Great service, the staff is very friendly. The clinic is clean and the prices are affordable compared to most animal hospitals. I took my dog to be neutered and I only pay $69 for the procedure.

This place was great also they followed all covid guidelines. I felt myself and my dog were very safe. They were very reasonable with their prices. I am definitely taking my cat there as well. I only gave 4 stars because I bought flea and tick ointment for prevention when I got home it it was completely empty like it evaporated and it never was opened or leaked.

This place has been a blessing, affordable prices, exceptional staff.my golden doodle “Lexi” was spaded . I like most was very nervous new place , cheap affordable prices (to goid to be true) ,professionalism , loving , and caring staff. The staff took their time to answer all my questions and concerns. Slight wait but worth it. Staff and pricing is excellent. I am so happy to have found a nonprofit that helps the community by offering very low cost spay/neuter services. Usually, spay/neuter costs at a veterinary clinic is ~$800. I urge all Emancipet customers to consider a small donation for the services they offer to the community.

Love this place. They do not do appointments so get there early. If your pet is medicated, they will be moved to the front of the line. Everything is reasonably priced and the doctor comes out and explain everything to you after your pet been seen.

Had four cats of mine spayed and neutered at this place everything fairly went well except one of my kittens got sprayed in the face by what looks like obviously to be another cat but that's nobody else's fault except for maybe not put them close to each other

I would give it 10 stars if possible PROS: The atmosphere is harmonious. The staff is quite friendly and respectful. The price for the vaccines are good. The place is clean and organized, one person in one bench with their dog. The best thing that has happened to the area, I prefer Emancipet to PAW in Northeast because the staff is not friendly at all over there. The only difference between the two places is that PAW does not delay waiting for the vaccines. The interaction with the Vet is fabulous because she goes directly to the owner of the dog and tells you how she finds it, very respectful to talk to people. I feel 100% happy to take my dogs to Emancipet. CONS Need more organization in waiting list? The time comes when the three hours pass, the dogs are tired and stressed and you want to cancel the appointment. It is open only two days, maybe that is why the wait for the vaccines is hours? The wait for the vaccine is 3 hours, they open at 9:45, I arrived at 10:30 they registered me and they attended me at 1:54 pm. There are quite a few staff 8 counted that day, they had a black uniform and the vet had a light blue uniform. ( Why the waitlist take so long, If there are enough worker?). They ask you the reason for the visit and I say only the vaccines, and the vet checks them and they end up charging $20 for each, last year in July it was $9, it was good that that happened at that time because I had the money, what would happen if I didn't enough money? the best they can do is ask first. I hope that in the future they will find a way to resolve this situation of waiting so long.

I love how cheap and attentive to my pet when the staff gets to her. It is ALWAYS busy, so slow times. From morning to close so be patient when you come here and expect to stay longer than usual. It's worth it, sometimes, for your pet.

Absolutely love Emancipet! Very affordable option as a multi-part owner. Great staff. I am an out of state client and only wish they took appointments or had more locations. I typically go on Saturdays which requires arriving an hour or more before they open to get a spot in line (even then I'm usually around the 10th person) and having to wait an additional hour or two. Just a long time to wait in the car with a cat however not the end of the world.

This place is amazing! What they offer, the way they treat the pets and the staff! The staff was amazing! From check-in to exam to checkout. Absolutely amazing! I didn’t know what to expect and I’m so glad I went. The wait was well worth it. I recently was given a dog who needed an exam and shots and they didn’t hesitate to explain everything, all medications and next steps. I will definitely be back!

Great affordable services! My cat has had all her vaccines and spay surgery done here. If you’re planning to come, make sure to reserve 2-3 hours waiting here or you can go home while on the waitlist. The wait is long sometimes but it’s worth it.

The staff was wonderful, kind, caring and informative. I had 2 puppies spayed and neutered. They sent me text when their surgeries were over and the wellness of my pets. Their operation is very streamlined and efficient. They answered all questions I had and were very helpful. All Vets could learn something from this practice. All the staff seemed happy and after a long day there were still smiles on their faces, even after having to clean up after my nervous pup, she had a couple accidents when she saw me. No one had to tell them to clean it up, they just did it right away with a smile, understanding pets get upset. I can't give this place as much credit as it really deserves. I highly recommend anyone that can use their services to do it, you definitely won't regret it. By the ways their fees are very low, so they do accept donations and if your looking for a good cause, please donate. I will be sending a donation in on a regular basis.

They were great! I go to a lot of different vets from working in rescue, and I was very happy with our appointment there. I got there at 9:00, the doors opened at 9:45, and I was first in line. They checked us in and took our puppies straight back. The vet and the techs were very nice, and we were leaving by 10:45. Very well run and clean. Can't beat the prices, will definitely be back!

Affordable pet care! You can go here for annual vaccinations/ check up. There is a check-in system and normally a line at the door before it even opens. You give your name and then they text you when you're appointment time is close. They are normally very busy, but the staff is nice and the prices are low.

Its ok. Only problem is that you can not make an appointment for services. Other things is that you are charged service fees in addition to the cost of the services per animal which can be kind of expensive. Overall, its worth the trip there because it's a clean place and staff are very nice and friendly.

I'd been feeding a domesticated cat that I wanted to make a member of my family. I needed to have him neutered, vaccinated and treated for fleas before I could bring him inside. Everywhere else gave me dates for a couple of weeks away. They got him right in and took care of kitty's every need. These ppl really care. I mean, REALLY care. Everything was reasonably priced, which was a beautiful thing in the middle of inflation. Now ,as I write this review, Jake.... From state farm( my cat) is laying on my chest and purring like a tiger. Because of these angels, Jake and I are beginning a lifetime of love and companionship and it's all because of emancipet. Visited Emancipet with our baby Layla Angel and the staff there were caring- like they actually LOVE animals ( don't be deceived like this is every vet. It's not); professional; efficient and we just really enjoyed everything about this visit. The Doc gave us some valuable insight and we'll be back for spay and microchip services! Visit early if you can, but even the clip at which the many pet families there were served, was awesome. If you don't need full service, I'd definitely recommend Emancipet for your petcare needs.

The staff members are friendly and professional. The place is big enough to take your pet there. Since it's a walk in clinic, you expect many people there so the wait time is at least 30 minutes or more. But other than that it is the best place you can take your pet for shots because it is very cheap.

Love this place. I had my girls spayed there. They were very friendly , informative and efficient. They treated my fur babies wonderfully. They were very patient and non-judgemental - my dogs haven’t been groomed since pandemic but they didn’t seem to notice and when I felt the need to explain myself - super understanding. Prices were more than reasonable! I highly recommend for routine visits as they are not a fully equipped vet.

The best place to take your furry babies! The staff is so kind and respectful and take such good care of the animals. They are understanding as well. My mom went to pick up our two cats after a surgery, she was a bit short and they let her take the cats and paid the rest on that weekend. Such great people.

My experience was great! It’s walk in so the wait was a little long but I appreciate the fact that they text you and give u a 30 min grace period! I love that considering I only live 3 mins away. The staff was amazing! My dog was comfortable. The Prices are the best! The only thing I was comfortable with is the fact that u can’t go back with your fur baby. After finding out my pups regular vet in South Jersey was charging me over $700 for his basic neuter surgery, I knew I had to look for another place that specializes in neuter & spay surgeries! After a quick google search, Emancipet popped up! I will say, I was a bit worried about how cheap everything was because I’m a firm believer in ‘you get what you pay for’ and my puppies health wasn’t something to bargain with, but that is definitely NOT the case with Emancipet! After reading the hundreds of positive reviews on google, I decided to book the surgery appointment. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and organization with this place! I paid about $135 total for my pups neuter surgery, microchip, pain meds, nail trim and voluntary donation. That’s a STEAL compared to what my regular vet was going to charge me. I also know he was well taken care of during his surgery stay and when I picked him up he was so happy and didn’t seem to be in any pain at all! He recovered EXTREMELY fast and the incision has healed beautifully! Overall, I am SO beyond impressed with Emancipet/the service/the staff and will most likely continue taking my pups there for their yearly vaccinations! P.s. if you are not able to afford a monetary donation but still want to contribute, they also accept new or very lightly used towels!!

I took my 12 year old dog Gucci in after a pleasant staff member gave me information just earlier that same day and added me to the waiting list. By the time i arrived back with my dog i was scene shortly after. My dog even made a mess which the staff kindly help me clean up. My dog was examined for a short while and then Dallas Shim came out and gave me the greatest most detailed kind and caring report on my dog that I have ever received in my 12 years of being a dog owner. The doctor answered my questions, gave me information, and truly made me feel happy about choosing emancipet. The facility is a nice size, very modern and clean, and full of extremely friendly staff. I have paid extreme amounts before for dog care and never received anything close to an experience this nice. I look forward to recommending Emancipet to every dog and cat owner i know.

Yes they are first come first serve but they give you an hour to come in sign up and then a web app that allows you to go home and they'll notify you 30 minutes before your appointment. The best thing is is that you can go take care of your pet's well care without it costing you hundreds of dollars

I took my 2 year old husky to get spayed she had some complications myself neither did the doctors or assistants foreseen, it was such short notice to get my dog to the er I was freaking out with my kids still at home I felt like I was stuck, but they stepped in and got my baby there which I am so thankful! The place is amazing the way they are organizing their business during a pandemic is great in my opinion, the staffs are friendly and genuinely care about the animals!

Unfortunately there is usually a long wait especially due to COVID and because it's an affordable way to take care of your pets. That being said, the cost is very reasonable for the services you get and the staff is very professional and friendly. They provide clear instructions on how to take care of your pets and answer any questions you might have.

LOVE this place! I had taken 2 pets for neutering at different times. One ran into a problem post-op and was seen within 45 mins of waiting for a Recheck. ( There was a 3-4hr wait !) My pup was given great care- examined, Xrayed and great support was provided. ( we were a bit anxious). The 2nd pet received the same level of care 2 mo later. The staff seems genuinely concerned for animals and it shows. The fees are very low and donations are accepted. Sadly, I would come back for yearly shots/checkup but for the long wait time. The line started an hour before opening! ( opened at 10a and by 10:45 there was a 3-4 hr wait!) This low cost service is an absolute necessity.. and with such a caring staff, no wonder theres lines of people trying to get in!

Unexpectedly rescued a dog about three weeks before he was seen, so was not expecting the cost of another dog especially before the holidays. They were able to make this experience (getting all of his shots, and neutered) very easy and not as expensive as my previous primary vet. The staffing was very nice and accommodating. Ok sooo this place wasn’t bad but wasn’t good either. The only thing that made it not so good is the wait time. I’m a very patient person but I wasn’t happy about waiting time. I waited well over two hour and a half hours just for my six month old cat to get shots that I had to give her. She did not get any shots at the vet whatsoever they gave me the shots and told me to give them to her. Not something I was happy about either. What is the point of a vet If you guys are not going to give her the shots but I have to. Also while I was waiting they kept saying that I was so far down the list and I really wasn’t. I got there in the afternoon just about maybe three hours of them opening up and I can understand that there were people before me but some people were coming in just to get their dogs or just to get the cats looked at and you know they got seen right away. If you go to this vet please expect that you’re gonna be waiting well up to 2 to 4 hours. Maybe until you know they close they close at 6 PM so you might be waiting from the time that you come in you might be waiting the whole day just for your pet to get examined.

You can even show up before they actually open wich is 10 Wed -Saturday and we were there at 9:30 am given a paper to fill out in our car , give them your cell number and they text you when your next and a link to show how far you are in line ! My baby loved them & they were all so friendly! This is a non profit clinic so Your visit helps other animals in need and keeps the cost down low ! So when they ask you " if yoi want to make a donation"? Please say yes even if its a few dollars or 5 or 10 your still helping so many animals and going there saving 100s verses a private vet ! So why not have that money saved go directly to the animals instead of a private vets pocket and to help pay for their vacation home ? Win win for all going here I think

Scheduling an appt was easy and the check in was also an easy process. We were also given a voucher making the neutering free which we appreciated. The only issue was our cat was returned to us with his back area covered in urine and his carrier was was damp along with feces (we had a toy banana in his carrier that was completely brown.) Not sure how long he was sitting in his carrier like that prior to us getting him back. It's difficult to wash him off since the incision area cant get wet and we are worried the area may get infected since he was sitting in his own waste but did our best to clean him up after we got him home.

Walk-in services available and usually as long as you’re in before 6pm they’ll see you. Most vaccines are $15 each, spay/neuter is available, and they also offer flea, tick, and worm preventatives and treatments. My dog doesn’t do well with other dogs and after seeing me stay outside with her until she was called they allowed us to go to the back to wait. The time to checkout after all services are done can be long sometimes if they’re busy but everyone is really nice here and cares about your pets.

I was bringing a kitten for testing and my dog came with me. She was due for heartworm testing, so I asked if I would be able to fill my prescription through a pharmacy of my choice if I were to get her tested. The receptionist told me that I could. I made an order on Chewy and was informed that Emancipet would not give prescription approval. I called the clinic and the person told me that I had to order through the Emancipet pharmacy. Since it's a one year prescription I will have to do that again. It is $12 cheaper on Chewy, so I am spending $24 more to order from the pharmacy.

Well lets see, i have just recently aquired an 9 week old puppy, her name is Daisy Mae. I was looking for a vet to get her booster shots when i ran across emancipet. It is only 7mins from my house. I figured why not give it a try. I arrived before 1pm, was kindly told wait was going to be 3-4 hrs. I figured what the heck why not went back to work. When we finally were seen Daisy Mae was in and out in less then 10mins AWESOME!!! Staff was friendly explained everything i needed or wanted to know. Being this place is a non-profit i would strongly suggest anyone who can afford it give a donation!!! I walked out with a $130 bill for shots, flea treatment, heartworm treatment, microchip, and my donation was included in the bill. Will definitely be coming back.
