I took my bulldog to Titan for the first time and was so satisfied. They are so friendly and very informative. The vet did not push any testing on me, which is a different experience for me. She said they could do bloodwork but it really was up to me. I did choose to have it done, it was nice to have the choice. I am very happy that I decided to switch to Titan

I came to Titan vet services today due to a contract I had with the place I got my puppy . I first was afraid to go as the Yelp reviews were not good. However, I must say those Yelp reviews were totally wrong. The girls that work there were incredibly nice, the very tech was amazing explained everything & the vet just my kind an older well rounded knowledge person. Gave me some great tips on how to train a corgi. *****They are also having a pancreatic fundraiser for a staff members dad. If you’re in the Warwick RI area PLEASE stop by to get a nail trim or rabies shot as the proceeds go to her dad. I didn’t meet the staff member but my heart truly goes out to you, my mom passed in May 2009 from pancreatic cancer. Cherish every moment you can with your dad. The good, the bad and the ugly as they will be memories and no one can take those from you. My email is on file if you ever need to talk to someone who has experience the living nightmare you’re going through. I donated as I can’t drive over an hour and a half for a vet but if I lived closer I definitely would use them as my vet.

Very polite service, clean and well ran. The vet herself is accurate with check-up and handling our pet maybe just alittle better at interaction with pets owner since I find we know much more about wither we have vets license or not but over all was pleased. Our dogs eye though will be calling started to become worse and for price given for minor surgery is extremely high during these tough times yet unfortunately no choice when comes to our family dog

My puppy has a weird rash an being a first time French Bulldog owner wanted treatment an answers. I called at 8am an they seen us 30mins later. Found the issue an now she's on meds. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the employees an vet an front people fit was a great experience

This vet clinic in my opinion is the best in the state for prices and the care is very well too I called everywhere I have done my research talking to rescues and the ASPCA and it came down to Titan veterinary services gave me the best price to have a large German Shepherd neutered with rabies and this temper shots for $175 this was in 2019. So I highly recommend them they also sell a lot of food prescription food and high quality vet food at the location which is conveniently located on airport road in Warwick and they also sell products cosmetic type products for pets I hope this helps anybody looking for a veterinarian you will not find a better price than here

By far the most caring, understanding and professional vet service that I've ever used in my life. What they went through with me and my wife with the potential of putting down my dog Shylah was nothing short of amazing. Doctor T and the tech Renee were truly amazing and I love them dearly for all they went through with us. So compassionate and I thank them from the bottom of my heart and so does my wife Amanda. I know there are choices when it comes to Veterinary service, but there should be no choice when it comes to choosing another vet service over Titan. Had my 2nd visit with new puppy yesterday. First time using Titan in probably close to 9 years. First visit I felt good about, was confident with my doc, techs are incredible. Today was a revelation, sorry but today's doc was incredible, she caught issues right away that I pointed out the first visit and was misinformed about. We knew there was an issue that didn't present at time of first visit. Called in the am, had me booked for a non-emergency visit same day, doctor was on point, relatable, up front, realistic and so helpful. Left feeling like we totally knew the issue and the plan going forward, and that I have a resource and people who cared about my dog, not just ringing a bill up. Spent almost $600, but everything was necessary, done well & quickly, and probably would have cost me $2000 most places. Most importantly, I don't feel alone or that I can't call and ask questions without booking a visit just because they can make you do that. She told me we're on a journey. Hopefully it'll end well but I have a doctor for my pet, not a drive by, do these 8 test & pay me for a maybe diagnosis experience. We have been taking our dog here for years and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our second. Our oldest dog (pitbull) has had 2 growth removal surgeries here and both times I couldn't have been more appreciative of their skill and attention to detail. The Tech's are amazing with our dogs and love them as much as we do.

Because of covid They change things lightly. They have us all wait in the car and you call the phone number for the clinic as they do a modified curbside pickup with your pet. They were absolutely great and they connected with my 2 dogs right away when they came to the car window. You can genuinely feel how much they love animals. They took the dogs right in and they were out pretty quickly. I felt like it cut down on the waiting room pandemonium with tons of dogs all shapes and sizes. The dogs certainly felt a lot more comfortable waiting with me in my own car.

I am so thankful for the staff at Titan. From the vet techs, to the veterinarians, I have zero complaints. I have been bringing my Great Danes here for a few years. I was told previously (elsewhere) that my dogs nails could not be cut without sedation. Her nails did curl but I felt like they were still manageable and should have been done that day. It was quick and painless at Titan Vet without any sedation required. She is even walking better. The staff at Titan warmed up to my dog again, had a calm tone while speaking to us. The parking lot was organized with road cones numbered for scheduled appointments; it was not chaotic inside. They have benches spaced out in the clean waiting room. My scheduled appointment was within days of making it. Out of the entire experience, the hardest part was getting my dogs weight-- 181 pounds! Thank you to everyone at Titan. We sincerely appreciate it!

I have had problems with Titan in the past. However, I know now that it was because I did not understand. Titan is VERY involved with my pet family (a Great Pyrenees, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and a Siamese). In emergencies, I go to an emergency vet. And Titan FOLLOWS UP with marked concern. My dogs and cat are well cared for, even for basic reasons such as nail trimming.

We have been taking our two Heelers to Titan Veterinarian Clinic for almost 2 yrs now. They are good with them and seem to always put our pups best interests first. The cost is significantly less than the Vet we were going to previously. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the expanded wait times. I do understand that there are times abd circumstances where it cannot be helped.

We have no cons, all pros for Titan! Pros: — the rates are super reasonable — the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful — they offer a wide variety of appointment times to accommodate any schedule — they have an app that’s amazing! You can use it to contact them, request an appointment, etc. The response time after submitting a request is quicker than I expected as well. — every doctor and technician/assistant we’ve encountered have been SO good with our girl, too! They have one of us go in front of her so she still sees one of us while they do their exam and/or vaccinations. Our girl may be tougher than most but it’s still comforting to know that she’s never fazed by the injections! — we typically don’t have too long a wait to be seen, either. Sometimes they’re a little backed up due to emergencies but that’s to be expected anywhere you go. — regardless of how busy they are on a given day we receive the same thorough attention and never feel rushed out of there. — they also have a nice selection of products available for purchase. The prices are reasonable and competitive; when compared to other local retailers I think they’re slightly better priced than most. We couldn’t be happier with Titan!!

I do not think it could have been any better. We were very please with everything. We had adopted a Chihuahua and took him to be checked out. Everyone was so sweet with him. He went back a few days later cause I was worried with him not going to the bathroom. He was taken in immediately and checked out. He is doing better. A good vet office when it comes to pricing. If you are on a budget when it comes to your fur-baby, this a good place to go. We've only been here twice, and the first time was for the pup's first wellness visit and shots. The visit was complimentary, but it was $15 for the rabies vaccine, which was not a bad price at all. I also recently had him neutered here, and the entire experience was also pleasant. Be full warned, they are very busy and if you are going in for a visit with the vet, it will probably be an all day endeavor with a very long wait period, hence the lack of extra stars. Also, the reception staff is not very friendly with humans, but I have found that to be the case at most vet offices, so we won't hold it against them.

As everyone that knows me at both Titans and in my life.... my furbabies are everything to me. My life evolves around my furbabies. Everyone knows that. I would gv my last dollar or last meal for anyone of my babies. Seriously. So when I need a vet, I call John or Tammy at Titans and in they go. As for personal love and care.. Susan... I KNOW for a fact... loves on my babies while they are there for me. That... is why I bring them here. Quality care and great service. They know me and treat me as I am one of their team but most important to any animal lover is the way they treat our babies and I can attest they are well cared for. I love all of you atbTitans!!!! The Clinic and Vet Techs are . Especially Dr. Tobias, she is an amazing doctor, and an overall just a wonderful, caring, honest, and truly sincere person. She's been our trusted family Veterinarian now for 15 years, and going strong. I highly recommend this clinic. There medical costs are actually affordable, and very reasonable for everything they perform and services offered. Titan Vet is one of the very best Veterinary Clinics I have ever used and had a great experience with every time. I will always highly recommend Titan Vet every time!

Titan has been my veterinarian for all my pugs, 2 of which are living. They are all medically challenging with one in particular. They don't try to up-sale procedures, labs, x-rays, etc. with every visit and listen to what I need for my fur family. They even seem like they have gotten attached to them. Michelle is the best and all her techs and front desk folks are so amazing...even when it's crazy busy there.

Love this place. I've been going to them from the beginning and they have come a long way. Love the app reminding me of vaccine due dates too. The wait sometimes is longer than expected but when you see your bill you won't be disappointed. They are very reasonable and aren't out to take every penny from your wallet. I am thankful for the vet and everyone who helped with my baby Diamond. Thanks to John who helped calm me down because he knew that I was having a rough time knowing my dog was undergoing surgery for pyometra. I was so nervous this am he reassured me she was in good hands and by this afternoon I was completely happy. My baby looks good. 1st time visiting Titan Vets. The veterinarian aids were very nice and treated my 12 year old chihuahua with love. My veterinarian was Dr Michele, the owner, and I loved her! I'll be bringing my other chihuahua there soon. The prices are listed on their website and are very competitive. I received a price quote for dental work that was actually $300 less than another local vet. My only complaint is the long wait for us to be seen. I understand that this is the norm. Our chihuahuas are are children and only want the best care for them and I've found it here! Thanks Dr Michele!

I was at a loss for looking for a vet.. I had a bad experience with one of my beloved pets at another clinic... I had know a lot of people who came here to Titan. So I called to make an appointment for my puppy and my cat... From the first moment with scheduling the girls an appointment, I knew I had made the right choice. Any questions I might have are always answered or they find an answer. Since I have a puppy who gets into everything the office has always been there when we had emergencies. Even my cat had an emergency . The staff say bring her in.. Even when Ava had her female adult surgery, I was made to feel comfortable and assured my beloved was well taken cared for. From the desk staff to the vets to the vet techs can’t say one bad thing at all. You might have to wait a little bit, but after all all good things come in time.

I want to say I haven’t had any issues with my 2 dogs coming here. They actually would have gotten 5 stars because good prices and friendly vets. My issue is the person who answers the phone. Not sure if I just get the same person but she is rude and condescending when on the phone every time. I would say it’s to just me but I heard her while I was there and maybe it’s her personality but makes me uneasy. I feel like she thinks everyone on the phone is dumb. Maybe I just catch her on bad days but it’s been almost every time I call

Titan itself is hit or miss. Some of the vets are great, some just okay, most of the vet techs are awesome, and sometimes the front desk team is overwhelmed but usually good. I keep coming back because the prices are reasonable and Dr. Bassett is amazing. My animals (dog and cat) are aging and as that happens we find more and more reasons to visit. I'm hoping they will be able to see these animals through their final years in peace and comfort, without breaking the bank on their care. Updated review 9/24/20: Everyone's been really great over the years. Occasionally, I feel like things aren't explained well and I don't understand all my options, but I'm getting better about advocating for myself and my pets. When we had to put Tucker down, everyone was amazing. It was one of my darkest days ever but the whole team gave us so much kindness and support. Now with Garfield meeding surgeries and monitoring for cancer, I feel like we're in good hands. The only true complaint is that check in/out can take forever and occasionally the front desk can be a bit rude (some people are super awesome, some are just meh).

We take all of our dogs here. Great doctors, great staff, and respectable prices. I like a vet clinic where they remember me and my dogs, and where I don't have to spend $500. to walk in the door! The vets are really good; so caring, and the staff have been wonderful when we have suffered the loss of our pups. Plus they keep them heakthy and happy the rest of the time and don't break the bank.

They will explain your choices for different tests without the pressure and offer options. I was able to bring my dog in for shots with the Vet Tech instead of having another Vet appointment. Titan has absolutely amazing Staff that saved our dog. Our dog got a rare infection, and Titan was the only one to converse with enough doctors to determine what it was. They would not give up on him, and made sure to do every last thing they could think of. They are supportive, understanding of budget, friendly, and very much just like family. We are beyond lucky to have them as our vet.

Price I was told one price and then end up getting another price after I called to confirm the appointment I call Titans right away they gave me a set price gave me a date and a time I can bring that have that cat brought in and no questions asked and that's what I like about a veterinarian I like Titans because they're quick that's efficient and they give you a heads up on the price

We love the service provided, but we have noticed a rise in cost over the years i mean i know thats partly normal business practice. Orginally we brought our oldest dog to titan because we had heard they were great with pitbulls when not many vets wanted to take them that still holds true. One of the vet techs has literally watched my dog grow up and age and been there every step of the way, shes the best.

These are the most attentive and knowledgeable veterinarians in the city of Warwick. They're super professional, and very caring of all animals. I just had two kittens neutered here, and they did such a good job the cats healed very fast and were good as new in under 48 hours.

They are very good here and extremely affordable! The only things I would rate as not being the best is how sometimes you have to wait a little bit for the files to check out, and I’m not comfortable with the way one of the techs scruffed my cat. I don’t think my cat was too pleased with it either considering she’s old and cranky. I’m just not a fan of her being handled that way.

Update- Justice has made a complete recovery. It took aong time but thanks to the wonderful people at Titan I have my girl back. What a wonderful place Titan Veterinary Services is! I went expecting to have to euthanize my beloved dog, and they said no way! I had a very limited budget but they came up with a plan and it was LESS than what i expected. Justice had tests, and after determining what she did not have a diagnosis was made and medication dispensed. Today my dog is starting to get back to her old self and I am SO HAPPY! The people at Titan were ALL very kind and caring! I will be using them as my go to dog Doctor!

Titan's staff is very compassionate and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working with animals. Jackie, the vet tech, is so friendly, kind and professional. She is our fave! We LOVE HER...and most importantly, so does our little fur baby! TITAN IS FANTASTIC!! So glad for Titan and their caring staff! Titan also has affordable and fair prices. I have to absolutely recommend Dr. Michele with Titan Veterinary on Airport Road in Warwick. I've heard she's often chastised by her peers for her reasonably priced services, but she truly cares for animals and understands it can be hard for some owners to afford good care for their pets. I applaud her for that. We had been taking our Neapolitan Mastiff (Primo) to her for awhile now. She's very thorough and knowledgeable in her approach as well as has a great staff. We had an issue with Primo last week and needed to make the decision to say goodbye. I can't begin to tell you how great her and her staff was. She had no openings and came in early spite an injury to see him. It was a tough morning for my daughter and I and she couldn't have been more compassionate and patient with us. It gave us the confidence we needed to make a very hard decision.

First. Anyone that complains about being put on hold or wait times should really take a look at priorities. I recently acquired a young pup that has cherry eye and is under weight. They did a full work up on him. Ends up he had a double ear infection. They gave him a check up and meds for a reasonable price and gave me prices to get him fixed and get his eye fixed. I've had many animals through the years and many veterinarians but I have to say that I have never been more pleased than the services through Titan vet. Making appointments are so easy through their app. Dr. Tobiasz understands the needs of an aging cat and that I want to be conservative in her treatment. Everybody there is always smiling. And in comparison to other Veterinary practices I I have found Titan vet to be affordable.

I have nothing negative to say about Titan . My Pekanese got an ear infection. I got an apointment the following day. 10 minutes later they had a cancellation and got us in right away. Dr. Bassett and the tech. were wonderful. Very kind and loving to my furbaby as she was hurting and scared. Previously I brought my new rescue to Titan and again they were affectionate and kind. I have 5 furbabies , they all go to Titan. They are wonderful to all my furbabies.

Brought my cat in for initial visit. Dr. Tobiasz assessed her and did some blood work. Results came back and she had a low potassium level. Dr. recommended potassium supplement and I agreed. Received call medication was ready for pick up. Cost was 40.00 for 10 ounces of powder supplement. I found it much cheaper online and asked for a written prescription from Dr. Tobiasz and she refused to give me one. I stated I was going to use a mail order pharmacy and she stated I had to have a request from the pharmacy faxed to her! Very disappointed with this vet with regards to customer service and accommodation.. She wanted me to purchuse the med from her office at a 75% markup so therefore she was willng to make my cat wait and suffer from prolonging her potassium medication. I will not be going back to this vet. Also, FYI upon leaving the office this day there was a group of protestors outside on the sidewalk protesting the vetinarian business as a whole! Some signs stating they had killed their pets and others stating poor health services.
