After beeing a 10 year patient of Value Vet, we made the move to Brentwood Veterinary and could not have been happier. Our Dog, Charlie, is an older dog and we are trying to maintain his quality of life. The staff at BVC was amaizing and we felt at home right away. They kept us informed of how Charlie was doing and have been very communicative.

I chose them strictly due to proximity at the time, and we were very happy customers from Day 1. I love that this place is close to home. I love the availability when I call in - or the question I embarrassingly called in with when my pup got into something - as they often like toddlers do! All the staff at BVC are so helpful and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Hendrix!! We found her when we had to put our precious Lemon down, and then she has been our vet with our new puppy, Moose! A good Vet is an important relationship to have, and I'm glad we found Dr. Hendrix.

I commute from downtown Nashville to go here because it’s the best vet I’ve experienced in the Nashville area. And for awhile I was having to hop around due to my cat having a rare disease so I’ve had a lot to compare them too! I’ve met almost all the vets at Brentwood Vet Clinic and they’re all incredible. If I need a last minute appointment and it needs to be with a vet my cat hasn’t seen before, I fully trust that they will do just as well as any I’ve met before. The entire staff is lovely. I can’t recommend enough!

Highly recommend. 10/10. Dr Hendrix was amazingly attentive and responsive even after I left the office. She gave quick and comprehensive exams to both my dogs, and helped my Aussie pup feel better. We love Brentwood Veterinary Clinic so much. Dr. Wall is so friendly, honest, great with dogs, and helps us make the best decisions for our dogs. I’ll never forget my first appointment several years ago. He encouraged me to take my dog off the leash in the office and he got down to pet my dog and make him feel comfortable. I’ve never had a vet do that before! The front office staff are kind and helpful.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for Brentwood Veterinary Clinic. We have two greyhounds and, on multiple occasions, have called with emergencies. Rather than being sent to an emergency vet, they have always invited us to come in and be worked in. While Dr. Frautschy is our “normal” vet and is great, I can say that the entire staff is awesome and has always taken great care of our dogs. Prices are reasonable as well.

I'm new to the area and not only able to get an appointment the same day, but was greeted by a staff and doctor who were both kind and attentive with my sick fur-baby. Dr. Wall was great with my pup and was thorough in his exam even getting down to his (tiny) level to check him out. He was given medicine to help and when I called with questions the doctor on-call was quick to respond even on a holiday weekend. Was very happy and so is my pup who is back to his old self. Dr. Frautschy is great and is extremely knowledgeable and awesome to work with, she has a love for animals and cares for your dog as if it was her own. The rest of their staff including the front desk is great and always timely in getting calls returned and documents/prescriptions sent.

I adore the staff at Brentwood Veteinary Clinic. I discovered Dr Holiday through his reputation for dental cleaning and was so pleased with his knowledge and wit. I also see Dr Wall and appreciate his willingness to help even if my dog bites him. The facility is always clean and they get test results back ASAP but more importantly they love your dog. They’ve grieved with me when my pet passed and shared my excitement when we welcomed a new puppy and I couldn’t ask for a better vet!

We had a wonderful experience there what the doctor and the staff. My fur baby cowboy who was really sick with his stomach. The doctor rotted the right medicine and he was feeling better the very next day. We could not go inside due to covid but they staff came out to get the necessary information and she's get our pet. Dr. Wall and the entire staff are wonderful! They provide impeccable care for The Ronald McDonald House, therapy dog, Sadie! Making an appointment is very easy and can be done online. They always send appointment reminders for her yearly check up, which I love. We are always greeted by friendly staff and if we have ever had to wait, it's less than 5 minutes. Dr. Wall is very gentle and thorough and makes sure to answer all of my questions. If you want amazing care for your fur babies, I would highly recommend!

I love Brentwood Vet Clinic!! Every experience I've had has been above and beyond. Everyone at the clinic is so personable and friendly. I always feel like my cat is well-taken-care of and I never feel rushed during my time with them. Ellen, who works in front of house but also happens to be an animal behavior specialist, carved out designated time to speak with my partner and I after I mentioned some issues socializing my cat to his dog. She showed up with a 6 page PowePoint slideshow printout!! I was floored. Her expertise and specific training recommendations have made such a difference already and we've only been trying her methods for a few days. It was so nice to speak to someone with such a wealth of knowledge surrounding behavior -- it's just as important as an animal's physical well being -- and made me feel like I walked out of the clinic with a holistic, well-rounded treatment of my cat's body and spirit. This clinic is full of kind and knowledgeable doctors. They do an excellent job when it comes to ensuring that your pet is cared for. The offices are always clean, and typically they do a great job of also separating people so your animal is not over anxious. While they tend to be a little pricier, the people make it worth it.

My pets have been treated at Brentwood Vet for close to 15 years, and I can say without reservation it’s the best, from start to finish, vet experience I’ve ever had. Over the years we’ve experienced everything from annual exams to several emergencies, to end of life situations. They have always taken great care of us. My friend too her cat there and I was with. The vet was wonderful, very thorough and informative, friendly and helped walk my friend through the different treatment options and potential steps. We were running a bit late because the cat had hidden well and fights getting in the carrier very well. The clinic was understanding and accommodated her. Dr. Frautchy and Dr. Hendrix are excellent veterinarians and provide wonderful service. I have an elderly cat with many health issues. My cat was having problems, so I called and made an appointment for the next day. However, Dr. Hendrix made time to see my cat the same day I called (in between surgeries she was performing). Dr. Hendrix called me to explain her diagnosis and even checked on my cat after she went home. I have had similar positive experiences with Dr. Frautschy! The clinic has managed to keep my cat with cancer alive for two years longer than expected. I appreciate the high level of care and service the clinic provides.

I feel like the pricing is fair based on the type of interaction from the vet. Other places will charge less but the quality of care I would always find lacking. Not only do I love going to Brentwood Vet, but my dog loves it too. How many people can say that their dog loves going to the vet?! Dr. Wall is the best. He gets on the floor and loves my dog like he's his own, and he gives us as much time as we need to get all our questions answered. He never rushes us. Dr. Hendrix was fantastic. Our sweet, beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is ten years old, and has never been sick a day in her life. Last week she seemed to pick at her food, and her breath smelled different. This week she began vomiting. Dr. Hendrix examined her, ran tests, diagnosed her, and treated her. When we arrived home Sunny was wagging her tail. She ate a small amount of the special diet and so far so good. Dr. Hendrix was just as kind to us humans as to Sunny. She talked us through all the possibilities. She was kind. We left knowing she is there for us. We were also so very grateful to the clinic staff and management. We have had our first covid vaccine, but we are in our 70s and worried about protocols. No problem. When we arrived, we called, and the staff came to the car and took Sunny in. BVC is a great Veterinary clinic with caring doctors and staff. We go there for both routine visits for our dog Riley who does therapy work (and Dr. Wall is very understanding of all the extra paperwork we have to do), and even the occasional and unfortunate incidents/sickness. A few months ago my dog was a patient at Banfield on their Puppy plan. They told me he needed a baby tooth extracted so I walked into this vet to ask for a second opinion. Everyone was so nice and considerate and after telling the vet how old my dog was she said give it time. Due to the customer service, I told them I'd be back when my Banfield plan expired. Since, the tooth has naturally fallen out and yesterday was my first visit to this vet. Again, customer service exceeded expectations from the desk staff to Dr. Wall. Dr. Wall explained in detail what my dog needed and took care of everything so that hopefully we won't have to go back for another year. Fantastic experience!

This was my first time coming to this pet clinic. I came from banfield pet hospital. Had my dog checked out the for about 3 years. There so called insurance for pet smart was too much for my college life budget and and taking 33$ monthly. Their service was bad. Dr.G (forgot how to spell it) was very sweet and patient with canelo! She was very helpful. The service was very fast and right to the point! I loved it! The staff was awesome and very generous to give me a bag since I had medication and papers on my hand, while I had the leash and they gave me a cute plastic bag. Also the pricing was very understandable and pretty cheap compared to other vets I have gone such as; value pet in Nolensville pike and banfield pet hospital in Thompson lane. Thank you guys for your great service!

Dr Allan Holladay has been our vet for 28 years. We are sad to see him retire but at the same time so very happy for him. He deserves it after serving in love the Brentwood community with their most prized possessions, their pets. Brentwood Veterinary Clinic (BVC) has provide care and boarding for my dogs for over ten years. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. Each and every one of the doctors provide the best care; my pets have seen most, of not all, of the BVC vets over the years. Owners/Pet parents are treated with respect, informed about them health of the pet, and given alternatives where appropriate. At the heart of it all is the welfare of your pets. They are always welcomed by friendly staff and made feel at home, as much as they can at the vet’s office. I’d recommend BVC to anyone looking for a partner in the care of their pets.
