We have been going to Doctor Brad for over 20 years. Last year we had to put down our 17 year old Molly and Dr. Brad was wonderful. Now he takes care of our Maggie.He is the best vet we have ever gone too. We drive 40 minutes one way because we love his care and understanding. I think he is a dog whisperer! Best vet ever!

All of the vets and vet techs at Brentwood are really good at what they do! We are cat people and all of our cats are extremely well taken care of at Brentwood in Oak Creek. Their prices are reasonable and the new hospital building is much larger with expanded, more private patient waiting areas and larger exam rooms. We are so happy they have opened the new facility.

Excellent facility and staff. I can't recall the doctor's last name...first name was something close to my own (maybe Kyrsten?) but she was very thorough. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, examine my dog closely and discuss his wellness plan going forward as far as vaccination timing, flea prevention, etc. I felt like she genuinely cared about my dog and ensuring that she got to know him and took accurate information down about him. Reception and techs were great as well.

Dr. Brad continues to make it worth a 45 minute drive for routine care for our dogs. He is thorough, direct, and provides excellent care to both of our dogs that can be a little bit of a handful when it comes to healthcare. The techs are great as well, showing genuine love for our dogs. I am so glad a coworker referred us here, when we had two other vet agencies struggle to diagnose some GI issues our first dog was having. Dr. Brad helped get our dog off unnecessary prescription food and on an appropriate diet for optimal health. We will continue to make the drive without hesitation due to the comprehensive care we have received!

Have been going to Brentwood for 14+ years, yet sometimes when I'm there, I feel as if I'm going there for the first time. I usually get the same vet, yet am talked to like we've never met. I'm also on the same breed of dog as my previous one yet I'm told what to expect with my current dog. I have to remind vet that I've had this type of dog for 18+ years. I just wish there was more of a personal connection but I get they see a lot of dogs/people. Also, wish a toenail clipping could be thrown in as a courtesy...every so often. Spent $240+ on visit and still had to pay $14 for toe nail clipping. I know this may not seem like much but after all the years and money spent, would be nice to have a little "thank you". Overall, though, I am happy with the attention my dog gets and how he is taken care of.

You know that your furbaby isn’t a number, they genuinely care for them. The additional vets that have joined the team are equally incredible. Dr. Heino saved our Guinea pig!!! Overall, it's wasn't bad. Definitely a more expensive vet. They seem to want to do more so they can charge more. The vet assistant was great. The actual vet seemed to be afraid of my cat. The vets I have gone to in the past have never had a problem. She is scared and hisses and the vet thought she would lash out. She was talking about pills for vet visits, but I think that is pretty extreme considering the other clinic I go to never had an issue. Overall, it isn't bad. Friendly, but expensive and extra charges for everything.

They were very accomodating with scheduling our dogs surgery, as we are often traveling over the winter months. The staff was great, as was Dr. Brett. After our dogs surgery he called to explain the procudure and healing process, as well as, answer any questions.

Dr. Brett has been an honest, excellent, professional advocate for Harley. He has a love for his patients and it shows. Harley was almost 20 years old, and having some medical challenges. Dr. Brett seen him when ever I called and did everything that he could to help him. We had to make a decision for Harley and Dr. Brett and his staff handled things with such professional, caring and thoughtfulness in everything that they did. They put pet first! My first experience with this office has been with our young pup, they've been wonderful! Everything from training resources to explaining behaviors, all the vaccines and tips and tricks on grooming. They've also done a wonderful job of making sure our pup is calm during visits, being sure to not overwhelm. The tech staff has also been very helpful making sure I get all the correct information to our daycare. I've been very happy so far.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always helpful. I really appreciate the extra effort used for my younger dog who doesn't like nail trims. I have boarded my dogs here quite a few times. They are taken care of well and I don't worry while I am away. The only issue is they like a couple of kennel staff too much. They go right to them gladly with their tail wagging without even looking back at me or a whimper. 🙂

My daughter recommended that we take our dog to Brentwood in December after he had aspirated pneumonia and was experiencing other health issues as well that our previous vet would not address. Dr. Brad has been a lifesaver for our family - our dog has received the highest loving attention to figure out his health issues when we were at a critical juncture of our pet's health. Dr Brad is the reason I go to Brentwood, his brother is great too! They are doing they're best to accommodate pets/owners during covid. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating is the front desk, gate keepers 1 or 2 of them don't uphold the relationship building others do especially for a family owned business. They should be more kind, professional are too transactional... explain "why" and have empathy. My only issue is when I need to purchase my cats prescription food. Jen who returned my call is great! I've been a customer for 12yrs when they saved my cat from getting very ill. I trust them!

Our dog Lulu was diagnosed with pancreatitis in Florida and they wanted to ship her to a 24 hour hospital on sat night at 1a.m. We decided to drive back to Oak Creek to Brentwood, Lulu’s vet. They were nice to accommodate us Monday evening which was comforting to know she’d be in good hands. Three days later, Lulu has progressed very well and almost back to her normal self.

My dog sees Dr. Christie who is absolutely fabulous!!! I highly recommend her!! She recommended my dog get her teeth cleaned with potential extractions. So I scheduled my dog to have her teeth cleaned. During the procedure she ended up having four teeth pulled. I was quoted a low end/high end price before the procedure. I was sure it was going to cost over the highest quote since more was done during this procedure. I was happily surprised it cost less then the highest quote. Dr. Osgood called to give me updates during and after the procedure. He throughly went over all that was done and explained follow up care. I trusted him and would highly recommend him!!

I called at 7:50AM on a Saturday morning (open at 8AM) to try and talk with someone ASAP about an issue my dog was having with his eye. They take eyes very serious (both the nice desk lady and doctor both told me that) and they were able to get me in at 9:30AM, even on such short notice. With COVID, they have new procedures on check in, handing over the animal, sharing results, and check out, but I think they are doing a great job. While the cost may not always be favorable to our check books, the value and care I know my dog received is worth it. The vet took as much time as I needed to ask questions and understand the treatment and was so friendly and empathetic to my/my dog's situation. She even said she was going to call me in two days to follow-up and see how he's doing! I am glad I found Brentwood when I moved to Oak Creek. They are truly great with the animals and I know my dog is in good hands.

The Docs and Assistances are so caring. My Cats are treated with respect and love. I do have one complaint. You charge $14.22 for clipping my cats claws . I think it is an over charge for a service that takes 20 seconds or less to perform. I'm sorry but that is my opinion. Thank you Dr. Brett is wonderful with all of our 9 cats. With COVID we were not able to go in, but they were very thorough, explained what he would potentially need for this visit, along with the cost and made sure we were okay with it before starting the physical. I felt it was finally time to update my review on this place, after having my dogs cared for here for the last 4 years. I found this place by accident, and I am extremely pleased with the care my 2 dogs have received. I used to live in the area, and adopted from a shelter, so a coupon book had the free exam, this wasn't the closest vet office to my house at the time, but it was the closest with the best credentials, so I chose it. After living in various places, and recently moving in August, I was considering changing up my vet to someplace closer to my new home, but it became blatantly clear that my pets are in the best hands right where they are with Brentwood. They've seen various doctors here, and I feel like I always leave with understanding exactly what is going on. Especially now, during the shut down and not being able to be in the room with them, it is so important to know that your pet is in the BEST hands at this vet. My very first visit, power to the building was going in and out all day, and I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes passed my scheduled time... with my newly adopted rambunctious 9 month old crazy dog (at the time). I am so happy I didn't let this steer me away! And in all honesty, I'm really happy to keep the "wait in the car until your appointment" system. As much as I do love being in the room with them during their check up, I realize it's not an option right now, but at least waiting in the car with them keeps their anxiety lower than in the waiting room. Keep up the great work!!

Staff friendly, Vet also helpful. But very limited support. When received file back on our pet they Obviously have their Own opinion of how I need to do my personal filing system. All files were pulled apart, their additional copies were left mixed within them. Dates Again were no longer in order. ( I seriously don’t understand the problem with keeping historical files in the correct order. Or at least being respectful of someone’s else’s personal papers you have asked for a copy of when meeting them the first time.) At least have the common courtesy to say yes, I am part of the office staff and have made copies of what I needed. But have disrespectfully left your files a mess, you can figure it out. And here’s your 300.00 bill. No, we won’t we back. Obviously, they don’t like the fact that we changed the name of our rescue dog who had a bad history and wouldn’t even directly respond to that name half the time. Nor, half of the things we had been told about her. I’m all about them having their kennel as a “safe place” but not for 8-10 hrs a day. And this vet supports that! No wonder the poor dog was confused about coming up with a routine bathroom and eating schedule. How Sad. They are pets. Not zoo animals. 😕

My dogs used to go to another vet years ago, and when one of them got real sick and said vet had nothing for me, I decided to give Brentwood a try and made an appointment. My Piper had and kept getting really bad ear infections and my vet said there was nothing they could do, well I wasn’t standing for that. I highly recommend this place! With our first visit we called and got an appointment the same day and it was on a Friday! I was shocked. We got there and pulled into the parking lot called. Then we received a call from the vet we discussed the current issues he said someone would come out and get our dog shortly and they did. Then the visit with our pet was quick you wait out in the car and the vet called and spoke to us again. Told us what his findings we're and then what the plan was going forward. Then they brought our dog out with the prescription food we bought. The reception called took payment and quickly brought out our invoice and we were on our way. Safe and quick process. Our last visit on 10/19/20 went really well. It was definitely the fastest. I'm sure it was because we're not allowed inside at this time. The lady vet was very nice and gentle with my girl , checked her out (she only had cut herself from the snow and was infected on her bottom), give her annual shots plus a wellness exam, plus a toe nail clip. My dog was sick and I was not satisfied with how my old vet WASN'T dealing with it, so I called Brentwood. They got us in right away and we met with Dr. Graham. My old vet would rush in and rush out and never took the time to talk with me to find out what was going on. Dr. Graham was very nice and he spent a lot of time talking to me and finding out about my dog and what was going on with her. My old vet would take my dog into the back to do her exam, but Dr. Graham and the vet tech kept her right in the exam room so I was able to see what was happening and to help keep her calm. My Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dakota was having a problem with her eye. Brentwood was able to fit her into a slot with Dr. Stephen Graham, he gave her some eye drops and scheduled a follow up appointment 10 days later. When we came back 10 days later her eye was not better. Dr. Graham recognized there was something seriously wrong with Dakota, he called UW-Vet for further testing, we got her in the same day to see their Vets. After a really long day of testing, UW preliminary diagnosed her with Blastomycosis. Dakota is on the road to recovery thanks to the quick action of Dr. Graham and the Brentwood Team! I also want to give a shout out to Dr. Christie Bartow who is Dakota's and my other dog Gunner's primary vet. She is always so gentle and loving to both of them!

What a great place. I wasn't thrilled that I couldn't take my bunny in because of Covid so I was a bit apprehensive but the last place I went even taking the rabbit in I felt a complete lack of care. This place exuded care from the first phone call thru the entire appointment even though i was in the car. The staff came out to mete us to take the rabbit in letting us know how much she loved exotics. They called to let us know what was happening while inside and what would be charged if we decided to proceed. After all was said and done the team member who took the bunny in & DR came back out to meet us and discuss the results and what we'd do next. I am so happy my friend referred me to this Vet. My bunny was very well cared for and wasn't even at all nervous or shaky when he got back to the car so I know he was well cared for inside without us. :)

I was greeted right when I walked through the door and everything was clean and well kept. My Jazzy wanted to play with every dog that walked through the door and no one seemed bothered by her loud and constant "talking". Jazzy was taken care of in a proper and trusting matter from the staff and I'm glad they take the time to make sure the animals are calm and comfortable. Everything was affordable too, an eye exam and 16 week vaccine was very reasonable:) My only negative experience was Jazzy got into a sprawl in the lobby with another dog. But the vets checked her out to make sure she wasn't harmed (she wasn't) and were very sympathetic. I know they couldn't control what happened and I'm just glad Jazzy wasn't hurt.

Very happy with Brentwood Animal hospital. I don't recall her name, but I really like the Vet my dog has been seeing. She has a genuine concern for my dog, doesn't treat you like just another patient and has very good people skills. I have had some not very good experiences at a Vet. I would say DEFINITELY do not take you animal to OAK CREEK VETERINARY HOSPITAL on Howell Ave (Oak Creek). After asking to not be seen by the last vet I saw when I was there prior, due to the vet trying to rush out of the room instead of letting me ask questions on three separate occassions. Then describing that person by their race because thats all I could remember, I was accused of being a racist. They allowed my dog to chew his expensive leash when they had him in a kennel before being seen.....because he was apparently aggressive. He barks, he has never been aggressive towards another animal or person, not even once. Then due to all of the above they REFUSED to treat him for his heart worm, which can be deadly. They gave me all his medical records and told me to seek treatment else where. I was shocked. I am a Veteran and currently in Law Enforcement, and have never been treated so poorly. So I am very appreciative of the quality of care at Brentwood.
