This vet clinic is amazing! I have my first dog & they have taken great care of us. Anytime I’ve had a question I text them & get a very fast response. The doctors are seriously so helpful! My pup got neutered, an umbilical hernia removed, and chipped & he made a speedy recovery! The incision line for the hernia is a perfect straight line. They are amazing!

I wish I could rate the dr. My Frenchie was in desperate need of a vet last year, and they were willing to see him when our his own vet was too busy. I decided that I would switch to Midvalley. We just got a new puppy, and I wanted my frenchie to be seen again for his condition. But we didn't see the original Dr. we saw last year, we saw a different dr today, Amy Anderson. She was cold and very rude to me. She lacked sympathy and understanding of my Frenchie's condition, and when I asked questions about my new puppy, she seemed annoyed with my questions. She didn't go into much detail with her answers. She made me feel incompetent and a bad pet owner. I'm considering looking for another vet. It's very disappointing considering that Midvalley saw us when two other Vet's wouldn't.

The vets and staff are mostly ok (some of them are a little rude, but nothing too terrible), my biggest issue is they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Try calling and they either don't answer (and don't return voicemails), leave you on hold forever, or hang up on you. Try texting them like their voice message says to do and they take forever to respond to that as well.

Very accommodating and helpful. I was able to bring in all 3 of my dogs in at the same time for all their shots. The staff handled their different personalities/energy levels so well and were very sweet to them. They are very busy right now so maybe just expect/plan to wait some time after your appt time. (Pre-covid was not like that though.)

They're so kind, thoughtful and are so personable. I love how knowledgeable they are when asking questions and advice. My sweet Kortana passed away 🐾 Monday. My family and I are going to be so lost without her. She definitely was a family member. I feel very Lucky we had 17 years of wonderful memories with her. We're going to miss her so much❣️😭 Thank you for putting up with my crying during this difficult time. Letting me say my good-byes to her meant so much to me.💔 Thanks again for your patience and being very supportive. I won't ever forget your kindness. They also offered a memorial plaque with my dog's paw in our favorite color purple. Just wanted to express my gratitude and thanks for your sympathy. 💜

I've been here a few times, and i don't ever want to go anywhere else. My poor sweet dog had an outrageous amount of foxtails in his paws. We tilled our yard to dirt to try to prevent this, but our backyard is connected to a canal with lots of these weeds and he seems to catch them all. We tried to remove them ourselves and we removed about 40 after many hours of shaving, plucking and baths, but there were still many more we couldn't reach. This clinic showed me and my dog so much compassion and care. They removed the rest and shaved all the bits of his paws my dog wouldn't allow us to get. There were another 40! I really appreciated them on this occasion, because the last vet we took him to for this issue charged us over $1000 and only did one paw, leaving the rest of his paws still riddled with foxtails. This clinic charged us about $600 and showed much more care for his well being when sending him home. Thank you ❤️

After many friends and family suggested I take my dog with epilepsy to Mid valley I scheduled a visit. Although the wait was a bit longer than expected it was totally worth it. I knew I was at the right place when the vet called me my dogs Mom! So much care and thought went into his treatment plan and it's working. I left feeling so much better moving forward and the bill was a fraction of the cost than my old vet in Tooele. So happy I've found the best care for my dog.

We've taken 2 dogs and a cat to Midvalley over 15 years. This clinic is always spotlessly clean, and organized. We have seen vet's come and go, but we have always been happy with the care provided here. The staff very efficient, loving toward the animals, and seem to really enjoy their jobs. During Covid the clinic remained open and did an amazing job of running the clinic safely. Clients and pets waited their turn in the car, and staff escorted pets into the clinic to receive services while the doctors spoke with pet owners over the phone. Now that the pandemic has eased, pet owners still wait their turn with their pets in the car, but now can come into the clinic for services, one at a time. Aside from Covid risk, I appreciate how the quiet atmosphere without other pets in the waiting area helps my dog feel relaxed and comfortable. Fifteen years+, totally satisfied. Their rates are very reasonable, which also helps a lot. Jennifer DVM is SO impressive, wonderful with my dog who had Cushing's Disease and provided a lot of education on the disease as well as treatment options. She is normally booked-out, so I have not requested her all the time. But all the vet's are great.

I have been taking my animals here for 20 years nd they have always had the best prices and awesome doctors. I just had a lump removed from my dog's chest and it turned out great. My dog is recovering fast, she looks great for just having surgery and seems happier. I am very happy with Midvalley's service.

Horrible experience was told one price over the phone then after they gave my dog the shots it went up by 84 dollars when I tried talking with the girl who scheduled it she was very disrespectful in front of other customers I asked her just to have a doctor call me back and she laughed at me will never take either of my dogs back there again

Sucks you can't go in due to covid, you'll sit in your car and wait. But they really do love animals. I took my kitten in for a check up and it was $65. They were infatuated with him. I would go here again.

I needed to get my dog spayed so I called around and EVERYWHERE (Petcare Animal Hospital, Humane Society, Animal Crackers, a couple other places in Salt Like, Sandy, Banfield) and they were all booked until June/July, my dad mentioned this place that got my dog in within a week. I was very iffy about it, like why was everywhere booked out for months but they were wide open? I did some research and decided to come here. They were very friendly on the phone when setting up the appointment and also really nice to my dog—who was terrified—and the cost was pretty much the same as everywhere else. They were able to do her vaccines, a chip and the spay. I feel like it was good service and they texted me to let me know my dog was doing good, which I was concerned about, they were clear with the after care instructions which was helpful. My only critique was that they gave us the cone instead of putting it on her for us just because we struggled at home since and they are knowledgable about it so it just would have been easier. But overall, I think the place is pretty great. Thank you! Monet is doing great :)

Our cat became ill during a move between two cities but most of the vets where we moved weren't accepting new patients, including Midvalley. But after giving them details about the problems the cat was having, they made room for an appointment. I was very grateful for their consideration.

I've been taking my dog here for over a decade. I thought what they were doing was normal for any vet. Long wait times, difficulty scheduling an appointment, even unclear information. Although their services are great and they have cared for my dog very well, it's hard to go to them when appointments are weeks out even for urgent matters. I can see that they have many clients which explains a lot of this. Unfortunately, I won't be coming here anymore as I have found a smaller clinic with better availability. If you're rushing to get your pet in, call around.

They are up front and honest! Most times can get animals in within a few days! Always been polite and courteous! There prices are about the same or a little more then other places! But quicker at scheduling and setting your animals then most places!

This place is great to bring your pets to. They are really looking out for the well-being of your little friends. I think they have good doctors and staff, they're up on all the latest technology and treatments. Prices are reasonable, as reasonable as anybody else's anyway. I would definitely recommend this place, for anything from routine checkups to emergencies.

Our dog had an ear infection and we were going out of town. Midvalley was able to work us in to get the infection treated despite a full schedule for the next 5 days. We have used Midvalley for a lot of years and always been completely satisfied with their terrific service. I took my Chihuahua, Daisy to Midvalley animal clinic to have her eye worked on and they took care of her! Even with the covid restrictions and not being able to be there in the building with your fur baby they kept my mind at ease. They made sure I had all of the after care information I needed. For most of us our animals are our children and not letting us be there to help comfort them is unsettling. Fantastic services! The vets and staff here are extremely friendly towards patrons and their pets. They tell you how it is and they don't try to suck all the money out of your pockets like other animal clinics and hospitals do. They always put your pets and their health first. These wonderful people care about the feelings of the patron and always try to help them growing through tough times if it means surgery or having to sleep your pet. Awesome and affordable vet. When I was still living with my mom we always took our dogs here. She still takes her dog here and always has a positive experience. I found their prices to be reasonable and they don't try to rip you off. I decided not to bring my own dog here only due to their options for hours. They are only open until 6 and always closed on Sundays. My other vet simply had better hours and is open every day. I do miss coming here though because the proceed are cheaper and I think the veterinarians are nicer.

Quality Care for a good value. Safety protocols during pandemic worked out great. It’s nice to know that our pets are receiving kind care especially when you are unable to go in the office with them. Our rescued senior cat will have regular visits going forward and our rescued dog will need some help with dental. I look forward to future care and will update my review with each visit!

I have only had one experience so far, but it was leaps and bounds better than my other vet. I felt heard, and while I know that isnt everyone's experience, my car went from running around seeming afraid while pooping to going in his litter box for the first time in almost a month and I cannot tell you how much weight that take off my shoulders.

Excellent service and low reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Saved my Chihuahua when she fell ill with a Pyrometra. Other veterinarians quoted $2500 and up. Took her to Midvalley and was quoted $800 for everything including aftercare medications. Paid $600 to get the surgery started and the remaining balance when I picked her up. Midvalley saved her life because I could not afford the $2500 at that time. The doctors are excellent and the lower prices do not reflect the care they receive. You receive A1 care and the same care you would receive at any other high priced office. Give them a try. They have quick appointments and aren't booked out for months either. They will work you in and get your pet seen quickly especially if it's an emergency or time sensitive.

The clinic and staff have a good system set up for these days of social distancing. They were prompt, professional, friendly and concerned. The doctor gave us several options for treatment, and another gave us estimates. The person who brought our cat and his medication back to the car thoroughly explained the administration again. I think that this is one of the better animal clinics in the area. I actually drive a little farther just to come to this one. I still think like many vets they take advantage sometimes of how much we love our pets and they recommend unnecessary things so clients spend more money. But this isn’t something unusual in this area of service. I think that they do genuinely care about your pets and they are better then other clinics. I have loved the measures they put in place during the pandemic because normally the waiting room is so full you can’t even sit down and sometimes it can be stressful for cats to be in the same room with so many dogs even when in a carrier. With the new measures you wait in your car and they come out to get your pet.

Only been twice but seems amazing so far. The Vet we saw was super good with my pets. Only downfall I had was their wasnt separate dog/cat areas. Which meant my dogs were riling up the cats from a distance, causing the cats to be extremely loud. But regardless of that, I would still highly recommend. They really seem to care there. Decent prices for their work too.

They are a LOT more inexpensive than any other vet I’ve been too. They definitely care more about the animals than they do the money, which is something you don’t see at most vets these days. We love Midvalley. We have been taking all 6 of our animals there for years. They aren’t close, but they are worth the drive. I’m constantly amazed by their prices because they are usually half of what other vets quote and I feel like they do an excellent job of caring for our animals. Our little chihuahua just had 12 teeth pulled and they charged us LESS than the lowest price they quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.

This Veterinary Clinic was able to see my pet quickly. I am new to this Vet - my prior vet - who I've been with for 9 years (and who cares for 3 of my animals), was not able to make an appointment to see my sick, but not emergent pet, for 6 weeks! Unacceptable. I am acquainted with one of the doctors at Midvalley through an extended family relationship. He returned my call promptly and saw my dog the next day. Exellent service!

This place is great! I didn’t have to wait too long with my kids in the car which had been an issue at another place. They didn’t try to add on any unnecessary testing for my perfectly healthy puppy which I had experienced at another place. I was very happy with my experience here.

Have been going here for years and feel very comfortable with the vets. One surgery that was priced at 1000 dollar at one clinic ended up being only a 100 here with other treated during the same surgery. They care about them and give all options. One vet there was well versed on hounds and helped us greatly with our older beagle. When it was time for us to put a few of our furry friends down we received cards in the mail a few days later. Very compassionate and caring place.

Best pricing. My dog needed to be seen for what we thought was seizures. This clinic had the best pricing for the testing and office visit. They found out quickly it was not seizures, but fainting spells. They are very helpful, informative and professional. Make things easy, when you have sick animal.

The staff is friendly and the vet knowledgeable. Great place! I've been going here for a few years now. When I went in today, I called ahead to ask if we could go right into a smaller waiting room as my dog struggles in his interactions with other dogs. The staff was sure to prepare a room and let me know which one I can walk into. The vet we saw, Dr. Flynt, was very patient with my dog and took the time to try to become friends with him. I couldn't recommend this clinic more!

I've been going to this vet for years. They have always provided great service at a good price. They really took good care of my dog when she was suffering from cancer and were even MORE KIND when it came down to the final/ tough decision. I'd recommend them to everyone! Because they are so good, they do get pretty busy. I'm always early to my appointments, so I never have any issues with service or being turned away EVER.

This place is awesome. They were able to get our 13 year old pug Bella in for eye removal surgery on super short notice and were just amazing. We have been to 4 other vets in the last 2 weeks and these guys were by far the best. The vet staff were very gentle with my little scaredy cat and listened to what I had to say and were willing to answer my questions. My cat ended up needing medication and two shots, but the cost of everything together including the appointment was much, much less than I had feared, under $100 actually, which is much better than the last vet I went to. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the wait time. My appointment was supposed to be at 2 but I wasn't seen until 2:30. This didn't bother me because I had the time, but if you have a very busy schedule that could cause problems. If you're going to make an appointment here, just plan ahead for taking a bit more time.

I recently adopted my kitten and took her to Midvalley for her first 2 sets of shots. I chose Midvalley because of how affordable their care was. I haven't yet seen a vet here, because vaccinations can be given on a walk in basis. But that's part of the reason I love this place! It was so convenient to walk in when I wanted and get her shots at such an affordable cost. The first time I went, I waited about 10 minutes to get her shot. The second time I went, I waited 20 seconds. I only have one complaint. Calling in to the office can be a pain. I remember calling before our first visit to confirm the prices on their website. The woman I talked to was rather short with me, not too unkind, but after hanging up with her I researched different vets to maybe take my kitten to. I ended up choosing Midvalley and I am glad I did.

They were great, amazing even. Although the reason I was there was arguable the worst day of my life the doctor, tech and entire staff was kind and accommodating. With the current pandemic Vet's are more busy than ever, but they were willing to let me take as much time as I needed while my best buddy passed away.

I have been taking my two dogs ( Zipper and Bubbles ) here for years. Very important to me to know they truly care about animals. They explain things well and send reminders of shots and things. I also like that the place is clean. Little hard to get into the parking lot, but obviously that has never changed my mind. Price is also fair.

In light of Covid-19, they have been great. I have been taking my dogs there for years and my husband got me a new puppy in March and he needed shots, and they way they handled appointments was perfectly. Kind and professional staff.

The clinic has taken extensive measures to adjust their practice in order to decrease the spread of COVID. The medical information provided on my pet was clear and thorough and the vet was available to answer all my questions. I am happy with the care my animal received and would recommend to a friend.

Very strange experience. You can not go in so they have you wait outside in your car with your pet. Yet you still have to wait like in the waiting room even if you have an appointment. Then they come get your pet and you wait some more. Then you get a call from the doctor to discuss everything. All around strange. Superb service ! My Toy Poodle loved the staff who picked him up from my car when it was time to see the Dr. He was cuddled and held close to the assistants chest as she slowly stroked his side & spoke softly reassuring him as she went into the clinic & into the exam room where the Dr. was waiting for him. My baby is never caged or left in a car or home without myself or my wife being by his side. Yep, I'm one of "those" people who's fur baby is my baby, my eternal 2 year old who will never leave home. So this special care is an absolute must for my boy and me. As soon as he arrived in the exam room Dr Flynt checked out our concern regarding his left ear that was causing an "itch". We suspected a yeast infection, and Dr. Flynt confirmed it. Plus his rear leg was bothering him. But is was not displeasure, BUT a knee cap issue that seems to be an issue for toy poodles. With the exam complete Dr Flynt called me, while I'm sitting outside in the parking lot due to covid-19 to go over her diagnosis and to answer my questions. She took her time and spent all of the time I needed to understand the course of treatments with recommendations for the medications and prescriptions including follow options for my boy. All the while her assistant held and soothed my baby. The prescriptions were filled at the clinic & Costco, Costco meds were less expensive than the clinic for his knees. WOW ! ! ! We said good bye and my boy was carried back out to my car so we could head back home. It's now been 3 weeks since we had the problem and no additional symptoms occurred. He's fully recovered & doing great ! I will be back as often as my boy needs to be treated for anything. I love this Staff & do not hesitate in recommending their services. They all love your baby just like you do !

Generally they're really good. Growing up we always took our animals here and it's reasonably priced. My cat had broken his foot about 7 months ago, he goes into surgery all is well. He was supposed to be healed in 4-6 weeks and I get it maybe he's a slow healer, but it was like pulling teeth to get x-rays and to get them to take out his pins, for 4-5 MONTHS. The doctor was almost always out of town meanwhile every week or two we're paying for bandage changes and calming drugs for my cat. Even if they would've just done the xrays when they said they were going to I wouldn't have a complaint, but instead they kept pushing it back for no apparent reason. One vet tech would tell us "this is the week come in on this day" then when we come in " oh we have to wait a couple more weeks". Extremely frustrating overall

Dr Flint is the best for my cat. My cat has drag his both hind legs. She is being honest give us a heads up if he can gain back his hind legs to walk because he has enlarged heart causing blood clot between his legs. She showed us how to excercise his hind legs and she prescribed his medicine It been three months now, both of his hind legs are no longer dragging and walk like normal. She is really caring and diagnosed him correctly with ultrasound to give right medication. I want have my cat keep seeing her than any other vet.

Took my sweet dog in because of a lump on his head. Dr. F helped us treat him with as little trauma for him as possible. Lump turned out to be a tumor. Dr. was very compassionate and talked to us about options and possible outcomes. We came to the conclusion that the best decision was to put him down due to age and the nature of the tumor. I'm pretty sure the Dr. cried with us and did all she could do to comfort us short of giving us a hug. As we went to pay for the services we found out she didn't charge us for her services we only had to pay to take care of his body. The prices for treatment were very affordable. The staff was very empathetic and kind. They understood when it became urgent and got us right in. I can't say enough about the Dr. that helped us! Despite the outcome, our experience with the staff was very good.

Having to adjust to the pandemic Midvalley has made the best of a hard situation. They greeted us right away at the outside check in and we parked and waited for our turn. They called me then came out and got our dog and took him in for his checkup. The vet then called me to tell me all was done and answered all of my questions. I came here for the first time to get my puppy his shots and they were amazing. (6 months later) I woke up at 4am to my seizure alert dog warning me to a seizure but, it was for my cat instead of me! I live about an hour away from this vet office and any 24 hour vet hospital. I do what I can to help my cat then get in the car and start driving. I called 6 other hospitals/vet office and was told he would need an appointment. (He was not moving) Then I called midvally and they took him back as soon as I got in the door and literally saved his life.. do not go anywhere else! Dr. Moreau is awesome. Twice I've came here with dog issues, one dog had a displaced kneecap, the other had a mysterious oozing wound on her nose. Both times Dr. Moreau took a lot of time to explain what was going on, why, and what we could do to fix the issues. I was actually kind of surprised at how much effort she put in to making sure I knew what was going on. I was like jeez, dont you have other stuff to do? She is just great. The front staff are a little funky, but all the nurses and medical people are super nice, informative, etc. I was referred here as a lower cost vet by the Humane Society. I know sometimes vet experiences can be hit or miss, but all my experiences here have been good. If you're on a budget but still want good care, I'd totally recommend Midvalley.

I've been going to Midvalley for about 10 years and have always had positive experiences, and I've had some truly heartbreaking and terrifying experiences. I've brought my dog in there after an attack by a much larger dog, with a good portion of her throat torn out. They took her right back, got her stapled up and bathed, and had everything under control in half an hour. My cat had a terrible leg injury that required two surgeries and it was very reasonably priced, and the recovery was great. My dogs have gone there for checkups and routine shots forever. I've had a dog with a cyst that needed to be removed. Always, I've been able to count on Midvalley for quality care at much less cost than other vets.

Very positive experience. Our cat was sick and needed surgery to remove a bunch of junk he had eaten. Initially we went to a vet nearby who charged us almost $300 to diagnose him and quoted us around $1700.00 for the surgery. A friend recommended MidValley and they were able to do the surgery for SIGNIFICANTLY less that same day. Even the cost for the new x-rays were 1/3 what the other vet charged us. I wish I had gone here to begin with. Everything went well with the surgery and we won't be wasting our time and money anyplace else.

I have never been left hanging and someone is always there to answer my questions. They always take really good care of our pets! Experienced a long wait time for shots due to pet owners dropping off pets for surgery after the designated time frame. Our appt was at 9am for shots on a Fri, surgery drop off is between 7 and 8:30am. Two pet owners showed up after 9am to drop off their pets and had to fill out paperwork, so I had to wait til they were done and my appt time was 9am and I was on time!! After we got shots, saw the vet, we then had to wait to pay because of the back up of appts. I didn't leave until almost 11am!! I know if I were to be late for a Dr appt, I would have to reschedule....just sayin.

I have seen them ignoring the phone calls a lot which makes sense why when I call in sometimes they don't answer. I love midvalley. When my cat was born the umbilical cord wrapped around her legs and severed them off. The skin grew over the bone and she was able to get around just fine for quite some time. After a while though the sharp bones would poke through her skin and there was no way to stop it. We took her to other clinics and she had a few surgeries but nothing worked and they even suggested we put her down. We took her to midvalley and they fixed her up with the first surgery at such a great price. I take all of my pets there now and i recommend them to everyone.

I will say my first experience with these people was both a sad one, but a pleasant one. My little 14 1/2 year old Yorkie, Sissy, was ready to go. I was have such a hard time with this, and ever place I called wanted a small fortune to put her down and to cremate her. I called them on a recomendation from a friend, and I am glad I did. Their prices were great, and they were so good to me in my time of sorrow. I was so suprised when I received her back, they took such care and went above and beyond anything I expected. After we lost Sissy, we adopted a 6 week old Yorkie, Ella. And we have been taking her here ever since. They don't do tests just to milk you for more money, and they are good with my baby. Such sweet people, and caring docors. If I had to complain about anything, I just wish they would answer the phone when I call. :-) Sometimes it takes several tries, and I just guess that means they are busy. :-)

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Midvalley Animal Clinic! I have taken all 3 of my dogs here for regular checkups and shots. Luckily we havent had any emergencies until the other day. I woke up to my dog Chopstix not moving. She wouldnt move her head or legs and she couldnt stand or walk. I thought for sure I was going to lose my baby girl. I went to another vet years back with my other dog that charged me $700 to put her down, and told me she would would just be thrown into a group cremation since i didnt have an additional $200 right then. I begged them to let me pay it in the morning so i would be able to keep her remains with no luck. I thought this was going to be the case. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Dr. Flynn told me she had bulging discs and she had to stay overnight. I thought it would be so much money but didnt care. She has been there 3 days and they only charged me $120!!!! Love these guys and dont listen to the negative reviews. BEST VET EVER! Thank you for saving my baby! Love you all
