The Drs & staff at Rose-Rich vet clinic are always very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, professional & caring. I wouldn’t take my Sampson anywhere else. They have the coolest clinic decor too, it’s clean & always stocked with foods & meds, if needed. Their prices are reasonable as well. Keep up the good work !!

I took my pup, Micky, for his neutering and was very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. Any anxiety I had about the procedure quickly diminished. His vet Emily Tran did an incredible job on the surgery. The incision was very clean and the wound healed very quickly with no issues what so ever. Emily took the time to brief me on what was involved before the procedure and then kept me informed on how the surgery went and explained on what to expect post-surgery. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff. They patiently explained to me how to care for Micky and how to administer his medication for the coming two weeks or so... Overall, an excellent job. Well done and I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I’ve been coming here 10+ years. They always have great service. They are always so nice and caring. They are a little more pricey, but they also have high quality standards. My only reason for giving 4 starts vs 5 stars is because in the last couple of years they’ve lost and added multiple new vets. I miss the consistency I use to have with the older vets there. They always seemed to know about my dog and it felt more family like. I realize they are growing, but I do miss the family feel it had a few years back before some of the founder vets stopped seeing as many animals.

Rose-Rich has been our vet since we moved to this area from Florida back in 2014. We had two dogs at the time. Our dearly departed Mr. Dino (miniature Datchund), he past three year ago this coming June and our Ms. Pebbles our 18 years old Maltese. We trusted all their medical needs to all the Drs and techniciansAt Rose-Rich. They are truly caring, when we had to put Mr. Dino down, they made the experience truly personal and caring. They still care for our Pebbles. I would give Rose-Rich 10 stars for their professional and caring attitude!!

I love this place! I live in Dallas now and will absolutely make the drive down if one of my two cats is needing services. They are so much more reasonably priced than pretty much every other vet I’ve been to, along with being so kind and taking amazing care of my babies. My oldest pup is turning 7 this year and we have been going there ever since. We have had a few changes in provider but everyone has been wonderful from the staff up from to the assistances and providers in the back ❤️ We now live 2 hours away and still travel down just to get the BEST care given we have to new family members. I read a "5 star" review that indicated they paid $70 for neutering, I called to confirm pricing as I decided to no longer Stafford Vet clinic as they sold out to a national vet after using them for over 25 years. I was going to transfer all my dogs (7 mo old puppy) records. When I soke with their clinic, they want $270 PLUS a $49 consultation fee.

Dr Tran is the best as well as everyone else. They all deeply care for the well-being of your pets. Dr. Tran called me after a visit with my cat because I needed to make some difficult decisions about my loving pet. She asked me if I needed further information. She was patient and sensitive to my case. I live close to The Galleria and drive all the way to Richmond, TX because they are worthwhile. Highly recommended!

Taking my two year old boxer to the vet is never an experience I look forward to due to the terrible must uncomfortable experience we had at Rosenberg Vet. However today I took her to Rose-Rich Vet Clinic for the first time and it was the best vet experience we've ever had. Starting with the friendly girls in the lobby who were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Then the vet and vet tech were outstanding! They had the experience to calm my hyper boxer down to give her her shots and her check up! They never once made me feel uncomfortable for how scared my dog was of getting shots! I highly recommend them and will never take any of my dogs anywhere else! Thank you for truly taking care of my dog and for making both of us feel so comfortable from start to finish!

This is by far the most caring vets I’ve ever known. Kiki was barely a yr old when she needed surgery. We didn’t know what was wrong. We were at sugarland emergency vet when they told us she had swallowed something that was blocking her intestines. She needed emergency surgery. They quoted us over 12,000$. My heart sank. I looked at my son holding Kiki. I was devastated but Then a nurse slipped a piece of paper to me which had the number for rose rich vet. I called them. It was thanksgiving weekend! Yes. You read right. The surgeon was already driving home to have thanksgiving supper when they called me bk and said he was turning around to meet me there!!! We sped down the freeway and this doctor saved her life! And very reasonably priced as well including keeping her over night and sending us the antibiotics she would need. Kiki is going to be 8 yrs old this yr. This place is a blessing. All those who work here absolutely love love all the animals! Charlotte Groves

My family has been coming to Rose-Rich since Dr. Robinson owned it. Over the years I have had great experiences with many of the more seasoned vets, however in the last few years I have been given appointments with the newer vets who aren't as seasoned, or gentle with helping senior pets. Especially like the experience with my most recent visit in January. While I understand every newly graduated vet has to start somewhere, my hope is that it wouldn't be with a senior pet who was experiencing some recent issues like my 13 y/o girl Blue. I also understand a newer vet having to go through a list of checks and balances to make sure everything else is ruled out, but when I don't necessarily have 5K to readily spend on a nasal scope or want to run a clotting factor lab when I know she isn't having an issue with clotting I begin to have an issue. She didn't even check her temp or visually check her teeth from closer than 3 feet with me lifting my dogs lips. I would have appreciated a more seasoned vet who may have had some experience dealing with similar issues that might have been able to rationalize and rule out several steps based on the symptoms and information I was sharing. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to seek out another facility based on a recommendation I received from a friend who also left Rose-Rich for other various reasons a few years ago. In the future, I will also request a more seasoned vet for my other pet until I can switch her over to the new vet I found. The 3 stars is because at one point this clinic and the vets I was seeing were amazing, but the last 2 years just haven't been the same. It was surreal to see just how much my senior girl took to her new vet and his staff this morning. While I am sad to have to switch her from Rose-Rich it seems she was happy with the process.

I have been taking my dogs to Rose Rich since the 70s and have had nothing but the most professional care and concern for my fur babies! I’ve had two dogs that had very serious injuries, one which the emergency clinic in the middle of the night wanted to amputate the leg and the RR Vets saved that leg and the dog was loping like a gazelle a year later. You can tell that they love animals and know that they will do everything they can for them.

They are so amazing and very very caring! A couple of my babies come here and I recently had to put a baby dwn. The veterinarian was very informative bout my baby and help me make the best decision for her. I cried the whole time and she was very caring towards me. Our favorite go to vet in the Richmond area. They are very knowledgeable and never had any issues with their service. All of the staff and doctors have always been nice and helpful. They are also open to walk-ins on Saturday morning which had been very helpful several times. Warning: A lot of people find this service helpful too, so it can be slow. Get there early for quicker service. If your looking for a new vet you should definitely consider this one.

I’ve taken my fur-babies here for years. Every time I take them in, I have a great experience. Everyone there is always so helpful, friendly, upbeat and great with both my dog and cat. Recently, I called at 3pm to see if they could see my dog ASAP because he had a gash on his neck - after texting them a picture of it, they told me to bring him in and they would look at him. They happily answered all my questions and treated him so well! I highly recommend RoseRich Vet to anyone and everyone!

Hands down the best vet we've been to. Our poor pup had a lot of intestinal issues and they were quick to help. Everything was done with integrity and sanitation. They gave us extra wet food for him for half the price the other vet charged us. We were able to take him home the same day with confidence and didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for him to be seen!! Definitely recommend!! Great people!!

I have found this office very friendly, an improvement from last year. I love the doctors and technicians. They have been especially accommodating and I greatly appreciate them. I feel the $44 exam fee is a little high but I like the ability to pay my bill in the examination room where my pet is comfortable. Don’t hesitate to bring your fur babies here!

This place is beautiful! And I'm not just talking about the exterior & interior - the staff here are beautiful! They are so kind and accommodating. After a series of unpleasant experiences at another Richmond vet, I knew I'd need to find a new place for my German Shepherd puppy (he's 7 months & 84 lbs!). I took him in for symptoms of an ear infection. Stephanie was great! She was very thorough explaining to me the symptoms, causes, treatments etc. She treated my puppy like he was one of the family. The doctor was equally as wonderful! At one point, I had to show her some rashes under my puppy's front legs, and we ended up all sitting on the floor together to make him comfortable. Plus, he was really unsure about her, but she took her time coaxing him to warm up to her - a few treats helped too :) They gave me treatments for his allergies, ear infection, plus some updated recommendations about flea/heartworm prevention. Stephanie and the doctor took their time going over things with me, which I appreciate..NOT once did I feel rushed or unsure of what to expect when I left. I'm happy to say I've found a new place to take my dog!! Thank you Rose-Rich :)

My dog had a severe skin infection and I called right when they opened in the morning and asked if it was possible to come in without an appointment since it was an urgent matter. We have used the Rose-Rich Vet Clinic for several years now and have found all the doctors very experienced and very consumer and pet friendly. Our older dog had to be "put down" as it was time and the doctor and staff could not have been more understanding and loving. One of our dogs had a severe medical condition and the care she received was exceptional. Our three dogs love going there and don't show any fear or other negative reactions. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Couldn't be happier with our experiences there but more, the comfort and relaxation our dogs show while being examined by the doctors and with the staff. Awesome place for my sweet puppy Gigi...Our 1st visit, she's about 2 years old (14) and she was treated with such sweet and loving care. The doctor was very gentle. I have relied on Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic for many years. They have been there through the complications of diabetes with one dog, supported me as my beloved best friend advanced in age and was ultimately diagnosed with a bladder tumor, and then they welcomed my two new pups and their exuberance (and mischief)! From routine exams to cutting edge therapies... it's all right there and delivered with love for the pets and the humans, too. Oh, and the cats are well cared for, also!

My fur baby Isabella passed away this morning and I was looking for a vet's office that performs cremation. I called and spoke to Tina who explained the process and everyone was friendly when I took my baby there. Everyone expressed sympathy and assured me they would take good care of her. We have been using Rose-Rich for over 5 years and 6 pets later ! The staff treats all of the animals, just like their own. We have used most of the Vets and they have been very through and honest with our sick and healthy pets. The Doctors have even more cost-efficient treatments for our Lab with heart worms. Two years ago, our Golden was very sick and we had tried every option (financially possible) to keep her comfortable and pain free. After many months of no success, it was her time to go to Doggie Heaven. Our family brought her in, and her last hours of life were calm and peaceful. The Vet was on the floor with her, talking quietly and rubbing her belly one last time. It was so loving and beautiful .

I just took my fur baby in for her annual exam. I was very impressed with the new Covid-19 protocol they have in place to protect your pet, you and the staff! My fur baby got to visit with Dr. Williams and she was great with my pet. Although you're not allowed inside right now, Dr. Williams called as soon as she was done with the visit, explained everything and took the time to answer any questions I had. The whole staff is great and everyone goes out their way to make sure your pet gets the best care possible!

We've taken our cats here multiple times, and have always received extremely great service! They have the most pet friendly procedures (this was the first time we got a cat neutered who didn't come back acting "strange".) They even offer cat x rays and dental cleaning. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The building's decor and atmosphere are very warm and welcoming, with murals of birds and the sky on the ceiling. The building is also kept very clean and sanitary. Rose-Rich is our first choice for pet care.

I have a senior mix dog and 2 adult great danes so I need extra care at vet visits. Rose Rich vet is the third vet in the Richmond TX area we tried and we love them so much that's who we stayed with. Dr Sackman is our preferred vet there. We like to stay with the same vet as much as possible since she knows my dogs well now. They have many nice other vets we have interacted with in emergency situations as well. I would highly recommended this vet clinic. Prices are medium high but you get what you pay for. We've been to 2 other cheaper vets in the area that don't even compare to the quality care we get from Rose Rich. Update 8-17-20 Our senior mix dog passed last year and Rose Rich helped us through. They were outstanding! Our 2 great danes are seniors now, with developing health issues, and again, everyone at Rose Rich clinic has been a huge help. They take time to explain things, explore options, and discuss treatments. They listen well to my questions and concerns.

The aesthetic of this vet clinic is elegant. Walking in felt like I was in a palace. They have a beautiful fountain indoors, a clean, beautiful bathroom, and the place is very spacey. I went for an exam for my kitten by scheduling an appointment on the same day of calling. The vets were very caring towards my kitten although she's easily afraid. they opened a cabinet for her to be in while they told us about what they will be doing. they gave her shots, and they kept my kitten very calm throughout the process. The procedure took about 30 minutes total (they did a fecal exam, and it took 10 minutes for results) the total cost for my kitten was $52. I am taking my kitten for her second pair of shots in another 2 weeks.

I have used Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic for over 25 years. The service provided by the doctors and staff is excellent to say the least! The staff is always very friendly and polite both on the telephone and in person. The doctors are all wonderful and very caring. My favorite is Dr. Robinson. He has taken care of my Daisy since she was 5 weeks old. She recently tore her ACL and Dr. Robinson was so gentle with her while examining her. We discussed the different treatment options and I never felt pressured. Dr. Robinson has always treated Daisy as if she belonged to him. Whenever Dr. Robinson has been out of the office and I needed to see another vet, all the experiences were positive. I will only use Rose-Rich Veterinary Clinic for my pets!

Rose Rich is an excellent full service veterinary clinic. My doge run in eagerly as soon as we arrive there. The care they get at Rose-Rich is as good or better than they would get anywhere else. All members of the staff are courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. On several occasions, they have called when my dogs were boarded there to inform me that they have observed problems my dogs were having. On at least one occasion, there attentiveness saved my dog's life. Their boarding, grooming and health care are superior to any other place I know of. I would not consider any other facility for my dogs.

I love this place. I have taken my granddaughter's long haired chihuahua since she was 5 weeks old. She almost died once, but with the tender loving care, medication, and support, she pulled through 100%. She will now be 5 years old and very healthy. Recently I took a brand new puppy in about 2 weeks ago, because she got sick, she ended up with Parvovirus. All she did was lay and not move, not eating, but with the help, medication, love and care, my puppy survived. Now she is so happy and jumping around and eating and drinking water. They are budget conscious and friendly, but most important is their understanding that a pet is a family member. When it was time to put our Emmitt to sleep they were so amazing, I don’t think I could have made it through that day without them. From allowing us as much time as needed to say goodbye, to giving us privacy, to giving him a bowl of food so he went in peace and comfort. They even allowed him to be cremated with his favorite toy. And about 7-10 days afterward they sent a sweet card expressing their condolences and they surprised us with a paw print and snout print. Dr. Robinson has treated my dogs for a number of years. Practical as well as an excellent diagnostician, I have great faith in his abilities as a veterinarian. Golden Retrievers, Miniature Pinschers, Shelties, and now my toy poodle have been the recipients of his expertise. Most recently, he diagnosed a difficult case with the poodle. He did this without an expensive time consuming range of tests and xrays. In the picture, you can see what Dallas does when he sees his carrier. I don't know what Lauren is doing to him, but I think Dallas would drive himself to Rose-Rich if he could. The only concern I have about taking Dallas to Lauren is that I'm afraid he's not going to want to come home from all the pampering he gets at Rose-Rich. I'm really glad that I found Lauren and Rose-Rich, and Dallas is obviously also tickled pink.

Attention to detail. The Veterinarians and Staff are so thoughtful and kind. They listen to your issues with your loved ones (Puppies in our case). They don’t over sell anything which is great because our last Vet clinic in a different state try to sell everything to us and put a scare in us if we didn’t get the things they recommended to us. The Clinic at RoseRich doesn’t do that. They offer medication and they even let you know if there is a cheaper medication so it’s not hard in the pocket. All I have to say is Thank you for the respect you have alway given to me and my puppies.
