TAC is amazing!!! They are professional and so compassionate. I would highly recommend. The entire team was friendly and so accommodating to accept a last minute appointment to examine my toy poodle, Bella. They were the only vet office that was willing to take my pet at the last minute and I am so appreciative of the entire team.

This was not our normal Veterinary clinic but we may make it our new home. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant and they got us in without much notice. Also my dogs demeanor was more pleasant in the space as well. Would highly recommend it to someone else.

Calm, friendly, and unrushed service, as well as gentle to my dog. We had an issue with the records transfer, which is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, but I was otherwise very pleased. A staff member called a couple of days later to check on him and to review vaccinations and go over questions. I had to cut him off due to a situation starting on my end, but the call was friendly and appreciated. Will be back!

The entire staff should be recognized, from the front desk to the assistant to the vet. We had a great experience with TAC. They got our dog in very quickly (booking the appt) and took great care of her. The assistant was so kind and easy to talk to. The vet didn't make me feel guilty for lapsing on my dog's heartworm prevention (which could have kept us from having the issue we did). Overall we had a very positive experience.

Dr.Rice is an absolute godsend for our Frenchie, Pete. She and everyone in the office are so kind and knowledgeable, they are truly the only ones we trust with our baby. I drive over an hour to see her and will continue to do so. I cannot recommend The Animal Clinic enough!

TAC is amazing. Huge shoutout to them for making time to treat my cat—especially as a surprise new patient as our regular vet was closed and my cat needed some fairly urgent care! I appreciated the time and care everyone put into our visit. The team up front and the doctor + team in the back were all wonderfully patient and informative. My cat has been feeling 150% better with the prescribed treatment plan and TAC made sure to send us off with all of the documentation we needed for labs/x-rays/etc to give to our regular vet. I really can’t say enough good things about TAC and the quality of care received. Thanks again for making time to see us, managing to miraculously x-ray an angry/scared kitty, and making sure he got the care he needed to feel better!

Lisa is absolutely great, my dog is always a mess because she plays outside and hates to be brushed, but unlike other groomers I have used, she never shaved her, she just turns her into a beautiful little schnauzer. The lady at the front desk is also very nice, very friendly.

10/10 would recommend! Was up all night with my sick dog and thought for sure she wasn’t going to make it. Her normal vet wouldn’t even answer the phone so I gave The Animal Clinic a call and they were able to get us in within 20 minutes. They were so gentle with her and were willing to do what it took to figure it out. They got her on a good medication routine for now and she’s definitely made a 180 recovery! I’m so incredibly grateful to them. I’ll be definitely taking all of my animals there now for their check-ups and any issues!!

I have been a customer of TAC since 2008, our two boys Heman and Hurley has seen pretty much every doctors and nurse over the years. This year we lost both of our boys within about 6 weeks of each other, it's been a hard year to say the least. I want to express my gratitude for the amazing job everyone in this clinic has done and especially did when our boys passed away. Hurley was the first, and younger, was diagnosed with a rare cancer and we were force to put him down which we did there. They were so great, they gave us so much time and were so patient and caring, I am so grateful that Hurley has such a caring send off. Our second and oldest Heman starting having problems while we were on a vacation, and our pet sitter had to take him in first thing in the morning on a Saturday as he was fading fast. Heman passed away as/when he arrived, and TAC nurses and doctor were able to keep us on the phone and comfort him as he passed away. When I returned to town a few days later, they allowed me to see my old friend one last time and say good bye. I can't say many clinics would have done all of this. THANK YOU. Thank you all there are The Animal Clinic for helping us get through this. My wife and I are eternally grateful.

The doctors and all the staff have been amazing with my Aussiedoodle. They take such great care of him from times he has had surgery to all his yearly checkups. They have always been available to fit him in when he was sick and I needed immediate vet care. He also gets groomed at this office and they are great with him. This is one of the most compassionate and caring veterinary clinics I have ever visited. They took the time to diagnose, analyze and present me with options and costs as we went. I never once felt pushed into a decision or like I was being gouged. Unfortunately I lost 2 fur babies within 2 weeks due to serious illnesses but am forever grateful for the Vet Techs and Vets at this facility. Thank you for what you do.

I reached out to TAC for an emergency bill of health last minute. My normal vet was out on an emergency and I was in a panic due to flights being booked. Ms Kim was truly amazing. She helped calm me down and went to work helping me sort this out. Ms Wendy went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Every single person we dealt with a TAC truly loved animals and was more than eager to help. I have already begun recommending this facility to anyone I know with pets.

I’ve been coming to y’all for 10 yrs..and always had a great experience. I put my Mario down a year ago which he been coming to y’all sents he was a puppy and y’all have been awesome. But when I brought my cat in for a check up I wasn’t happy with my Doctor. She wasnt very personal or even caring. We didn’t click and she could be a great doctor. The entire team as a whole was very kind and patient. They listen and addressed all of our issues and needs in dealing with our fur baby. We have recently relocated from another state so it felt really good to feel a piece of home in Tennessee. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and it’s staff! I have been going to them for years now for both my dog and several of my rabbits. They always provide comprehensive care, fully explain to me my options and what is going on, are always incredibly helpful if I have to call in with a random question and even as an exotic vet their prices are very fair. They have handled everything from routine exams, emergencies and even a necropsy with extreme care and skill. Everyone including the office staff, techs and the veterinarians themselves are incredibly pleasant to work with, and they don’t bat an eye when animals have special requirements or difficult personalities.

My rescue doggo had a teeth cleaning today and TAC took such amazing care of her! I’d been to a different local vet clinic previously, but I just was not thrilled with their level of care. The Gentleman that came and got my cat from the car explained to me step by step what was going to happen. The Dr called me to give results on her test and examination after he told me I mentioned I was getting her spayed some where else because it's a little cheaper he let me know to watch her weight after she gets spayed. It never crossed my mind that I would have to do that. So I'm thankful he let me know. This is my first cat I have ever had. So it's a learning experience. The Dr was nice. So was every one else

Plus, still offer (safe) outside numbered parking spots so if you don’t feel comfortable about going in a public building with your animal and you can stay in your car. First visit and went because they offer sedation for grooming. Very quick to get you in once you arrive. Came for my pet less them 5 minutes after my arrival. All were friendly. All very patient and willing to answer all of my annoying questions. Groomer was great also! Listened to my questions and explained what she would be doing based on what I told her I wanted. Offered suggestions, as this was the first time my pet was groomed and she knew I was nervous. Did a Lion cut on the cat and she looks great! They take very good care of my baby! I like how the wait is short when you have an appointment. It is easy to make an appointment and you can get in fairly quickly. The waiting room is not crowded, which helps keep my kitten calm. The vets and tech are very nice and I trust them completely!

Unfortunately, since we are unable to come in the office, I have no idea who is doing what since March. But I will say the concierge service is very convenient. My Willie is a new patient and they got him in for an appointment so quickly and Dr. Lewis’s even called me to answer some questions I had before the appointment. I’m visiting from out of state and found The Animal Clinic while researching a vet I could take my dog to see for an issue he was having. This vet group is top notch, from check in to check out. I appreciate their COVID protocol. I can’t say enough good things about The Animal Clinic, from their phone staff, to the vet techs, to the vets. I was looking for a place to take my 1 year old golden retriever Abby. I had taken her somewhere else while she was a puppy. She was scared and hid in the corner. The vet accused me of abusing her cause she was so scared, but it only happened when she was in the room with him. So I picked her up and took her home. Covid hot so cut off looking for a vet, til now. I brought her to the Animal Clinic in Hendersonville TN. She was scared(ish), but as soon as she saw the staff. She was jumping up and down and wanting to play, fun loving that she always is. It’s truly a great place to take your furry family. As they say, pets are good judges of characters.

A third puppy came to us as a foster and is now 13 and since she has been with us she has gone to the Animal Clinic as well. We can't say enough about the entire staff. I’ve read several reviews – both positive and negative about The Animal Clinic. We’ve been using them for about 10 years. They cried with us when we our Nova and Izzy crossed over and made an incredibly hard decision a little easier. The final arrangements were handled in the most caring fashion. We even received hand written sympathy cards with signatures from all of the staff. I’ve seen them crying over other pets as well. They have rejoiced with us when we adopted new dogs and have laughed with us at the crazy antics of our dogs. Izzy loved her Spa day and was always so cute and happy when I picked her up. Izzy recognized their voices and would get so excited when she heard them – she would want to be greeted and loved on by each employee before we could leave – and they would. Sometimes my Vet bill seems high, but so do my Doctor bills. I don’t think I could find a team of employees that love my dogs as much as I do. I hate the parking lot and would love it if the Clinic was on some grassy property but my Dogs love the people and get excellent care and that is more important than anything.

This clinic was so wonderful to our pup and us! After a disappointing experience when we first adopted our dog, i was a little skeptical of any vet. Our dog’s skin issues got really bad and we luckily got an appointment on a Saturday. They treated us so wonderfully and answered all our questions. Dr Rand has taken great care of our pets. Once when Roxy ate part of a toad he even had me text him a picture of the toad so he could identify it quickly to know if she was in danger. Another time she scratched her eye on a stick and he was very cognizant of her pain and performed a minor surgery so her eye could heal. Another time since the pandemic they were able to get Puffin in for an emergency visit when she got bit by something in the back yard. Dr Seibert came out to the car to explain what was happening and I felt she was in the safest place. She recovered with medication and observation. Kiwi was in for routine vaccinations and Dr Rand came out to the car to answer all my questions. I have never felt rushed or ignored at The Animal Clinic. Thanks for taking great care of our fur babies.

Above and Beyond! My family had to evacuate to Hendersonville from FL as IRMA was headed towards them. They rented a car and drove up with the entire family, including 2 dogs. While past boarding stays have gone very well, this one was not up to par. Goldie was quite dirty after 6 night's stay. They were planning to bathe her on the last day, but she was picked up early in the morning. She was also extremely thirsty upon coming home. I haven't asked yet what food she ate while staying there, but her digestive system is just now beginning to get back to normal(after 3 days).
