Had my small dog groomed by Brandy, she did a fantastic job with her. Usually she is stressed when I pick her up after a grooming but she was not stressed at all. Brandy is easy to work with and very sweet and I’m happy to say I have finally found my dog a groomer to use regularly!

Great customer service, decent prices especially if you go to their monthly shot clinic. Only downside is that they don't do payment plans. Otherwise they were very thorough and did a great job with my cats vaccines and neutering.

My dog has been going here for a couple years. I have always had a good experience and they answer all my questions in detail. I recently had to bring my dog in for a teeth cleaning after putting it off for a while because I was nervous to have her be under but they walked me through the whole procedure and prices and did a blood draw to make sure she was good for surgery. They called me right after and let me know how the surgery went and that she did good and walked me through after care. They even called the next day to ask how she was doing which I really appreciated.

My pup started urinating in the house suddenly took her to sioux nation pet clinic they are our vets since we moved to this area. My appointment was 3pm was seen right away they helped me take a urine sample from her and they examined her uti was given meds and scheduled a follow up for her shots which are due. Staff was pleasant and friendly. We had a 8year old lab hound mix that died in December of last year we received a condolence card signed by everyone brought us to tears yet again.

We went here for a long time with our older dog and had good experience. Then he was on his deathbed and they turned us away said we need an appointment. Not sure how you make an appointment when a pet getting sick like that is unexpected.

The only place I’ll bring my pets. I trust the staff here and my family has been coming here since I was a child and they’ve treated each of our pets as their own. When we’ve had to put pets down they cry with us and when we bring them in for check ups they genuinely ask us how they’re doing and seem to actually care. It was very busy when I was there at 2:00 but there are plenty of vet techs and receptionists to get all of us waited on very quickly. I really like my Vet. I had my dog and my cat and was out in 30 minutes.. Truly awesome. Prices are good.

We've been customers here for many years, and have now brought seven different dogs and cats in here for care (and quite a few of them were all the way to the end). We've always had good experiences, but in the last year or so, it seems the place has gotten so busy the level of customer service has dropped a little. No doubt in my mind they still offer the best prices in town, good service, and quality care, but it's just not quite what it used to be. Their monthly shot clinics are a great tool for affordable vaccines, but sometimes you may be in line for a bit (see photo)!

I took my Missy there after she passed away. They were very kind and caring explained everything and let Miss and I be alone for as long as I wanted. They called me when missy was ready to come home. She was in a small tin with paw prints on it and a beautiful velvet bag. They had her paw print in the middle of a heart. A week later I received a beautiful sympathy card signed by everyone.

We've been going here for years, and when I called about my dog having an allergic reaction, they told me what I could do. Then, they called back to check up on her later. When her situation didn't improve, they made sure to get me in the next day (which being a Saturday was surprising as they're usually full) and were able to get my dog the care she needed. Even with the needed distancing due to COVID19, the staff has the ability to be personable, friendly and compassionate. In the last month I have been to the clinic twice. Once for a very sad reason and once for a normal check-up. Both times the staff was friendly and I never doubted that my pet was being treated with the best care and attention was given to them so they were not scared when I handed them to the staff member. The staff and doctors have a wonderful way of treating the precious pet and the pet's owner. Great job. I highly recommend you to everyone.

Very welcoming and patient customer service. They worked very patiently with Titan who was scared and didn't want his nails clipped, they were gentle and firm with him, and spoke reassuringly with him. to comfort him while he was getting his nails clipped. Then the vet tech had one of the helpers hold Titian still for his shots. They were FANTASTIC with him. I have decided that they will be the ones taking over Titian's care for the rest of his puppy life. They are number one in my book and very affordable,plus I love the fact that they have the clinic once a month where you can come and get your animals care given at a discount. Which in this day and age with the PANDEMIC and people not knowing their future with their jobs sure helps.

I took my cat, Chester, in to get his first vaccinations. The staff there was incredibly kind and helpful, and absolutely fawned over how cute Chester is. I overheard one of the staff members saying 'oh my goodness, come look at this cat, he has a little blue bowtie!'. I don't think Chester himself quite likes the places, as his first and only visit so far was to be stabbed with two needles, but that's to be expected from any vet. Overall, I absolutely LOVE Sioux Nation Pet Clinic. I will be returning for all of my veterinarian needs.

We started taking our pets there many years ago after we heard about the Saturday shot clinic. They show a lot of respect for the animals and one can tell they love them all. In fact, one of the vets remembers one of our cats quite well. We took him in for his first set of shots and he bolted out of his kennel. She comments on this every time she sees us, which is once or twice a year. They were very respectful when we put our husky down. Gave us time to say our goodbyes. They didn't just stop there but sent warm and heartfelt condolences to us

My sister recommended Sioux Nation Pet Center to me. I called to get an appointment for routine health checks and immunizations. They offered me several options for an appointment within days (nice!). The waiting room is large and very clean and orderly. Reception staff was very friendly. My dogs are "barkers" so they got us in an exam room quickly for our comfort (and probably their sanity :) ). My dogs quieted when in the exam room. The exam room is large and very clean and orderly also.The assistant and doctor were very prompt. If I remember correctly they can weigh them right in the room. The doctor was very thorough and the assistant was helpful. Both employees were very understanding and helpful. All of my questions were answered. They even called the vet we went to previously to get more information on the dogs. I don't know how costs compare but my sister who recommended them said they are very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend them based on my experience there and I plan to continue going there.

Sioux Nation Pet Clinic is by far the most impressive clinic my pets have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff, including the vet Dr. Mike, was very friendly, professional, and thorough. They made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand; it was comforting having a solid understanding about what my pet, Sydney, was going through. The clinic itself was very clean and modern, and I received a friendly greeting before I even walked through the front door. Can't say enough about how they cared for our large German Shepard. Just trimming his toe nails is a chore for us but they did it in just minutes at one of their all day clinics. Their prices are very reasonable and our dogs shots are all up to date. I also have to make mention that our dog is somewhat anti-social but their staff handled him with kid gloves and he responded to them as if he knew them all his life. Thank you for a great job with him. 2/28/20 This visit was just like the others. I had his nails clipped back and had him examined for problems in ears. They are so gentle with this giant German Shepard and they do a wonderful job trimming his nails. He won't let me do it but they look so great after he comes home. They take care of him like I do. Thanks again for such a great job!

I love this place! I bring my dog here for both grooming and for the vet and they're fast and caring. it's the only place that can groom my dog, hes very scared of getting the hair around his eyes and his nails cut and I've had problems with a few places because of this but they do it with little to no issues. I also like how affordable they are but overall I like how they make sure to answer any questions and that I'm set, they dont make me feel like they're rushing us out after we're done.

They are a very good affordable pet clinic. They have a shot clinic every first Saturday of the Month and a great grooming service. They were very respectful when our cat was nearing the end of its life and we had to put him down and gave us privacy in the room for the final moments with him. The only thing I recommend is All City if you want your cat's claws removed because Sioux Nation doesn't offer laser removal and laser removal is better because it's less painful and the recovery time is better.

The other vets and the staff have always been very good as well. I've been coming here with one of my cats, and recently the other one too, for about a year and a half.

Dr. Mike saved my cat's life. She was given a diagnosis at another clinic for Cushing's disease. My co worker suggested I get a second opinion and recommended Dr. Mike. He specializes in glandular issues. I am so glad I did just that. I didn't think my cat had that disease. Surgery to remove her adrenal glands would have been devastating by anything I read on-line. Dr. Mike confirmed my belief that she was fine. Turns out she had a raging bladder infection my former vet somehow missed. I find the prices reasonable and Dr. Mike has helped me out when exams would have been ruinous to my checking account. Thank you! The medicines given are much easier on a cat owner. My previous vet would only prescribe liquid antibiotics that never worked. I begged him for a shot because weeks of liquids going into a cat is pure torture for us both. Dr. Mike gave my cats an antibiotic shot that lasts 14 days. It is highly effective every time. I found exams easy to schedule and I love the text reminder. I have gotten in to see the Doctor in about half the wait time of my previous vet. Dr. Mike takes the time to ask if I have any other questions or concerns which is in stark contrast to my last vet who barely talked to me at all. I am still floored when he takes extra time and actually calls me on the phone directly to talk about my issues. Thank you for that! The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no waiting to get into an exam room when I walk in and no waiting when I leave. This is a big thing with a scared cat exposed to people and noise she isn't used too. I appreciate that! Thank you! I found the waiting room spacious and clean as were the exam rooms. My only wish is that the clinic would ask dog owners would keep their animals on a regular leash. It is a bit annoying trying to navigate around those stretched out leashes strung all over the waiting room.

I had an awesome experience when I brought my cats here. They are much more affordable than the other vet clinics I've used in the past. To get my pets yearly shots for 2 cats actually cost less than the price of 1 set of shots than I paid at their previous vet! Not only that but the staff was awesome. They actually seemed to care about how my pets were doing. At the previous vet they did the shots and sent them on their way, but at Sioux Nation they did the shots, inquired about their health, interacted with my pets and even brought up some concerns that they had that had never been previously mention before. I got outstanding, friendly, competent, attentive service. I don't think I'll bring my pets anywhere else but here in the future.

SNPC is fantastic. Everyone there is very caring, and they take the time to identify issues. One of my cats was sick last year, and I got in on short notice. Dr. Beth took care to listen to me and helped my guy out, and gave me tips and things to watch for. He's been good since. I've been to many vets over the years, and SN is my favorite. Prices are very reasonable, and the exams are thorough and any questions are answered. Even when I've called in with a question, it is always addressed. Great place!

I have been bringing my Standard Poodles to Sioux Nation for a long time now. This clinic is so nice, very clean, well kept, and the staff are all wonderful! We see Dr. Beth and she is the most caring Vet there is! She does a wonderful job explaining what needs to be done and is awesome with my dogs! We All just love her and would Never consider going to anyone else, So with that being said, she better Never leave Sioux Nation! :) Sioux Nation is very reasonable with there prices also, so, Why would you go anywhere else! Sioux Nation has it all!! My new kittens are now going there as well. My kitten was recently neutered and with any type of major work being done on your animal, they always call you the next day, to see how your pet is doing!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I used to raise puppies, so I tried a few vet clinics prior to this one. None of them even come close to the care my pets get at Sioux Nation Pet center. They are very reasonably priced. About once a month, this clinic takes walk-ins for your cat or dog to receive their shots: feline distemper, vaccinations, rabies, etc. It usually runs from 8 am to noon with maybe a 10 minute wait. I like coming here because the rates are pretty reasonable and you don't have to make any appointments. A lot of people work Monday through Friday, so coming here on Saturdays is beneficial to them. I would highly recommend this place. I think a lot of people don't even realize that Sioux Nation Pet Clinic is even over here right on North Cliff Ave.

I can't even begin to explain the amazing human nature of Dr. Jessica. we had to put our dog down 4 months ago and Dr. Jessica is everything she could think of before it came to that. she never hesitated to be honest with is when it hurt. when it came time, she sat in the room with me, cried with me, said goodbye, and said her personal goodbye to my puppy as it was her own. Ive taken my cat there since she was a kitten. Dr. Mike is always attentive to my concerns and when there's a problem with her, he always does a great job of explaining everything to me. I've never had a problem getting her in when she's sick and the staff are always friendly and seem to really love their job. I always recommend Sioux Nation to people looking for a new vet.

Great care for your pets at very good prices. I was shocked at how little I spent for shots and medication for two dogs. I go on the pet clinic days which is a huge money saver. It can get crowded but it's pretty well organized and the line moves quickly. But the best thing was when my dog ate a Lily bulb (which is poisonous to dogs) and my husband called in to see if he could bring her in because they were just about to close. The vet said we didn't have to unless she was exhibiting symptoms that were very clearly explained. He also told us to rinse her mouth out with water and give charcoal just to be on the safe side. I was so relieved. I feel like they really care about my dogs and me too. I won't take my dogs any place else.

I was impressed with how easy it was to make an appointment (I did it online), that we got right in, and that the exam/shots/nail trimming was done in about 15 minutes. I went to Sioux Nation for a dental cleaning for my 10 year old poodle last year. Dr. Jessica was the vet. I picked him up and he was incredibly lethargic and wobbly for the rest of the day. He also had a "complimentary nail trim" without my consent. I was angry because all of his nails were bleeding. His groomer files his nails - which was done the week prior, so the "service" was not needed. And I would have declined if prompted. He has had his teeth cleaned regularly for 6 years and has never had that kind of reaction in the past. I returned to Sioux Nation last week for the same procedure with the same dog and requested Dr. Beth. She was great. I explained my concerns to the receptionist about his odd reaction to anesthesia in the past and how I did not want a nail trim.

We've taken our cats here for quite some time. The last time we brought our cats in for standard rabies and distemper shots we were prescribed a soothing medication for the one. He's a bit of an old grump, if you know what I mean. We gave him the medication with some soft food and the next thing you know he's puking everywhere and hobbling around like a drunk person running into all the furniture. Suffice to say my wife was in full panic mode. We did contact the doctor following the incident and she did apologize stating no long term permanent damage to any internal organs. So in the future I don't think we will bring our animals here.

Very reasonably priced, my hound mix needed a booster vaccination. Dr. Pam gave a thorough physical exam. And my dog didn't even realize she was given a vaccination. We requested Rimadyl because my pup tends to get over excited on the field and limps at home (lame). She gave us a different brand very inexpensively. My only issue was trying to find the clinic for the 1st time. It's by the Sioux Nation AG sign. And at the end she was given a treat as was her sister a border collie mix. They were happy there and so were we.

5 stars Customer since 2010 My dog was in a very serious condition; the lower half of his body was paralyzed. He had no control of bowel or bladder and could not move either leg, not even his tail! We saw our normal vet, who although had a full day I’m sure, saw us immediately. Dr. Mike knew exactly what to do and kept him for the day with iv meds and then sent us home with the same meds. (She is a little apprehensive with new people) Both Bleu and I had a great experience with our groomer. Bleu was cooperative and on the second visit was excited to see Laura. I really love the way they do the nail clipping and how they informed me of her grooming experience, any problems with her coat and nail. Great staff

Dr. Beth has seen all 3 of my cats & they love her as much as I do. Usually they are fussy and uncontained. For Beth they sit still and don't fuss. Rocky (my large orange male) was having urinary issues. In my panicked state, they were compassionate and assured me they would find the root cause of the issue. They did not charge me for the second round of test's (xrays, blood panels) when nothing was found in either set or in the test's All City performed, in the final diagnosis it was Sioux Nation that suggested the food that stopped the issue. They provided pain killers during the diagnosing process. I had my tuxedo cat (young male) neutered & asked them to provide shots. The prices were so reasonable! I've never left a vet office without a bill of $200 or more. Neutering was roughly $150. With the exception of Rocky's tests & Taz's neutering - I have never had a bill higher than $100. When they couldn't take my newest cat Lil Bear (orange female) for an emergency visit they recommended All City & followed up with them for me. I enjoy talking with Dr. Beth because she is always sure to listen then address each concern, & provide information in terms I can understand. The staff is always pleasant & I doubt I'll go anywhere else - all the naysayers here need to try Sioux Nation again. These vet's are compassionate & are the best at what they do. All City Pet Care's vet's do not do the same extensive work & charge twice as much. Only use All City for emergencies if you have steep pockets. Sioux Nation has you & your pet's best interests at heart.

copper is a sheltie....he was groomed and had his shots.....they took very gd care of hm.......hayla is a small puppy mix.....she had surgery.......the folks were very patient with me as I was a worried mom.....I got to hold her while she receiver her sedative.....I was called as soon as she was awake so I could take her home.....I was contacted later to inquire how she was doing.....I am very pleased with the service I received for my puppies.....I will continue with Sioux nation pet center......:)...:).....:)
