We've had a great experience here with our 3 month pomsky puppy. He's been twice for his vaccinations and nail trim and everyone had been so kind, sweet to him and careful to explain everything and answer any questions we have. We enrolled in their puppy care club and feel is so worth it! It comes with unlimited visits plus a 24/7 chat with a vet tech. We used the chat option after his final round of shots because he was having difficulty walking from the soreness and they were able to provide some solutions for relief and also told us what to look for and how to know if he needed to go in. He ended up just fine and it was so nice to have that peace of mind. On top of that, the vet texted us the next day to check in and make sure he was doing better! Highly recommend this place for high quality and genuine care for your fur baby.

This was my first time at VCA, we were referred to them by my regular vet so my pup could potentially be treated same day. The experience was wonderful, they were able to see me day of for my dog’s UTI when every other vet could only offer that she suffer through the weekend and wait for their soonest appointment. My dog is 10 years old and I hated the idea of her being uncomfortable, in pain, and possibly in worse shape if we waited. VCA treated us wonderfully, even though my dog can be quite the vocal spaz at vet offices, and they obviously cared about my pet and the animals in their care. Their lobby is large and open so I could distract my dog with somewhat pacing walks while we waited for our room. The vet and staff were very kind and thorough and we were able to get the medication we needed. They will definitely be my go to for an emergent situation and we are considering switching over for our primary care. THANK YOU SO MUCH VCA!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at this location. Dr. Neville and staff have been so amazing to work with. I had to put down a senior dog and they worked so hard made sure it was a compassionate and love filled experience. A few months later, my new dog got injured and Dr. Neville has walked me through every step of his care with so much patience. He checks in on my pup regularly and makes sure I’m not wasting money or time on unnecessary treatments. I feel as though Dr. Neville is just as invested in my dogs health as I am. I am so grateful I found this team. I finally know my pets are in the best hands possible.

Love VCA. Dr Neville is the absolute best. We took our family pets to him growing up, and he still sees my own, and all of my family’s pets. Never had a bad experience. He is transparent with the diagnosis and treatment, and options. He never does anything unnecessary. It always amazes me that he remembers our previous visits and knows me and my pets on a genuine, personal level. Will never go anywhere else!! We have seen other vets as well when Dr Neville has not been available. They have always been very professional and kind as well.

Dr. Neville was Amazing! The instant he came into the room, he showed his compassion for his job and took great care of our kitty. He was very kind and told us lots of informative cat facts, as well as did a very in depth physical that he did in such a way that my cat was completely calm the entire time. They even offered to trim our cats nails. Great experience and I will be visiting this location to see Dr. Neville again. I highly recommend this place.

My little Pom has been acting so strange and clearly not feeling well, I have been trying to get into his regular vet for a week with no luck. After calling around I got ahold of VCA who advised they didn’t have any appointments that day but to try calling back in the morning when they open. I called this morning and they were able to get me a same day appointment. All of the staff were great but Dr Neville was so kind and caring and definitely sensed my anxiety over what was happening with my fur baby. He presented me with several options to try and figure out what was going on and was very thorough in his explanations. I ended up signing up for their monthly care plan and will be taking my puppers there in the future.

They’ve taken great care of our three dogs and cat, which have all had their teeth cleaned and various visits over the years. Maybe not the cheapest but the peace of mind is worth it. Dr. Maloof is the best.

Great Vet but very expensive. Even after paying a fortune for a visit and blood work they still don't know what's wrong with my dog and want another $1200 for more blood work and an ultrasound. I don't understand that! I've taken my dogs to them for years but I've never needed to take out a loan to find out what's wrong with any of them before!

Ok, they are tech savy. I get helpful emails about my pups health, reminder text messages, and the staff check in with me about my pup via text message. I can set up appointments virtually and Ilove how sweet the staff are with my anxious pup. She had a mass removed and they did an incredible job.

I’ve been going to VCA for many years. Dr. Neville is phenomenal. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions. He gives me thorough explanations on every diagnosis, so I understand every possibility available to me. I’ve never been able to feel truly confident and comfortable leaving my dogs in a veterinary clinic but VCA is the one place I know without a doubt my dogs are well taken care of when I trust them with their care. I never worry and that means the world to me.

I’ve only had my first visit there but that was all it took for me to want them as my regular vet. My furbaby was experiencing symptoms of kennel cough and I called his regular vet and they could not see him so I made a few calls. Once VCA answered the gentleman who I spoke with did give me a same day appointment but upon asking me what was happening suggested I go right away so they could me see me as a walk-in. I headed straight over there and they did check me in right away taking great precautions for others because of the symptoms he had, they did let me know it could take at least an hour to be seen which is understandable and I didn’t mind since they would be seeing me sooner than I expected. They placed us in a room where we awaited the doctor. She seemed really nice and was super helpful. Gave me treatment for my baby and not to mention that they texted me the next day wishing a speedy recover for him which I thought was very nice of them. For sure recommend!

I wish I could give a 10/5 stars! Dr. Neville is by far the best at what he does. My dog Rylee is 4 years old and at the age of about 1 started to have some seriously swollen paws. Bad sores on them and under her chin. It got so bad we took her to another emergency vet one night, they did tests and this and that and couldn’t figure it out, took her to another vet for a check up, they sedated her and wrapped her paws said they didn’t know what it was but to bring her back every week to check on the status of it healing. After about two months it started going down but no explanation. So frustrated I decided to try another office and I am so so glad I chose VCA Taylorsville. He took one look at her paw and said it’s allergies! Gave her some prescriptions and within 2 days almost 100% better. I spent thousands of dollars before going here. We still have times where it gets bad, take her in and he knows just what to do! He actually will even reach out himself to check on how she is doing after a couple days!! He will always give you what options are available but understands that not everyone can afford to spend thousands and thousands. I feel like he tries to do what is best for you and your pet. But If he told me she needed a surgery and it would cost a lot. I wouldn’t even question it because I know it’s not about making as much money as possible. He truly cares for the animals and I would recommend him to everyone! And I am so grateful to know that my dog with a million problems has the best and kindest vet. And when it comes to the care of my pup, I trust him completely! So thank you Dr.Neville for all that you do!

I love this place. You can tell the difference when someone is really a pet lover. They're all confident and knowledgeable. The way they handle my dogs is always with care. Scheduling is like any vet right now and can take a little bit but it's worth it. They also have a same day waitlist in case of a more immediate need to be seen (not talking abt emergencies). The lobby has soy-based pet friendly candles for sale that make the place smella amazing!

Employees are nice enough. Pet parents-you cannot call and make an appointment here like a normal clinic. I was just informed that in order to make an appointment here, you have to call in the mornings at 8 am and hope you are one of the first callers to get through so that you can make an appointment. Just thought others should be aware of this before attempting to call and make an appointment for their animal to be seen. Good luck, and may the odds be in your favor.

Dr Neville is the most incredible vet we have ever seen. When treating your pet, he always provides several treatment options. He provides an ultra conservative option, what he would do personally for his own animals (which always seems to be middle ground), and then the super aggressive (I'm ready to drop $5k right now, just fix my pet) option. He follows through like he says he will. Just the best office staff for the most incredible vet. Our family, including Brick (our dog) simply love Dr Neville!

So grateful they got my old man in same day for a check up and within a week for his deep dental cleaning. Dr N and staff are so kind and sweet both to animals and humans. They were able to get my dog in first for dental work because of my anxiety over the whole thing, as well as call me half way through to update me, which I was so so so grateful for. They were incredibly helpful with my dog. He tore his ACL and we couldn't get into his regular vet for a week. Later in we needed a prescription filled and his regular vet didn't have it in stock. Great place with helpful people!

We have an 18 day old kitten and her eye was completely gunked shut and I called our normal vet and they were booked solid but told me she absolutely needed to be seen as it could be serious. I called here and they were also booked but offered walk in services and they were able to squeeze me in despite being incredibly busy. The doctor was kind and got us the right meds. I'm so grateful and would recommend this place to everyone. They genuinely seem to care about the animals they see and everyone was very friendly.

I went to Banfield before VCA. They weren't open when I needed them. They didn't have appointments available until a month out for injuries and limited treatment options. Switched to VCA and my dog is treated far better. The vet discusses tons of options, worst and best case scenarios and I know all costs up front. They have been available every time I've needed them even last minute. They're more pricey than Banfield but I don't regret the switch at all.

This place is awesome. I called on a Wednesday needing to have a sick cat be put to sleep. I've never been here or called before they had an appointment for Thursday but it didn't work with our schedule so they found one for Friday. They was very caring for my family. My regular vet clinic wasn't helpful my husband's family has been with them for at least 40 years if not longer. We are changing vets. Thank you

I went to VCA All Pet Animal Hosptital/Taylorsville as a walk in for an emergency visit as a new patient. My kitten had a swollen and discolored cornea. When I arrived at 9:30 am their walk in appointments were filled, but they still fit me in. I know this wasn't an easy feat as they were the 6th place I'd tried as my regular vet was closed for the next 3 days due to a staffing shortage, other vets were booked and not taking walk ins, and emergency vets had 6+ hour wait times. I know they were swamped, but they were kind and concerned and where I would have expected a little exasperation on their part as I was just one more person (not even an existing client) wanting help, but they were wonderful and compassionate. The doctor was efficient with his time, I know he was pressed for time, but I never felt he was rushing me, he answered my questions and was thorough. The next morning they texted me checking in on my kitten. I was so impressed with the entire staff and the doctor. I will be taking my fur babies here from now on. Thank you so much for everything you did for us yesterday.

The staff was so sweet. I came in with my dog an hour before they closed because I was really worried about my dog. Despite not having an appointment and never being there before, they found a way to fit me in. Dr Litwin was so knowledgeable and took his time with the assessment. Everyone was so sweet with my dog and they even brought in a bowl of water for him while we waited. I can’t thank the staff enough. For the guy at the front desk Thursday night (so sorry I don’t remember the name) thank you so much for helping us! I will be coming back for more appointments :)

Dr. Maloof has taken great care of my elderly cat over the past 3 weeks in trying to determine what is newly ailing her in old age. Dr. Maloof was systematic with diagnostics, played phone tag constantly in order to discuss symptoms, results and next steps. The technicians and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I even boarded my cat for a few nights and they were so gracious, despite her not wanting to be touched. Additionally, Dr. Mardis is very kind to my new pup that has required far less attention lately. I definitely recommend this clinic if you want quality medical care for your pets. Please be patient! Clinics are busier than ever and care providers are going above and beyond for us!

The front office staff was amazing in making sure that there were no other dogs in the waiting room so my dog reactive rescue wouldn't have any issues. The techs were just as amazing with her. Last month my sweet cat passed away and VCA was so compassionate and caring towards us. We brought her in for an emergency and they looked at her the minute we got there and were able to diagnose her and give us options. The front desk staff was wonderful and so understanding. Dr. Neville was amazing. We've taken our cat to him for the past few years and I'm so thankful that we got the most amazing care there is. They sent us a card in the mail after she passed which brought us tears but also comfort. I recommend this place to everybody.

I was unable to get my cat into his normal vet today and it was clear he was quite ill. I happened upon VCA Taylorsville on google and was able to get in due to a cancelation. The front desk staff, vet techs, and Dr Martis were all wonderful. Everyone was patient with me who admittedly was a little panicked and were great with my cat. I felt listened to and heard by every staff member I spoke with as well as Dr Martis. They were able to take care of my cat and give us some ease which was especially welcomed today, on Christmas Eve. I had such a great experience that they very well may become my primary vet.

We brought our dog Koda in for his vaccines and his yearly, and they were so great! Sydney did great with koda who has severe anxiety. All around the staff was great. My family has taken there pets here for years, however this was my first experience with my pet and I dont think I will ever go anywhere else at this point. 100 outta 10 thats for sure.

This is my first veterinarian experience after going to a small town, personable vet in Idaho my whole life. My puppy Shep is 4 months old, (Australian Shepherd 😍) and I was very nervous about trying a larger "chain" clinic. Based on the reviews, and their affordable care plan I decided to try it out. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful, and spent time explaining my options even though I called for information a few times before I scheduled an appt. (This is my fur baby.. I want him to have the best of care!) After my second visit to the office, I am beyond impressed! I had some puppy raising concerns, and Dr. Neville spent plenty of time coaching me & working with my puppy. (Even when I was a 1/2 hour late to my appointment due to work.) He was very knowledgeable for breed specific information. Herding dogs have there own special quirks and qualities, and he took the time to explain it to me, since this is my first. Anyways... if you're still reading this, you must love your pup as much as me, and will be happy to know you've found someone who cares for your animal like their own!

I am so relieved I found this vet facility! I was recommended this facility by my sister in law after I had some horrible experiences with the only two vets that are connected with one another in my city. I was really apprehensive where I brought my two pups after what one of them had experienced during multiple visits. He became afraid of just walking in the vet facility and would shake. Both my pups needed surgery to be spayed and neutered. I had put it off due to my worry about their care and was searching for the right vet. I ended up seeing Dr. Paul Mardis. He is absolutely wonderful and was gentle with my pups. He spayed and neutered both my huskies. They both healed incredibly fast and had no complications. Every single person on their staff is very pleasant. You can tell the people there like their job, which speaks volumes. They are very organized and explain all pricing beforehand. There are no surprise expenses they try to hide from you. I drove out of town to this location, because they are absolutely worth it. I'm so relieved my dogs have an established vet. Dr. Paul Mardis is incredible.

We’ve been very happy with Dr. Neville. We had 2 senior dogs (one that passed a couple of years ago and the other passed a couple of months ago) if their regular vet was unavailable and they had an urgent need, we would call and VCA was always able to get us in the same day. We now have two puppies. One of the puppies started vomiting and having diarrhea last night that was still present this morning. Her regular vet is out of the office today for the holiday weekend. VCA was able to get us right in and Dr. Neville examined her. I appreciate that he goes over possibilities for the illness all treatment/ testing options and then gives recommendations. The staff in the office have always been caring and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I appreciate the care our dogs have received here with Dr. Neville.

My pup, a small miniature schnauzer, is pretty cautious when it comes to meeting new people. In the middle of this mess we called Covid she ended up with fox tails in her face UGG! I took her into the vet who has seen her since she was eight weeks old and knowing that she was already in bad shape due to a high fever and eye swollen so that she could only see from one eye plus other things associated with the fox tails in her face they still required me to stay outside. I offered to wear a mask so that she would not be further traumatized , with all of this they still required me to stay outside in my vehicle while they lanced the swelling the size of a baseball on the side of her face, A few days later I pulled a fox tail out of her face from the site that they had lanced (but couldn’t find anything). Two weeks later still having issues I took her back to the vet only for them to tell me there was nothing wrong, yet her face was still swollen the size of a tennis ball where the fox tails had went in. She had a grooming appointment and my Groomer took one look and said we’re not grooming her today you need to take her to Dr. Neville at VCA Hospital. VCA Hospital Taylorsville required me to wear a mask but I was allowed to go in with her and help keep her anxiety levels down. Dr. Neville took one look at her was able to gain her trust quickly and easily he took her into the back and five minutes later came out with fox tails in a pair of forceps that had been in her face. He brought her back to me she wasn’t scared plus she wasn’t anxious she was back to being my funny baby girl. The care team at VCA Taylorsville is super! They take the time to listen to find out any quirks they need to know about your pet, to make sure it is a good experience for you and your fur baby. Prices are reasonable and they and Dr. Neville are now her permanent veterinary care team. Her one year exam Dr. Neville answered every question I had about the possibility of breeding her with great suggestions and things I needed to know in advance. This is the place for my fur baby and her health care. I hope you look here first for your fur baby’s health care

I started to go here because my job elsewhere gave me a discount (owned by the same parent company). But I haven't worked there in a long time, no longer receive a discount, and still go here even though I live half an hour away because I trust them to do the best for my dog. I love this VCA and love Dr. Neville. You can tell they really care about your pet. I wish they were closer, of course, but quality is more important than proximity, at least to me.

I'll definitely recommend this vet to any of my friends who own pets. Dr. Neville was very informative and had a much more in depth look at our dog than the previous vet I had taken her to. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also, the checkup was free since it was our first visit which was great! They also gave us a complimentary gift bag with very good dog food and a reflective collar attachment. All in all a wonderful vet. :D

Your staff and doctors are really in my heart this week. My dog was attacked by another dog and your clinic jumped in and took care of my dog so fast got her in same day, sedated her and took care of her. Everyone was so caring and when I saw what Moe (my pup) looked like after the sedation with drains in her face I was emotional and the staff was very kind to me and patient with me to cool down so they can explain what the treatment is and how to take care of Moe. The doctor was very detailed and I know that Moe was in great hands. Thanks for all you do. You guys make a difference and an impact thank you

This place is close to where I live and has good service, which is a great combo. It's clean and never too crowded. They send text reminders about appointments and follow up texts to see how your pet is doing. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the staff don't seem happy to work there. They're polite, but not particularly friendly.

I brought my cat, Stetson, here yesterday and had a really great experience from the time I walked in the door to the minute I left. The girl up front was very friendly, despite the fact that they were very busy with it being the end of the day. She still stopped to take the time to talk to me and check me in without it feeling rushed. I got moved into a room fairly quickly and did not wait too long for the veterinarian. Dr. Maloof was friendly, and answered all of my questions, as well as listened to my concerns. She was great with my cat and did a thorough exam, nose to tail. As expected she offered the gold standard for recommended bloodwork based on his age and medical history. If money was no option, I would definitely have done it, but being on a limited budget, I asked if there were any more affordable options. It took a little bit of time, but the vet tech came back with a few less expensive options and allowed me to pick what I could afford. I appreciate them starting with the best-medicine option, but also providing some other options at my request. They did emphasize that the panel I chose was not as comprehensive, but they did not make me feel like a bad person for not choosing the "Rolls-Royce" option. They did take my cat back to the treatment area to get blood and urine, and the tech reported that he was a little squirmy, but he came back looking no worse for the wear so I assume it went fine. Overall it was a straightforward, pleasant experience and I look forward to bringing the rest of our pets here when they come up due. Thanks to the staff that took care of me and Stetson last night! :)

This is my second review of VCA Taylorsville because I love them so much! The entire staff is fantastic. We've been seeing Dr. Neville for years and he takes such great care of our needs, spends time answering questions, and has such a kind and gentle approach with both the animals and the people. He is thorough but also mindful of not taking unnecessary tests, interventions, etc.. I also recently started using the VCA app that is available to the patrons and really appreciate having the ability to speak with a vet 24/7 through the app for no additional fee. They also have really great educational information on the app and make it convenient to schedule appointments and fill prescriptions. We seriously love VCA Taylorsville!

We ended up having to leave him there for a few hours and when we picked him up, the doctor made sure to come out and talk us through what happened and medications. The only reason for lack of the 5th star is that they don't really treat more than cats and dogs. Dr Neville is my favorite vet, but if he's not available, Dr Maloof is also great with my dogs. Getting a convenient appointment time is pretty easy and everyone on staff is very kind. For Christmas, they're always doing something to help animals. This past year really stuck with me, I got to sponsor a year of foster care for a senior dog. I loved being able to do that and it made me really hug my little mixed breed pupper closer.

This vet clinic has absolutely blown me away! I found a little stray dog who was running into a very busy road. The dog was captured safely. I had never been to this vet, but knew they were close by. On a Saturday we stopped by so they could see if he had a microchip. He did, the nice ladies at the front gave me the info I needed to call the chip company when they are open. The vet that was on duty and the ladies working had the kindest hearts. The vet did an exam on this little dog to determine if he was healthy and if he would be safe to have around my dog or would need to be quarantined. Thank goodness the little dog is healthy and about 12 or 13 years old. The vet didn't charge for the exam. He was almost brought to tears at the peril this old boy faced. Everyone has such kind hearts and a true love for animals and people. I will take my dog there and will recommend this office. Thank you so much!

This is the first place I took both my corgis to get their shots and they are amazing! A little pricey, but the amazing service and kind people make up for it! They really make sure you understand what's good for your little babies and they always ask your opinion is before proceeding. I even took my littlest guy in to get his ears checked because he was scabbing and losing fur. They gave him some meds and ointment and after just 2 days, the scabs are completely gone! Just waiting on his beautiful fur to grow back. Dr Hom is an amazing vet and person all together. I highly recommend VCA and Dr Hom as your regular vet!

I have used vca for many years and really like it. Unfortunately we had to humanely euthanize our dog last week. They have a special private room for that procedure. It has a couch, lamps and blanket for the dog and they gave our dog a bag of yummy treats to eat. She was so happy. It felt like home instead of a sterile treatment room. The staff and Dr. Neville were so kind. They gave us all little dog angel pins and we also received a sympathy card in the mail today that was signed by the entire staff. My last experience wasn't great, as I was charged a lot of money for a very basic ear cleaning that I do at home and my dog's ear wasn't even that dirty. However, the office manager called me back the next day to apologize. They refunded the ear cleaning charge. Everything else has been great here. They take excellent care of our CAWS foster dogs. Everyone at All Pets really and truly cares. Both Dr Neville and Dr Maloof really take time helping you choose the best thing for your fur baby, they explain everything and allay any fears you may have. My family has been taking our dog Rocky here ever since we got him (10 years ago!). They've been very great from the beginning, which is why we've never changed vets! They can almost immediately diagnose him with any illness he gets, from diabetes and blindness to infections. They even know who he is when we walk through the doors. Way more expensive than anywhere in the valley. I came in for a puppy checkup and to get a flight certificate. The puppy check was around $54 and the flight certificate was $55! Literally all they do is check a few boxes on a preface document and add an address. So ridiculous. Any $20 more than anywhere else. Then was $24 and vaccine was $24. Other vets I called do puppy packages, where those vaccines are reduced into a bundle with the first visit. The vet also then told me I was getting a discount for having waited so long, which also wasn’t true. The discount I got was because I printed a $25 off coupon from VCAs main website. Front desk staff was nice but would overall not recommend

I brought my pocket pet here recently to be euthanized, and the whole experience went beautifully. I had never brought my pet in before, but they were very accommodating and even had the vet talk to me before hand to ensure euthanization was the right thing to do. The facility itself was very clean and did not smell of animals or urine, which was surprising. The exam rooms were also very clean, and the front desk staff pleasant. I was most impressed by the way I was handled- putting your pet down is always a difficult time, and the tone through the procedure was just right. I specifically chose this place because they did a two-step method which is very humane versus another nearby vet office I had inquired about. Only downside? They are very expensive- cost was $25-50 higher than other clinics I had called, but I feel I got the best experience here. Recommended.

We love Dr. Neville! He is so friendly and really explains everything so that we understand it and he spends a lot of time with us during the visits. He is never pushy when it comes to medications or procedures, unlike so many other vets. Their costs are affordable and they will even script out medications to human pharmacies to save us money! VCA is a great hospital for pets. every time i have gone there they have been so helpful with my babies and always work their hardest to help it be affordable for me. the staff are so nice and check up on us continuously making sure we don’t need anything and are so courteous.

They are very expensive since they're a big chain. I saw other reviews stating this, but still gave them a chance. Needed a procedure estimate, which I had to pay $59 to get, and they were just as expensive as the other chains! There are so many vet clinics in this area that it really pays off to check them out. Dog is getting her procedure done in one week for HALF the price! Exact same procedure!

I wanted to revise my review, I was in the worst state of grief I have felt and thinking back now, the doctor was actually as patient as he could've been, knowing he had other patients to see and I'm understanding that more now that I'm coming to terms with my boys diagnosis. Dr. Mardis was highly empathetic to us and reading other articles, saved us much time and money by being direct while giving our boy some relief with the catheter so we could take him home to say goodbye to his human brother over the weekend. I would recommend Dr. Mardis highly, bedside manner and knowledge was more than I've seen at other vets. I was just so grief stricken, my original review was faltered by that. Thank you Dr. Mardis.

Today was Remington’s first visit at VCA All Pet Animal Hospital/Taylorsville, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly, professional care. I have high praise to give to Amie, the first face we encountered. She was super friendly and made Remington feel comfortable. While going through the new patient set up, she was very informative but didn’t make it feel like we were being “sold” anything. She made us, and Remington, feel very welcome and comfortable. Remington made fast friends with Amie after all the pets and treats! My next high praise goes to Dr. Kunchur, who was very professional and calm and through her exam, and listened to our concerns after the exam was over. When we asked our questions and stated our concerns, she followed up with a further look without making it seem like we were a burden. I love that she spent a few minutes getting to know Remington before starting her exam. All the other staff we encountered (whose names I didn’t catch) were super friendly and willing to answer all questions we had. Remington has a follow up spay next week with Dr. Kunchur, who readily provided an estimate. I look forward to establishing long term care.

Arrived at the Taylorsville VCA Animal Hospital on the worst day possible. Too many customers for this VCA to handle. All other Veterinary Clinics had been closed on the 24th of July so this was my only option. Regardless of the lack of staff on this particular day, I was greeted with sincerity. I did not seem like a burden, even though I knew this had been the case. After being brought back to a waiting room, I knew it would be a long wait. I didn't mind since I knew all other clinics were closed. While waiting patiently, I was checked up on by both the Veterinarian's assistant and the Veterinarian himself more than once. Dr. Neville kept me assured through the whole visit, even during the wait. Salem, my cat, has been to a few different Clinics and this tops the others. Gladly would return to the VCA in Taylorsville.

I took my dog to see Dr Naville a couple months ago to be treated for worms. Well since I had scheduled for a full check up I thought it to be a good idea to ask about another issue my little buddy was having. My dogs nipples are getting eaten by something. The doctor told me it was just dirt without really looking at him. If the doc would have used his nose he would have noticed I had just bathed my dog. I do plan on seeing Dr. Naville one more time since he did show concern in other areas. I just hope I have found a doctor for my buddy that is a constant. I have been to four different Veterinary Hospitals since I moved in February this year.

I'm so thankful for Dr. Maloof and Dr. Brent for caring for my cat. He was an exception, was born with a genetic disposition to Cardiomyopathy with Feline Asthma. During all of the testing, illnesses and pain, they were very understanding and sympathetic. Before Panther had to be put down we were advised of what to look for when it would time to put him down ( we did not want him to suffer) so when we saw those signs we knew it was time. We lost our sweet baby Panther on September 12th.

Specifically the only place that I trust with my cat. Be it for vaccinations, or just calling to make sure if I need to bring him in or not makes a huge difference when there is a team that listens to you. I am in no way a specialist, but they know what I am talking about (when I try) and have accomodations to ensure that I can get my little guy taken care of. My cat has flare ups for feline herpes. Where to begin with HOW AMAAAAAAZING VCA (Taylorsville) is and how FABULOUS Dr. Maloof is! ❤️❤️❤️ Dr Maloof actually cares, she talks to you like you’re a real person, she genuinely cares about your animal and makes everyone feel comfortable. She literally sat on the floor with my dog, Bear, who is kind of a nervous nelly to make her feel calm so she could get use her stethoscope. Bear loved her. Normally I would have felt sad and nervous for Bear all day while she was there to get her spay- but Dr. Maloof TEXTED ME DURING THE DAY TO UPDATE ME so I knew Bear was doing well.... I didn’t ask her to, or call for an update, she just did it. I will recommend EVVVVERYONE to VCA (but only specifically the Taylorsville location because the entire staff is fabulous, friendly, kind, genuine, COMPETENT, and sincere.) I have a VCA closer to where I live, but driving to T-Ville is WORTH IT. Seriously. Bear and I looooove VCA so much!

Wow! I am extremely pleased with Dr. Kunchur and the rest of the staff at the VCA ANIMAL HOSPITAL! My poor Kitty George, who is a polydactyl cat, had 1 of his nails grow the wrong way and it was actually growing back into his skin causing him a lot of pain. It had grown so far back into his paw that it was actually coming out through the center of 2 of his finger toes. He was in a lot of pain and from the smell of it it was infected as wWell . It was going to cost around $300 to have Georgie sedated, the one Claude DE clawed, and then recovery time at the hospital, plus antibiotics and pain medication. I had no idea what I was going to do? I let the ladies know that I have recently lost my father on December 12. It was an expense that nobody in my family had planned on. A dead fortunately my father didn't have life insurance, so the cost for his services came out of mind and my siblings savings funds that we had for emergency situations like this period well while I was in the waiting Room making phone calls to see what I could do as far as getting alone applying for care credit, just whatever I could do to make sure that my Georgie Kitty got taking care of , Dr Kunchur Add her colleague took it upon themselves to go ahead and give it a shot anyway to see how easy it would be to remove the toenail. Well it came out with ease comet and Georgie is finally Felix of relief. I no idea what I was going to do? Thank You Dr. Kunchur, and everybody else at the the VCA animal hospital! Scout do you get to tell you how grateful I am for your expertise add kindness that you showed by Georgie Kitty today. I would strongly recommend anybody With pets to go see this amazing bunch of people.
