Dr. Bryan and his assistant were absolutely a loving and caring team. Especially to a new patient, that came in at the last minute. Dr Bryan's concern, passionate demeanor and tenderness was an indication of the family atmosphere that I had previously heard about. The front staff is phenomenal. They also represent what the clinic stands for, that loving, caring, family atmosphere. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. From the initial phone call to the walk out of the door. Everyone was friendly, nice customers too. Had to board my baby girl. They required an extra Bordella shot for her, low cost, and gave her extra flea meds. They will bathe your baby before you pick them up. Definitely will board her again.

I won't take my dogs anywhere else. They're always so friendly and helpful. They handle my 150lb behemoth baby with as much ease as my little 25lb guy. They have a phenomenal groomer who sends my boys home with an amazing smell that lasts for weeks. Excellent for emergency visits. My dogs actually get excited to go see the vet. Absolutely adore Primary Vet Care. Worth every penny.

PVC has been out vet for several years. VERY fair pricing and no one has ever pushed me to buy anything that wasn't necessary. The staff and doctor are extremely kind and forthcoming about pricing for the things that they recommend, and are very happy to offer a range of products that work with a variety of budgets. My oldest dog is a grumpy old man and they still are very gentle and loving with him! They are also the vet I've chosen to care for my daughter's service dog! Love them! Definitely recommend!

Have been going here for years with both of my dobies! They have always been the most respectful and helpful staff since day 1. Wonderful staff here! I always feel comfortable to leave my sweet fur baby in the hands of this team. They treat him as their own. We use this offices medical treatment and recently started to use the grooming services and WOW impressive. My spaniel has bad anxiety when it comes to grooming and they were patient and it came out fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone. 10 STARS LANDRY LOVES YALL!

I honestly wish I could give more then 5 starts. We have been taking our dog here for a few years now. They’ve always been extremely precise, they don't discriminate against breeds, the staff is always awesome and this is by far the most affordable pet care I have ever received. 10/10. If you are reading the reviews debating on taking your pet do it. I assure you that all these high reviews are absolutely accurate and earned.

I really love this place. I've had my dog for nearly 8 years, and I was constantly taking him to different vet offices because I never liked a place. From the first visit, I knew I had found our official vet. We have been going here for over three years now. Since then I have added two cats to my household, and I bring them here as well. Really great staff, clean office, short wait times. My little family is never going anywhere else.

They have been handling the Covid pandemic amazingly. It can be scary having to bring your new pet in for rounds of kitten shots and not be able to go inside with them. But Primary Care Vet talks you through everything clearly and explains the process over the phone. They also remember my pet each time which puts me at ease. So thankful for the heroes that had to stay open during this difficult time!

I have been going here with my dogs for years. This past month I have been there twice. My puppy broke her leg and they were super helpful. Let me drop her off first thing in the morning and pick her up after work. The price is reasonable and they are willing to work with you. They are a walk in clinic so that makes it easier as well.

Love this vet clinic!! The staff and doctors are so friendly and helpful. Pricing for things done is so reasonable. I come here every time for my pets. My poor Max has had such bad skin issues for some reason and they always help me get him right again. They are very clean. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who loves there fur babies and doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg.

This is a friendly group of professionals that have taken care of our dog for over a year now. Everytime I have gone in, the wait is minimal and the staff has been thorough to ensure resolution with any issues. The doctor has done a great job of explaining the procedure and any treatment plan that was required. I recommend this vet to anyone.

I am a first time puppy owner to Blue Dufrene. I had plenty of questions about him and his breed. American PitBull Terrier. The staff was extremely patient with me. Answered all my questions and gave me some advice. When I took him there for his 12 week shots they acted the same way. Very friendly and extremely helpful. I first started bringing my dog when she was a very clumsy and accident prone puppy and ripped her nail out. She was scared and growled a lot, and they immediately helped me transfer from my prior vet. No judgement for the crazy reasons I had to bring her in as a puppy and hurting herself. Always been extremely kind to me and my dog. I now have my sister, mother, grandmother, and multiple customers going here. Love y’all!

Jayla's doctor is totally a precious long until she checked my dog out cuz I thought she was sick because of my craziness I gave her too many treats cuz we are celebrating my new job and she got sick and I started worrying and I brought it to the vet right away and she was absolutely fine but I know now is because I'm celebrating with food cuz I don't drink or anyting it has to be in moderation with my poor dog who loves me so much

My dog Bella is typically very apprehensive and nervous in many situations. She has only been to this vet a couple of times. During COVID, I have not been able to go into the appointment with her. This place really deserves five stars. I have been taking my pets to Primary for years ever since DR Henthorne moved his practice from Westwego in the 80's. I tried another vet that opened up closer to my house back in 2015. Big mistake. Even though, I believe the vet worked at PVC, there is no comparison to the quality and service you get at PVC. I am back. Thanks to Jackie and Sarrah What a team. They will do whatever it takes to make you and your pet happy.

the Doctors at Primary are excellent can't say enough about them but,the staff working the front desk leave a lot to be desired....It seems like they can never call a prescription in right or on the day you call for it and this is extremely frustrating if you have a fur baby with heart problems.I would only give the front desk personal 2 stars.

I felt like I was given great service at Primary vet car. My kitty has FIP, an incurable virus in the US, however he is in a trial study for FIP treatment through a fb group FIP Warriors and is doing fabulous. He's on his way to being cured. I appreciate the vets willingness to be educated, taking notes, and really listening to Owens story and learning about the FIP trial he's on.
