Dr Roelofs is the BEST guinea pig vet I have ever had. If I could sum her care and attention up in one small review, I am confident that she's the best guinea pig vets in Nebraska, and one of the top in the entire United States. She's incredible and quite an asset! She is incredibly knowledgeable and collaborates with other vets to find solutions that work. I have appreciated her service for many years and see no reason to ever go anywhere else for my guinea pigs!

I found myself at All Creatures when my normal vet wasn't able to get my guinea pig, Declan in. All Creatures had a same day appointment. I had 3 vet visits in about 2 weeks and every visit my pet and I were treated with care. We saw Dr Hotaling twice and Dr Roelofs once. Both were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I ended up having to make the decision to let Declan go. I was a crying mess but Dr Roelofs was so kind and laid out all of my options clearly. Megan was amazing and kept in touch with me via text for the entire 2 weeks. Every time she said she was going to follow up she did. I really appreciated her follow up so I didn't feel alone dealing with Declan's declining health. I will be bringing my small animals here going forward.

I already submitted a review of this place when I took my birds here but I just got a puppy so I think I'm due to talk more about them! The staff are very kind and considerate, the building is kept very clean and Dr. Anne did some kind of trick with her hands when she gave our puppy her shot so she didn't even feel it! The timing was impeccable, our girl just smacked on her little yummy treat and didn't notice a thing, it was INCREDIBLE. I was so impressed. They make the environment so relaxed and inviting for the pets, our dog will be enthusiastic for many vet visits to come I'm sure!

If you’re looking for a fantastic bunny vet this is the place. Dr. Hotaling is so knowledgeable , loving, and great with communication. He has helped me cure my bunnies, especially one, many times. I don’t think my bunny would’ve recovered if it wasn’t for him. Plus he’s just an all around nice guy who’s passionate about his job. And everyone else who works here is splendid to encounter. They are all so helpful and sweet. And I love that I get texts asking how my bunnies are doing if they are recovering from an illness. It’s a very genuine place to come to.

My dog recently had pancreatitis. They referred me to a 24 hour animal hospital and then followed up after he left the hospital care. The veterinarians here are very responsive, and take time to explain everything in detail. I’m never made to feel rushed. These Vets really care about my dog, and will do what it takes to make him feel his best.

Love this place. The customer service is 10/10. Everything is explained, invoiced out, and impeccable service is delivered. They really love what they do. We can't ask for a better veterinarian all these 6 years and half. Dr. Roelofs had been really great and helpful during all these years with our 3 ferrets. 2 of our boys are gone now and she always did everything she was able to keep them healthy and help them during their last hard days. I HIGHLY recommend this place/vet, prices are reasonable, great staff. 11/7/2018. After almost 7 years of joy of happiness our last ferret Roxie pass away. It was quick and she didn't suffer like our 2 other ferrets. Dr. Roelofs offered to do an autopsy to find out what was the cause of our ferret sudden death and she found our ferret had couple of common ferret health problems. We are so grateful with Dr. Roelofs and her staff to care and treat our ferrets like if they were hers.

Amazing vet clinic! My chinchilla had an emergency situation and they were able to get him in for an appointment right away. The veterinarian was able to get him into surgery and fix him all up! Everyone who works there is so sweet and caring! Also the pricing is affordable. Have recommended to family and friends! Awesome service all around!

Highly recommend. My hamster had a growth and I took him here and I felt like they really cared about us. I believe I saw Dr. Roelofs and she was very knowledgeable and caring. My hamster ended up being really unlucky and passed away just a day after our visit but if I ever need care for my other pets I will be going here.

I brought my guinea pigs in for an emergency check up and on the phone before I even came in the told me there was going to be a small fee for same day appointment which I was expecting but glad they told me about. They answered all my questions and gave my piggies a full exam. Although they didn’t find anything to be wrong they thought the odd behavior they’ve been showing is weird and set me up with a treatment plan in place in case one of them needed it at a time I couldn’t make it into the vet. I was very happy when I left and liked hearing their stories about owning guinea pigs.

I wanted to find a clinic that has experience with rabbits, and All Creatures is perfect. All went smoothly with my rabbit’s neuter. The vets take the time to talk to you, and the vet techs go out of their way to make sure your questions are answered. I bring my bun back every few months for his nail trims now, and they will also weigh him for me at the same time. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else in Omaha for exotic pets!

Love this vet office!! I did some calling around before we got our puppy and could tell that this was the place for us. A couple of the other places seemed like they were just going to be over-the-top cost-wise and one didn’t even seem interested in the animal side of the job. When I called All Creatures, the professional answered all of my questions in great detail and showed genuine interest and excitement in our new puppy-to-be. We just had our first appointment today and the Vet calmly and happily answered all of my new puppy mom questions. We were given a generous amount of time and were welcomed with a “Congratulations on your new puppy” folder. Totally down to earth and amazingly welcoming. 100% sold!

I just got 12 week old guinea pigs about a week ago. After a few days of having them I noticed one had a crusty nose as well as both of them sneezing frequently. After a lot of concern, I called to make an appointment for as soon as possible. The receptionist was very very nice finding a time for me to come in the same day to have them looked at! After speaking to the vet on the phone I could tell she was actually concerned and was ready to find out what was going on! Everyone was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I am also very happy to say the prices for 2 guinea pigs to be seen plus antibiotics were quite cheaper than I was expecting! I will be taking my guinea pigs here from now on!

I took my guinea pig reyanna to all creatures veterinary clinic last Tuesday and the experience was one I'll never forget. And what has also stuck with me is that her vet tech melody reached out to me the following day to see how reyanna was doing. When I reached out to her on Thursday because reyanna was still not eating well she gave me some suggestions. Reyanna is getting better day by day she finished a bowl of pellets for the first time today and I'm hoping her health continues to improve.

I took my daughter's guinea pig who was in critical condition. I was given a few options, but unfortunately he did not make it. They called me a few days after to check up on him. I informed them he had passed away. A few days later, to our surprise, we got a sympathy card. My daughter was so touched by the card that she cried. I wish I had the ability to give All Creatures Vet 10 stars and more. I am just blown away from how awesome they are. My sweet guinea pig Zora had passed away two weeks ago. She is the first of four guinea pigs in our family to pass away, and my husband and I were devastated. We took Zora to the vet a month before she passed with some health concerns, unfortunately it came back very quickly. When we first took Zora to the vet to have her looked at, the entire staff was very sweet and understanding and was able to make her feel better with medications. When she passed a month later, I went in, not sure what to do. The staff was super sympathetic and kind as I was visibly heartbroken, and they offered a clay stamp of her foot to keep for memories which we absolutely cherish. Two weeks after she passed we received a sympathy card, and the fact that they took the time and cared so much to all sign it and write a sweet note just shows how amazing they are. Thank you for showing us so much compassion with Zora. I will always recommend you!

All of the staff we encountered in reception, backroom techs, and vets were very friendly. The cat we took in isn't always particularly kind to strangers, but she was tamed by the tech and vet! The staff is beyond friendly, attentive, and caring about your animals. If for some reason they cannot accommodate you, they will get you to someone who can. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Rabbit troubles. My senior rabbit started having weakness in back leg. Live an hour from everywhere. Hunted, googled, asked, and found this place. (Prepared to drive 2 hours to Ames. IA) First time to vet since spay 7 years ago. Dr. was phenomenal. (Dr. Sutherland) Exam was thorough, kind, thoughtful, informative and patient. Doctor listened and was so personable! Spent so much time with us trying to pinpoint a diagnosis, and cover all the bases. Price was unexpectedly low for time and test done. So glad I went! Hopefully just some arthritis. Recheck in two weeks after some anti inflammatory.

This is an excellent vet, with staff that cares for a variety of animals, including our bearded dragon. They are very knowledgeable. Our vet took a guess at the sex of our juvenile beardie and was right on! It was confirmed many mony later when she started laying eggs for the first time.

Last night my guinea pig was bleeding in her urine, call this morning and they told me to bring her right away. They were all very kind, professionals, friendly, caring and took great care of my little Bailey also the place is very neat and clean, Dr. Mary Sutherland did exams, x rays and gave antibiotics, also gave me all instructions and information I needed, very good service and not so expensive, I paid around $130, I'll be back in 2 weeks to see how Bailey continues reacting to the antibiotics. All the vets and vet techs go beyond helpful. We've been going here awhile and Dr. Roloff has always helped us with our bunnies, went out of her way to figure out diagnosis and how to help them. Anyone with small animals please put warning signs reminding you to always check first, on all places that could harm your pet ie; washer/dryer/clothes hampers! We adopted two sweet ferrets, Tinka and Izzy, 6months ago from someone rehoming them. They were free to roam mostly where ever they liked durning the day. Seemed ideal for them until they slipped unoticed for a nap into the dryer full of half dried clothes someone in a hurry left open and .... that was horrific ending of our sweet babies. I felt so guilty! Running into the clinic in hysterics I handed over my girls. The staff was so compasionate and understanding. Never once did they make me feel as if I was causing a scene (I was barfooted and sobbing) and reassured me it was just a horrible accident. They were kind enough to make imprints of their paws and packaged them in a box for us to bury, later they sent us a card with their condolences. I wish I never had to make that trip but I did and they were so nice.

Can not thank the team here enough. My rabbit Oreo suddenly had something go wrong in the middle of the night, so I looked for the first vet open in the morning. She unfortunately passed on the car ride over. She was not even a patient here, yet they were so kind when they could see how obviously upset I was. They offered a cremation for her, got so many beautiful things along with it. And then a week later I recieved a card in which all the staff signed their condolences. I had never taken my baby there and yet they treated her like she was a patient for years. I will always remember how kind they were on my worst day.
