Our son recommended this vet to us. They have taken their dog there for several years. They did not disappoint. They have loved our new puppy and have given him the best care we could have asked for. When we have needed them they have always been available to help. They have also been amazing helping us get through the early stages of puppy training. We needed advice and ideas and they were just a phone call away. Wonderful office. Wonderful people! I can't imagine any reason why we would ever go anywhere else.

Dr. Charity and the techs are great! She is very knowledgeable and awesome with my guinea pigs. They let me do a drop off same day when one of my piggies was having a problem with her eye. Dr. Charity called when she was ready to go and explained what was going on so that it was easy to understand. Front desk staff is always awesome as well! I appreciate everyone at this clinic very much!

We have two rabbits, they took care of them very well. The staff is friendly, they make follow up calls after a procedure and always give you reminder calls and texts when you have a appointment. Overall very pleased with the service. Definitely recommended.

I recently brought my kitten Murphy to All City Pet Care East. It was late on a Friday afternoon and because Murphy was sick, they worked me into their schedule. Sadly, Murphy had a tumor and it became necessary to put him to sleep. Dr. Priesz was so caring and supportive. She made a difficult experience a little easier by being so caring. Thank you!

I brought my friends cat in to check on him since he gets sneezing attacks which causes the snot to fly out of his nostrils and is the thickness of phlegm. I am watching the cat, along with my friend who has Alzheimer’s, while her sister and brother-in-law are on vacation. Dr. Minion checked him over and asked how long this had been going on and I said that I had saw it last year while visiting them at their home. Sally had taken him to a nearby vet to her, where he was given a shot and meds and went back and got another shot and meds. She said she wasn’t told if he had allergies or what was causing him to sneeze, so she was looking for someone else. Dr. Minion said it could be chronic rhinitis as his nostril seems inflamed, an infection or he could have something up his nostril? Dr. Minion would refer us to someone who would go up his nostril with a tube to see if there was a growth or something else causing the problem. I was given Amoxicillin and Prednisolone to give him and see if this works to clear this up. If not, we have the option to go up the nostril. I felt Dr. Minion was informative on our visit and I was pleased. The next day, I had Emma, a vet technician, show me again how to hold the cat to give the meds, and now I am able to control him. Good job!

Dr. Paul was so friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in right away as a new patient with an urgent pet issue, when my own vet couldn't get me in and was honestly kind of rude. We were so impressed by their competence and friendliness that we are switching to All City Pet Care East for all our vet needs. We didn't realize that a vet was supposed to spend so much time discussing your pet's issues with you, our previous vet always seemed disinterested and was in and out quickly. Dr. Paul was excited to see our puppy and hold her and spent a long time with us answering questions and figuring out what was wrong. He really knew his stuff. Highly recommend! Update: after going here for several months and going through several medical issues and spaying, we are still very happy with All City Pet Care East. They used a laser for accelerated healing on my dog during her spay operation, and she healed wonderfully, not even needing the dreaded "cone of shame." We also recently went in for some urgent medical issues, and we saw Dr. Tim, who did a fantastic job taking a long time to talk with us about our dog's issues and develop a plan for treatment. He was very knowledgeable and did not seem rushed at all. Attached is a photo of the little goober causing us to have so much experience with the docs at All City Pet Care East. This is a great place for vet care!

We always go to All City. We like Dr. Stephanie. We've taken three cats and four dogs to them. Always great. Sometimes she isn't available and we see one of the other doctors. They are also great. All clearly love animals, are friendly and spend as much time as needed to answer any questions. 9/15/22 Just had our pup spayed. Dr.Tim, Dr. Stephanie's spouse did the "laser" surgery. Our pup was a little slow last evening, but is back to normal today! Highly recommend.

The vet tech (Kyla) and the vet (cant remember his name) were amazing with my 18 month old heeler/pit mix. I was extremely nervous because she can be slightly agressive but both of them were so wonderful & patient with her and made her comfortable being there. Although we were very brief patients here, my kitty, my mom, and I were treated as though we'd been visiting for years. Our 18 year old cat, Cuddles, began having health issues, and since our previous vet had retired, we decided to schedule a check up here and eventually an appointment to put her to sleep. Dr. Tim, who examined her, and Dr. Paul, who helped put her to rest, were simply outstanding. They were extremely kind and empathetic, and it's clear that they love animals and love what they do. When the time comes to bring more fur babies into my life, I will definitely bring them here. Highly recommend.

We started going to All City East with our bulldog who was a frequent flier, and now take our one visit a year, low maintenance rez dog rescue, and the service and care has been top-notch for both. There's never any pressure for extra services and if your pet doesn't need something they'll let you know. All the staff are great. If your animal is as treasured a family member as ours are you will be glad you take them to All City East 😊.

4pm on a Thursday and my own hometown vet could not see our dog when her nail got ripped off. I called All city Pet Eastside and even though they were short staffed she said to bring her on in. I brought my little Maltese in for his first teeth cleaning, and to say I was a little nervous would be a huge understatement... when I came in to meet Charity for the tooth assessment, I felt so much better! She took extra time to listen to my concerns and tell me about the procedure and drugs used and what to expect. I really got a sense of the expertise and care that these people were going to give my little man. After the procedure I was (to no ones surprise) extremely anxious, what if I dont know what to do to take care of him after the procedure? The technician was SO nice and explained everything about the post procedure care. I even had additional questions I thought of later and after I left another technician called me to educate me on the pain scales and what exactly to look for/ issues I should bring him back in for. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will 100% be bringing my family member back to this location. Thank you so much to everyone who was a part of our experience. I am so grateful for the care we received and hope you all know what a difference your effort makes in our lives.

I want to give 5 stars for the one on Minnesota Ave, but 2 stars to the one on the east side. I made an appointment for my cat on the east side, he was having some issues, and I called and asked if I could bring my dog along for a distemper booster shot and nothing else. They said that was fine. (I do not live in town, saves me a trip) we get there and I tell the tech once again when we are here for my cat, but my dog is only here for a booster shot. Vet visit goes fine, get mixed news for my cat and a treatment plan. Go to pay and find out they are charging me for an exam for my dog along with the booster. Explained he was not here for an exam, and they told me it was policy to charge me for one because he got a booster shot. They would not remove it. I have had vaccinations done before at the clinic on Minnesota and have never been charged for an exam fee when I ask only for vaccinations. Update, the branch manager was wonderful and very polite, she did refund me the money, but I learned that the all city pet cares have different policies even though they have the same name.

Dr. Paul Nantke was absolutely amazing. Brought my pup in for a concern with his back leg and he went into full detail. It was stressful having my dog go in alone without being there with him due to COVID, but the doctor called me for a good 15 minutes and went over what was going on with his leg.
