We love Dr. Walker and all the staff at Foster. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and sweet to our dog. He has had two surgeries already (he keeps us on our toes!) and we have had the BEST service. They check in on him and are very attentive. They take their time with us during an appointment, listen, and provide feedback. I love them!

The facility is beautiful- not what I expected from a Vey hospital! It seemed more like a spa vibe! I loved that I was able to go in with my dog!! And the rooms had futon couches with blankets and pillows to make her comfortable! The staff was super friendly, And the wait-time was short! Dr. Dunn was amazing! She was empathetic and communicated her treatment plan thoroughly and answered all my questions professionally. Even the visit itself was affordable!!! Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! Everyone from the front desk to the vet and technicians were friendly and welcoming, as well as, patient. My dog gets nervous around new people and the vet (Dr. Faw) and the techs were so patient and understanding. They also made me feel very comfortable and did a good job explaining things to me. I do not live in the area but I travel those 30 miles just to get my current dog (Sebastian) seen by the staff. I like how they share detailed information about the issues Sebastian is experiencing. We have been going to foster creek for 5 years and the quality of service is still amazing. The rooms are always clean and they try to get you seen quickly, the doctors also always take the time to listen to any concerns. I do wish it was easier to get a sick visit, but they always try to fit us in if they are able to.

Dr. Dunn and staff saved my Basset Hound, Riggs’, life. I had already taken him to 2 different clinics where I spent a lot of money and didn’t get many answers. Dr. Dunn was so thorough when examining Riggs and she was able to diagnose him. He was hospitalized for 5 days at y’all’s facility and I would visit him every day. The staff was always so friendly, and it showed that they genuinely care for their pet patients, I didn’t have to worry if anyone was loving on my boy while he was there. Dr. Dunn and staff also, did not demand payment up front before each test or procedure. The final bill was costly, as I expected, but they were able to accomplish so much…so I was not worried about the price. They gave me time to transfer funds to pay the bill. They never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. Foster Creek will forever have our business, and I will forever refer them to anyone who asks! Thank you Dr. Dunn and everyone at Foster Creek!

I can't recommend this place enough! My family and I have used Foster Creek since they opened up their little, now huge, location. We sadly recently moved an hour away, but that won't stop us using them for yearly checkups. They care so much about your fur babies. They have saved me with pet prescriptions & pet scares countless times. Their pricing is also reasonable. 10/10 veterinary care!

Nothing but praise and appreciation for this hospital. I’ve been a client since Dr. Moore opened in 2010. Even though he has now retired, the new doctors embody his spirit of honesty, transparency, professional, and poise. I moved away and recently came back a few weeks ago for an emergency becuase my new veterinarian was closed for the holidays. Dr. Masse attended to us and I cannot articulate, in words, my sincere appreciation for all he has done. Great facility with great doctors! Highly recommend!

I really like the staff and the facility. Very nice folks and they really care. I think the one improvement might be a facility with less open space as I have a mid sized young dog and he goes crazy when he gets there. I know it's mostly his high strung breed (GSP) but it's a chore to keep him still.

We absolutely love Foster Creek Veterinary! We've been taking our little boy Miko there since we first got him a year ago. To say we completely trust Dr. Faw and the staff with our pet and his health is a massive understatement. We were referred to FCVH by long time, trusted friends and I can say that we've found our forever Vet! Highly, Highly recommended. The waiting rooms are spacious and comfortable but don't get used to them as you're very quickly given a private room to see the Vet techs and Doc which is just wonderful. Especially if you have a pet that finds the trip and new scenery a little scary. It's nice to have a private exam room that you can enter fairly expeditiously upon arrival. We feel extremely confident recommending anyone FCVH. Thank you, Dr. Faw and staff!

Took my senior (almost 13 year old) cat in today expecting the worst, but Dr. Dunn was very reassuring and found the issue I couldn’t- fleas! very quickly and offered different treatment routes because she also had a skin infection and an allergic reaction due to them. My normally ornery cat let her check her out and give her vaccines and other shots to treat the issues. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a vet.

Our family recently moved to the Fort Bend area, and we have two vizslas. Over the last five months, we have taken both dogs into Foster Creek for their vaccinations. But, we had not had much experience with Foster Creek until recently. One of our vizslas had a bump on her front paw, and within a week, her entire paw began to swell up. I called, and they were able to get our dog in on the same day to see Dr. Faw. She took a small biopsy of the wound to examine it under a microscope. Dr. Faw could detect cancerous cells and recommended surgery to remove the tumor. She was very kind and took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. Dr. Faw said that Dr. Marek could get our dog in the soonest for surgery two days later. Dr. Marek then came in and explained the procedure, and she also took the time to answer all of our questions. I was nervous about trusting them with our dog because of our lack of experience with this vet. Everything went well with the surgery. We had to bring our dog back for several bandage changes, but the staff, Dr. Faw and Dr. Marek, were terrific, and our dog is healing well. They have earned our trust, and we will be using Foster Creek for both of our dogs in the future.

Everyone there from the front desk to vet assistants to the vets themselves are wonderful! They’re all very friendly & do things right. Extra steps, if needed, are always taken to ensure the well-being of Rodi! Even if it means taking a little more of their time. My fur baby Rodi & I love Dr. Powers! But overall, every time we leave here, I feel assured Rodi will live for many years bc any & every thing that needed attention is caught! It’s not the cheapest, but it’s worth every penny if you truly love your pet. Thank you to all, & especially to our wonderful Dr.Powers, who we love very much :)

We love Foster Creek Veterinary Hospital! They always take care of us quickly and easily. Our little dog who has seizures was acting very unusual when we got home from work earlier this week and we were able to immediately get in to see the vet. Fortunately he was fine, they were able to give him a shot and he came home feeling better than ever. We have always been able to get appointments within a timely manner. The building is very clean and the staff are always friendly and professional. We are blessed to have such a wonderful veterinary facility close to where we live. I was greeted by a wonderful and enthusiastic group of young women. They were very quick checking myself and my pet in. One young lady even came outside to see if I needed any help getting my dog out of the car. Dr. Clark and his technician worked extremely well with my German Shorthair and diagnosed Baileys issue right away. Everyone was very pleasant and kind. Overall my first impression of the Veterinary clinic was a 10+ out of 10. I will go back and I will tell all of my friends with pets to go see Dr. Clark and his staff.

The staff were very nice! We had a family emergency, and our puppy needed her vaccinations in order to go to boarding. Even though it was last minute (the day of), they were nice enough to squeeze our puppy in that day. Even though it was an hour drive from our home, I feel as though it’s worth it for the quality of service and care for our fur baby.

I really miss the days back in the old white building. The staff is still polite and kind - and the vets are probably good - I didn’t actually meet the doctor on our last visit. All my interaction was with a tech. It’s a much bigger practice now and they are busy - so it takes longer to get an appt, longer to be seen, and longer to get a call back. Still a good vet practice, but for me it wasn’t the same experience as it was a couple years ago when Foster Creek was a smaller practice with a small town feel.

We have had all four of our dogs cared for by the great folks there, and we have had nothing but absolutely stellar experiences with everyone. We know Dr. Moore the best, and so we interact with him most often, but every other veterinarian and staff member we have dealt with has also been absolutely top-notch. My dog was really sick when I took him to Foster Creek. The previous Vet was not able to do much and he referred us to a big pet hospital. We didn't have the budget for a big hospital so we searched for a smaller hospital and we found Foster Creek in Richmond. When we first met Dr. Megan Dunn, we noticed she was very patient and was willing to listen to our situation/explanation. She took the time to explain to us what her opinion and observation were on our dog's condition. She was very thorough. We came back to Dr. Dunn three times in three days because she cared so much about our dog. She wanted to see how our dog was improving. She didn't charge us extra. We were so thankful for Dr. Dunn. She is such a great veterinarian with a super sweet personality! We will definitely recommend her to our friends and family.

We moved our four-legged kids over to Foster Creek Veterinary Hospital care two years ago. I liked the convenience of them being only 1/2 mile from our house, but it's way more than that. Every single time we've brought "the kids" in for shots, nail clips or any other reason, they have been professional. You can tell the difference in a forced smile and a caring smile, and these folks are definitely the latter. They have always been attentive, engaging and explain things in a way we can understand. We appreciate it, but more importantly, our three dogs and two cats appreciate it more... they told me so in how they approach the building each time!

We have always had a positive experience at FCV. We transferred from a different vet prior to coming here and I’m so glad we did. The main difference is we were always uptight when we were at our other vet. Our dog hated going there. I never noticed it before until we transferred to FCV. Even our elderly dog is more peaceful with her checkups. . Dr. Fah (I don’t know if I’m spelling it correctly) always takes time to listen and helps resolve issues she is having. Her assistant was very sweet too. They are a very busy place and for good reason. They are very kind and caring too. The front desk could use a little help though. They were very polite but we’re having a hard time keeping up. Besides the long line checking out there were 5 people waiting to see their perspective vet. Maybe someone was on break I’m not sure.

We love Foster Creek Vet!! They always greet me by name, compliment my babies, and are always accommodating to my requests. (I am the crazy dog lady who does not like taking my dog to the back and, instead, request they do all the poking and prodding in the room so I can be there to comfort my babies, as it’s a nervous time for them (and me 😂) and this helps with everyone’s nerves. 🙃). We have used both Dr. Dunn and Dr. Clarke and are so happy with the care they provide! You can tell they truly care about their patients and equally that they just love their job in general. I couldn’t imagine the stress of their job, so it’s equally appreciated that they show up with smiles and passion even still. As far as the staff and vet techs, they are equally amazing. The front desk is very efficient and extremely nice! Also, let’s just talk about the facility! Can you say impeccably beautiful and clean?! My favorite room is the one with the futon! While I believe it is the room that facilitates last goodbyes, my dogs feel at home when they hop up there and it makes for a pleasant visit! If I could give more stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 This place is amazing and I would recommend to anyone!!

Our regular vet was not open and our dog Luna, was really ill. We called and the staff were wonderful, especially the vet tech (I don't remember his name). Dr Marek took the time to explain all the issues and they did surgery on the same day. The next day they had to go back and do another surgery, we were kept updated the whole weekend and when we picked Luna up on the 4th day she was in great condition. So thankful that we have a wonderful caring vet clinic close to home, with great availability. I will be taking all my animals to them from now on.

Nice nearly new facility, friendly staff, great technicians, fantastic veterinarians, reasonable costs. Treated my mixed breed terrier so sweetly, solved his itchy skin, helped me with his diet. Have never had to wait long to see the tech or vet and can usually get appointments in a day or two, sometimes even the same day. Special kudos to Dr. Marick and Dr. Powers for their kind and knowledgeable treatment of my pup. Highly recommended.

I needed a vet that was more reasonable than my previous one. I really liked Dr Massey, the fee for the visit was the price of what my previous vet charges for a technician visit. They allowed me to pick what meds I wanted for my dog from a list of options, and allowed me to fill it anywhere I wanted. I chose chewy as they had the best price for what I needed and they even mentioned to me that there's usually a rebate for that medicine and to look for it on the manufacturers website. Over all I was happy with the quality of care and how quickly I was able to be seen. I feel like they listen to you and what you need and do their best to serve you as well as they can.

Foster Creek is the best! The veterinarians are intelligent and always willing to explain everything in detail. I usually see Dr. Clark and highly recommend. In January I needed an emergency appointment for one of my dogs that was vomiting excessively. It turns out he was pretty sick and Dr. Moore went above and beyond to help my dog. He met me at the hospital after hours and gave me his cell number in case I had questions. He also personally called me just to check on my dog. Fantastic care all around.

I was able to get in on a Friday evening at 6:30 pm. I cannot tell you how much peace of mind I had knowing my dog could be seen before the weekend. The vets and techs are friendly and personable, and you can sense the love they have for animals. Their office hours are very accommodating. In the 45 years I’ve had pets, Foster Creek is the best Vet Hospital I’ve experienced!

First of all Foster Creek has an amazing team of people and concern for the animals that go there. I found a kitten that had been hit Friday morning around 6:45 AM and went to three different vets to get help!! I was told at the first two that the doctor would not be in until noon. The second vet told me that a doctor would be in soon. I went and set in my car with the injured the Kitten. After about 20 minutes I called into the office to see if the doctor was in and was told they would not be in until noon. Foster Creek is my normal vet that I take my other 3 cats too!! I Did not know if they had emergency hours. So I went there and they help me immediately! You guys are awesome 😻

I am exceedingly pleased with Dr. Powers and the care that she provided. She went above and beyond for our Molly! The front office staff needs some training in my opinion. I have had several issues with them. Didn’t provide me with all of Mollys things after her operation, said they would go get her and walk her out after her operation which wasn’t possible as she had extensive surgery. They have her listed as a male in their system!?? When I called for post op follow up appointment they didn’t have the details of her surgery and just wanted to schedule us for a routine exam.!??

How can you describe a place that is amazing and affordable and nice and quick and effective and efficient and caring all in one word? Heaven. This place is just absolutely amazing. Anything I need they are ready to answer. Doctors if busy call back quickly and just give you peace of mind. My pets have anxiety issues but Foster Creek always deals with them in great way. The least fav experience here was when my dog was neutered. I went to pick him up and he had tape stuck on his underbelly/leg. The attendant lady just ripped it off of him and he let out a loud painful yelp. Which was horrible. Besides that incident this is the best place.

I really like the staff and Vets @ Foster Creek Veterinary hospital. However I will mention that I was switched to a different Vet after going to the one I liked for a couple of years. The vet that came in to the exam room was young and new on staff.. The 1st time, I just thought maybe my vet was not there that day. The 2nd time, my dog saw that same new vet and I realized I'd been switched. I wasn't very happy about that. Although I will say she was very professional and knowledgeable, but I think clients should be given notice of an impending change of my Vet. For me, it took a long time to find my perfect vet!! I wised up, and now I request my Vet by name when I make an appointment. My last visit a week ago, the tech said my dog needed to be weighed, and she needed to take her to the scale in the back. I told her she was weighed in the waiting room, and I told her the weight. She said we don't have it (!) It was taking longer than I thought it should. I opened the door, and said "how long does it take to weigh a dog?" The tech and another tech looked up, they had my dog and were starting to do some things to her. they asked if I'd rather the fecal be done in the exam room, and of course I said yes. My pets have always had everything done in the exam room. I am a nurse and prefer to see what's happening to my "babies". It used to be the norm. At any rate, I still love this place,❤ and the people are great ❤. I just wanted to share my experience, in case clients want a heads up!

Since first establishing this practice, Dr. Moore has become very dear to me. He is so kind, so compassionate and eased me through losing my cat, Thaiya who was the love of my life. Since that time, Foster Creek has helped me with a difficult rescue kitty and is helping me with a spay/neuter program due to four stray sisters moving into our yard. Dr. Marek is the “surgeon-in-charge” of this effort. Everyone, from the front desk, the vet techs and the vets are first rate, kind people. This clinic exudes an atmosphere of animal friends. And Julie is truly the Cat Whisperer. My deepest felt thank you to everyone at Foster Creek. Sadly, I must change my review. Recently the entire front staff has left the practice. Dr. Moore is no longer seeing patients. The new staff is very much in training. Prices are increasing and I don’t seem to be getting the same help with my continuing spay/neuter program because they are telling me these are no longer considered feral, but backyard pets (the term used today). Yes, the four adult cats have names, they are fed twice a day (including the kittens), but they do not show any willingness to be pets. They do not stray. I am facing a real dilemma as my loyalty is waivering. Very distressing.

My Maltese was taken great care of, with no waiting even though there was always approx three pets and owners waiting at the same time. Plenty of space for staying apart from each other. Our first visit with Dr. Moore he came to our house because he needed to reschedule the appointment. Well now that a corporation has taken over the little perks of free nail trims are gone, it's not that big of a deal but it just shows that Foster Creek will no longer be them same.

I would like to recognize and thank the assistant who helped the veterinarian the day of Fritz's checkup. Fritz is a young/male Jack Russell Terrier. Although they are not overly aggressive they are extremely territorial. It does not matter the animal or its size. The Jack's territory is wherever he is. I had checked in while Fritz stayed in the truck and she immediately said she would call me when his room came available. I brought Fritz in and made him sit on the scale and the assistant ushered us immediately to the exam room. She also allowed me to check out in the exam room. I'm just not impressed with this clinic. Our first time there, we waited over 45 minutes for a vet to see our dog for an after-adoption routine visit that had been scheduled for several days. The vet was nice but extremely scattered. It was not a good first impression. The clinic is beautiful, but they were not following social distancing protocols at all either, despite what's stated on their website. The three receptionists at the desk were sitting next to each other with no masks at all. I called this past Saturday (8/15) at 9:00 am because my dog appears to have an ear infection or something in his ear. They couldn't get us in then but booked us for 10:40 am Monday (8/17). My husband arrived with our dog and there were at least 10 other animals/families waiting to be seen. There was no available seating, no social distancing unless you waited outside in the heat or ran your car for as long as it took to be seen, and no concern about the wait from the office staff at all. My husband got the "Mondays are our worst days" excuse. This was appalling to him and to me. By the looks of the number of people/animals waiting and based on our previous experience with at least a 45 minute wait when there were only a few other families/pets being seen, the wait would be at least two hours or more. No animal or human should be made to wait that long. Here's our suggestion - don't book the appointment if you cannot see the client in a timely manner. Making people wait long periods of time because the vets are being overbooked is not okay and not good business for anyone involved. We will not return to this clinic.

I adopted a dog from Rosenberg Animal Control that had been staying at Foster Creek because of parvovirus. The facility was amazing looking and the staff was very sweet and efficient. I already have a vet close to home but if I lived closer, I would definitely take our pets here. The dog I got was healthy and very well adjusted even after being caged at the hospital, so I believe the staff treated her very well. Kudos for taking care of helpless, homeless animals.

What a GREAT place and people! Until recently, we had been going to another vet in Missouri City for our pets. I do not have negative feedback about the people or the service provided by the previous location. The down side was the pricing. We needed to have some teeth removed from one of our dogs and they gave us an estimate upwards if $900. In conversation, I mentioned this to my brother and he told me about his experience with having his dog's teeth removal done at Foster Creek. So, we decided to take our dog in for a check up. The moment we walked in, it felt very comfortable and inviting. The friendly staff worked us in and we were able to get the exam completed and a check up on his teeth. They determined that it was something they could do for us right away along with some other services. The cost of all services came out to about a third of the previous location with what we can tell was the same level and care of services being offered by our old location. We definitely will be recommending Foster Creek to everyone we know with a pet!

This animal hospital is amazing! Almost every ( I called 10) vet clinics in the area turned us away when we needed an emergency surgery except this clinic. Taylor was amazing and calming, assured me if my dog needed anything her doctors would act immediately. We got to the clinic right before close and Dr. Marek suggested surgery ASAP and went right in to take care of my puppy. She did not stop there, we had to amputate and had 40 ish staples. She nurtured my pup back to health (after 4 surgeries) and was AMAZING every step of the way. This clinic cares and the doctors are amazing. We have two pit mixes and one is aggressively friendly and the other is sweet but a little nervous. The nervous usually needs a muzzle to get her nails trimmed but an amazing man there trimmed her nails without her even noticing (no muzzle) and it took only a couple minutes. I needed a vet to see my cat on the same day. My usual vet was booked and so I called Foster Creek. The receptionist was friendly and quick to find me a same day appointment. They have curbside drop off and pick up. The vet came to my car within 15 minutes of them taking the cat inside. They explained what was wrong and what they could do to help her. They did not try to upsell me or book unneeded appointments. They called after the weekend to follow-up (we were initially seen on Friday afternoon). The vet was able to look at some pictures of my cat's wound and let me know how she was progressing and get us some pain meds without me having to bring in my cat again. Side note: they also squeezed my other cat in for microchipping when I went to get the pain meds so I didn't have to make an additional trip. I would definitely recommend this vet and will be using them again if we need to.

We absolutely love Foster Creek. I recognize them every chance I get! They have literally saved my dog, not once, but twice! Unfortunately she was in 2 dog attacks, several years apart. The first time, we took her to an emergency vet. They just looked her over, gave her pain meds and charged us over 400 dollars. After our dog got worse, we took her to foster creek, where they did surgery on her, gave her pain management and gave her all the follow up care she needed, for less than the vet that did nothing. So we learned our lesson! Foster Creek is our go to!

My cat ran away 4 years ago, I got a call from them that my cat had been found. The people who found her 4 years ago told me they decided to keep her even though she had a collar on when they found her. I thank God that this vet scanned her microchip. I also bring my dogs here because I literally live 30 seconds away from this vet. I brought my cat in a few weeks later and they helped me with all of my concerns and gave her more medication for her eye infection and told me what I should be doing to help her feel more at home. My three fur babies have been going there for the past two plus years for various and sundry reasons and Dr. Moore and Dr. Dunn have taken extremely good care of them. Everyone loves my Max and wants to see him! One of my other rescues, Wiggles, is probably one of the largest dogs they treat, weighing in at 160lbs. As a senior dog he is a little cranky but whenever he walks in the door at Foster Creek everyone yells "Wiggles!" and his tail just starts wagging! Dr. Dunn has been treating Wiggles for his arthritic hips. She won't give up on my big man; and we now have him on new medicine. He actually ran a little in the yard this past weekend! He hasn't done that in a while. The Foster Creek staff and docs treat you like family. I highly recommend Foster Creek. I will never take my babies to any other place. Thank you Foster Creek!!!!

The vet services are nothing to complain about but it's pretty overpriced. Our spay was ~$240 for a medium sized dog. The girl at the front desk throws your medicines at you and acts like she's too good to talk to you. We've spent more on our first year with a puppy than I've spent in 5 years owning my other animal with hospital stays. They refuse to give a heartworm/ flea perscription even through our puppy will be within the current dosage weight limit at fully grown and buying from them is double what you can order it online for.

Dr. Mark Buvinghausen is amazing!! My dog Hank, well he is a difficult case. He is allergic to life and has a lot of skin issues, but he is a little dog who loves life, so as his family, we will do everything and anything to make him feel better. I had a horrible experience at a clinic in Houston, and his old vet basically told me there was nothing more she could or would do for him. Dr. Mark Buvinghausen looked at Hank and was like don't worry I like challenges. He immediately came up with a game plan for his yeast infection, and his on going allergies. The front office staff and the support staff are all really nice as well. I look forward to making this place Hank's new clinic. Sometimes in life, you have to go through the back roads to find a solution, and this place is definitely off the beaten path, but if your dog has allergies or skin issues, Foster Creek and Dr. Mark Buvinghausen will give you hope! They truly see your pets as members of your family, and that's who you want taking care of your fur babies.

I was told by another animal clinic, after being in the small room to see the doctor for an hour and a half, that I needed to go to a place called Foster Creek to get X-rays. As I'm walking up the steps to Foster Creek, I'm wondering how in the world did I get here? I live in Rosharon... I'm not even sure where I'm at... It was pouring down rain and Knoxx was in pain. The receptionist told me the doctor was about to go into surgery, but said let me check. To my surprise, Dr Moore came in immediately! His "caring attitude", well, he was wearing it on his sleeve. We were both just a hot mess when we walked in there... I just got off a 16-hour shift, my baby was in pain and when the Dr told me straight up..." I don't know if I can save his leg", I was scared. Dr. Moore walk by the receptionist just as I was leaving, and of course I'm crying and he squeezed my shoulder and he said we're going to handle this. The receptionist looked at me and said, "you're in the best hands there are"... and though he said that we may not be able to save his leg, I have complete and utter respect for that man, and trust him, that's not an easy trait to get from me! Thank you Foster Creek, thank you to the two ladies at front who helped me...and thank you Dr.... this is my new vet, for Knoxx and Miss Lilly Belle...see y'all next Wednesday!
