Wonderful facility! Very well run and smooth process. My dog is healing very nicely after seven days. They even trimmed her claws, and gave us a mild sedative for home since she's high energy. Highly recommend! Just be aware they are in high demand so call ahead to get on the list. I had to wait about five months for the appt.

I can say nothing more but kudos to them, they spayed my 2-year-old cat, my vet wanted in excess of 500.00 to spay her, it cost me $105.00 at Potter League Clinic and that is including a $25 donation I made to the clinic she had such a thorough exam they told me things for me to follow up with her vet concerning issues they found. If you zoom in on the pictures you will see a green line it is actually a tattoo that shows she is spayed the sutures she had are internal though you do have to watch them it is not necessary for them to wear a cone they feel it is more traumatic to the animal, My regular vet had said she would have to wear the cone. I wish I could make Potter League her regular vet!!!!

Had my 8 month old Italian greyhound mix neutered the other day, the techs were awesome and the front desk receptionist was super friendly. They did an excellent job on the neuter itself, highly recommend for anyone in need of an affordable procedure. Just make sure you read everything and watch the discharge video; be prepared for a grouchy puppy on pickup though, he is not at all happy about the cone of shame lol Update: almost a year after the surgery he’s doing great. He healed within 14 days of coming home with no complications and was back to sleeping on our bed soon after. The most difficult part was keeping him calm and carrying him up and down the stairs, he’s a very hyper pup.

We were very happy with Potter's League. We traveled from Massachusetts. The surgery went well. Our pup healed nicely. We are using their services again for our 9 month old pup. I have no doubt she will also do just fine.

Nothing but good things to say! I was so scared to leave my cat behind someone for the first time to get spayed, but they were so organized that you feel comfortable with everything the whole time. My cat healed sooo quickly too, and her belly was so clean. I would highly recommend this place!

Had my 9 mth old cat spayed here. They were really professional. The place was neat and clean. My kitten's small incision was closed neat. She went about her normal affectionate self as soon as she's out of her carrier. My kids were relieved! :D

Had my puppy neutered yesterday, soon I entered place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. They care about their patients. My puppy Milo didn’t pee or drink for 24 hours after operation. Contacted them Holy was great explaining the recovery and clam me down as I was concerned about this issue. She said please contact again in an hour if he still not drinking or peeing . But finally he did contacted again , Holy again was great , caring and kind . I highly recommend this clinic . Wish them all the best .

Wonderful just wonderful! I took both my kittens here to get spayed and neutered. I have two twin kittens a boy (Peepers) and a girl (Patches)they were both well cared for and they are just as fun loving and happy as they were before. The staff was so attentive to their needs. We are a local rescue. We use Potter League weekly for our surgeries and couldn't be more pleased. Kim & Holly are GEMS! They make communication easy and are always willing to help us on short notices. They are huge advocates for rescue and the doctors are thorough! We had a great experience. I thought the staff did a great job handling the chaos of all those people and pets (it's a small registration area) They run a tight ship and everything ran smoothly because of it. I'm willing to bet those complaining are the same people who didn't read the pickup and drop off instructions. My Border Collie was spayed here at 6 months old and she didn't have any issues. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to pay the ridiculous amount the vet's office charges.

This was my first visit to the clinic for a spay of a kitten. After don't a little shopping around they were not only one of the highest rated they were also very economical! Pulled the trigger and was pleasantly surprised how professional and expedient they were. They have a great intake and release process that worked very well. Granted they are popular so there is a line always but they nail it! My kitten is healing very nice and she's very happy. I highly recommend this place. Side note my local very quoted me $500 - $1000 for less services I got here for $140. I was so pleased I made an extra donation when I left.

I can not thank them enough. I was devasted because everywhere I tried to get my cat spayed was charging me over $200. Not working full hours because of the pandemic made it hard to afford it. The potter league not only spay my cat but gave her her shots and dewormed her. For a very affordable price.

I found the clinic to be very friendly and caring toward the pets. Everything is explained thoroughly pre & post op, and I was called after the procedure was complete to let me know everything went well. Most of all, it's affordable, with no hidden costs. You are informed of any medications and or services you need beforehand. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I arrive on time following all of the directions. I finally reach the front desk when the lady behind asks when my dogs last heat was.... apparently the policy is at least 8 weeks post heat WHICH THEY SHOULD ASK over the phone when scheduling my appointment so they don't inconvenience the customer. The big lady behind the desk was extremely rude. Then they decide to take my dog after all. the second time coming up to the counter the same lady basically yells at me and her staff and I all looked at her as if she was crazy. I'm not sure what her issue was. Everyone else was extremely nice. Also my dog came back absolutely FILTHY oily and dirt coming off on my hand and I had washed her the night before. All of this is why I will not recommend to anyone and will not take any more of my animals here.

A non-profit service for spaying and neytering your dog or cat. The cost is low and the service is great. In one day, out the next and, like I said, affordable. They do accept contributions as well. Pick up one of theircwish lists and donate pet food, laundry detergent, etc. Friendly and considerate of your pet.

I'm a caregiver and friend of a woman with terminal cancer. She was given a kitten to keep her spirits up and for enjoyment. Both of us barely received enough money to pay the bills to survive. RI Community was able to obtain a grant to cover all the expenses for spaying, shots, testing and microchip. The women that I met and spoke with were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, they were extremely caring, nice and professional at the same time. Definitely 5 Stars in my book. They took EXCELLENT care of Baby, our kitten, and even made it easier for 2 nervous owners. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

However at some point our cat peed in his carrier after we had left him there and we received him back I his carrier with said blanket leaving his to smell. Can't bathe him to help him, and he's been trying to groom it put since he got home. Just little upset by that.

I thought they did a great job I just didnt particularly like having to drop off and pick up my cat so early. It would have also been nice to be informed that it would take a little bit to do and its not just actually dropping the cat off. My neice ended up being late for school so make sure your first in line if you go before dropping your kids off.

Professional, affordable, and fast. They're very high volume so it may take a month in advanced to get in but once youre in it's in and out. Prices are more than affordable and they even include FREE DHPP for dogs/FVRCP for cats and rabies if your animal is due. Micro chipping is CHEAPEST around, $20 with registration included. Pain medication is included during the procedure. Everything is clearly explained pre/post op. I took my cat here and he has had zero complications. I'm taking my dogs next month and I'm sure things will go smoothly just as it did before. For your information: parking is limited! Go early if you can!

They did a excellent job with my pup I have a pitbull named balu it was supper affordable under 200 $ with spay and microchip with all her info on it and I'm pretty sure male s are cheaper the only thing is they are supper busy so you bring your dog or cat in the morning all at the same time and everone pics them up at the same time in the afternoon you everone get s take home institutions togather at the same time but they give you a call to update you on your dog or cat right when they are out of surgery and a quick rundown on how everything went so your not worried all day very personal I will be going back for sure with my next pet
