My rabbit developed a skin irritation that had me extremely worried and concerned for her health. With it being the Friday of Labor Day weekend, I was doubting my chances of getting her seen before the holiday. I called a few places that unfortunately could not get me in until late next week, until I remembered that Creature Comforts helps with exotics. I gave them a call, and Dr. Ayermans was able to get me in that same day. The waiting room was comfortable, all the nurses and receptionists were very pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Ayersman helped ease my worries and gave me assurance that my bunny was going to be okay. My appointment lasted 40 minutes and I was extremely satisfied with the quickness I received my appointment, the quality of care with Dr. Ayersman, and plan to return to Creature Comforts in the future for anything bunny-related. I have been taking my Golden Retriever, Abby (a certified therapy dog) to CCVH since she was a puppy (she's now 11+). We've been seen by all the vets and techs at some point over the years. In each case, I feel we've been given all the time necessary -- never rushed through an exam or procedure. When there was a health problem, I never felt that my dog was subjected to unnecessary tests. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about animals, treatments, and options.

I have been coming to this office for the past five years since I adopted my best friend. The staff is always friendly, kind, and most of all happy to explain what it is that they are doing so that I can understand what is going on allowing me to make proper decisions for my buddy. They have never tried to push extra services, the pricing is very fair, and they only do what necessary. Also, they have a great text reminder service so you never miss an appointment. This office is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I wish my primary doctor ran like this. Keep up the great work!

Dr. W wax very knowledgeable and friendly. She took good care of our 10-year-old torti. Bopper was having stomach issues. Dr. W suggested Pepcid for her. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they emailed me the wrong animal's blood test results! I reached out to CCVA but the doctor had left for the day. I'll be sure to call again tomorrow.

We are so glad to have Creature Comforts in close proximity to our house. Our dog has been a patient there since we adopted him December 2014. All of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind animal-people. The vets and vet techs always give us the time and attention we need in addition to consistently seeing us right at our scheduled appointment time. Of course when we adopted our cat in 2018 he became a Creature Comforts patient as well. We have never considered going anywhere else! Thank you for years of care and support!

Creature comforts is the best vet in trooper. They are so caring and professional. My dog has been loosing large amounts of hair over the past few months. I have taken my dogs to Creature comforts for years. The doctors and vet techs take their time understanding concerns and I feel very comfortable going there. I always receive a follow up phone call for any emergency visits. The cost is not cheap, however I do believe you pay for the quality of care.

I have been to multiple vets around this area, and none of them compare to Creature Comforts. This vet is hands down the best in PA. My cat had a tooth abscess that ruptured. I took her to another vet and they told me she needed to be put down. I took her to Creature Comforts as a last hope effort after being referred to them by a friend, and they were able to diagnose her and get her set up for emergency surgery for the same week. They even moved around their schedule to get us the appointment. It has now been a week since her surgery and she is fully recovered and doing great. The staff went above and beyond for me, especially knowing how emotional/worried I was. I completely trust them and can not say enough good things about the people working there. They genuinely care about both the animal and their owners and make you feel at ease through emergencies. I can not thank you all enough!

Creature Comforts has been wonderful. My senior dog was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease in November 2018. The doctors and staff spent so much time working with us to help us understand our next steps. We were in the office every month for a year trying to figure out medication. Every time we went the staff treated us like family. My dog loves everyone there and gets so excited to see them. In addition to in-person care, the staff will call and check on us after appointments. I feel great knowing how much the team cares for our family. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

They are wonderful! I have two dogs, one is very easy at the vet and the other is very difficult, when I brought the difficult one in, they talked to me about possible solutions instead of just muzzling him and forgetting about it. My roommate and I have just taken our two dogs Jayson & Blair for their first visits. Creature Comforts was so kind and helpful when it came to getting the prescriptions/services we needed. Curbside drop off was very smooth and covid protocols were followed. We live in the city and drive the 40 minutes so if that doesn’t tell you something about their hospitality I don’t know what does! If you live in the city and drive they are worth it!

love this place. When my dog and I were attacked by a loose dog, Creature Comforts got us an appointment right away and when we came in, everyone was concerned about not only my dog but me as well. I was so shaken up and scared that my dog was hurt- everyone was so kind to both of us. Very compassionate and caring towards our dogs. We have had our girl in for a few surgeries as well as wellness checks for both our large dogs. They always give a high end estimate before doing anything and they have always come out lower. Reasonable pricing and worth it. Highly recommend.

I was hiking at Evansburg State Park with my dog & she’s used to 10 mile hikes but I guess because the weather recently got so much warmer & she’s getting older, she started to overheat pretty badly on our 5 mile hike there. I’m from New Jersey & saw this vet hospital on my way home & wanted to stop in just to make sure my dog was okay. I felt bad just walking in with no appointment, but the staff was so considerate & understanding & took her back right away to be examined by the vet. They we so kind, did all proper procedures, only did what was absolutely necessary & they did not overcharge me (not that that’s what matters in emergency situations). I wish they were closer to me because we had such a great experience there. Thank you so much again to this great staff of veterinary professionals!

We love creature comforts! We moved here about 4 years ago and were very nervous in finding a new vet for our shepherd, Bear. Creature Comforts has been perfect from the start. They understand who Bear is and we have a good plan for when he comes in (he's very barky and likes to let everyone know he's arrived). I brought my dog Bella here for the past 2-3 years after being at numerous vets because I wanted to give her the best care I could! Unfortunately, after a long battle with kidney failure, she passed away. But, I knew that in her last couple days they tried everything they could for her. We have rescued 4 dogs. We bring all 4 here. The doctors & assistants are very friendly ,caring . All 4 of my dogs have different issues . They fit me in when I need to come in. They call you back. The doctors take time to talk to you. It is hard to find a vet who takes time and cares about you and your pet. ( not just your money) this is the place to go . My 4 dogs are good when they go here . My husband and I are OK with the bill but it's not outrageous like some other vets. Thanks for caring for my dogs .

This is my first puppy, but I'm not too worried since the staff here is extremely courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. The staff and doctors at Creature Comforts are amazing! We have been using them for 6 years with our two dogs, Odie and Honor, and they always greet us by name and take us back right away. Odie has had multiple random issues (a tail sprain, a cut foot during a snow storm, etc.) and we are always able to be seen the same day. When we rescued Honor 4 years ago from the south we discovered that he had heartworms and the doctors and staff there helped us through every step of the treatment and answered all our questions and kept us in the loop with everything. Honor is doing great and is heartworm negative! I volunteer with the rescue we adopted Honor from and have had a few emergencies with local foster dogs and they have seen those dogs as well with no hesitation. I love Creature Comforts and have recommended them to many people and will continue to recommend them! We can’t say enough nice things about them.

I was really thankful. Last minutes I made appts on a same day for my sick dog. She won’t eat her wet/dry foods and treats for a few days until she saw a wonderful vet and tech vet and they feed her a wet food. She ate it forth and back. She was comfortable of them. The staff at Creature Comforts is fantastic. I took my black lab there after she had a few seizures. The staff was very attentive to her and listened to all I had to say, plus they wrote down the seizure log I have been keeping on Ladys seizures. Great staff and fast service as well.

We have only been here twice so far, but I really like this place because I was able to get a same day appointment and I got the feeling they really care about their patients. I didn't feel rushed by the dr, she took plenty of time to answer all my questions and concerns and they even called a couple days later to see how my dog was doing. Price wise, yes it was expensive (although this is my first dog as an adult so I don't really have a basis for comparison), but the level of care was excellent. We are very happy with this practice and will continue to bring our dog here.

The docs here are great. We bring both of our dogs here for all their routine vet care. We did have an incident where one of our dogs ate some grapes and they couldn't see him until 6 hours later but we understand they aren't an emergency clinic (they did offer for me to drop him off so they could keep an eye on him until a doc could send him later). We just wish they would be a little more flexible when it comes to more urgent (but not emergency) visits so we didn't have to make the decision to wait or bring him to an emergency vet.

Bella, came to Creature Comforts as a 14 year old dog. She had 2 growths that had gotten quite large on her side and her back. In addition she had some teeth that needed to be removed. Everyone a Creature Comforts - from the receptionist to the nurses to the tech and the doctors seemed to so pleasant and competent we were sure "our little girl" was in good hands. although normally skittish of strangers, I think Bella felt the care and love from the staff. What seemed a scary surgery gave Bella the opportunity to feel a little like a puppy again and to enjoy her favprite treats now that her teeth do not hurt. This is a very good vet clinic. The staff is friendly, the doctors don't talk down to you about the choices you've made for your pet (what you feed them, if they're declawed or neutered etc) their hours are convenient and they don't charge for emergency fit ins. My cat was prone to getting into fights outside and one night when he came home with a very injured foot I was able to call before hours on Saturday and receive a call back within an hour to schedule him in to be seen. They are an all around good place to take your pet sick or just for check ups.

Ive had large and small animals all of my life and Dr Allum is by far the best vet I have ever had the good fortune of employing. Not only is she scary, scary smart, she is extremely personable and will spend whatever time you need speaking to you during the visit. When I had extremely ill animals, she availed herself outside of office hours as well. And, as end of life issues arose for our various pets, she maintained that perfect balance of being emotionally supportive with clinical objectivity. The office and ancillary staff are warm, respectful and responsive. My time with the other vets is much more limited but they seem competent enough. While Dr Allum is 5 stars plus though, her colleagues are on the order of ‘4’s. My only negative is that this group is a little pricier than most. I personally think Dr Allum is worth it. The estimate for a spay made my husband gasp and some of our neighbors with bigger families who were also fond of the practice were forced to change vets 2nd to costs.

I first found Dr. Allum and team when my senior cat of that time was at a large vet center nearby and they said she had no chance to survive and I should put her down. I scooped her up and drove over to Creature Comforts and my 16 year old kitty survived 3 more very happy years in their care. Years later I moved to the Phoenixville area with 2 new rescues I had. My then baby kitty who was 8 became incredibly sick and I was directed to a high profile vet in Malvern who declared unless I did surgery I should put her down. I scooped her up and headed right back to Dr. Allum, it is now 4 years later and while my baby kitty will always be on light meds and special food she is the happiest little cat playing in her windows and chasing her toys and torturing her brother with her antics. and every night when she snuggles next time me for her naps I am forever grateful to not only the expertise at Creature Comforts, but the absolute dedication to a compassionate treatment for both pet and owner. The care and kindness demonstrated by the doctors and the amazing supporting staff has gotten us through many difficult times with our furbabies, most recently, the decision to say goodbye to our sweet little girl, Tinkerbell. From the moment we brought her in to Dr. Lavan and hospitalized her, we knew she was in good hands. They did everything possible for her to keep her comfortable and free of pain while determining a diagnosis and when it was time to say goodbye, they honored and agreed with our decision to say goodbye as soon as possible to send her away from pain and to rainbow bridge. It's so easy to beat yourself up with all of the "if onlys", but they won't let you do that. Marianne was so supportive and reassuring and Dr. Alum confirmed it was time and thanked us for giving them a chance to try to fix what was wrong and help Tinkerbell. Unfortunately, it was a very painful cancer. Cats hide it so well. We are so grateful to know Creature Comforts will be there for us and our furbabies. We wouldn't trust our babies with anyone else.

My wife and I were able to get a quick initial appointment at CCVH for our cat that had developed a rash. We first checked Google reviews and found that Creature Comforts Vet Hospital had stellar reviews. They made us feel welcome and Heidi the receptionist, Dani the technician, and Dr. Wolbramsky were all very compassionate. Also, the building and exam rooms are very clean. We look forward to a continued good relationship with CCVH for our two cats.
