The front desk staff was friendly and knew who I was as I walked in. He welcomed me with a smile and greeted my kitten happily. When I was brought back to wait for the vet tech/assistant, I waited no more than 5 minutes. The vet tech/assistant was very sweet and gentle. She was careful with him as well. She listened to my questions and was able to provide knowledgeable answers. The doctor that met my kitten was very kind as well. All the staff were amazing, sweet, caring and kind. Would highly recommend Pet Care Center.

I am so grateful that I took my cat to Dr Dean, she listened to me and I felt like she really cared about him. He is an older diabetic cat but with medication and diet changes, he doing so much better and I cannot thank Dr Dean and Pet care center enough! I now take all 3 of my cats to Dr Dean, she is great with them and communicates very well, answering all of my questions thoroughly. Everyone is very kind and caring! Another great experience at Pet Care Center at Luna Park. Coco had an xray yesterday to help diagnose his injured knee. This required general anesthesia. As always, everyone on Dr. Griffith's team was efficient and professional. I was completely informed of the procedure, the risks, the costs, the after care and expectations.

Drs Griffith and Dean are the best and their staff are excellent. I’ve been taking my little dogs to them for 10 years. I kept them as my vets even though I moved from W Seattle and it took me 45 minutes to drive around since the bridge was closed. They are no nonsense, offer options for care, aren’t pushy or overpriced. Both of the docs are wonderfully compassionate and versatile in their skill sets. Dr Griffith took care of my little Shi Tzu mix’s tooth extractions and cleaned his teeth too. I highly recommend them both.

Both Dr. Griffens’ have been my two fur babies’ primary vet for their whole life. I appreciate the measured approach to treatment (eg teeth cleaning, stiff joints, aging) and never rush to surgery as a first resort. When my baes have had complications, the doctors have always been honest and transparent with the care options needed vs nice to haves. We typically live out of WA, but make a stop here at least once a year. Needless to say, you can trust these guys to have your pet’s best interest at heart and individual needs met.

Dr. Kitchen is one of the most caring, supportive and reassuring vets I’ve worked with. My 15 year old cat is my baby, and I always have so much anxiety whenever she needs medical help. She’s recently been through a round of meds and a teeth cleaning. During the round of meds, I sent Dr. Kitchen almost daily emails (and this was over a span of 30 days) and she always responded. Some of the emails were me just thinking out loud, others were updates. She was always so friendly both over email and over the phone. When she had to get her teeth cleaned, I was a bit worried. They walked me through the process, called me with updates during the day, and even took videos that Dr. Kitchen showed me at pickup! Really above and beyond. It’s really difficult to trust anyone with my kitty, but I do trust Dr. Kitchen. Thank you!

I brought in my older puppy to see a doctor for his first shots and to check his eye. The staff handled things very well, despite the hardship of being closed to the public due to Covid-19, coming out to get my dog. The attendant handled him like a pro! When the doctor examined my dog, I received a call from him, describing all the possibilities for shots. As far as my dog's eye, it turns out there was nothing wrong, luckily! I really appreciate the way things were handled. My dog came out smiling and not unhappy about the shot site. Things went great, and I would recommend the Luna Park Pet Care Center to anyone who is looking for a good vet in or near Wear Seattle.

We have been bringing our pets here for 27 years. Through one change of ownership when our first vet retired to the current team, we have been nothing but happy with the care provided. The vets are thorough; they explain the animal's condition, and advise on treatment options. They are working with us to keep our 21 year-old feral rescue cat in as good health as possible. He was so sick when we trapped him at about 8 weeks that we weren't sure he'd make it; respiratory problems and nostrils crusted shut but with the vet care we got he's still here more than twenty years later. When we had to put animals down our vet and techs were compassionate, kind, supportive. They let us stay with our departed fur babies for as long as we needed to be there. The techs are are great, too, friendly, skillful, fast. Years ago, we needed to board our schipperke. He was not trusting of strangers. (We took him to be groomed once but he didn't get what he came for; the groomer said he growled and barked so much they were afraid to take him out of the cage) When I came to pick him up he had no problem with the tech who had been feeding him, playing with him and walking him, obviously quite well. One of our cats boarded there for IV treatments. Both times, the areas were clean and quiet. I didn't see any stressed animals. The procedures during this Covid-19 time are efficient and quick. A tech comes out to the parking lot, takes the animal, calls when the exam is over, takes payment information over the phone and bring the animal back to the car. In many ways, easier and less stressful for the animals (and maybe us, too) than sitting in the small waiting room with other animals. Barking dogs are very stressful to our cats and I think that the smells of other strange animals alone is stressful. Who knew there could be small blessings from Covid? My husband and I highly recommend Pet Care Center for their compassionate and knowledgeable care. The only problem is that the parking lot is small and a bit tricky to get into and out off off busy Avalon Way.

Excellent Vet. I’ve been going here for 20-plus years. Entire staff is first rate (Never had a bad experience...Never) Not the cheapest vet, but who wants to risk it. Pet Care Center has been caring for our 6-month old Golden Retriever since he was 8-weeks. Great people and they've done an excellent job helping keep him happy and healthy. We did have one emergency scare where we had to go to an animal hospital for treatment. They suggested a number of expensive services as aftercare, which we declined because we wanted Pet Care Center's opinion the next day as they knew Charlie best. They advised us there was no need for the extensive tests/treatment and saved us quite a bit of time and money. They'll continue to be our regular Vet so long as we live in the area.

This place is really nice, the parking lot is a pain but with how friendly the staff is you can overlook it very easily. They offer pet lodging for a reasonable price, so if you need to flea bomb or are doing some remodeling or even moving they'll take care of your pet for the day! This saved us when our water tank failed once and they were happy to same day us. The vets are very knowledgeable as well. They don't do appointments here though, so plan your day accordingly as their non peak times are when everyone is at work. This seems kind of annoying but is actually pretty nice as you can pick the time that you're available and head on in.

I have been taking my animals, a dog and two cats, to the Pet Care Center at Luna Park for over 6 years and have always had a great experience. The staff are very caring and concerned and I always get reminders and call backs which are very helpful. Medications for the animals are reasonably priced and similar to the online prices so I would much rather buy from a trusted vet. Online access to my pets records are also a plus. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

When we moved to White Center a few years ago, I picked this vet after reading reviews online and now I'm adding my own review to the list. The team here is great! They are very straightforward about costs and will not push expensive procedures if they aren't necessary. The vets are kind and knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions, even if they seem silly. The staff are friendly and well-organized, and they all clearly love animals, even animals who seem difficult. They have also been very understanding about expenses and allowed us to split large bills for urgent care between multiple payment methods, or pay as much as we can at the time of service and the rest in a few days. They have been wonderful to both our dog (who had a congenital liver condition) and our cat who is now 16 years old. When our dog passed away last year, they sent us a heartfelt card with their condolences, which meant a lot to us. Update 12/13/17: Our cat recently started making pain meows and wasn't eating or drinking as much, and once again Pet Care Center was wonderful. They checked her out and gave us meds for her symptoms along with information to help us provide the best "pawspice" for her. When our kitty made it clear that it was her time to go, we brought her back to Pet Care Center where she was lovingly attended to and bundled up in a blanket so we could hold her in our arms as she went to sleep for the last time. When we welcome new furbabies into our life down the road, we will definitely bring them to Pet Care Center.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating

All the people and doctors we have worked with here have treated us very well. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get in. We have taken our pets here for the last 15 years. I took my cat in for emergency close to their closing time and they all stayed late to ensure she was taken care of. None of the staff complained and they seemed so happy to help! They took the photo and it's on his chart and invoices. I think it's a pretty accurate representation of how wonderful they are. Also, they always review his chart before our visit and ask me about the status of past issues. The staff are kind and courteous, responsive and knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I have a buggy-eyed, hyperactive, anxiety-ridden, neurotic, and very dramatic Boston terrier named Otto. I love Otto. He is my baby. But I will be the first to admit that he can be overwhelming at best. A monster at worst. I am also an overly concerned dog-mom so I've taken Otto in multiple times for multiple things. He's had his luxating patella examined, his damaged teeth surgically treated, his broken tail looked at... everytime I've gone in, both Dr. Griffith and Dr. Chin have been so kind and patient with Otto. It is clear that they are absolutely animal lovers, judging from the way they handle Otto. Their costs are by far the most reasonable I've ever encountered (and I've lived in southern and northern California, Oregon, and Seattle). They always follow up with calls to make sure Otto is ok. And they never ever push him for drastic treatments. They are honest and upfront and in the process have saved me so much money because they never push for drastic treatments or procedures. Their staff is amazing too. All the vet techs (sorry, I don't know the actual term) are incredibly sweet and friendly and very good at handling Otto. I one thousand percent recommend Pet Care at Luna Park.

The clinic at Pet Care Center are very loving, caring, thorough and compassionate to my elderly timid dog. They offer extended services, but don't push them and don't seem judgmental if we choose not to go that route, for example, our dog has cataracts and we are not going to have them treated. Our decisions were respected.
