Our dog was hit by a trailer and we took her to the New Hope clinic without having any idea if she was okay or not. They took her to the back room immediately and examined her, gave her an X-ray, and dispensed some pain medicine. We heard a dog whining very loudly in the back and thought it was our dog, so I started crying in the lobby. The vet came out to reassure us that it was just a dramatic dog getting their nails clipped, and I appreciate that she came out to check on us. Our dog ended up being okay, and we're grateful that they kept her for the rest of the day to make sure she wasn't acting strangely or exhibiting too much pain. It was a reasonably priced bill considering it was an emergency visit.

Best people ever. They took great care of my fur babys. This is Tiny. On September 16th I took my buddy buck in. I didn't know what was wrong with him 😭 they done all kinds of tests and then x-rays found out he had hurt his back. She put him on strong anti-inflammatory meds . Y'all my dog could barely walk. And now after there help. He walked Sunday. He is doing wonderful. Thanks to All of y'all at new hope vets. Y'all are so amazing. I truly love each one of y'all. We recently moved to Tennessee and my baby goat got sick over night. Called the clinic right when they opened and they seen him within and hour and a half. Everyone there was so nice and did not rush us. Explained everything they needed to do and explain how much each item would cost. Thanks to their great service my baby boy is home recovering and happy as ever! We will go back here everytime now!

Our sweet girl Sugaree had to be put down yesterday due to Feline Infectious Peritonitis. She was only 10 months old. The staff, most particularly Dr. Grissom, were incredible during this incredibly hard decision. I feel heartbroken and a complete mess even 24 hours after she's been gone, but we, my husband and I, are comforted with knowing that those who were with her at the end did a wonderful job to make sure she was comfortable. I have another cat (Sugaree's kennel mate from the shelter we adopted her from) and 2 dogs. We will definitely continue to bring our pets to New Hope because we are confident they love our pets as much as we do.

Our dog was having an allergic reaction to something today. We usually see another vet that decided to close for the holidays. I called New Hope and they were incredibly nice and willing to see her immediately. We got there and they took her straight back and took care of her. They were detailed in what they did and what I needed to look for. They were incredibly loving to my girl. They were also very affordable for an emergency visit. My husband and I are planning to change to them for our primary vet. Perfect experience.

Dr. Tati and her assistant were amazing. We have a beautiful Boerboel, Cleopatra, who has recently had a litter of 9 puppies. She is such a good mom, always wanting to be with her puppies, but these big puppies, even after eating their fill on puppy food, will still want to get some of mommies good good milk. Dr. Tati examined her and really listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend New Hope Veterinary Clinic.

Very kind people. My dog was very nervous. My husband had to pick her up and take her inside. This is a very large Lab. The tech came out to get her. We are expecting her to struggle, exspecially since it was a new place and strange people. Nope that girl walked up to her took her leash. Asked her if she was ready and my dog stood up and went right in the examination room. I was floored for sure. They keep you informed through out surgery. Overall very satisfied.

I found the staff professional, friendly and the facility clean and tidy. I took 2 cats in for routine spay & neuter. The technician and I went over procedures and medicine for each patient and the cost up front. I was not pressured on selling me additional items. The pricing was fair and reasonable. They had taken the time to call me on their status and at discharge they both looked good and felt good. I worked in veterinary medicine for 35 yrs and I would recommend New Hope Veterinary to all.

My husband and I always have a great experience taking our four pets to this clinic. The staff are all very kind, compassionate, and make time to get us in with emergencies. We recently had to bring our dog in for stitches, the vet assistant and Dr. Tyler we’re both wonderful with our anxious dog and explaining our options, the costs, and after procedure care.

What a wonderful place to take your pets! Friendly, caring and compassionate. Brought my small dog in on a Saturday morning after what was believed to have been a run in with a car. Later to be determined to have been a run off into a large, deep ditch. In any case, I was met with friendly staff who took excellent care of my small non flying wounded dog. I have found a new veterinary clinic.

I am new to the area and had an issue with one of my tortoises. I called and they had no appointments, but offered me a drop off appointment or a walk in, where they would see me in between appointments. I chose to walk in and wait. They saved my babies life! She was infested with parasites when we got her amd the vet we used first told her to force feed he, but she couldn't hold anything down. We took her to New Hope and they jumped right in and found the issue. I am so thankful for them. Only place I will ever go.

Today my sweet farm dog Angel had to go in for a second try of a blood draw. She is very fearful and does not do well off the farm. We had just been there last week to try and she was terrified and traumatized so we tried again today. Per my request, Jessica and Amber came to the car and attempted from there. They were both so kind and patient and Amber took a beating trying to hold Angel and I appreciate the extra time and care they took to avoid as much trauma as possible. In the end we were able to collect enough blood for at least the very important annual heartworm test. Again i don't have enought words to thank both Jessica and Amber for showing such concern and compassion to my very much scared baby.

Best vet clinic we have ever been to. They were thorough and explained everything they did throughout the whole process. We did have to wait a long time but they explained that they were understaffed, and if they focus on each animal the way they did for our goat, then it was definitely worth it! They knew almost immediately what was wrong with our goat. They asked us before each procedure to make sure it was ok with us for them to do it and if we were able/ok with paying for it. Despite all the special care she got, our bill was still manageable! This was our first time there and an emergency for our goat, we will probably be switching our dogs to this clinic soon!

People here are very nice but my complaint is it takes soooooo long once you are there. I was there yesterday with my dogs cough. Second time he was there for the same thing. No one else in the waiting room. No one in either of the exam rooms. Still there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I spent 229.00 extra exam etc. Saw a newer vet. I don't have a problem with that but when you choose a doctor or a veterinarian you kinda would like to see that particular person. Now when I have to take either of my 4 pets there it is a guess on who I will see. I will still go there but I really wish they would consider how stressed dogs and cats are when the wait is so LONG

I love this vet. My big dog had been told by 2 other vets that it was “just her time” but I had a feeling that was not the case. I went to New Hope and the vet looked at the x-ray for 5 seconds and said “Here’s your problem!” She gave my old girl a shot and some pills and she was totally back to normal within a couple of days. Their prices are reasonable too. I had been with another vet in the area for a long time but there is no question New Hope is superior.

Went in just for a nail clipping had 2 dogs i had to bring in which the pets didn't live far from the clinic. They was very nice and of course one of the dogs had to poop in the front office but very nice and only charged me $13.75 per dog to clip there nails. Just a walk-in also so they didn't charge a office visit which was nice and the front part. Didn't stink!!

These people are fantastic! My two dogs decided to you fight each other out of the blue. One is a full-grown German Shepherd the other is a full-grown boxer. We love them dearly. The boxer came in on the short end of that stick. We had to run Molly the boxer to New Hope veterinarian. They took her right back fixed her up pick her up the same day. They did not charge me an arm and a leg. So thankful they have them so close to home. They did an outstanding job would recommend them to anyone!

Love that the doctors can see my snakes, dogs, cats, and my pet rat. While I have been there I have seen a deer, horse and a pig! Great one stop place for large, small, and exotic animals! The best of the Best!!! New Hope saved my cat's life! He was being treated without success at another vet and we were to the point of having him euthanized when a friend recommended Dr. Johnson at New Hope. He did some test and changed his food and Samson's goiter shrunk down to nothing within 6 weeks and he was eating healthy and playing like he was a kitten again!!! I would not bring my animals anywhere else!!

Our American Bulldog contracted the Parvo virus and was in really bad shape in a short amount of time. The staff was realistic in the chances of us losing our boy, but said that they would do their best. It was a long process and we all weren't sure he would pull through. The staff cared for him as if he had being going there his whole life. Harlow came through it. He is at home now and we will continue to use New Hope Veterinary Clinic.

As a Nashville native I have continually been disappointed in the available veterinarians we have in Middle TN. After searching for years I finally found New Hope Vet Clinic. Dr Johnson and his staff have been a blessing to every animal in our family as well as our rescue. He truly cares and has a heart for each and EVERY animal he sees from disabled donkeys to turkeys with broken legs! It is so refreshing to find someone who is passionate about his career.
