they are taking new pets!

Generally, there is a reason that you can be seen immediately. Boarding staff is terrific and my dog enjoyed going. Office staff communication was lacking and one hand didn't know what the other was doing. In addition, vet and office Mgr did not do what is best for the pet and allowed personalities to dictate quality of service. I

I adopted a dog last year whose family brought him here since he was a puppy. Transferring all his records and medical history to me was easy, and it's nice to go to a place where he has some history. Everyone I've interacted with at Hope Springs is super pleasant. I appreciate that everything is under one roof with Hope Springs. I also take my dog here for grooming appointments, they fill his flea and tick medication, and I've used their boarding service and he seems to do well here. Plus, they post pictures of all their boarders to Facebook daily, so I can see him play. Bottom line, Hope Springs makes caring for my dog a pleasant experience. Would recommend.

I (my pets) have been seeing the veterinarians at Hope Springs Veterinary for about 8 years now and I've been 100% pleased with every single experience. I appreciate these doctors, staff, and business so very much. This morning, one of my pups had an allergic reaction to his vaccines. I rushed him back to the office, I was crazy and freaking out, and the staff and Dr. Williams took great care of him. I've attached a photo of him... how he looked when I first brought him home, and how he looked hours later. This isn't the first time the office has helped a pup of mine in an emergency situation. Hope Springs Veterinary at Great Bridge is the best and I so appreciate what they do and how they love my fur babies. Thank you!!

Everyone is super friendly & patient with my 1,000 questions. I’ve gotten 2 dogs neutered/microchipped here and they’ve done amazing both times. My dogs were comfortable afterwards and healed quickly without post operative complications. Dr. Johnson is the best!

I brought both of my dogs there for the first time and me and my husband were very pleased. Most importantly I was pleased with my one dog cause i know she had chronic ear infections and allergies, the first vet would not do anything about it and continue to give me medicine. When I went to hope springs the vet Mrs Johnson first thing and never saw my dog comes and tells me it was what I have been telling my old vet all along. Lastly they work with you to help you budget and the staff are very friendly.

Our fur baby was never scared or intimidated to go in to Hope Springs. Everyone always greeted him with love and attention. Grooming service was wonderful. Always getting the cut just as I asked. When our normal vet couldn’t get us in for a few weeks I contacted Hope Springs. My dog was displaying some really concerning things and I just didn’t know what to do. This is the most amazing vet. I take my dog here for normal veterinarian visits and for the boarding and dog daycare. She loves it there. The staff knows her and are so affectionate to her and the animals. It makes me so relieved to know that there is such a great vet so close to where we live. And the dog daycare is amazing! I like that they give breaks during the day to the dogs because my pup loves to take naps to be ready to go to play. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

This was my first appointment with my new puppy. I was nervous at first since the lobby is closed and we can’t go in. Great veterinary office! Came in for pre-anesthetic bloodwork for my puppy before his neutering procedure, the facility was very clean and everyone there was so nice. I was expecting to wait in the car because they had stated when I made the appointment originally that they were only offering curb-side services at this time. But was pleasantly surprised when they told me when I arrived that they were allowing one adult in with the patient. Made my day because I was nervous about my fur baby having to go into a new vet's office by himself. Porter enjoyed meeting the veterinarian and assistant very much, and they were very helpful and answered any questions that I had about the procedure. Looking forward to his appointment in two weeks.

I've been taking my mini long hair dachshund here since I first got her at 10 weeks old. They are amazing and she is never scared or unsure when going. They do seem a bit expensive at times i had to take my baby to local peta for spaying because I couldn't afford almost 800 but for everything else this place is worth the money for sure. They are not pushy or rude about questions or concerns. They ALWAYS ask for 2 days after she is seen how she is doing! Awesome job Hope Springs!

Hope Springs Vet is amazing. I was able to get an appointment within the week. I had to wait in my car while my little one went in due to COVID but otherwise the doctor called me and we were able to discuss his health and services while he was inside. They were caring and knowledgeable. And yes there was a decent coat but at the end of the day they’re your fur babies and it’s worth it for them to be healthy. 10/10 would recommend.

Now, he wags his tail, gives them kisses and is happy. They tell you what you actually need for your pet... When we knew we were adding a pup to our family we visited three different vets. While we liked all of them, there was just a little something extra here we felt. Our pup is only 6 months old, so we can only speak to our puppy vaccine visits, getting him micro-chipped and most recently his neutering - but we always feel comfortable and confident with the care at Hope Springs. It has that well run company feel combined with the personality of a mom & pop (which is personally exactly what we were looking for). I feel like they try to build a relationship with you and your animal. While everyone we've encountered is nice, Autumn is AMAZING and she deserves a shout-out!!

Everything about our experience here with our little puppy and his emergency couldn’t have been any better! The staff were very friendly and informative. Dr. K is an amazing doctor he really made me feel comfortable, like he was operating on my child, my puppy! I needed to be seen right away and thankfully I was able to get in and scheduled my puppy’s surgery for the next day. They are the best. Everyone is so friendly and their customer service is excellent. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated as soon as you walk in the door. Booking appointments whether seeing the vet or groomer is always a breeze. The staff, groomers, techs, and vets are all knowledgeable. In these current times, it is hard to find service that is both professional and compassionate. Hope Springs treated our beloved Daisy like family from the moment of her arrival. The entire team is warm, responsive and true masters of their craft. We had called our primary vet who were not able to give us an appointment for over a week, had reffered us to one of the most expensive specialist in the area, and had told us that specialist is really the only one who could help us. We called that specialist who also had a three week wait just for her initial appointment, and did not include her surgery. When discovering a mass in the mouth of your dog, time can be critical. I decided to call around, and 10 other vets were not willing to squeeze daisy in, or simply could not provide the service we needed. And then... Hope Springs heard our plea, got us an appointment that night, and went out of their way to get us a surgery appointment the next day! We were called before Daisy went in, after to let us know she was ok, and received a follow up text the next morning. We have made the decision to use Hope Springs as our new primary and wonder how or why we never used them before. Thank You Hope Springs for your life saving, compassionate and heartfelt care of our little girl. We will be forever grateful!

We woke up to my dog having loose and bloody stools. We’re able to get into the vet immediately. They were very thorough, professional, and caring. Within 24 hours of her visit she was back to normal. The vet could not confirm, but she may have drank some plant water with “non-toxic” fertilizer in it. I would definitely recommend them

I am very happy with Hope Springs as they have treated my dog extremely well and have ensured while I adopted my new dog that he was vaccinated fully while getting him chipped and neutered. The vet talked me through all my questions and also provided various options for flea and tick and preventative heart worm meds. During covid all visits are curbside/over the phone.

When I tell him it's time to go to the doctor, he can't get in the car fast enough. I have taken my pets to the great bridge location for 3 years. Dr. Williams, Dr. Robinson, their vet techs and administrative staff are phenomenal. I have 2 sphynxes and they know about their specific care needs. When they are unsure, they research and consult colleagues. I also lost a cat to old age/kidney failure and the staff provided my family and I compassionate care during that time. I’m able to email and call and receive timely responses. I will continue to bring my pets here.

Such a great practice. With COVID you can’t currently go in with your pets, but they made it a point to text me photos of my pet while they were with the vet. They called multiple times to fill me in and were very great with keeping me informed. This was my puppies first visit after getting them from the breeder and they made me feel so comfortable even from waiting in my vehicle. They have the system down pat with all the obstacles COVID has thrown at them. Wouldn’t trust anyone else like I trust them.

My mother and I have always had at least 3 dogs in the house my entire life. We've both trained dogs and competed with several in AKC. I have never been more happy with a vet then with Great Bridge Vets! Now that I am an adult and have 2 dogs of my own, my budget is tight - but I have never felt I have been over charged or charged for services I did not ask for. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I've been to several other vets in the area and been treated with poor service and questionable vets. Doctor Harvey goes above and beyond when it comes to helping animals. While I was in college my doberman had a routine cleaning. While she was under he found a tumor. He did not just remove it and charge me later - he had a tech call me personally and ask me if I wanted it removed while she was still out. He knew school was draining my finances. They were so kind and set up a payment plan for me so I could get my baby girl the surgery she needed and pay it off slowly. He deals with all my dietary questions and comfort care for my older dogs at my mothers, and has been there for me every step of the way in raising my new puppy that I rescued at 4 weeks old. I would be willing to pay any price for the incredible service the entire staff has given my family over the past couple years, but the great thing is - his prices are still incredibly reasonable even though he could charge an arm and a leg! The front desk staff is always warm and personable, the techs are always on their best game, and Dr. Harvey is like a 90210 doctor who charges at free clinic prices. I will always recommend Great Bridge Veterinary clinic to all my family and friends.

My dogs and I love Great Bridge Vet! Kind, friendly staff and excellent quality care from the vets. I always feel like Dr. Morrissette takes the time to fully explain the problem and all of the treatment options. I always learn something which I appreciate. The facility is always clean and I have used and recommend the boarding service as well. My only negative thought is that the bill is always higher than what I expect and now there is a charge for a follow up visit to check progress. I'm concerned that with multiple dogs I won't be able to afford all of the quality care that they deserve.

We have been taking our boxer to Great Bridge since we moved to the area in 2013. We have had an amazing experience every time. The staff are considerate and make your pet feel like family. We have seen all the vets, with Dr. Harvey being our main doctor. They really take the time to get to know you and your family, provide recommendations that are reasonable, and are very timely with their appointments. They do price-match for medications, which is really helpful so we can get them at the time of our appointment at the price we would have paid somewhere else that would ship them to us. They always provide follow-on communication after your appointment to make sure your pet is doing well and answer any other questions you may have. We have taken our dog there for both wellness check-ups and surgery - highly recommend them!

Hope Springs Vet is awesome the staff is great! The vets are wonderful especially Dr. Robinson she is very professional and caring. She was very supportive when my baby Diamond took a turn for the worse and she had to leave to go out of town. We lost Diamond that weekend but she called to express her sympathy for our lost and that meant the world to us. She now takes care of my baby Onix who is 18 yrs old and more than a handful with everyone at this office. I have also switched my 17 year old poodle Kobe to this office because of a bad experience from his previous vet but they are getting him back on track. It's wonderful to know no matter how old my babies get this vet takes the time to care for them like they are young pups. Keep up the good work and thank you for all you do!

Seriously, the plethora of positive reviews are correct. I was super nervous to board my two pups for the first time, but my anxiety was alleviated by the kind, compassionate, and experienced staff. We needed a couple of vaccinations and had to meet with the vet (super convenient that they could provide the vaccines required for boarding at the same time as drop off), and I'm glad we did. One of my pups is super anxious and panicky at the vet, but the vet and vet tech handled her with great care and experience. The vaccine & visit prices were very reasonable and it's a really nice facility. They gave us detailed updates daily on the dogs while we were away and texted pictures! Our dogs each had their own kennel (at our request), but the staff went above and beyond to make sure they stayed connected by walking them together, etc. The prices for boarding are also reasonable and totally worth it, in my opinion. I'm a total helicopter dog mom and I definitely recommend Hope Springs Great Bridge for boarding (especially if you have a dog with anxiety or special needs).

I like this practice overall. The building is clean, they have friendly staff at the front desk, and I like most of the vets I've seen. However, at my last visit I saw a vet that I don't ever care to see again. He was arrogant and didn't communicate much with me, except to push to have my dog's teeth cleaned, at a very high price, of course. He was so fixated on this that he never even asked me if I needed heartworm meds for my dog. He doesn't have his priorities straight and I didn't like his manner at all.

I can't say enough nice things about this facility!!!! Every person on the staff is so incredibly sweet and the doctors are absolutely AMAZING!!! I unfortunately have had a couple incidents that required urgent care for 2 of my pets and they went above and beyond to provide me with peace of mind. My four-legged baby really loves HOPE SPRINGS. I'm pleased with the facility, services and the very nice staff. I do have a problem with one of the required test (worm) for boarding. If my pet tested negative and is on preventive medication monthly, and still within her six months the need to further test her and PAY is so UNFAIR and disturbing for me. That extra cost is not a state requirement for pet hospitals. I've checked with a couple in the area and was told as long as she's within her 6 mths. and on preventive meds. monthly she's fine to board. This extra cost truly causes me a financial hardship. I hope I'm not the only one with this concern and its taken up for review. Thank you.

The office is always clean, they offered complimentary snacks to my kids during a lengthy visit and coffee for me. Really accommodating staff. Surprisingly affordable. I think it was only 54 for the visit and they clinically diagnosed a large mass as just a cyst, saving me a few hundred on pathology. And I think the diagnosis was like 60 ish. I would recommend them and will be returning to them with my mastiff.

OMG!!! WOW!!! Upon leaving their grooming session with Gail my 2 short-haired dogs looked like 2 top "supermodels" . I thought they "sparkled". My husband said they "glimmered". The black colors on their coat were brilliantly shiny, the whites "super" white, and the gray had a range of color and depth. Having 2 dogs with "oh so-soft" and clean fur, well trimmed nails and soft paws, and that smell absolutely fabulous is exactly why I trust Gail with my little Italian Greyhound and Whippet. (And my Blue Burmese kitty, but she goes on a separate trip!). Gail's love and passion for transforming animals into looking and feeling their best is evident every time we visit. Dr. Williams took care of my daughters cat Luna. We brought her in because she was having trouble urinating and they tried to get a urine sample from her but couldn't so we had to drop her off early the nezt morning so they cpuld het the sample they needed. Turns out she had a urinary tract infection. Love that they have feliway in the exam room to calm the cats down. Luna is a scaredy cat and it relaxed her a bit. Definitely taking the rest of the kitties here ro see Dr. Williams. Staff was also very friendly and caring.

We have been taking our "pound pooch" to Dr. Harvey at GB Vet for 12 years. Dr. Harvey has ALWAYS told us everything that is available for our dog, what is totally necessary and what does not absolutely have to be done. Yes, it can be expensive but it's like the old saying, "You get what you pay for." So not only are we paying for the actual medicine, but also the expert opinions of the medical staff as well as courteous and top notch front office staff. We would not think of taking our 12 year old "Christmas" anywhere else! Btw, our dog has been on the same food brand that they recommended since we got her at 6 weeks, and she acts more like she's 2 than 12! Very knowledgeable crew at GB Vet!

There is really not enough words to explain how wonderful they are here! Years ago we brought our 2nd GSD in and at about 6 years old he developed DM. He was diagnosed by process of elimination sparing us the cost of an MRI. The Doctor said 6 months and she was unfortunately correct. We adopted two more rescues since then and the 4th guy already had EPI and IBD when we brought him in the meet his new Doctor. They "brushed up" on the options for EPI and agreed he had everything he needed. We lost him after almost 4 months due to complications of having both issues and the medicines needed. Not only were they fast moving in the emergency, they still remember him when I reference him in conversation. When the claim to be part of the family, they really are! We are getting ready for GSD #5, #3 would like a brother again... and we will certainly be using Hope Springs!

I like this vet and they are very sweet , but since covid started you can't go in with the animal and I have a very skiddish dog without me there , with me shes fine, they took her in for a rabies shot and brought her right back out , lady that brought her out said they only had time to do the shot, she was too scared, but then they billed me for the exam and the shot, the exam I know she didn't get and questioned it but was still billed for it. There wasn't even a weight on her rabies paperwork.

Took a bit of time (a month, not excessive) to get in as a first time patient. They were very sweet with out new cat and his humans. The facility is clean and modern. The tech took time to explain and answer any questions we had. We have been to this clinic before with a parakeet that had emergency (years ago) and they got us in immediately and went beyond just an emergency visit. Our next pets were rats which sadly they don’t see. We actually never found a local vet that would take the rats and patients. Recently we had a situation where it was obvious one of the girls (rats) needed urgent end-of-life care. It was a Sunday afternoon but they were the first ones I called. Again they were very kind and helped me find a vet that could help our little girl be comfortable in her last moments.
