Great staff and a very nice Vet who was straight to the point and not out to get your money. They explained everything in detail and they have affordable prices!

Our rescue pitbull is quite anxious and is really freaked out by new people and new situations. The vets and staff are all wonderful and understanding. These guys are absolutely the best vets we’ve ever taken our dog to. Our most recent visit was regarding our dogs dental hygiene, we noticed his breath changed a little recently. The vet told us that it was unnecessary to spend hundreds or even a thousand on a cleaning when we could brush them at home and he provided us with a dog mouth spray to help. He assured us that his teeth are perfectly normal and quite clean for a dog his age (he’s estimated to be about 4 years old). Most vets would be happy to charge you $1000 for an unnecessary teeth cleaning, not these guys, they’re super honest and want what’s best for your pet. We stopped seeing our last vet because they treated our pitbull like he was a problem and they didn’t want to deal with him. The vets and staff understand my dog and it calms him down, something that was impossible at previous vets.

Max has been coming to Value for every since he was a puppy. He's 11 now. He's even had surgery there, gets his shots and was treated for ear infection. I have always been 100% satisfied with their services.

This was such an amazing experience in such a time of Pandemic, l got amazing treatment! My dog was in a bad situation with severe oral needs, which in a time of pandemic and short notice , l was desperate, and nobody would help me , to add, prices to be seen were absurd every else, l couldn’t find help, places overbooked, my dogs a service dog and the only friend my daughter has , who happens to be disabled and unfortunately he wasn’t gonna make it , if l waited any longer! l reach out , called, they saw my need , they urge me to come immediately, and he was taken care of for all he’s needs then and there. I took my pet with an injured nub (he is a Australian shepherd name Teddy)to this clinic after making a appointment with them first time ever coming here, everyone was nice and welcoming and made my pet feel welcome as well , handled my pet with care and love cleaned his wound and treated him and gave me the right medicine for him so he may heal in peace . Days after the visit my teddy was feeling much better and wagging his nubb best feeling ever to know your pet is gonna be ok I’m very grateful and appreciate everyone on the team , everyone was hands on and I love that , amazing human beings that love their job I couldn’t ask for anything more from this place and I would always come here for now on, again thank you so much doctor (vet) and assistants I appreciate you guys so much. I had a virtual vet chat at the 2nd week of the pandemic. our regular vet wasn't open, and they recommended this place. They are heroes! my dog Billy had an injury and I didn't know what to do. I did not want to go to the animal hospital I was scare but at the end we decided to call this place. They gave us an appointment right away, is affordable, they took good care of my baby Billy. We are so happy that we are thinking on switching to this great location and most important for those who don't drive, this vet clinic is a 5 min walk from the train 🚉 station. I extremely recommended you will love it.

I am so very thankful of Dr Cara Bunning and her staff especially Janina and Lilly. My 17 mths old puppy had been sick for a few days. I anxiously took him in ,while being treated dr bunning felt because of vomiting and not having a bowel movement she suggested xrays and blood work. He was dehydrated and a suspicion of foreign body but she felt he would need a sonogram. and he needed to go to the ER i started seeing dollar signs of course my insurance would not be ready for a few more weeks ugh,i saw the face of the doctor as my eyes welled up with tears but being a good doctor she suggested another test first before i left (she was worried that the cost would of been a burden thank God that test gave the answer she needed. He was given meds to take home , she saw me the next day (no charge) I must say my Harper is back to my active fur baby. A great place ,small but efficient ❤️❤️❤️

Prices are prices when comes to animals you have it’s like family they were like family the staff was just the upmost nicest! I actually really love this place and the people who work here from the receptionists to the assistants to the actual veterinarians. They are so kind, patient, and truly care about the pets that come in. However, my concern has been in regards to the pricing they advertise for vaccinations and exams. If you go on their website, it looks like they are very transparent about costs for kittens. It says that they would only need two visits. It was not explained to me as to why I had to bring my kitten in 3 times (always told he's perfectly healthy!) and I had to pay more than advertised. Maybe they should update their website if it is out of date. Also, it can be difficult to reach someone to make an appointment whether it is by phone or the app. Despite that I still think they're worth having to call a few times to get your pet seen.

My kitten was sick since monday vomiting. I got an appt right away and the customer service was wonderful. The staff and doctors we're wonderful and cared for my cat. They gave a reasonable price for her care. I would continue to take my kitten at this place. Yes there was a long wait, but I really dont mind the wait patience is a Virtue. I'm very satisfied with my kitten results and care.

All staff was extremely nice to me and my dog. They wanted to make her as comfortable as possible. They treated her as their own. She is a mix breed pit lab. She is a big but friendly dog. My last vet put a muzzle on her and she doesn’t even bite nor is aggressive. A dog knows when their at a good loving place. The last vet was ride and the muzzled her cause they were scared of her. She did not like that at all and neither did I. Keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend this vet. Well see you on our next appointment!

I have taken my Beckham to this clinic and Dr. Bunning and the staff were very professional and sympathetic to my dog's needs. This clinic is very compassionate. Dr. Bunning was very accurate in her diagnosis and tries to give her most prominent advice on how to treat my pet. She really cares and will not rip you off like other veterinarians. This clinic is can get very busy because the prices are economical. Due to Dr. Bunning's integrity of her practice. I would be more than happy to volunteer in this clinic if they allowed me. But, again, this clinic can get very busy. So, an appointment would be needed.

My dog had to get his yearly vaccines so I went this past week. I get nervous to take him every visit because he is aggressive (grew up with cats so he doesn’t like dogs, he’s also very protective of me). The staff was very helpful and knew exactly how to handle him. I’m always impressed on how well my visits go specially since he’s mean. It is a bit expensive (in my opinion), but they are very good and care for your pets!

I really loved bringing my cats here. The vet was very kind and descriptive of the services provided. However, i was never seen at the appropriate appointment time and found myself waiting for at least an hour at every appointment, before my cat was even seen by the vet. I understand when it is busy but the staff needs to schedule appointments accordingly to make sure the customers time is valued. I was also supposed to bring my cat here to be spayed and was told to drop her off at 8:30am. I was stuck waiting outside until 9:30am before the receptionist had arrived and then I was told the price to spay would be $700! Sadly, I’ll be switching veterinarians, not because of the vet themselves, but because the place of business is run poorly.

By far the best Vet I have ever visited. The Doc and all the associates truly care about there patients. Our dog needed an emergency surgery and it was already passed 4 o’clock. The price that was given was high but the Doc said she would not let our dog die. She asked us what can we afford and without hesitation she said we will make it happen. She worked way pass closing to save our dog and she did!!!! Our dog is home and is doing great thanks to the doc and her assistants. Words can not describe how thankful we are to have such a caring individual like her!!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!! She needs her own TV show. Sincerely the Espinell family

My dog was acting different and I showed up one Saturday I believe. They didn’t have a Vet that day but an employee there gave me all the run down on where to get my dog help immediately and if all else failed , she requested I bring her back on Monday when the Vet returned . I brought her back in and they had about 4 other people waiting outside with their pets (due to social distancing) . Since I had made an appointment earlier that day, I only waited about 20 mins when I arrived. Both vets are so nurturing and patient with the pets from what I can see . My dog was lovingly attended to and their pricing is PHENOMENAL ! I recommend Value Vet Clinic with 5 STARS !

Appreciate vets attention to my concerns regarding my cavachon. His behind reeked and he frequently vomits his food. Vet recommended prescribed dog food no chicken or beef diet. Hopefully this works as the vet didn’t want to prescribe him meds if not needed. Really appreciate that!

This Veterinary clinic is truly truly amazing the staff are wonderful. My husky puppies were in pretty bad shape and I for sure thought I’d lose them. To top it off I couldn’t afford emergency care. The staff took upon themselves to help me find help for them so I wouldn’t lose my angels. They stood with me for a long time until help finally came. Thanks to everyone here my huskies are doing just fine and I got the services my dogs needed. They exhausted every possibility until I got what I needed for them. I had an emergency with my cat and was given Value's number by the ASPCA. When I called, Jade was very understanding and sympathetic and had me come right in. Dr Bunning was thorough and made me feel like she was really concerned about my animal's well being. The techs were also kind and efficient. We visited here about three years ago. Good services. Now if you call, they polited ask if they can put u on hold. 15 mind later they pick up. Once they begin to talk to you and they are good. Very responsive to our questions. I called three times, each time, waited 10 to 15 mins. But it appears only one person answering the calls.

I would love to leave a 5 star because the vet services itself are great and have taken great care of my two kittens so far. But I must say they are not run as well as they can be as a business. Time is valuable. We have yet to go to the clinic and be taken on time. Not due to it being busy but poor management. Why tell us to come at 8:30 for drop off when no one is there to accept the kitten. Ridiculous. If you told me to come at 9 because thats when they come, I'd come at 9. Once they start valuing my time, they will earn a 5 star. Until then. 5 star for the vet itself but as a business a 3 star.

As you may see from all the positive reviews, this little clinic has a big heart. I have had only good experiences taking my two cats here over the past two years. Staff has been helpful and friendly. Dr. Bunning and the new Dr. (don't recall her name) have both appeared competent, genuinely caring towards my pets, and given me information and advice. Another positive: they have Sunday hours, which is a blessing for those of us with weekday jobs. However, f you're driving here be prepared to come very early as parking is a challenge. I don't know how pricing here compares to other vets - I imagine it must be similar - and though it feels expensive (my last visit came to $582 total for giving one cat an exam and two vaccines, and giving the my other cat bloodwork, urine screen, and UTI medication) I do feel the quality of the care made it worth it. I recommend this clinic.

My cat was seen by the loving gentle staff and vet, given proper medication and we scheduled a follow up too. I highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs medical care for their fur baby.

Beside it being far it is wonderful. They really treat you animal like it is there own. The level of professionalism is amazing as well. If you don't mind the travel or if you live in the area definitely go and see them. One little thing. Wonderful Experience at Dr. Bunning's Office. On October 28, 2019, My Pet Lulu had Surgery and Dental work done on the same day and all is Awesome. Lulu came out from the clinic like she never went through a surgical procedure. She was up and alert, ate her meal, well, all I can say is she was in GREAT SPIRITS!! I came home from vacation to my 18yr old cat not looking good and showing signs of constipation. On Labor day this occurred and the doctor texted back and forth with me to explain how to make her comfortable until she could be seen first thing in the morning. Dr. Bunning thought there was more to it than just constipation. Proper testing was done and more serious underlying issues were discovered. A change of diet and some meds will make her better for a while longer. She already has gained some ounces back in the few days she was last seen. Thank you to the staff and the doctor who gave such great care to my old lady who really is my baby. She is purring her approval right now as I type.

My pets and I have been visiting VVC for the past 3 years for our two large breed dogs and cat. One of the dogs is aggressive towards other pups and Dr. B and her team have always been EXTREMELY accommodating for that dogs needs which also includes not shying away from dealing with her. Dr. B also seems to be very rational about what your pet NEEDS to have done and not overwhelm your budget with anything unnecessary.The clinic is true to its name and has to have the best value around, hands down. The space is clean even during it's time undergoing renovations. I've witnessed one of the techs arrive 30min early to make sure everything was clean and ready to go. The only con I may consider is the wait time, usually your appointment will be pushed back making it difficult to wait around if your pet is anxious but this only seems to happen on their busy day which I think is Sunday. Still not the worst thing seeing as you're likely to even be seen the day of.

Having faced a multitude of medical crises, I found myself a single mother, unemployed & on disability. When my beloved dog became ill, I had no money and no where to turn. I was beyond devastated. Then I was referred to Dr. Cara Bunning--and let me tell you, she's a Godsend! She not only saved my dog, she told me she understood things were hard financially and gave me a huge discount and allowed me to make payments. Without Dr Bunning, my dog would not have survived! He had a very complex medical condition that other vets failed to diagnosis. I spent thousands before meeting her--all to no avail. She properly diagnosed my dog on visit one. She explained things in a way I could understand & went over all my options. We scheduled surgery (all the while she was comforting me about my concern regarding finances) and she took exceptional care of my dog post op. First she had to examine him. I had to find Dr Bunning through google. Although I didn’t bring my dog to this location, i wanted to find her and write a good review because she was simply the best. I used her back in July or August of 2009 in Manhattan when she was in a small veterinary hospital. I came from Long Island because the vets out here told me my dog would likely die even after the 30k it would cost to try to treat him. He had lepto and he was just a 5 pound Yorkie- I was devastated, and I didn’t know what to do. I was in college so paying 30k was definitely out of the question, even though I would have if I had the money. So after many phone calls, we landed in the care of Dr Cara Bunning- the lady who treated my pup like her own, who brought him to her own home to monitor him at night, and who saved my best buds life, and who didn’t cost anywhere close to 30k. Max was just 7 years old back then....this December we will celebrate his 18th birthday. Thank you for saving his life, and for giving me so many happy years with him. As he gets a little slower each day, I can’t help but be more thankful for each day I was given with my good boy.

Dr. Bunning is the most love, caring, compassionate, and cost effective vet that I have ever met. Her office is renovated, her staff is kind and loving and it is on the same block as the dollar store and a pet store for one stop shopping. Dr. Bunning will not over charge you for unnecessary tests or medications and foods that you do not need. She is thoroughly knowledgeable and I trust her more than the so called “experts”. She went above and beyond to help me when my dog had diabetes. We found out you could get insulin for only $25 at Walmart and she shares that knowledge with her clients so they don’t end up spending $125 a bottle at the local pharmacy. Use Dr. Bunning. She is the best.
