We are life long patients of Brentwood Animal Campus. My dog was there 15 years and now we have we our cat going there. Dr. Nadia is AMAZING! I can’t even put into words how down to earth, honest, funny, and personable she is. But I can say that for the whole staff too. When my dog passed, the whole team felt my loss. They cried with me, supported me and they were all there for me when I needed it. They are my family and always will be.

We have been using a Brentwood for many years. My little man Mack was always treated with loving care. Dr Bret was his guy. He is such a terrific person. We lost Mack awhile back and Brentwood was very sensitive when we brought him in. Now we have Paco and DR. Bret is his vet and he is treated the same as Mack was. We will never take our 4 legged family members any where else.

Any problems you may have, she listens and helps to solve them and if she doesn't have the answer, she will get one. Dr Jen and all the other Dr's/Vet's and staff make sure you are taken care of. Brentwood treats your dog like family, like it is their own pet. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Vet. Brentwood Animal Campus is #1 !!!! We have taken our 1 year old cavapoo to daycare for many months; he just loves it! He LOVES all the space to run and splash in the pond. Yesterday we took him to Brentwood for the first time for grooming, and they did such a great job with him! The groomer took the time to listen to how I wanted him groomed and made sure I knew all the services she would provide for our visit. Our little pup looks great and the price was super reasonable! We feel really good with the care Brentwood provides our boy. Highly recommend!

Doctor Brett and his staff are always top notch. Our 14+ year old Wheaten Terrier “Lucy” has always received the best care there. They never push care on you but guide us to the best course of action for our furry friend. Our senior dogs needs are always well managed and with input from all parties we know that her needs are being well met at Brentwood.

The staff is always great. We board our dogs here when we have to leave them. They love the big yard with the pond. We’ve been going here for years now and have never had an issue. It’s always nice knowing your animals are still okay when they post their daily yard pictures on Facebook. It would be cool if they added cameras in the kennels and hat you could view like some of the other businesses I’ve seen.

This is the only place I trust to take my French Bulldog, Blue and they have been absolutely amazing. My frenchie had some health flare ups starting at a young age and every Vet prior to seeing Dr. Thelen was not able to determine a medical plan to get him on track. Dr. Thelen takes the time to listen and assess all of the concerns. She truly cares and it shows in everything she does, she goes above and beyond! I can’t say enough about how AMAZING she is! After stomach issues, back issues and allergy concerns- my pup is beyond happy and healthy, all thanks to the medical direction of this vet. I have been going to Brentwood for the past 4 years and refuse to go anywhere else. I can’t thank them enough for the the care & support!

My mother has been going here for some time and she's always been pleased with the service. I was able to visit myself for the first time recently and was pleasantly surprised. The room we were in was really spacious with comfortable seating. Other vets I've visited in the past have tiny exam rooms which I've felt really cramped in. They had a special hook on the wall to attach leashes to as well. Both the doctor and the assistant were really kind and a pleasure to work with. They took their time and were very gentle with my mothers very small and anxious pup. I was happy to find some supplies up front as well, it was great to be able to pick up a pill cutter and some pill pockets right at the counter. I'd definitely recommend this place. We live out in the middle of nowhere and this is a bit further from us than one or two other vet offices but it's absolutely worth the trip.

By far one of the best dog grooming, day care, boarding, and vets. Everyone that works there is very nice and friendly. They are not very pricey. They seem to really care about each animal they have in their care. It's nice to have one place for so many different things. My dog comes home super tired from all the playing at day care. They post photos on their Facebook page. They send each dog home with a report card. I've told family members and friends about my experience here. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Very happy with Brentwood!!

Did a trial day at Brentwood for boarding scheduled in a few months, was very pleased when I arrived at the boarding facility and was greeted with two very nice ladies. The lady at the desk was super friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving the our two dogs. The other lady, whom I believe is Gail, was awesome. The two dogs went with her, no questions asked and tails wagging so I felt even better not to mention how kind Gail was towards them in their interactions. Gail came back up after a few minutes to let me know that both dogs were doing great, which was even better in making me feel good about leaving my buddies. This was my first time and our two dogs first times going to a facility such as this, we typically travel our dogs but just won't be able to this next trip. The pickup was great, both dogs were excited to see us but not overaly excited. The only weird thing that had happened on pickup is our older dog had some feces stuck to his bottom when we picked him up which seemed like it had been there for a minute. I'm sure if there was an overnight, this would have been noticed & cleaned up and we have seen him do this one other time after a vet visit so no big deal. The following day I had an appointment for my 11 mo. old Maltese to have a grooming, that lady was fantastic! She snuggled my little buddy so he wouldn't shake & when I picked him up, he was calm and totally relaxed. She did an AWESOME job, which I knew she would given her mom has a Maltese. All-in-all, I couldn't be happier with the two experiences I have had with Brentwood and may be looking to switch my two dogs to their veterinarians as well. Thank you everyone!!

We take our two dogs and two cats here regularly. The staff and doctors are always so kind and caring. Dr. Thelen has helped us with numerous issues with our oldest dog has and is always so patient with us and answers all of our questions. We know we can trust any recommendations or advice we receive. There are many veterinary clinics that are closer to us, but we prefer to drive a little further for the care we get at Brentwood Animal Campus. The team at Brentwood Animal Campus have always been friendly and courteous, but most importantly great at what they do: helping animals. Cannot recommend enough.

the staff and Dr Osgood are all very caring. Dr Osgood gives your pet his undivided attention and lays out all options for treatment. He is open to alternative treatments as well. We humans had a nice experience at Brentwood Animal Campus. We followed the signs to the vet building and parked in the designated spot until it was our turn. Only one person allowed in the room to accompany the pet, so I called my husband once inside so we could both ask [lots of] questions and hear what the vet had to say about our new kitties. I learned several things including the new trend away from grain free and was given an article with more information about why it’s not recommended. My cats would probably give it a one star experience. They hid as soon as they were let out of their carriers (typical) and after the exam they each packed themselves up into the carriers and were ready to leave 😂 One of them was napping before we left the house, but after the squeezing, rectal thermometer, and bumpy roads home, we had a pee soaked cat to clean up at the end.

We bring our girl - a German Shepherd/Shiba Inu mix - here for vet and grooming care. She's strong and energetic but she and the staff get on well and she always comes home happy, healthy and smells great, too. Definitely recommend.

My kitty and I love Brentwood Animal Campus. They are so patient and kind with the animals and their humans. In my experience, they only prescribe and recommend treatments that are necessary for my cat's health and wellbeing. They don't try to upsell services that your pet does not need. Staff is kind, caring and friendly. Clean and welcoming facility. Great communication regarding my dogs health. Detailed about pre-work needed prior to his Dental. At 13 years old my dog is at risk and they took very good care of him. His teeth are cleaned and only the necessary extractions were made. The price was very reasonable. The follow up after his surgery was genuine and helpful. The fact that they take CareCredit helps me also.

The Brentwood team is incredible, our 6 year old dog, Gus has been going there since he was a pup. We utilize the veterinary clinic and the doggie dorms (boarding) and each aspect of the campus has the most caring people, true pet lovers. From routine visits to more serious visits, the vet clinic has always made our dog a priority and have been very thorough with examinations. On the boarding side they have lots of room for the dogs to run and a large pond, Gus loves it. The care takers are always so good to him and love him like we do. What a great facility.

My Pomeranian (Artu) visits Dr. Nadia. She is absolutely Amazing with my pup. She always listens to hear the issues my pup has, and makes sure I leave her office with a clear understanding of what's going on. Amazing animal clinic! Out of all the ones I've brought my dog maggie to, this clinic takes the cake! Very respectful and knowledgeable staff. I got more information on past medical history of Maggie here for her first visit than any other clinic I've been to in the milwaukee area. Maggie also felt very comfortable and absolutely loved the staff as well. I will definately continue to take Maggie here for the longrun!

My dog is high anxiety and can be really difficult to deal with, but the staff at Brentwood always manages to make it work. All of the vet techs are super helpful and always friendly, and Dr. Jen does a great job of listening and reporting back on any concerns I have about my dog (I’m sure the other doctors are also knowledgeable, but I’ve only ever really worked with Dr. Jen). The groomers do an incredible job, especially considering my dog needs to be sedated for grooming. They also have something in the lobby that asks other customers to be respectful when someone else’s animal is crossing over the rainbow bridge. You can tell the staff really cares for animals, even in their last moments, and I’m always confident when I drop mine off that he’ll be getting the best care in the area.

My parents have taken their dogs here for as long as I can remember. So naturally when I got my Theo, I knew this is where I had to go! My rescue pit bull has had some minor issues that they’ve always been thorough and attentive to but have never overwhelmed me! It’s been hard adopting a dog in a pandemic but they’ve been amazing!! Brentwood goes above and beyond to make sure they provide excellent service. They have been crazy busy lately and were able to squeeze us in and help us out when we needed them most. The whole staff is wonderful! Shout out to Denise (Give that women a raise! She's a keeper.) who kept us in mind and when a cancellation came up she thought of us and made everything work flawlessly. She's the best! We also completely trust Dr. Brett who is honest and straightforward. We're a hunting family and he really takes our needs into account and has given us solid practical advice. He's clearly experienced and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Nick noticed a small bump on our boxer and had the foresight to speak up and look at it closer and find out it's cancerous. We're thankful he paid close attention and we'll be confidently continuing treatment. He did a wonderful job also explaining everything to us. Dr. Thelen was very thorough in evaluating her current condition, listening to my input and concerns, and in providing guidance for monitoring her condition to determine any future care necessary. Dr. Nadia was wonderful with my cats, and the staff was all super friendly and supportive of "nervous mom" syndrome when I brought my 5 year old Jackson in for a tooth cleaning. Have to add that the price was good, too. Some clinics charge outrageous prices for teeth cleaning, but Brentwood wants our pets healthy and seems to get our wallets can only expand so much in these days and times. God bless them!

This is a wonderful place to bring your pet for care. They were recommended to me by 2 friends, not in the same household, last year. The staff at Brentwood Animal Campus is kind and caring, and very thorough. I never feel rushed during appointments or pushed to make decisions. Our veterinarian Dr Nick provides detailed, objective information and allows me to choose how to proceed with my cat's care. I love their COVID protocol. You pull up, call a number on the parking place sign to check in. A technician comes out, masked, to take your pet inside while you remain in the car. The doctor examines your pet and calls you to discuss your pet's condition. This practice protects my animal, other animals in the clinic, the staff, and me and my family. I have learned to completely trust the care here, so not being in the room does not concern me.

Dr Thelen is absolutely fantastic. She's probably the smartest vet you'll ever bring your animal to see. She does not mess around with unnecessary services just to pad the bill like many other veterinary clinics do. If you have a pet with an ailment that is uncommon, she is the vet to see. Obviously she applies her knowledge from extensive education, but she also seems to have a sixth sense about what's going on with your pet. It's kind of uncanny, and so very cool. The techs and office staff are also fabulous human beings. They are so good with communication and always follow up right away. Just love her and all the staff at the Franklin location!

This review is way over due, I brought my dog Stanley in to get his teeth cleaned and all his shots updated. Now Stanley isn't the nicest dog when it comes to doctors and muzzles. Although around all our friends and their kids he's great. He usually keeps to himself most of the time. So brought him in and I'm telling you, he went crazy, trashing all over the place. I have been taking my dog (8 y.o. female pitbull) to Brentwood Animal Campus for veterinarian services, daycare, grooming and boarding since she was a puppy. Animal Campus is the best vet, daycare and groomer you can find. The staff is dedicated, trustworthy and caring; they treat my dog and I like family. Vet: We see Dr. Brett and Dr. Nadia. Both doctors are caring, honest, thorough, patient, and amazing at what they do. They welcome questions/concerns, and tell you exactly what your pet needs (verses overselling for profit). Daycare: Over 2 acres of land, a pond for swimming, their own room with a bed, tons of attention, daily report cards and pictures while you are away from your pet. Jessica is amazing at managing the daycare. The staff loves the pets as though they are their own, and they really go above and beyond to pair the animals so they have a great day together. Grooming: I love taking my pittie here for all of her spa needs. She’s very protective of her nails with me, but the groomers know exactly how to distract her and clip them quickly/accurately to make it a good experience. When doing pet baths, they always add an extra touch and leave her feeling special. If you want your pet to be in good hands, with all your services in one place, this is the place for you and your fur baby. They really are the best! <3

My Dog, Bailey has gone to both Brentwood animal hospital and Brentwood animal campus. He was recently there for a stay at the animal campus, when the staff noticed something was wrong. Dr. Brent was there to take a look at him and we were told his stomach had twisted. Due to his age( 12) the surgery was too risky, so we chose to let him cross the rainbow bridge on Sunday 8/22. Dr. Brent allowed my family to come say goodbye. The compassion we were showed was amazing! One day when we get another Dog, will be using Brentwood again. Visited this vet clinic for the first time with my new puppy. Staff are very friendly and informative. The curbside service during this pandemic was fantastic because the staff came directly to my car to complete the intake and Dr. Lindstrand explained the results of the entire physical assessment with me over the phone. I like Dr. Lindstrand's approach with patient care, he distracted my pup with a treat and she didn't even notice she got a shot. This shows that Dr. Lindstrand is caring and compassionate towards animals. I appreciate the details of various vaccines and time frame to receiving them and that the staff allowed me to decide if I wanted my pup vaccinated without being pushy. The fees were reasonable. The pup package was such a nice bonus. I'm definitely keeping my services with Dr. Lindstrand and this clinic!

Our own Vet could not get us in, even though it was an emergency situation, so I was surprised when I called Brentwood and they said they could get me in within the hour! I was a mess, very frazzled and concerned about my dog's health but there whole staff was extremely helpful, kind and put me right at ease. They took quick care of my dog and were absolutely wonderful with him. We will be transferring vets and making Brentwood Animal Campus in Franklin our new go to clinic for both of our lab babies! Brentwood Animal Campus has been caring for our beloved golden retriever who is 13 years old for the last 5 years. We started going to this vet because we used the Doggie Dorms for boarding and it was most convenient to have a relationship with the vet clinic as well. 2 days ago our dog was suddenly unable to bear weight on her left hind leg so we took her in for an evaluation. The staff was so kind and worked us in the same day for an appointment. We saw Dr. Nadia who did a thorough evaluation including xrays which revealed very bad news, bone loss most likely caused by bone cancer. Dr. Nadia took lots of time to explain what was going on and what our options are. Both Dr. Nadia and assistant Heidi were so kind & supportive at a very difficult time for us. I am most grateful for their professionalism and genuine empathy & care. I am relieved to know that as we move forward with this tough diagnosis, Brentwood Animal Campus will be there to help. I recommend them highly for wonderful care of our beloved pets.

We have boarded our dogs at Animal Campus four times since 2011. We've gone as short as just an overnight stay and as long as a 4-5 night stay. Haven't really had any complaints. We enjoy the little report card of their stay and like being able to see pictures of them while we're away. The staff seems nice and we haven't had any incidents with other dogs. This last weekend we dropped them off just before 4 PM on Friday (normal drop-off is 4-6 but we had asked if earlier was possible when making the arrangements and were told we could bring them as early as 3:30). They took both our girls back right away, we signed the paperwork, and we were off. We then picked them up at 4 PM on Sunday. Despite the fact that they had been there for almost exactly 48 hours, we were told we would be paying for a 3-day stay. We spent almost $200 having our two dogs (who shared a room) spend 48 hours in their facility. The last time we had boarded them at Animal Campus was in 2015, so I don't know if things changed when they became Brentwood Animal Campus or if we'd just never encountered this situation before, but that's a pretty hefty sum to board two small dogs for the weekend. The document we signed before the weekend does say "Animals picked up after 10:00 am (as a PM pick-up) will be charged for that DAY." We just didn't realize that dropping off in the 4-6 PM window on Friday would cost the same as dropping them off in the 8-10 AM window; we would gladly have made those arrangements to get the most out of our money if we had known. For the TL;DR crowd: Too rich for our blood. Would be nice if they had half-day rates available, but they don't, so be careful when you drop off and pick up.

My Schnauzer received really good care at the Brentwood vet clinic. Dolly was not eating and seemed very tired (not at all like herself)Thay gave her an appointment right away for the same day When I told them her symptoms. When I got there they checked her out and asked me a lot of questions to help figure out what was wrong. The vet Dr Nadia told us what it could be and suggested a blood test to confirm, treated her for fever by injecting water and gave us low fat food to try to get her eating without adding to her digestion problem, one which can become life threatening. I was given options and felt comfortable with the choices there were. Dolly started getting better the next day what a relief. I really was happy that I took Dolly to Brentwood

Dr. Thelen has been my pets' veterinarian for about 20 years. I trust her completely. Not only does she take the time to know your pets, she also takes the time to know you. I had a large blind dog who was terrified to go to the vet and she would do everything possible to accommodate for him and was so patient. I recently had a very sick cat in and two times his urine sample came back indicating a potential kidney problem and would have required lifetime meds and a special diet. She had an instinct that potential the values were off due to his sickness. She thought the sickness could have been brewing for awhile and recommended to test one more time. Test came back normal! No lifetime meds or special diet!

We boarded my black lab mix at Animal Campus over the Easter weekend. When we picked him up on Sunday evening we were told he had just come in from swimming in the pond. We were glad to hear that he was out enjoying the pond but a little worried about putting a dripping wet dog in the back of our car. We were pleasantly surprised to find they had dried him off before we arrived. I also appreciated that they invited us back into the kennel area both when we dropped him off and picked him up. They clearly have nothing to hide. We have boarded him at several day care type boarders and he smelled better leaving Animal Campus than he usually does leaving other kennels. He was happy and tuckered out from his short stay and we'll definitely be bringing him back in the future. Well worth the money.

I have been going to Animal Campus for about five years. In that time I have seen vets that have really taken an interest in my dog and tried to diagnose her issues. Last September one of the caring vets (Dr. Nadia) asked me to trust her one last time with one last test. I did and she was spot on with a diagnosis of Canine Addison's disease. Maggie (my goldendoodle) is a new dog, like a teen-dog again. Although there was alot of angst trying to get the medication dosage correct after the diagnosis, the techs, vets, and all staff at Brentwood Animal Campus held Maggie's paw (and mine) comforted my worries and tears, and provided and continue to provide exemplary care. When we arrive at the vets office Maggie pushes me out of the car, she loves her vet visits, probably because she knows, like I do, that they are all going to take great care of her.
