They saved my dog’s life! I kept bringing my 1 year old puppy to hooksett because he stopped eating and kept either throwing up or having diarrhea. They would only inject him with fluids and send him off, saying that he was still building his immune system or that he ate something that didn’t agree with him. I brought him here for a second opinion because he wasn’t improving at all and they found out within 5 minutes that he had two foreign objects in his GI Tract. We brought him to rockingham emergency for surgery and now he’s finally acting like his old self again ♥️

I've been taking my "children" here for over 10 years. When I had to say goodbye to Keesa, I asked that the doctor come to my house to put her at rest. Not the best day of my life but they understood how important it was for me to have Keesa home during her final moments. I will never forget that act of compassion.

When I had my first dog, Dr Lewis was the most patient and warm man with him. Now I have two dogs that are cared for by Dr Scott. The Techs are amazingly nice and. I recommend this pet hospital 100%!.

My cat Leo has had urinary problems his entire life. Not only were the staff fast and reliable with his care when he had to go into surgery because of it, but they were so patient with me and so very careful and Kind with Leo. They explained to me and set me up with the care that he would need going forward in his life. A couple years after the visit, and he is having problems again. I’m making an appointment first thing in the morning. I know that the staff will help him without completely sucking me dry of every dollar I have. This practice has been in my family for years, I’ll never switch vets.

Yesterday we brought our older cat knowing we might have to put her down. The staff were wonderful and understand at this hard moment in our lives. We were walked through of what was going to happen, gave us plenty of alone time with our love one. They also handled her with the most care. This meant a lot to me and a big impact. We have one of our other animals that go to the goffstown animal hospital but I highly recommend this place.

I am so impressed with the quality and care that Goffstown Animal Hospital has given my puppy. I have never even been inside due to the timing of getting this new puppy and all the COVID regulations happening, but have been impressed with their punctuality in coming out to the car regardless of the weather. Always smiling too. I can tell that whatever they do inside, it must be well done, as my 6.5 month old puppy hasn't had any aversions to going back for follow-ups. She always comes back to me the same way she leaves; excited and happily wagging her tail. She was recently spayed, and their concern and response time with questions I had regarding her post-op behaviors was impressive. The doctor listened to all of my concerns, and came up with reasonable answers and suggestions. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested in quality and compassionate care for their animals.

We chose Goffstown Animal Hospital due to how close it is from our home but our first visit was spectacular and we are so happy that we went with them. The location is just a nice addition now. Our rescue dog is very timid and afraid outside of our home and requires a lot of patience, they were very accommodating to this. The staff were patient, understanding, and worked wonderfully with out dog. She was a little stressed just because she was outside of our home but overall she had a wonderful experience and even wagged her tail a bit. We didn't experience any delays in our appointment but even if we did because of how well they worked with our pup we would have been okay with it. They were also great with us, answering our questions and providing us with a lot of very helpful information.

I have brought my kitties to GAH for years. I am always fretful ahead of time - will I get them into the carrier on time? Will they be terrified by the ordeal? Will they find something devastating wrong with them? As soon as I arrive I am put at ease by the loving, caring nature of the staff. My cats are obviously relaxed. Besides all that, I find their prices reasonable and the staff genuinely thoughtful of the monetary burden. I will never change vets.

Everyone here is fantastic! My dog can be a handful, but she absolutely loved everyone she met, and the staff was very understanding of her dog agression. Dr. Koniers was amazing and extremely compassionate, and provided a ton of information and insight. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is amazing!

I have been going to Goffstown Animal Hospital since 1978 and my experiences have been absolutely excellent. Good stories: Once I called and said the only thing I noticed was that my dog’s tail was hanging funny, with no hesitation they said to bring her right in and she had an abscessed anal sac. I had a 3 year old diagnosed with severe arthritis, with supplements and acupuncture she lived happily and actively to the age of 15. Treatment has been aggressive when indicated and conservative when some things can get better on their own. Treatment decisions are a true partnership. They adopted an electronic medical record years before my own doctor. When I have had to take my dogs to specialists, the coordination between Goffstown Animal Hospital and the outside specialists exceeds any in my own medical care experience. End of life care has been thorough and compassionate including several home visits so that my old dogs could go in peace at home. While I am more familiar with some veterinarians and vet techs than others, I have high confidence in their hiring practices and would see anyone there. I do have points of comparison: In the early days before the 24 hour emergency care, a rotation of local veterinarians covered nights and week-ends. One called me back only after 2-3 calls and tried to talk me out of bringing my dog in but she wound up needing 64 stitches in her belly. One restrained my dog to a platform before they would look at her. One charged a fortune. One openly criticized my current veterinarian. In conclusion, I recommend Goffstown Animal Hospital to anyone I know.

I've been bringing our Levi there since we adopted him from Alabama in 2015 the staff there is fabulous they're courteous and careful and understanding. Are Levi is terrified to go to the vet and generally Tinkles in every place that he he gets on the step on the floor on the scale you know pretty much wherever he is he Tinkles he gets so nervous. They always offer him a little tiny bit of cheese whiz on a stick and after that he generally Settles. I'm very excited to be adding my new baby who I haven't decided I was thinking my husband and I had always thought if we got another dog to complement our Levi that it would be a female and her name would be a b but considering the fact that I have my Levi's kind of thinking this new puppy it might be cute if maybe I called her Lucy or Lulu haven't decided yet but definitely I highly recommend Goffstown Animal Hospital they're fantastic people.

I’ve been going to Goffstown Animal Hospital ever since I got my dog two years ago. The vets are very knowledgeable and accommodating. They don’t try to charge me an entire vet appointment when I have a quick question. They really care about the animals they see. My dog broke his leg very badly, they helped me find a surgeon who could fix his leg and checked on him after.

I'm new to this practice but have worked in veterinary for almost 20 years. I'm extremely off put by the other reviews here. This is a medical practice. Although it's animals, they follow the same legalities as human practices. Is it so important to walk into the Taj Mahal of vet clinics or is it more important to have your pet nurtured and kissed on the head while their blood is being drawn? In a sea of corporate practices, these guys are kind and compassionate. My dog owes his life to Dr. DeKavis. My dog recently had major surgery and he called me throughout the day. Phenomenal staff and amazing Dr. Thank you!

I had an really sick cat and had called everywhere trying to get her in and kept getting told no and called this animal hosptial and right from the get go they were so kind and did everything they could to get her in and we're amazing when I brought her in. They took great care of her and now she is home and getting better. They even asked me to call for the next few days to let them know how she is doing!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for kind, caring, amazing staff and doctors.
