We just had our first visit to All Creatures Animal Hospital with our 9 week old Pekingese and I felt compelled to write this review. Dr. Bob, who was highly recommended to us and now our new Veterinarian, and his staff couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and informative. We’ve had dogs before and gone to different vets in Scottsdale and Portland, OR and this really was a very pleasant experience. Thank you all.

I'm so grateful to have found All Creatures in my search for a new vet. I was recommended to try this place by a family member and my experiences have all been wonderful. They have been able to fit my dog in for a same day check up when she seemed to be having an allergic reaction, and she's also had a dental cleaning as well as her yearly shots. Everything has been smooth and efficient Dr Wynne and all the staff are friendly and do all they can to put my dog at ease. Thank you all!

Just moved here and adopted a kitten, was looking to establish care with a veterinary office. This office was recommended to me and I can see why! The visit was thorough and comfortable. They answered all my questions happily and offered some great advice to help keep my little Kitty happy and healthy! My Guinea pig recently got a respiratory infection and I was able to get an appointment same day. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and gentle and understanding. They were also able to give me a great price on treatment. This is the best vet I’ve ever been to they truly go above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

Love this place! Everyone is so kind and clearly cares about the pets who come in. Dr Bob is the nicest guy and my favorite vet! He is incredibly knowledgeable, which makes me feel comfortable with any recommendations he has for my pets. He answers all questions I have. Everyone at the front desk is helpful; there’s hardly any wait time to be checked in or out. I cannot recommend All Creatures enough!

The experience was great, start to finish. Scheduling was easy and the person who answered was really friendly. Onto my visit, I waited maybe 5 minutes and I was right in and the VA was also super friendly and helpful. Dr. Hooper was very knowledgeable and shared some very useful information about cat behavior and cited some recent podcasts she had listened to. This told me that not only is this her trade, but her passion and also that her knowledge is current and continues to evolve (not ending at formal education). What can I say… I really couldn’t have asked for more. I even enjoyed the very personalized follow-up call. Would definitely recommend!

This is the BEST animal clinic that I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly! They treat you and your pet like family, and the fees were very reasonable. We needed to bring our tortoise in, and decided to give them a try. I am so happy that I did. Our tortoise is all healed up, and now I know where I will be bringing my dog next time too.

As a first-time puppy parent to a cute little brindle pug, Murphy, visiting All Creatures (Dr. Bob specifically) was a fantastic experience. The staff there (front desk staff and Dr. Bob) are incredible. They make you feel so welcome and answer any/all questions. I've had nothing but great experiences there when I've had to go in for regular vaccines/check-ups/treating allergy flare-ups. Thank you so much for making it so fun to go to All Creatures! Took my cat there for the first time and the entire experience was SO great and such a breath of fresh air. The staff at the front desk were so nice and friendly, the vet was informative and stayed in the room to talk me through everything and presented the most cost-effective pricing. I felt like they listened to my concerns and were really trying to help (and not just charge me money for the sake of charging money). I spent LESS there for MORE care than I have ever received from any vet. I will literallly recommend them to anyone I come in contact with.

Both of my pups were well taken care of when they went in for wellness exams and vaccinations. All staff members were very pleasant, and the doctor's were lovely as well! Even the patients in the waiting room were friendly. I was nervous about finding new veterinary care since moving to Phoenix from Los Angeles, but All Creatures has made us feel welcome.

We have been bringing our dogs to All Creatures for over 10 years now. In all this time, we have yet to have a bad experience. Dr. Bob is an absolutely amazing veterinarian. The care and compassion he exhibits is beyond outstanding. The girls at the front desk are always engagingly friendly and exhibit the same warmth and care as the doctors. I had to say goodbye to one of our dogs a few years ago, and my wife was in California at the time. I had no one to go in with me to say farewell to my dog. I asked one of the girls up front if she could go in with me. She didn’t hesitate and stayed with me the entire time. Even if Dr. Bob is not in the office and I need to have one of my dogs seen, I am confident and comfortable with any of the other doctors seeing our pets. We live about 20 miles from the clinic, so it’s a 40 mile round trip, and the travel is worth it. We would not want to put our pets into the hands of any other clinic.

I’ve only brought my cat here a hand full of times (switched from other vet I had no confidence in) but I am so pleasantly surprised. The staff are great and make sure to check in with me about each and every visit. When I ran super late for an appointment they were so kind and flexible. Definitely would recommend. I’ve had cats for over 10 years-and this is the only veterinarian that has “wowed” me.

I recently had separate appointments with Dr. Hooper and another with Dr. Wynne for each of my dogs. They both were extremely helpful and professional when examining my kids. They provided additional resources and recommendations outside of the medications prescribed to me at the vet office. It is extremely stressful when your pets are sick, so I really appreciate their extra effort to ensure I can make the most informed decisions. The front office staff are also friendly and very helpful. The entire office makes you feel very welcome and comfortable.

I love the vets and staff here. I pass plenty of places to come here but I will do that because I respect their AAHA certification and their treatment of both my pets and how they communicate with us. My dog is getting older now and is sad to see this in him but when that time comes that we all never want to happen, I know when I've got to take him in he's going to be on the best hands in the area.

My pup was adopted and has severe reactions to other dogs and even has reactions to people sometimes and everybody was so accommodating to us. they made the experience comforting and did not make me feel judged for my dogs behavior. i will forever bring Lola here! All creatures animal clinic is the best vet to take your pets they are awesome and get your pet back to being healthy and happy quickly! One time my dog was having Seizures and I took her to 2 other vet before all creatures and they didn’t know what was wrong or gave me thing that didn’t work I decided to take her to all creatures they did blood work and told me if I get it on video to send it to them and I did manage to get it on video and the same day they called me and had medicine ready for her no questions ask they immediately knew what was wrong with her and the medicine work!!! She never have that problem again!!!! They really care what best for your pets I will never take her to a different vet!! All creatures is the best thank you!!!

I get seen for my appointment at the exact time that I made it, they’re very punctual! I drive 25-30 minutes for this vet because I know they will take care of my dogs and will be gentle but thorough with them. The vet tech was extremely playful and caring with my dog and I could tell she really loves animals.

Dr Hopper is amazing. Her experience as an emergency room veterinarian allows her to handle cases that are past the skill level of a primary care veterinarian. You get a specialist examining your pet at the cost of a primary caretaker. I recommend All Creatures to everyone I know with pets.

I recently took a new puppy to the All Creatures for their second round of shots. Earlier in the day, I was informed that my work schedule was going to alter, requiring a significant amount of travel for the foreseeable future. This placed me in a position where I was faced with needing to find a new home for my puppy. The staff was incredibly empathetic and understanding. John, a vet tech who learned of my situation, was incredibly empathetic and easily the sweetest person I came in contact with. He was solutions based in figuring out what I could do in finding my puppy a good home. Amanda checked me in and spent a great deal of time listening ot my situation and providing emotional support during a very difficult time. My only complaint would be with Cynthia, the vet tech who actually worked with me and the puppy as part of the exam process. While I would classify her as professional, she could use a lot of training in bedside manner, as she came off extremely cold and lacking in empathy from the beginning of the visit to the end. Still, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in communicating the re-homing situation to the rest of the staff and also helpful in explaining the medical side of the visit. Overall, I would highly recommend All Creatures to anyone who finds the location convenient.

Since moving to phoenix I struggled with finding a vet that I liked. I am so incredibly thankful I took a chance with All Creatures 2 years ago. They treat us like family and I love that that really include you in the decision making for your pet’s care. They are never pushy and provide you with the education along with options. We have seen Dr. Hooper, Dr. Mielke, and Dr. Miyamoto who are ALL so wonderful! Anna (tech) is the absolute sweetest and very knowledgeable. She cared for my dog during a recent surgery and every time we see her she remembers us and goes out of her way to take care of us. It’s so nice to have a place where they treat your pet like their own and it’s not all about the business transaction (money). We will FOREVER be part of the All Creatures family. I have to drive an hour and 15 minutes to see Dr. Hooper. I don’t mind, because my dog is under good care. Recently he was diagnosed with Valley Fiver and thanks to Dr. Hooper and all her team he is doing much better. If you want an advise this is the place that you need and your pet need. I had an unexpected experience with my cat and they were able to get me in right away! I was a nervous nelly as my cat had a pretty bad wound out of nowhere. Their staff especially sara and doctor m were such a delight! Ive never met any vet clinic which put so much care into their pets and their customers. I bring my pets here for 1 reason : The staff here is knowledgeable and truly cares about the well-being of my pets. From the first visit, when my Chihuahua was in so much pain, they examined him on the floor over 8 years ago, and they have proven time after time how much they care about my pets. Every time I've come in, they diagnose the problem right away and get the help my pet needs. I've taken my pets to other clinics and did not receive a proper diagnosis, which could have cost their lives. Only to come back to All Creatures for a second opinion, which has been the right diagnosis every time. No matter where I live in the valley, I will bring my pets here to All Creatures when they need care. I drive an hour to come to this clinic exclusively because they are worth it! Helped my sister (and her 13 yr kid) take their two dude cats in before a two day road trip; check-ups, vaccinations for the younger one, chipped, and some meds for the trip...for the cats. The ladies out front were all very present and emotionally appropriate to each situation I observed. The wait in the room wasn't the longest I've waited. The tech was kind, to the point, and persuasive to the needs of the kitties. Very quick and efficient handling of their huge scaredy cats exam. Been awhile since I've been to a vet, but the costs for each service seemed correct.

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming it was my first visit and won't be my last. They treated my cat as if it was theirs and went over the entire process which made me feel at ease. I had to go back for an emergency visit because out of nowhere my cat had a really bad seizure & I was devastated. I called and the staff fit me right in. These people were awesome. Nurturing and welcoming. My dog had GI issues all week. I took the dog originally to VETMed which prescribed meds that made his symptoms worse. Then All creatures had a opening same day. The Vet and the team were awesome. They correctly assessed his condition and provided medication that made his symptoms go away in 12 hours. These people are awesome. They made my day and my week. Will be back.

I want to thank the staff here and especially the doctor I saw ( sorry I don't remember her name that day was super hard for me) everyone was so caring and made the process of loosing my leopard gecko Draco more comforting. Draco had problems since July of 2020 so when he stopped eating I knew it was his time. I wrote this post because I was a vet tech and I know the field is hard sometimes but what the doctor did (offering to make ink prints of his feet because I mentioned I failed at getting it done with paint) really meant a lot to me. I got a sympathy card in the mail a few days later then the next week I got his ashes. I waited so long to post this review because I wanted to take the ink print the doctor gave me and get it tattooed on me and that's what I did. There is no better vet hospital! Dr. Bob is the most wonderful, warm and caring vet I have ever met. He always takes his time being as thorough as he could possibly be. I won't go to any other vet! The other employees are incredible as well. I absolutely love All Creatures!- UPDATE: Yesterday I had to take my fur baby, who was getting sick multiple times the day before, in to see Dr. Hooper. John and the doctor were amazing. Today was our first visit with one of our dogs and I can tell you we will never go anywhere else again! The doctor was extremely capable and caring; John was amazing and helpful. The cost was super reasonable, and our extremely nervous German Shepherd, Luna, was eerily calm and comfortable here. Great first visit! Took my 10yo pug here for the first time after recently moving to the area. I saw this clinic got great reviews, and now I know firsthand why! I appreciate the doctor and staff listening and truly taking time to care for my fur kid and provide an “action plan” for my pug moving forward. It’s especially awesome we can fill out forms and book appointments online, as well as order meds from the online shop. Thank you for being a caring and trusted veterinary clinic for our fur kids!

What a great staff. I haven’t taken my 9 yrs mix pit in for a check up in three years I usual do so at shot time but I needed to do it sooner. She needed a vet to check a growth on her tummy. The front office was very welcome. Esmeralda was our technician. She was absolutely wonderful! She went over and beyond her duties to assure, & support us with any questions we may have had after she explained the different option for my dogs care. Our Veterinarian Dr. Andrea Swisher was just as awesome. Loved how she got down on the floor with my dog for her exam and when she gave the shots and medication and comforted her afterwards. When it came to my decision for the care of my dog Mega I felt confident and not financially Strained with a quick decision and no options. I would highly recommend All Creators Animal clinic.

The office has a lot of room so you are spread out with your pets if needed. The front office is very welcoming and friendly along with the doctors and assistants/tech’s They took so much time with me about my little hamster and explained a lot about her problem and surgery. They gave me options and were very helpful in making a decision. The moment I walked in my anxiety about the reason we were there was lowered from how nice everyone was. A huge bonus that was not expected at the end was the price. It was much lower than I thought and also they scheduled my pet as a new patient within a week! Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dog doesn’t usually like strangers but he was comfortable enough with Dr. Miyamoto to let her examine him, and even let her hold him (which is huge since most people typically have to kneel and pledge fealty to him before he’ll even let them pet him). Mr. Angsty has been fighting me for a while on getting his nails clipped but the staff were able to do it, which is greatly appreciated. The last time we tried it at home, he was tossing some very angry curse words in my direction, so I feel like they’re able to move mountains here.

A first appointment requires an account made and for new people they want you to pay upfront for whatever the appointment is, so be ready for that. Anyway! I wanted my leopard gecko checked for impaction, a fatal condition for lizards. Right before the appointment I realize my leo doesn’t have impaction, I just overreacted! I went through with the appointment updating the lady at the front of the gecko’s sudden improvement, and she notes it down for the vet. They were kind and agreed an examination for any issues would be good anyway, not making me feel dumb for that. Leopard geckos are prey animals & can drop their tail when threatened, so I was pretty worried if this might overwhelm mine and freak her out into dropping her tail, but nope! She was as good as ever. The vet observed shedding on her toes that I never would’ve noticed (& could’ve let to lost toes) & recommended me a video on an easy DIY for humid hides if I wanted it. Very epic 👌.

My vet was unavailable until October and I was very concerned my dog had giardia, as he had been exposed to such. I called around and the receptionist I talked to was not only very kind, professional but she was able to get me in the following day! When I arrived, she even remembered me which was wonderful. The vet and vet tech were both very knowledgeable, went above and beyond and addressed any concerns and any questions I had. They were both very thorough and detail oriented. My dog was in the best care possible at this clinic! They wanted to run a blood test just to make sure there wasn’t anything underlying and were kind enough to give me a discount for such! Not your average review - we came here for our bearded dragon (lizard). It's difficult to find vets that see them. Ours needed surgery. The staff was very quick and helpful, and the vet was wonderful. He came out of surgery one happy dragon and healed wonderfully. The charge was perfectly reasonable for what we had done and the medications needed. I might start taking the dog here, too! --one big help: they have all the forms you need to fill out online and send you emails so you don't waste time in the waiting room. We were very pleased!!

I've been taking my 13 year old pit-boxer mix here for a little less than 3 years. Dr. Ellenmeier is always so great with my dog Maddie. She's done everything from senior wellness visits, vaccinations, sebaceous cyst removal by both hand (popping it out when it was small and wasn't infected), and removal by surgery under general anesthesia when one did get infected. The staff is always so friendly. The rooms are always clean. I've never had an issue. Highly recommend.

We adopted a rescue pup, 9 months old, in May. She is so loving, but has trust issues with strangers that manifest in a lot of fear aggression and resource guarding, especially guarding us. We took her to a different vet about a month after we first got her and told this to the vet, and they were so nervous about seeing her that they hardly got a stethoscope on her to check her out. She didn't nip or bite, just barked and squirmed away from them. That vet told us to consider returning her to the shelter and getting another dog, and we were so infuriated by the comment. Finding All Creatures Animal Clinic was such a blessing. The staff were so gentle, positive, and warm to our dog: even though she was scared, she reacted so well to them that I almost teared up. Furthermore, veterinarian Dr Ellermeier was so knowledgeable and took time to listen to our concerns and respond to all of them. I felt more educated leaving their clinic, and was supported even afterward with a follow-up email from Destynee to check on how our dog was doing. We are so very happy to have found this veterinary clinic, and I believe our sweet dog is too.

At first we had difficulty scheduling an appointment with Dr. Lindsay Bush. However, the wait was worth it. Dr. Bush and her staff provided a thorough dental cleaning on our 9 year old pup. The staff was very professional and kind, helping us to put our 140 lb dog into the car after the procedure. I would recommend All Creatures for all the fur babies.

I have been pleased with the vets we’ve seen but I’m very disappointed that they have been different every visit. When I questioned it, I was told if the doctor I normally see isn’t available, they give you an appointment with whoever because some people have to have a certain date and time. That’s not the case for us because we are retired. I feel they could have stated that the vet I had been working with was not available that day and let me make the choice. I was also totally caught off guard upon receiving the bill. Our pup was in to get a nail trim and a skin tag removed. They also recommended vaccinations and I was told the added cost would be $38. After all was said and done, I walked out with $232 less in my bank account. Also, not a biggie, but the invoice did not update my dog’s weight and age Again, the vets I’ve seen have been very caring and professional and the offices very nicely appointed but I think they are somewhat overpriced. Lesson learned…I’ll definitely ask prices upfront so as not to be blindsided.

I’ve had three pets seen here now and I will never go anywhere else! My first experience was while they were only doing curbside. I brought in my rescue bunny that is disabled and I was a little hesitant to take her in to see anyone given that her motor skills can be a little unpredictable and it can scare people/she could very easily be dropped but Dr. Wynne made me feel very comfortable over the phone and it went off without a hitch, lil bun is very happy now. My second and third experiences happened within the same day also with Dr. Wynne. I recently rescued two kitties, one of them being beyond horribly matted. Yesterday I had an emergency with my little 9 yr old Maltese. She was really lethargic & whining in pain & refused water or food since Sun. I felt she needed medical attention asap. All the Urgent Care clinics said "sorry all full" or "sorry 5 hr wait". I called many vets & was told "sorry all booked due to the holiday, call urgent care." I found All Creatures online, called & explained my problem. Ellen was kind enough to "squeeze me in", advised me how to give my dog water in a dropper, & even called me twice before my appt time to be sure she was taking water & ok! From Ellen , to nurse Angela , to Dr. Mayamoto I could not have asked for a more caring, patient, competent, amazing staff. Dr.M's exam was extremely thorough without trying to push unnecessary & pricey tests, xrays, & bloodwork on me. It appeared she had stiffness, & muscle & maybe disc soreness, in her neck causing pain, which can be common in small breeds & older dogs. I was given the perfect combo of anti inflammatory & gentle pain meds & she is already up & back to her happy self! I can't thank All Creatures enough for caring & helping my "baby"! I would highly recommend All Creatures to anyone who loves their pets!

Our 1 y/o pup, Ranger, starting hacking at random with symptoms worsening over 2 days. We thought he had something non-edible stuck in his throat or belly. Friday morning at 0630 I googled Animal Clinics in the hopes to find a phone number for an open clinic to call and ask about seeing him on a walk-in same day. No luck until I came upon All Creatures Animal Clinic. They provided more than a phone number, they allow you to schedule visits (both new and established) online. To my great relief they had appointments same day, in the AM, with Dr. Eric Roberts. Once I scheduled the appointment we received a prompt email with appointment details and expectations. Upon walking in the staff were very warm, they had us sit down, brought us paperwork, and tried to keep our nervous dog calm. They were extremely organized and prepared for us, despite me scheduling just a few hours earlier. Dr. Eric Roberts was so patient with our nervous boy and eased our minds when he said the cough is reminiscent of kennel cough. He put Ranger on antibiotics and on we went. The cost for first visit and antibiotics was $50. We were prepared for scans and x-rays AKA a bill into the thousands. So very thankful Dr. Roberts cares about the needs of both humans and animals that are under his care. As concerned parents we could've easily been made to believe expensive tests were necessary so we are beyond appreciative. When signing out the staff were super helpful and had everything ready when we walked out to the desk. They were professional and kind, they are clearly professionals that know the animals are rearing to go once out exam room, they had everything waiting for us. It is now the Tuesday after the visit and we received an email from All Creatures Animal Clinic asking for status on Ranger's condition and if we're seeing any improvements. Well he is great! Cough is ceasing daily and we sent reply email with his improvements and asked a question about our other dog's potential susceptibility. Their response was quick and you guessed it, amazingly helpful. I am so glad we found this clinic. We are never going anywhere else again. I chose All Creatures Animal Clinic based on the Yelp reviews but I was still apprehensive. From the moment I stepped in the door, though, my fears were released. The office staff is friendly and the area looked modern and clean. Then we met Dr. Bob. Wow. He exemplifies everything I wanted in a veterinarian. He listened to my explanation of what I thought made my dog so horribly ill, performed a thorough examination and showed he cared about my dog's well being. After the blood tests, Dr. Bob explained the results in detail and didn't rush through. He answered all my questions. They also followed up the next day to check up on my dog. I didn't actually think they would but they did! Amazing! And to top it off, after I mentioned that my dog had stopped drinking water, they asked me to bring her in for some fluids without charging me for it. My dog has completely recovered. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Bob! Thank you! I was also relieved that the overall cost was reasonable. Without hesitation, I recommend this clinic and Dr. Bob!

We have 2 newfoundlands and to take them anywhere is quite a fete to say the least! But even with the current state of the world their covid protocols made our visit so easy. There was a small snaffu with the booking of our specific vet but they quickly corrected the issue and our newfs were seen right on time. Dr. Bob is THE BEST!! Hes an exceptional vet!! Dr. Bob called us as soon as our newfs were returned to us. As always Dr Bob was thorough with a hint of humor which is always appreciated! This was meant to send months ago but now 6/22/22 I am currently writing about our littlest baby Louie and on Fathers Day couldn't move without sever pain. When I called All creatures I was told Dr. Bob was not in but they would get louie in on a triage appt in two hours with Dr. Hooper. She was amazing as well!! She looked at all the info from the er the night before and decided to correct and increase the types of medicine to help what was to be determined as disc problems in his neck. One day later and Louie is able to walk without yelping and is using the paw he couldn't even put Down the day before. Dr. Hooper was empathetic and receptive and treated Louie conservatively but still got to the core of his problem! And 1 day later I just received a follow up call to check on our sweet boy!! Great customer service as well.

When my cat Elvis began losing weight rapidly and getting sick I brought him here. It was really on a desperate need an appointment fast basis. However, the staff here is kind and so incredibly caring. From the moment they saw Elvis to following up on his diagnosis. Dr. Hooper was kind, caring, and help me truly understand what Elvis's diagnosis meant. She made such an incredibly painful and hard decision somehow easier. She gave me options so I could have a few more days with him and tips that would help him through. I've never had to do something so hard. They offered a paw print of his and even when I went to pick it up the front desk staff were so empathetic and offered condolences. A month after Elvis passed I got a beautiful card in the mail signed by Dr. Hooper and the entire staff. It was such a kind and sweet gesture. Its been 2 months since Elvis passed and I still am so grateful for the compassionate staff at All Creatures Animal Clinic. I'm so glad I went here and that Elvis was in good hands in his last days. I have taken my 18 year old pom to Dr. Ingram off and on for many years. For the past few years I have hesitated getting my senior dog's teeth cleaned as they were pretty bad. I had taken her to a dental specialist and was shocked at the fee they wanted to charge me because they considered her a "high" risk because of her collapsed trachea and her age. I finally decided to have the procedure done because she was not eating well most likely due to pain. When I brought her in, Dr. Ingram assured me that he and his tech would take special care of my girl. Reluctantly, I handed her over to the tech. Hours later, Dr. Ingram came out to tell me that she had 3 teeth pulled and she was doing well. After she was finished, they allowed me to hold her in a waiting room while she came out of the anesthesia. I felt that was such a personal touch to allow me to hold my baby and me be the first person she saw when she woke up. They did such a great job taking such care and caution when putting her under. Thank you Dr. Ingram and staff for giving my Roxy special treatment.

I had a lovely experience with this clinic. All of the people who work there went above and beyond to make help my kitty feel better and allow me to feel comfortable. I have been to vets before that give you medicine and push you out the door in a few minutes and you leave wondering what the problem even was but at this clinic they made sure all my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed. Dr. Heidi Ellermeier was the vet who saw my cat Higley. She made everything so clear and laid out costs for me in a way that I could prioritize what was most important. I could tell by the empathy in her voice that she really cares about her patients. Now a days, with Covid, you put a lot of trust in the people caring for your pets inside the clinic since you can’t go inside with them. That was extremely hard for me but after my visit there I wouldn’t hesitate trusting them again with my animals. Higley came out unphased by the whole process which is the opposite of what I could say about the vet I took her to previously. Thanks to All Creatures Animal Clinic, Higley is back to her playful and cuddly self. Highly recommend this place.

Just wanna say this place is amazing. I had hesitated many times on coming here because I’ve always lived too far, but vet after vet, so much disappointment. This vet immediately gave me diagnosis, got xrays within ten minutes, and even had them sent out to be confirmed and I’m extremely happy. The doctor I saw (Dr. Hooper) was informative, intelligent, polite, and was easy to get in touch with. I love this place and won’t go anywhere else as long as I have my babies. I was very happy this veterinary hospital was able to get me in same day as my normal vets office could not. I had a fairly positive experience aside from a few things. I understand policies and procedures have been put into place due to Covid 19. I can respect that. They specifically said, on the preregistration paperwork, sent to me online, that I would have to hand my pet off to them and that I would not be allowed to go in the clinic. I recently had back surgery and due to this I am not able to handle my dog because of weight restrictions. I was unable to find anyone to come help me with her so I just had to manage it alone. She’s a bit of a nervous dog (roughly 55 lbs) and when I got there, and got her out of the car, the tech was waiting for me but my dog clearly was scared and was pulling away from me. I was wearing a back brace and it was obvious I was struggling to try to get her to not be scared. The tech just stood there asking me all sorts of questions and did not make one attempt to try to help me get her to feel more secure. I thought okay... she probably isn’t allowed to intervene. Fine. I managed to get my dog to walk to the door with a bit of a struggle then went back to my car to wait for them to call me. Not 5 minutes passed when another man drove up with his dog. He got out of his car and started carrying his Labrador (probably 90+ lbs) to the door. Two technicians immediately came out, took his dog from him, and carried it inside. At that point I was upset. They could help that guy with his dog but not me? The vet called me to discuss my dogs treatment plan and she was very nice. Other than that I don’t think I’ll be back. My regular vets office also has curbside service but they always take my dogs in for me or let me go inside and stay with my dogs if they are afraid. Also, the OVF at my vet is $50 and All Creatures charges $85? If I figured that correctly. My dog has an ear infection. She’s been treated for an ear infection once before and my total cost was under $100 at my regular vet. All Creatures told me my total was $260. I asked if they offered any special first time client discounts and the woman responded, “ oh, yes I can give you $25 off.” Then they just added a $30 charge to clean her ear! I told them I could clean her ear myself. If I hadn’t said anything I have a feeling they would have just done it and not gave me that option. So after the $25 new client discount, which I had to inquire about, and the $30 ear cleaning charge were removed I still ended up paying around $200 for her visit. Something I don’t understand is the vast price difference at veterinary hospitals.

(: They even gave me a follow up call the day after to ensure a pleasant visit, and to make sure my pup was a-okay. Highly recommended. And a very fair price point. Bonus, they accept care credit! My friend told me she took her cat to another vet once, paid almost $400 for an emergency scorpion sting. The next (very unfortunate) time it happened, All Creatures had her seen right away and it was less than $100. They don’t need to play on emotions and upsell clientele because of how highly rated and popular they are.

Due to COVID-19, pet owners are not currently permitted inside the building which makes the experience harder for everyone involved. I had to drop my cat off at the door and I was unable to assist them with her exam, which I was told didn’t go very well because she was uncooperative and scared. This left me feeling like my cat was not adequately examined, I had to really press to have her paws checked (she has been limping so this was important to me), and finally they agreed to check the front two. I think it’s important to understand the animals will be harder to handle without their owners there, but it’s still important to give a thorough exam to ensure the pet is in good health and the visit is worth the drive and the money spent.

First time here today. My bulldog/pug mix, Arley, saw Dr. Hooper for a slight limp he has on his right rear leg. Dr. Hooper was wonderful!!! Arley took to her right away! Even rolling over on the exam floor wanting belly rubs from her!! He does not do that for everyone! So I am very very pleased with my experience here, and feel that my concerns were properly addressed. The tech, Janelle(?) was wonderful as well! I will be returning next week for her to see my other pug dog, Oliver, to have his vaccinations updated. A+++!!!!

I've been going to All Creatures for many many years, and love everyone there. They have a nice little waiting area, coffee for while you wait, several exam rooms, and several doctors. The staff are very caring and do their best 2 find out exactly what you need and understand limitations you might have. They have even let one of my kids see some behind-the-scenes action! They do their X-rays and surgery on site and make excellent referrals should you need it.

My recent visit to see Dr. Rice was definitely a scarey one for me. My dog , Lily, is 10 and was having symptoms that i didn’t understand and I I thought I might have to let my friend go. Dr. Rice determined Lilly is diabetic after running blood tests and an examination . The vet tec , Erin, took extra time with me to show me procedures I would need to do to take care of Lilly . I took my dog here after he wasn't feeling well and I got ripped off at an emergency vet clinic, like overcharged and they didn't do anything. I took Buster here and they not only made me feel at ease but they did a great job and helped my dog. The place is clean, and Dr. Bob is patient and seems like a geniune animal lover that loves what he does. Definitely a 5 star vet.

Dr. Bob is an absolutely amazing veterinarian! We had a cat named Domino who unfortunately got very sick due to acute kidney failure. During the last few weeks of Domino's life, we were frequent visitors to the hospital. Not only were they incredibly nice, constantly working with us to make sure Domino was comfortable and hydrated, but Dr. Bob didn't charge us for a lot of the care. Finally when it came time to put her down, they got us in immediately, were very sympathetic, didn't charge us for the procedure, and even sent us a "sorry for your loss" card. Domino meant the world to us and the care they gave her was more than we could've asked for. I highly recommend this hospital, they really do care for your furry family members!

My human family loves this clinic. Perhaps more importantly, our four legged family loves this clinic too. They are not fearful when they enter. The staff and the doctor always take a few extra minutes to interact with their patient, our dogs. As far as money goes, I wish my human doctor was as conscientious to the costs. Dr. Ingram is sensitive to the fact that medical care is not cheap and explains his thought process in ordering tests. Unfortunately, (or fortunately) the first set of lab work didn't provide the likely answer so we had to bring Scout back for another test. I appreciate that he could have ordered more tests initially, but was thoughtful to order only what was necessary. But it's not the touchy feely stuff they get right, they are professional. Dr. Ingram takes the time to personally call us back with pertinent information and answers our questions thoroughly. In the instances that we have called and spoken to the office, if they can't answer the questions with certainty, they call us back with the information. I couldn't ask for more. By the way, on one instance we saw another vet here and he was great too. Highly, highly, highly recommend All Creatures Animal Clinic.

About 3 years ago, I went into all creatures with my rabbit, who had completely stopped eating and drinking almost overnight. The staff immediately found out that he had a blockage in his intestines and kept him for a few days to treat him. I went to see my rabbit every day that he was in all creatures and saw how the staff handled him. They were so incredibly sweet and kind and gentle with him and every day that I saw him he seemed to be getting better. On the day we were able to bring him home, every staff member knew my rabbits name, Percy, and he was eating and drinking like normal again. All creatures saved my rabbits life and he's still healthy and strong at over 7 years old! I am so grateful to all creatures for giving him a second chance and I will never forget the kindness and gentleness that they showed him. I highly recommend all creatures for any pet owner who wants to ensure quality care for thier animal. Thank you so much all creatures!

I went to All Creatures because I required a second opinion on my dog's issue. The diagnosis was reasonable, but I have a hard time not being with my animal while she was being examine. At my other vet's office, I have been able to go in with my other animals since January 2021. Again COVID protcols were in place, so I was not in any fear of contracting COVID. Tha mandate has been lifted. Very few cases are currently in Arizona, so I was frustrated that All Creatures would not allow me the freedom to be in with my animal.

We visited All Creatures Animal Hospital yesterday when my 8 year old son found a baby hummingbird in the driveway. We took him to our animal hospital and they don't know how to treat birds but told us about all creatures. Everyone there was very nice and after signing in we saw Dr. Ingram. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything so my son could understand. He gave us a syringe (without needle) that was the right size to feed him and he was kind enough not to charge us for the visit! With his excellent advice we were able to reunite the baby with his mom and had a nice happy ending! I would recommend All Creatures without reservation!
