Our first visit was back in Nov, we were there because my pup got a horrible injury. Fortunately Dr. Mostoller and his staff were able to help us! They do the most to make you feel welcome and answer all the questions you have. I’ve taken both my pups and will continue to bring them here for their medical needs. Thanks for everything!

Just started taking our cat and young dog here after moving. The cat room is so cute and the doctor was incredibly thorough and kind. Our dog can get nervous in new situations but these doctors were perfect for her. They were so sweet that she trusted them right away. The vets and techs at this clinic are phenomenal. Our visit was fun, and there was no tension because the staff are kind and sweet and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is calm. West Valley veterinary clinic has always done such an amazing job with my animals. My most recent visit I brought my 10-year-old to Chihuahua for a senior wellness check and my new puppy for his first visit and to get some vaccinations. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and they were so sweet and gentle with my dogs. They were able to discover a few things that my chihuahua was suffering with and prescribed the proper medication to keep her comfortable. I appreciate everything they do there and the entire staff is top-notch!

We had to put down our sweet 16 year old poodle Kisses last week. We've been going to West Valley Vet since we got him as a puppy, and also take our two puppies there as well. They were so very compassionate with the whole experience of having to put Kisses down. The vet examined him beforehand and confirmed he had a stroke that morning, which helped us know that it was the right time to end his life. Everybody from the person on the phone telling us to come right in, to the person at the front desk, to the nurse, and to the vet were all so very empathetic and kind, which made a hard experience more bearable. They even cut part of Kisses hair to put in a vial for us to keep. Not only were they mind and compassionate the day of, but we got a sympathy card with a message written by each staff member telling us how sorry they were at the loss of our sweet dog. I can't say enough good. We've had experience with them from the beginning of Kisses' life up to the very end. We also bring our two 2-year old puppies to West Valley Vet.

This was my first visit with my chihuahua, I wasn’t sure what was wrong with him but they got me in within two days because my regular vet was booked out for weeks. The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly and thorough, and the veterinarian (Adam, I believe?) was very kind, gentle, informative and caring! I’d definitely recommend this place and may visit again!

Make sure you confirm via phone because they won’t accept your email confirmation and will cancel your appointment. Lucky the doctor was able to see my pup and everyone was lovely. Lina had her seconds visit with Dr Tom at wvc veterinarian clinic. Lina is so far doing very well with the doctor and staff there l am very happy with Dr. Tom and the nurses are very helpful and very sympathetic and understanding and that helps a lot especially taking your baby to see a new veterinarian can be stressful. I feel Lina will be happy going there from here on out.

I highly recommend West Valley Veterinary Clinic! I am extremely grateful to Dr. Heller for saving my cat Franky. Dr. Heller made time in his schedule to take him in for emergency surgery. And I appreciate his bedside manner and ability to make me feel my cat was safe and cared for in his hands. Then a few months later, I got to know Dr. Huston because of my dog. My dog was very sick and doctor Huston was amazing at figuring out his diagnosis. She took the time to thoroughly explain what testing we needed to do, why, the results, and treatment. Also, she helped me prioritize what I should do for him based on my budgetary constraints.

July 8th 2019 was the hardest day of my families life. We had to say goodbye to our 12 year old pug Gigi. We treat our animals as family and when we had to make this decision unexpectedly, the rooms were so small and cramped it hardly fit my daughter, husband and myself. (All of us are small/medium build so if you're at all over 200lbs it will be a very tight fit) The cost ($150 for a 9.7lb pug) for the procedure is $75 more than Hunter Animal hospital with no after care at all for those who may be on a tight budget. The staff though was absolutely amazing! The veterinarian was so kind and patient as well as the technician. They were very informative and we were given as much time as we needed to be in the room with our Gigi both before, during and after she passed away. When it came time to pay they were so tactful and understanding and didn't at all feel like that was there priority rather they were empathetic and so hospitable. They also provide a coffin box that is plain white so you can write to your loved one before laying them to rest.

West Valley Veterinary Clinic is always so well organized with their process of being us into rooms so I have never had to waiting without some kind of explanation. And as for the care, each person that came into the room with my dog took their time to make her comfortable. This isn’t an easy feat as she has anxiety under normal circumstances, but she was treated with patience and compassion the whole time, making it a positive experience for all of us.

The staff is so great and the paw plan makes health care for my pooch affordable. Definitely recommend. Last week my dog Bella had a teeth cleaning and two teeth removed. While teeth removal and the take home meds are not included in the paw plan everything else was covered and I would not have been able to afford this care that my baby needed elsewhere. Bella's breathe now smells good, she is happier, and I am thankful for the great job of Vet Clinic Staff.

This the best vet. ) very nice to talk to. Got apps for both of my pets. At the same time very clean. Was able to get a follow up appointment very fast and easy. Open on Sat. 100.00$ for 2 dogs. Which is a little high,because they do charge an office visit. But worth it because my dogs won't let me cut there nails

This place is so wonderful not only did I get my rabies shot for my dog for $20 which was way cheaper than any other place that I have called all over the state of Utah. We did not have to see the vet like many other places we could just go in get the shot. I liked the customer service over the phone none of the people were snooty like some of the other places. When we went to in we were also greeted with kindness and courtesy. Even though I had many questions to ask every single one of them were answered I also called back and asked several other questions and each time they were answered with courtesy and kindness. There is no fake ness here every single person that I've spoken to has been kind and fact well my dog was getting the shot I actually did get to talk to the vet a little bit which was cool and I didn't even get charged I talk to them about getting my dog neutered and things because I have a new puppy the vet was very kind and courteous .. I just wanted to say thank you so much for being nice. And when I had to have an appointment right away they got me in period I understand that this is not going to happen every single time even though they got me in right away the day that I was in but I am so grateful that they did get me and. This is the one place that I will always take my animals to I suggest this place for each and every person that needs to get a rabies shot each and every person that should be taking their animals and should be going here the individuals that work here are so kind I saw them working with each person that came in the gentleman that came in with the 5 puppies in the basket they personally came out and sat with him and explained each and everything that they were going to do with each puppy..... They asked if we needed anything and if anybody in the lobby needed anything while we were there. Thank you again and we highly recommend this place the best veterinary in place in Utah.!!!!!!

Visit: 5/11/22 This is a funny story; I was about to do a survey for a store I shop at online, and I opened the WRONG SURVEY! OOOOOPS! So, I sent the store survey to the vet clinic, and had to post all of this publicly. Back to you (clears throat awkwardly). My recent visit to West Valley Veterinary Clinic was Positive. The staff consulted me regarding a care plan for my dog, and I GREATLY appreciated their help in shaving my dog (of matted hair) to prevent sores and help her feel better. They also apparently treated my dog with kindness and affection, which was SO important because she had never been formally groomed before. Improve: 1) Access to a cup for water (for me) would have been nice. I was there for two hours. (My dog had a fever, so there were complications.) 2) When I arrived, I called to check in, and was put on hold. Which is fine. However, I was on hold so long that the phone system disconnected my call, so I had to call back. The wait isn't usually this long, but I am always put on hold. May I suggest a different extension (not 4) to press for check-ins? That way, most of the calls for check-ins can be processed quickly and paying customers--who are THERE--are made to feel welcome! They are great! Our dog had issues over the weekend and we called first thing on Tuesday and they had a same day appointment. They’ve called to check up on her and have scheduled follow up appointments within a few days. Not ever get clinic offers same day appointments. They kept on telling us to take her to the emergency clinic which charges triple the price to see her. I’m thankful for this clinic. They seem to really care about their patients.

My pets have all been long time patients at West Valley Vet Clinic and will likely continue to be. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We have seen some staff turn over from Drs and techs over the years which is sad when you like working with the same doctor and tech however each new doctor, tech and intake admin have provided the same high quality level of service and care that we are used to. Thank you WV Vet Clinic for loving our fur babies as much as we do. Dr. Tom (who I believe has been at this clinic the longest), and Dr. Baum have been so great (we REALLY appreciate everything you and your team did for Tayla 😭) and we recently saw Dr. Jen for another pupper and she was wonderful and caring as well. This is the Place if you love your pet and want Great service at fare prices. Here is my story : My Dog Bobee was feeling horrible it was 11ish at night so I panicked and took him to a place near by my house who wanted to take me for 2k a night in cottonwood heights. They said my dog was gonna die if i didn't leave him for the night, I paid their fee of 350.00 for a shot and 30 minutes of time then took him home, I wasn't comfortable there at all. Then I called and spoke to West Valley Veterinary Clinic and took Bobee in the next morning he was alive but not well after a few hours the doc called me and said my baby was ok, they gave him a few pills to take home, its been a week now he's back to normal and I'm very thankful and appreciate W.V.V. their fee was less the what I paid at the other place who didn't care about me or bobee just money . These Ladies work with their hearts as well care about you and your pet.

It's really nice to have a clinic open during the weekend where I can for sure keep my girls up to date on their preventive care. The assistant and the vet were gentle and thorough with both of my girls. One of my kitties was not afraid to show her displeasure through growls and hisses. They tried to help her feel better by sitting in a half box and being covered with a calming phermone soaked blanket. She was surprisingly temperamental and refused to be content. They were very gentle with her and restrained her in such a way she could be appropriately examined and vaccinated. I was a little embarrassed by it, but we was very professional and understanding. Gonna see about getting some of that phermone to see if she'll act better next time. Also felt the office personnel cared about my kitties.

Be Ready For The Upsell. In the past I have recommended them to friends and family, but now my friends and family Will hear about their new practices. In for a simple vaccination and check up - Dr. Tom recommend $270 blood work and $150 cancer biopsy. I agreed with the biopsy and 15 minutes later I was informed the mole was benign. Seems like the good doctor knows how to prey on people’s fears. An Ethical doctor could have said to watch the mole for changes on a happy 11-year-old dog.

They were professional, they cared and they took GREAT care as well as were concerned about my pet. After having pets for 40 years and my last baby was with me for 15 years, I believe I know what I'm talking about. The last Vet I went to developed a lack of concern for the pet and us and more about MONEY. They are part of a Western State Chain pet HMO and well, that should tell the story. This Clinic is "defiantly" more about us and the pet as WELL as more economical which in these days and times, you have to be more careful of. I'd recommend them to anyone as would my little pure breed 37 lb Keeshond!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for my dogs for 4 years they have always been great, from the staff to the facility itself. I can tell that everyone really loves what they do from the way they interact with my dogs. I’ve seen multiple vets in the clinic and they really take the time to understand my concerns and work with me to figure what is the best course for treating my dogs. They are very transparent with everything including pricing and potential over the counter cheaper alternatives I can try, giving me every possible option to see what will work best me and my boys. The portal makes everything so easy with checking a when my dogs are due on services, the online scheduling, and they always have availability.

The stuff we’re very pleasant, but the pricing was little too high I needed my dog’s tooth extracted, That’s all. They priced me tooth extraction and full dental cleaning I didn’t want full dental cleaning, but they add that service without any questions or giving any choices, so it costs double Can’t afford their pricing

Brought my baby boy Bilbo In to get treatment because the ER I went to said pay 4K or let your baby die. I couldn’t afford that and they sent us home... We went to see Dr. Baum and she was able to help my baby for less than 1/4 of the price the ER was going to charge for the same treatment. I AM SO THANKFUL. They treated him like the King he is and made him feel so loved. I will be going here for all my pets in the future and will tell EVERYONE I know they should come here. Very personable and loving. I took my dog Luna in for a cut on her leg snd thought inwas going to an emergency vet, but it wasn't. The staff was very friendly and understanding about the situation and was able to give me meds and ointment for her cut. I'm so thankful for the staff, I was so scared. Because I wasn’t able to go into the office and had to wait in my car for a couple hour it’s hard to give too much feedback on how they were inside with my puppy but they did figure out how to help her and sent us home with meds and food to help her get better and it worked so we are very satisfied with that. I do feel like $470 was expensive for what they did but this is our first dog and so I’m not familiar with vet cost too much. Wish it didn’t have to cost that much when our puppy gets stomach issues but we are still very happy she is well now.

This was my first time at this vet and I was extremely impressed with how they handle their business. They took such great care of Jack (carried him into their office) They were kind and didn't treat me like a dollar sign. Dr. Monica Baum was incredible!!! She spent 30+ min with me on the phone answering my questions (even unrealated to why I brought him in) with the most informative, educated answers. I would 100% trust her with any of my dogs life.

We took our two dogs in for their annual shots and a pre dental checkup. After checking both dogs teeth, he told us not to even do a teeth cleaning. He said he didn't like to put the animals through unneeded stress if he didn't have to. They really care for your pet!

Upon receiving several recommendations, I took my fur baby in to have a lump on her belly examined. Dr. Saayid (??) was amazing! She was very thorough and explained everything in easy to understand detail. Dr. Saayid and the assistant were both very caring and handled my pup with tenderness and compassion. They spoke very softly as my pup had to have blood drawn and samples taken from her belly. They allowed her time to calm down and regroup before they kept going. I have never been to a vet office that truly acted like my dog was their dog. Thank you West Valley Veterinary Clinic. You are our new vet for life!

The BEST veterinary clinic in the valley. I called their office right as they opened on a Sunday, in hopes of getting my 4 month old sick kitten in. As a new patient I wasn’t expecting them to get me in, but to my surprise they understood my concern and got me in at a very reasonable morning time. Once there I was more than pleased with their service, honesty, and customer service. Dr. Tom was charismatic, had great bed side manner, and easy to talk to. The receptionist Donna was helpful, kind and warm. And the techs were all very well informed and more than willing to answer my questions. I've been taking my pets to this place for many years. It's been mostly good. A few instances where my pets had surgery & doctor didn't seem too confident on the outcome. The follow up call was strange: "Is your dig still alive? Oh! Phew! Ok..good. Wasn't sure". A staple was left on the belly on my 2nd pet. My most recent visit, Missy was fantastic. She definitely loves her job. She made my pitbull feel so loved. I really enjoyed my last visit to this clinic.

We took our 8 year old cat Kevin in for an emergency. He was struggling to breathe, not eating, drinking lots and lots of water and peeing a lot. Poor kitty barely had any energy was very lethargic. The staff was very professional and got him in to see the vet on time. The vet was great. She explained what was happening to Kevin and that he needed a procedure to save his life and tests as well. The procedure he needed required him to have a large build up of fluid around his lungs to be drained. This build up was so much that he was only able to use 25% of his lungs. We agreed to the procedure and he was out the same day. By the next day he was no longer breathing heavy or wheezing. The 3rd day he is breathing normally and is much more active. They saved his life. He has diabetes though which we are treating with diet change. Hopefully we can reverse it with diet and avoid insulin which costs as much as insulin for humans we discovered. No other vet we called would see him as they said they were all booked out a week to 2 weeks out. WVVC got him in in 2 days. Kevin would have kept getting worse rapidly and died by then. Thank you so much Dr. Baum! 💓 And Kevin thanks you too!!

Really nice and thoughtful place, had a kind complimentary nail trim for my Kitten, but are sometimes not on top of vaccines, more problem with billing, from taking my car for 2-3 months I called just to be told she was not given any vaccinations. Always very kind and friendly. Never seem to have a problem getting an appointment for my dogs. Especially when our new puppy sprained her hock joint a week ago, then this weekend she broke her bone in that same leg. Never heard a dog cry and wince in so much pain before. And they were able to take care of her and her pain. I feel some other vets would have shoved us on to an emergency facility that wouldn't have been as good. We like that they truly seem to care and even bought them a gift box of cookies from Costco for taking care of our baby

My dog had a accident and ended up needing emergency care. She was seen promptly first thing the next morning, she ended up needing her back sutured. I feel she received great care and healed very well. However the vet recommended for us to get a laser treatment to help healing I was told it was $20. I opted to get it and it was changed to my original statement. My husband had to take our dog to 2 follow up visits where they tried to make him pay $25 for the laser treatments that were already paid for. Not sure if it was a miscommunication or not but it’s a bit frustrating when I paid our bill of $650 in full when she was first brought in and I was told there would be not addition charges.

Even though due to COVID, we had to wait in our cars while our cat was being examined the staff was very helpful & friendly. The Dr. called after the exam & was very thorough. My normal vet's office was unable to get us in. West Valley had no problem squeezing us in between appointments to make sure our kittens foot was OK. They explained what they had found and suggested a couple of treatment routes. Very professional the whole time and they didn't guilt you into purchasing expensive products and treatments. Jax was in and out in under 20 minutes without a serious punch in my wallet. He is doing great now thanks to West Valley. I am seriously contemplating switching all of our pets over here. The difference between West Valley Vet Clinic and the urgent care I visited two months ago are night and day. I was very pleased and impressed with the employees here. They were very nice. I felt like they really cared. Kim was awesome! When she first walked in she made sure my puppy was comfortable with her being there. She explained in detail what could be wrong with my dog, and gave different options of how we can resolve my concerns. I’ll def be back. I highly recommend this place!! My cat Cooper had an appointment scheduled for some health concerns, but a week prior he took a turn for the worse. We brought him in without an appointment, half an hour before closing, desperate to figure out what was wrong. They were very understanding, and did everything they could to get a prognosis, allowing us to stay despite how close it was to closing. He had severe kidney failure, and we had to euthanize him then and there. It was all very unexpected and difficult, but I'm grateful that they were so patient with us, and we could make Cooper's transition into death as painless as possible.

I have a great dane named Wednesday. She came in from outside with a very swollen foot on Thursday. I called so many vets including our normal one. The soonest any of them could get her in was 2 weeks from than. West Valley Veterinary was able to get her seen the next morning. The staff was very understanding and concerned. I was at a friend's house on a Friday night and her dog attacked my dog. It was late and no clinics were open, so I waited until morning and called West Valley Veterinary Clinic as soon as they opened, and they told me to come in and they got me right in with an appointment. When i called they got us right in. The staff is professional and very helpful. We had to put or little Chihuahua to sleep her heart was not working well anymore. She was very sick. I originally opted to go with WV vet clinic after an exhaustive search for a vet that had a good amount of experience with small dogs and surgery. Dr. Sara Shaw (now retired) would become the vet for my then 10 yo chihuahua. She’s the first vet I’ve had for a pup that felt like she was attempting to make a genuine connection with my dog, not just going through the motions. Dr. Shaw went on to do some serious dental work on my 10yo and also repair a small hernia. It was a day and night difference in her demeanor after the surgery; it was like having a puppy again. Fast forward to last month, I brought the same pup (now 12.5) and our younger chihuahua (7) to WVC Vet. We saw Drs. Handy & Bluer. Dr. Bluer did the dental cleaning and extractions for both pups. I was initially skeptical about having a new vet, but both Drs were so great to work with. WVC Vet Clinic should be your first choice if you’re looking for a new vet. Albeit the prices are steadily increasing, it’s still worth every penny.

A couple of years ago I took my dying Pekingese there to be treated. I took him because they were the only clinic open on a Sunday. Even though my dog died I never forgot how well they treated him. Now I have a puppy and even though I live a ways away I take her there to be seen because they’re the friendliest staff and I know my puppy will be well taken care of. The facility is very clean and they have reasonable prices. You can also set your pup up on a wellness plan for a reasonable monthly payment. I just love the staff here.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars! Our kitty hasn't been feeling well and it became somewhat urgent today. Being it was Sunday our normal vet was not open but West Valley Veterinary Clinic was! I called and Monica answered the phone so polite and concerned for our furbaby! Thankfully they had an open appointment and we were seen within the hour. The office was very clean and the staff kind, friendly and professional. We waited maybe 5-10 minutes. The examine room was very tidy and very clean. Each person we saw was truly concerned for our furbaby and took great care in handling her and making sure she was comfortable. The nurse even wrapped her up in a blanket after blood work because she was feeling cold! So sweet! I very much appreciated that before preforming any work they discussed the diagnostic fees (which were very affordable) and thoroughly explained the treatment plan. Dr. Mostoller was so wonderful in explaining in great detail the results of her blood work and was very reassuring that she would be on the mend soon! You can tell the staff here truly care and love what they do! I would absolutely take our kitty to see them again!

My girlfriend and I took our cats here and the vets were just awesome. Our girl cat has had some past trauma and is not good with stress like going to the vet in the car and meeting strangers. We explained this to them and they listened and handled her very well. They are pretty good with my cat. I get my cats shots there and the last time I went They told me I could alsotake care of his license there as well. So I paid for the license there and they told me they would take care of the rest. Several months later I get a $200 citation from the city saying I haven't renewed my pets license. I called the vets office and the lady said she didn't even know how to forward a receipt to the city to prove I paid for it. Seems to me if it's something you offer(licensing), you should know how to do it. I gave her the fax number and told her to send a copy of my receipt. A month later I get a collections notice for $200. So I had to personally take my copy down to prove I paid for the license. So they are good with pets, but not much else. I will not make the mistake of paying for the license there again.

They were kind enough to set up an appointment today for me when my dog (Roux) was seriously ill. The staff there was nice and accommodating, especially given that they aren't our normal clinic and it was a Sunday. I was impressed by how detailed the tech was with recording all pertinent information and getting his records from an animal ER that he stayed at Christmas. The veterinarian that tended to him was very thorough with his exam and approached my dog in a calm manner, trying to make him as relaxed as possible. The vet also showed us Roux's x-rays and pointed out the problem areas, so we were kept informed. I felt that Roux's health was a high priority for the vet, between the care taken with the exams and his comment that he wanted to do what he could for Roux with New Year's coming up and most clinics being closed. As I'm writing this review, Roux has just acted more like his goofy self than I've seen since he first got sick on Christmas by chasing his tail. I was in search of a good reasonably priced veterinarian. My daughter referred me to West Valley Veterinary Clinic because she takes her dogs there and has been happy with their services so I thought I'd give them a try. I took my newly adopted 14 month old Shih-Tzu, Rapunzel in for a check up and to get her her rabies shot. The tech was very nice and attentive to Punz. It wasn't too long of a wait for the vet to come in. He was very friendly and unlike most places I've taken my dogs to, did a thorough exam on Punz. He was very knowledgeable and handled Punz gently. I noticed he was documenting her health information as he was examining her. By doing that, I felt like he truly cares about my dog. Also, unlike past experiences at other veterinary clinics, the vet didn't try to sell me any supplements or new dog food. It was a good visit and the price was reasonable. Another nice thing is that they are open seven days a week. I will be bringing my other dog, an 8 month old Shih-poo here when she's due for her physical. West Valley Veterinary Clinic is my new veterinary clinic. Highly recommend them.

We adopted a kitty during the pandemic- she was missing an eye but nobody knew what happened to her but the eye socket was still open. She would have violent sneezing attacks and sneeze out large blood clots. I took her to see two other vets who said the empty eye socket wasn't bothering her and it was just sinus infection or feline herpes and that she would just live with it. She had already been on different antibiotics for 3 months with no change. I took her to Dr. Mostoller - first time I have been to this clinic. Dr. Mostoller took one look at her and within seconds said she still had parts of her eye in the socket causing the problems. He did surgery to clean out the socket and close it up and this sweet kitty has healed completely and had no more violent blood producing sneezing attacks ❤️ thank u so much Dr. Tom and staff for giving this sweet little adopted stray girl the opportunity for a pain free life ❤️ you guys are the best!!!!

I took my dog here with an ear infection. They scheduled me same day, I walked in and was immediately helped, they escorted me into the exam room and within a very short time a vet tech came in to get my dog's temperature and an ear swab. This is literally the first vet where a vet tech helped before the veterinarian or at all. After the vet tech left Dr. Kim came in within a couple of minutes and was so friendly and helpful. I talked to her about some of my dog's symptoms and she offered advice without trying to up sell me. This was SO refreshing because I'm used to city vets constantly trying to up sell and having outrageous prices. That was not the experience here. West Valley Vet Clinic was wonderful, helpful, and fast. Thank you so much for taking care of us!!

I have so many good things to say about this place. They have been warm, friendly and kind to me for a few years since my pup was diagnosed with Addisons disease. I take her in each month and they greet her by name. The doctors are thorough, and they really do care. Especially Dr. Shaw! They also seem to care about their upkeep and cleanliness as they continue to make improvements in updating their facility which has been around for a long time. I'm sad to have moved to another state and hope I can find a place just as great as this one.

I received some devastating news about my 1 year old kitty today. While the situation is tragic and I am utterly heartbroken, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the staff here. They got me in for an appointment 2 hours after I called. They were prompt and gentle with him during the exam and thoroughly explained everything to me. When delivering the news that I would need to euthanize him in the next day or two, I broke down sobbing right in the exam room. The vet (I can't remember her name) was so kind and compassionate with me, offering me comfort, condolences, and tissues. They allowed me to stay in the exam room to make some calls and even sent the front desk worker in to collect my payment and deliver my receipt so I wouldn't have to stand out front with everyone in the lobby while broken in a million pieces. Before I left, several of the vet assistants came in to offer me condolences. You can tell they truly care about your little family members. Thank you for the care and support.

I love Dr.Kim Ingraham, she and the others are on top of the latest treatments, and care for your pet as if it was their own. When I coildn't get in (very rare) I used Pet Smart which was terrible, or the other West Valley clinic (much worse) who mix meds in their clinic and my dog never got over the ear infection until I got him into Dr. Monstellar/kim. I definitely recommend this clinic, they are the best for my dogs (4) and cats (3). Please try them, you'll love the great Care, and Customer service as the office gals are excellent!

Everyone at West Valley Veterinary Clinic always takes such good care of our four dogs. We love Dr. Kim, Dr. Tom, Dottie, Jan, and Patthey are genuinely concerned about the well-being of each animal, and they all take each animal's unique personality into account when they interact with it, making sure the animal is as comfortable and at-ease as possible. Two of our dogs have dealt with some medical problems in recent years, and WVVC always does what they can to find the most cost-efficient solution while also providing excellent care and solving the problem. My dog woke up with an large absess after calling our regular vet who made no effort to try and see him or make a treatment plan i was able to get ahold of west valley vet clinic on a saturday and they were able to fit me in Even for a fit in it didnt take to long and they were constantly checking up on us and polite They were able to get him in on monday for a tooth extraction They were up front about cost which was reasonable for the work he needed I was really impressed and plan on switching his regular care to them All the staff were incredibly kind answered all my questions and treated us with respect They did an excellent job caring for scooby and the fact they are open 7 days a week is a huge help definently would recomed and plan to continue seeing them for my dogs regular care
