McKenzie and Dr Bowen were both awesome! Never have I had such an amazing veterinary experience. They were very honest about my cat’s care. I loved that they broke down the cost of different tests that could be done in the future, so we could create a realistic plan moving forward. I didn’t feel pressured to spend on care my cat didn’t need at the time. My kitty felt so comfortable there (as comfortable as she could be at least). She loved the cat tree in the room. Everyone was so friendly. Looking forward to bringing in my other 2 pets in the future. THANK YOU!

Dr. Darger did fracture surgery on my baby and I think he did a wonderful job. The cut was nice and clean, precise and you can tell he took Excellent care with her. Everyone at San Tan Animal Hospital always does such a wonderful job of making us feel safe and welcomed, which is why I'll never take Sadie Meatloaf to anyone else, even though it's a bit of a drive to get down there. The staff is incredibly patient with my little lady's separation anxiety, and the most recent conversation I had with Dr. Wilson is the main reason why I keep coming back, because she cares for Sadie Meatloaf like one of her own dogs.

I just visited San Tan Animal Hospital with a stay dog to have him scanned for a microchip and have a comprehensive physical exam with some lab work. Everyone was so friendly and, although their schedule can fill up quickly, they were very accommodating in trying to get him seen ASAP. I was actually able to bring him in the day I called thanks to cancellations. The veterinarian, Dr. Bille, was so kind and patient and took her time during the appointment. She called promptly the next day with lab results and again when I had some questions about feeding. The front office staff and veterinary assistants were also super friendly and inviting. I will be bringing all of my pets here from now on!

We love these vets that work here, every single one of them are great! The office staff is so friendly and really work to get you fit in when needed. You can tell everybody that works in this office loves and really cares about pets. We have 4 dogs, 3 of them being English Bulldogs so we are at this office a lot. Have had treatment from different vets and all have been so great with the animals and with us. Had an emergency with one of my puppies and they got her right in, examined and treatment determined. The professional and quick check in from the Dr and staff was beyond impressed. My dog got stung by a Scorpion and was puffing up fast, I did not have to wait for help they took my dog in 1 minute after I walked in the door and got her stabilized. I love this vet clinic because the staff is so attentive, understanding, thorough, and realistic. Dory’s vet was the first vet to actually try to help her with her hind legs, the four other vets she has seen over the years brushed it off. Now Dory is feeling so much better. Monty’s vet has been so attentive to his needs as we found out about his kidney disease. We unfortunately lost him yesterday but we felt he was cared for with compassion and care at this animal hospital. We appreciate everything you have done for him.

Overall, I’m disappointed. We have been taking our dogs here for about the past year and have felt the staff are friendly and caring. There’s been some annoying things in the past but I’ve overlooked them as I felt the staff made up for it. However, we recently had to have an unplanned surgery (we’ve had planned surgeries prior) for one of our pups and I’ve been very dissatisfied in the post-procedure care. There has been no follow up, I’ve had to call multiple times to request information and follow up. When the vet finally called, he had no idea we had already been in and were waiting on review of lab results and frankly disregarded my concerns. In our follow up appointment (which seemed like it was unnecessary to them) we waited over 40min past our appointment time in the waiting room. Once finally seen, again I felt very disregarded with my concerns of our pups post-op recovery. We still feel uneasy but just have to trust the vets and hope our girl is healing as expected. Maybe I have had too high of expectations or am being a worried dog mom, but Ive just been very disappointed this time around.

Although I’ve only had one visit with this facility, I feel that the first was the most important. This vet came highly recommend from almost everyone in my subdivision! The staff was very nice, and what I was most impressed with was the vet REALLY listening to all of my crazy questions lol. She didn’t rush me, nor make me feel dumb for anything I asked. I also felt as though they didn’t look for things to be wrong with my dog, recommending unnecessary treatment not needed.

Dr darger and his team are the best! They made me feel so comfortable and informed for my dogs cruciate ligament surgery. They are the best vets around! I have seen many different vets in this office and they all go above and beyond for my pets. Also Dr Wilson has been so amazing with my cat, she personally contacts me to check up on him when he was diagnosed with asthma and now that he has been diagnosed with diabetes. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!

We are incredibly grateful for San Tan Animal Hospital and Dr. Rytter. We had been so frustrated with finding a vet. We were recommended to her and we were so relieved once we went! Dr. Tina Oetke, DVM, was running a bit behind schedule (due to her prior "patient" being less than cooperative), but did not rush through our appointment to make up time. She was very thorough, answered my questions, completed an additional form I brought in for my re-evaluation with Pet Partners and made sure we had everything I needed before moving on to her next appointment. Chelsea, her veterinary assistant, was also thorough and very personable. Dr. Oetke was booked out for weeks when I made the appointment. I am very pleased with her professional care and do not regret waiting for an appointment with her vs. going with "first available".

I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences in the past with other veterinarian hospitals. Lately I’ve felt all vet visits were nothing more than an emotionless, price gauging and dramatic event. My wife brought our dog Millie here needing help fast. From making the appointment and getting seen was an incredible experience. For what they did for my Millie was a true blessing. She got the care that she needed and they were more than fair when it came time to pay. I will definitely bring my other 2 dogs (Miles & Grenda) back to get the care that they need and deserve. Vet Tech was super accommodating and very sweet!! I brought in one of my doggo’s for an allergy shot and my other doggo needed one asap so I put her in the car and took her along for the ride and asked last minute if they could give her a shot also as she was miserable! The Tech said absolutely she would check make sure she had been seen in the last 12 months then make it happen she did just that! She was super helpful and willing to go above and beyond!!!

Every interaction, whether it be with a doctor or another staff member, is always very pleasant. They seem to truly care about the health and well being of your pet. During Yoda's most recent visit, I noticed the flickering candle; took me a minute to see the statement right next to it. If the candle is on, a family is putting down their beloved pet and for us to speak quietly and respect what is happening. Breaks my heart, but I also love the acknowledgement of such a difficult time for those families. San Tan Animal Hospital is a definite recommend to my friends and family.

Dr. Darger is the best Vet I have ever had. He took care of my pups for around 16+ years. We always got the best care. Any time I asked a question I knew I received an honest and caring answer. My pups were also see by other vets in the clinic and they too were awesome. We just moved out of state and now I realize how lucky we were to have these people care for our pups. Christy is the best along with all the other front office and back office staff. If you want the best care for your animals this is the place to go. Great experience! I chose this place based on proximity to my house but I will be staying due to how wonderful the staff was. They were so sweet to my kitty and to my three young children I had to bring along to my appointment with me. Very reasonably priced too the appointment was much cheaper than I anticipated.

Dr. Darger has taken such care and shown immeasurable kindness in helping me with my kitty, Abby, while we are treating her IBD. Abby is alive and doing quite well nearly 1.5 years after her first issues started because Dr. Darger has cared enough to be persistent with her treatment plan and following up with me on check-ins. I brought my mom's little dog in Friday morning, knowing that there was something wrong with him (without even having an appointment). The woman at the front with the long brunette curly hair could see that he was trembling and something was wrong with him (Scout) as well. She immediately started doing everything to get him seen and taken care of. She even took him to the back immediately so the nurses could start checking him out and getting his vitals, while I was filling out his paperwork. The other woman who sits next to her at the reception desk as well, was also helping him to be seen, and I was so thankful for them both! Then, only a little while later, we were told that he would have an urgent care visit and we were taken back to a room. Dr. Pugnetti was taking care of him and her assistant Kayla came in to speak to us. Dr. Pugnetti was already attending to Scout and had done her assessment of him by the time she came in to speak to us. She was just incredible! She was so knowledgeable. After explaining everything that she had observed and found in her assessment of him, she had a plan and follow-up plan, other options, long-term plan and went over absolutely every single thing. As well as went above and beyond what I've ever experienced with any of my (many) pets visits to an animal hospital/ veterinarian appointment before! Plus, the thing that was most incredible to me was that she knew exactly where the problem was coming from. He must have hurt his back because she was able to find the specific spot that his pain was coming from. And had suggested treating him with supportive meds to keep him comfortable while he has to completely rest for the next 4-6 weeks. Strictly, so it can heal. Instead of, "let's do bloodwork, get x-rays, do an MRI and give him meds to keep him comfortable throughout his healing period and then go from there. I don't in any way want to come off like my loved one's aren't worth every penny but that's never happened to me before. And I think that most people would have had a vet want to do all of the other tests with probably the same outcome. I don't want to suggest that Dr. Pugnetti just wanted to throw medication at Scout. That's where her follow-up plan comes into place. Plus, her examination of Scout was so incredibly thorough, that she had already tested that he wasn't having nerve problems in his feet as a result of his back injury and that his reflexes were perfect as well. Otherwise, I'm sure that she would have said that imaging was necessary in his case. Her assistant Kayla came back in again at the end of our appointment and went over his medication regimen very thoroughly with us, as it was quite a few meds that he has to take for the duration of his healing. She made some really great suggestions to us to not only have him take his meds but to also be able to keep him comfortable. She even shared some of her own personal experiences with us that would help us in caring for Scout in the best way possible during this period. Then, she brought him out to us all cozy and wrapped up. She had even gone through his meds and cut the tablets in half (that he would be tapering down) for us! She was just awesome! I really can't express enough gratitude for the level of care that Scout received in an emergency situation. It was obvious that something was very wrong and I just had no idea what it was. I was so scared for him and San Tan Animal Hospital was amazing and so caring to us and most importantly, to Scout. He has weeks more to go but even on our 2nd day, it's already blazingly obvious that he's feeling better. That's the most important part. There's nobody better than this group of doctors, in fact, I wish they treated humans, too. I started with Dr. Darger probably 15 years ago for treating my two beautiful rattie girls. So much knowledge, generosity and compassion! The doctor would go on to be the primary physician to my rescue pup for every minute of her life until the very end when he came to our home for her passing. And now I'm blessed with another rescue pup who's treated every one of her 4 years and 7 months under the care of San Tan, mostly with the great vet Dr. Oetke. Imho, this is the Mayo Clinic for all animals, even exotics.

I can't say enough great things about this place!!💜They book out for a while and you do have to wait for an appt. at times, but it is worth the wait! I've seen several of the veterinarians, and they are all great! They take their time with you and you can tell the vet's really care about your animal. I just think that San Tan Animal Hospital has one of the best vet facilities anywhere, and has a very progressive practice. While other vet offices are scrambling to accept patients in (not enough vets nor staff), there is no shortage of vets, support staff and appointment time here. When your pet is ailing, who can be expected to wait weeks to be seen? I also believe they have some of the finest professional vets in Arizona. Good job to San Tan Animal Hospital!

I am new to Arizona and was recommended here by 2 different coworkers. The wait time to get an appointment was pretty long because of Covid, but what isn’t affected by that these days? The staff was very nice and professional and I even got TWO phone calls from Dr. Durig. I was impressed since one of them was just letting me know my dog’s lab results (which was normal). I totally would recommend them to anyone!

Wow! San Tan has done it again .. Despite them being busy, I was given the individual attention I needed to have my questions answered regarding my dog Apple and her treatment. I followed Dr. Darger (and Kristie) from Power Road animal hospital years ago, and will be a client forever. The practice has grown and Dr. Darger is now super busy and hard to book!! But you can trust that any of the vets on staff are all highly skilled, compassionate and forward thinking vets. San Tan does not operate like some of what the corporate vet clinics have become, they instead have the best interest of all the animals that come through their door.

My German Shepherd puppy, Madison, won’t be born until after Thanksgiving but I want everything ready for her when I bring her home. Dr. Wilson talked with me for almost 45 minutes about everything she and I will need to be ready for. We talked about heartworm and vaccinations and the right time to get Madison spayed. After our conversation together I have no doubt Dr. Wilson is the right person to take care of Madison. I feel very lucky to have found her, I know Madison will be in good hands.

We recently had to euthanize our beloved dog of 15 years and decided to go here. We had experience with the euthanasia process before with previous dogs but this was by far the most compassionate experience we have ever had. The staff was very caring and understood our pain. I truly appreciate the extra time we were allowed to spend with her in the private room at the hospital. It's not until you're ready that they'll send in the Dr to administer the injections. The team here are phenomenal and we'll definitely be scheduling our regular check ups here for our other two younger dogs. Thank you for again for making such a painful experience a nicer memory... UPDATE: These folks continue to impress. Went to pick up Skie's remains today and wow. Thank you for putting her to rest in a beautiful box. You guys are a true class act. Thank you again. My vet retired this past summer so since I was going to need to form a relationship with a new vet I figured I would select a facility closer to my home! I chose An Tan Animal Hospital based on research and positive recommendations. So rather than drive 75 minutes, I now drive 10 minutes! From the minute I made my initial appointment over the phone, to walking into the clinic, working with the techs and finally with Dr. Melissa Rytter, I felt extremely confident I made the correct choice! Everyone was SO accommodating and caring for not only my pets, but for my concern! What topped it off was as Dr. Rytter was leaving the exam room, she said “Welcome to our family!” Wow! I had my annual visit this past weekend at San Tan Animal Hospital with Dr. Rytter and it was another very positive experience! The care Dr. Rytter and the vet tech (whose name I forgot) showed to my pets and me is beyond what I would expect!!! I needed help getting my pets in from the car into the exam room and then back to the care at the end of our visit, and they were there to help! They treated my pets like they were their own! Our first visit to San Tan Animal Hospital was excellent! The staff is so nice and accommodating. I didn't feel pushed into products or services that many other vets do annually. They didn't push a brand of food that most other vets do. Since we moved from another state, they educated me on the supplements/medications common for our old state but might not be necessary here. They asked about activities with the dogs to be sure they only got the vaccines necessary for what we do. The doctor was very nice, and she took plenty of time with us. Now one of our cats has an abscess on his neck, thankfully he doesn't need surgery, they cleaned him up and sent us home with meds. While it did take a long time to get an annual well exam appointment, I was very pleased with our time in the office. The wait was not long and our provider, Dr. Oetke, was fantastic. She took the time to answer all of my questions, asked pertinent questions of me, educated me, did not try to talk me into tests that are not currently needed, and was very compassionate to both my pet and me. As far as the time it took to get a well exam appointment, I am assuming it's because they try to leave appointments available each day for animals who are ill and need more immediate attention. I hope I never need to have my pet seen ASAP, but I feel confident STAH will be available for my pet when and if an ASAP appointment is needed.

We can not thank San Tan Animal Hospital for 2 serious emergencies (within 8 weeks) they helped guide us through! The total staff stepped in to help where ever they could. First we dealt with a broken bone that needed orthopedic surgery. Dr. Bille helped us get consultations to get the care we needed. As our dog was ready to be released by a surgeon at another facility, we could see something was not right. Within 4 days San Tan Animal Hospital got us in for emergency surgery for a serious uterine infection. Let me tell you how great this place and their staff is. I have a pocket American bully named Luna. My wife and I noticed that Luna was losing a little weight, and one morning I woke up and my wife said look at Luna she is not looking good and she is having discharge. My wife immediately called our vet and they said they could get her in, so I took her at her scheduled appointment time. I’m thinking everything is okay, they are going to give her antibiotics and send us on our way. The vet came in and said she would like to do x-rays. I said of course. She comes back in the room and says she needs emergency surgery and that she most likely won’t make it through the night. She tells me that the surgery is too intense and that they can’t do it there. They did recommend me to places far away with outrageous prices. As I’m walking to my truck my body goes numb. As I pick her up in the truck she looks at me like please help, and I lose it and start crying. As soon as I got home I started calling everywhere, and every place I called told me they were too full, and they couldn’t get Luna in I started feeling hopeless. My sister called her vet Billy, and explained the situation to her, Billy said bring Luna in now. I immediately brought her in, and they did the surgery for a reasonable price which shows me that they are not here for the money, but are here for the animals. When other offices told us they couldn’t fit her in they did! They saved Luna’s life and we are forever grateful to Billy and her staff. Thank you Santan Animal Hospital from Luna and family!

I've been in a couple of times so far after moving to the area. The staff is super friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and well-maintained. I saw two separate doctors for both of my cats, and they were both great and took their time to explain things to me. The only thing I'd love to see is more measures taken to decrease stress for my cats - I think there is a designated cat room, but we got a cat/dog room both times and at my previous vet office I loved how there was a divider in the waiting room so dogs/cats couldn't see each other (though usually they'd have cats go straight to their exam room and have us wait in there). At my last visit there were 2 rowdy dogs barking at my cat while we were waiting.

I took my cat for her first visit with STAH, and it was such a relief to find them. Trips to the vet have always been anxiety-laden with an angry cat. Not so with STAH. My cat was immediately put at ease with the gentle and loving team, and was even given an exam room where she was allowed to climb, see out a window, and explore. She was such a different cat than I'd seen at her previous office. They were loving, quick, informative, and let me know the recommendations without pressuring any extra tests or exams. They were quick with blood work, and called with the results when they said they would. Cost was reasonable, and it was a huge plus that they accept Care Credit! Will definitely go back and will transfer all of our pets over to them.

San Tan Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing. They were so very kind, caring and knowledgable about my little Chihuahua. She had a blockage. It wasn't characteristic for her to ingest foreign objects (except for food.... lots of food). They listened to my knowledge of my own doggo and tried to go the least invasive route first based on my own accounts. She ended up having a serious blockage that was needing emergency surgery. They didn't hesitate to get her in within the hour and watched her recovery like she was their own. She is a rescue puppy with many special behavioral needs and they didn't hesitate to care for her with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Dr. Oekee is wonderful. Dr. Oekee continued to follow up on her daily (even on her days off) to see her progress and come up with a plan to help her recovery. Pupdate! One of our dogs got super sick this weekend and even though the appointments were full, they worked us in. I was so worried about my fur baby's condition but was immediately put at ease with Dr. Durig. She had an inclination of what might be causing the illness and got the testing done right away. She was very informative AND compassionate. We knew we were in great hands. Unfortunately, our dog's condition declined throughout the day but Dr. Durig was in constant contact and helped us through it. We ended up having to go to the ER vet at midnight and Dr. Durig sent all of our info over and even called them to explain our dog's condition which helped immensely when we took her in. If it wasn't for her assistance and knowledge, this could have ended much differently. Our dog has a great prognosis now and we are forever grateful!!! Thank you!!!!! The veterinarians and front office staff genuinely care about your pets here. All diagnoses for my dogs have been spot on and treated correctly. They have always worked to get me in ASAP. The office is clean and you are seen in a timely manner. They even provide complimentary hot coffee for you while you wait. One of our dogs is not super friendly with other dogs and they completely accommodated getting us in with no issues. Highly recommend!!

This animal hospital has a great place for cats! A fish tank, their own cat tree with a blanket on top that stares straight out the window to a bird feeder. Awesome. My kitty had an issue with her eye. The Vet was aces and even consulted with her colleagues for a course of action. After a dye to check for corneal ablations, the healing course of action was antibiotic eye drops and steroid drops. There was a noticeable difference in her eye within 36 hours. I love everything about San Tan animal hospital. Everybody is very attentive and pleasant. My only issue is the they are still doing curbside Care. I am over that. I called around to other Vet offices and they are back to normal. I don't understand why we are still doing this especially when regular medical doctor's are back to normal. I would feel better being able to talk to my veterinarian doctor and go over some things with my pet instead of doing curbside I do think that it's time to move on and let people go back to normal with this.

My tiny chihuahua was misdiagnosed 3 times. So I insisted on antibiotics for her congestion. She could barely breath, gasping is a good word. The medication helped but she wasn't getting much better. So took her to San Tan Animak Hospital and Dr Kaitlin Greece found she had a horrible infection from when she was spayed. I asked for very strong antibiotics and took my lil girl home. I watched her for 3 days and she started getting better. Dr Kaitlin saved my Chica's life.

A stray kitten was found suffering from animal bites, cactus needles in its skin and something strange with its jaw. The vet at San Tan took little "Bartlett" in and did a thorough exam. The detailed analysis was presented to the neighbor via phone. We now have a solid assessment of this little fella and can plan for his future medical treatments. Love this place. When I brought my cat in for a sickness he had about 4 months ago. They were so kind and slow with my cat. Cause I had never taken him to a vet before for a serious issue and he gets super anxious and nervous. The doctor and vet tech were so slow and easy with him. And took a lot of time to give us an option for his sickness and were recommending a test. But they did didnt push it at all. After his fluids and antibiotic kicked in. He is 100% better. Love that they care about your pet and not pushy for money.

I've brought 2 of my fur babies here and the staff have been really great. One of my dogs needed a mass removed from her neck and it was no problem for them. They didn't charge me multipule office fees for having to come back for stitch removal. It was all covered in the initial payment. My other dog who is older had been in for stomach issues and they fixed her right up. She hung in there 11 more months before it was time for her to cross the rainbow bridge. They were so caring in our really emotional time. Highly recommended! 😊

If you're looking for a vet who is a quick in and out, this isn't it. The staff truly care about the pets that come in and it shows in the attention they give each patient. Having a dog who doesn't really like other dogs, the technician offered to hang out in the exam room with my pup while I checked out and then let us use the side door to exit so we didn't have to deal with any pets in the lobby. You may have to wait to be seen, but you'll understand why once they add your pet as a squeeze in between appointments on a day when they're full but your pet obviously needs to be seen for something serious. Finally, I was a squeeze appointment and they called me later that afternoon to offer me an appointment slot that had canceled. This not only made my wait to be seen shorter but also reduced me from paying more for the exam fee.

I recently brought my Staffy to San Tan Animal Hospital for conjunctivitis. I was very pleased because my regular vet, which is around the corner - would not take her on short notice. STAH asked me to call first thing the following morning, which was Saturday - and they made time for her. They were very busy, so I know this was a stretch. If I would have had to wait until Monday, her eye would have been a mess. I would have gone to emergency vet rather than wait. The staff is incredible!! I might make them my regular vet even though it is a 25 minute drive for me.

I’ve been taking our three older dogs (though one is in doggy heaven now) to San Tan Animal Hospital off of Rittenhouse Road and near the CVS and Taco Bell ever since we moved here almost three years ago. The staff is great and the doctors (we’ve seen several vets there, based on who is available) are wonderful. They are quite busy but they can sometimes squeeze you in if it’s an urgent care need. If it’s just a regular check up, I recommend setting up an appointment at least a week or more out. Great place overall!

After finding out my perfect dog had an aggressive cancer and only weeks to live they were kind, empathetic, and compassionate to sit down with me to discuss different options. The Veterinarian and I both cried together and the Veterinarian tried to offer loving comfort in a difficult moment. They were never pushy or tried to take control of my difficult dicision. Instead they tried to understand my feelings and thoughts so they could help me understand which option would fit best for me, while keeping the highest regard for my dog's comfort and well being. They even offered me time to go home and think my over my options. It showed just how caring and much their hearts are invested in the care of these amazing animals when, the Veterinarian was calling me weekly and sometimes every other day to check on the comfort of my sweet dog, check on my emotional state, and answer any further questions. I would highly recommend them with the health, safety, and comfort of your loving pets.

I am literally so upset with the staff here. I brought my puppy in because she had a cherry eye. The vet I spoke with was so good with her and she suggested that when I schedule surgery that I should take care of both eyes at the same time. I said okay got my quote scheduled her surgry and went on my way. Fast forward to the day of surgery. I spoke with the surgeon who told me he wouldn't do both eyes if he didnt have to. "I have never seen someone create a cherry eye just to fix it" is what he told me. This was two weeks ago. My puppy is home and is just at the end of healing. So naturally her other eye pops today. I am so angry that the vet and staff couldn't get it together and gave completely conflicting information. I'm even more angry that now my 4 month old puppy has to have surgery again when it could have been taken care of at the same time. **update** the clinic reached out in response to my complaint and they were more than happy to go help me with my bad experience. I wish I could give them more stars but those days are gone. The care the staff gives is still worthy of 5 stars if you can wait a week to be seen and don't need immediate care for your animal. The reality is that the clinic has become so popular over the last couple of years they cannot keep up with their bookings and cannot accommodate the needs of their patients. The point in having a vet is that if your animal is in need you are able to bring them in to be seen- not be told that there are not appointments for days. Twice now I called with serious issues for my animals that needed same day appointments to be told it wasn't possible and that I should just take them to an emergency vet. Why have a regular vet if I am always going to need to pay emergency vet fees? If you are looking for a vet I suggest you find one that will stop taking new patients and know their limits because quality of care goes down when you can't service your existing clients. Its sad that this clinic has lost a client with 6 animals when we really did like the vets. The clinic manager should evaluate staffing and taking on new patients. Sorry to say they lost a loyal client.

We found 2 stray or (lost dogs) and the 1 was very sick, she was throwing up frequently and very skinny!! We couldn't find the owners. We brought them into San Tan Animal Hospital to see of they were mico chipped & unfortunately they weren't. They were so kind and had such loving hearts to take in the sick dog and start medical care for her as they were concerned she might have parvo. They asked if we were able to keep the puppy or if we needed to leave her there. We decided to hold on to her and continue looking for the owner and if not we'd open our doors to her. They warned us she might get whatever the other dog has and that they are going to run tests and can let us know the results in case it's something the puppy can get. Long story short they were so good to us and extremely loving to these 2 dogs!! I will definitely be continuing to come here for our own dog and with the new puppy as well (if we don't find the owner). Definitely 5☆

This place is a bit challenging. They’re schedules are so full that if your pet needs to be seen for an urgent issue, you WILL NOT be seen in time. Frustrating. What’s the point in having an assigned vet who knows your pets medical history in order to treat them but they can not see them consistently or in a timely manner. They fill their schedule not allowing flexibility for established patients, and then they charge you for each little thing like a vet exam for each vaccination even when given weeks apart, for example. And the record keeping is problematic. I brought all previous vaccinations in and they had only recorded a few. So next visits were trying to sell me what we already had or didn’t need.

Once you get past the unfriendly reception staff the rest of the clinic is great. They really need to teach the ladies in the front how to welcome people when they walk in, have eye contact when speaking and have some warmth and compassion because they act like they are working at the DMV. It is frustrating when we are standing there and not being acknowledged and the ladies talk amongst themselves. A smile and a "we will be right with you" wont hurt at all. The doctors and nurses are WONDERFUL. The medical staff go above and beyond for our babies. I can't say enough good things about them. We put up with the bad (for now) but I am sure there will come a time where we will have enough.
