I came here to get my pet neutered. They have two different drop off times for those who are cat and dogs. They have the people drop off at the top part of the building. You can park at one of the parking spot and then proceed to call the number in the small paper that are in every other parking spot. Overall, it was pretty simple and they took care of my pet. They called before hand to let me know when I am able to pick my pet after surgery. They gave me a packet of the instructions to care for my pet once out of the clinic. Pretty simple, I haven’t had any complains only expect for the chip. The process of the chip on the chips main website doesn’t seem to go through. I know they registered the chip and stuff at the clinic but you still have to do some extra details on the company of the chip and I haven’t been able to do so. I don’t know if I’m the only one. But I know it’s not the clinics fault.

A low cost animal clinic where they provide vaccines for your beloved pets and where you can also spay and neuter them if you so wish. The service is very professional and attentive . They will take care of you by appointment only. They have Restrooms but there seems to be out of order, probably on account of the pandemic, still providing good, expert and affordable services to the pet lovers, feel free to ask questions regarding the well being of your pets..

I loved this place. I took my cat to get neutered and the process of making an appointment to picking up my cat post surgery went quick and easy. They also treat your animals with love and care. I recommend this place for anyone looking to neuter their cat. The cost I initially paid $20 as a security deposit, then after the surgery, flea medication, and e-collar I paid $80. In total this was about $100 which is a deal!

It was a long wait (2+hours), pretty standard for a Saturday morning, but once they took my dog in for his vaccines it was quick. Took about 10 minutes for them to bring him back out. Everyone was polite and it was easy to check in. Parking is available and there were plenty of spots open. It is a good place for low income vaccines or vet services.

I got my dog from here , he was potty training a ready, good behavior, I take him everyday at work we are meant together!! Recently I take him to the clinic good price, the best support ever!! If you think adopting pet this is the best place to go. Vaccinations. Microchip, etc .

If your pets need their balls chopped, go here instead of your regular vet. Sooo much more affordable. My vet wanted to charge $500 - $1500. It was 60 bucks here. It's all that do. My cats were in and out in like 6 hours. Friendly staff too, unlike the vet I've been going too. I need a new vet

I brought in my American Bully lto get neutered today as well as Microchipped and nail trim. Our experience went very well. The staff was professional, friendly, caring and communicative. I’m so glad I chose to do this here. I was a nervous wreck as he is my baby, I wanted the best and safest option for him and after a lot of research I decided to come here. I’m glad I did. My experience was very satisfying and the staff was very helpful knowledgeable professional and nice . This facility was clean and the parking lot was nice and spacious. I took my 9 week old puppy here for her 1st set if vaccines. I went on a Sunday about 15 mins prior to the 9 a.m. opening time and there was only 2 other pets with owners/families waiting. Once they opened the doors, you come inside, fill out a 1 sided sheet of paper about your pet & reason foe the visit, and wait for your pet's name to be called. I paid $32 for 2 vaccines and another $15 for Frontline flea medicine. So $47 total and the receipt said to come back in 3-4 weeks for my puppy's next set of shots. Based on hearing others there that day, they will clip your dog's nails. I had a wonderful experience, was in and out within 30 mins and will definitely be back. When I left there were at least 9 dogs and 1 cat waiting to be seen. You should know that you do not go back with your pet. They take your payment, come back and then take your pet back.

Pretty efficient for pet vaccines. Communication is great! Due to the pandemic you have to schedule an appointment online pay a deposit of ~$10 - $20 depending on procedure (depositis credited towards the rest of the costs). You wait in your car in the parking lot and let them know when you've arrived. An attendant will come out and take your pet inside and complete the vaccination while you wait in the car. Whole procedure took about 30 minutes from the time the attendant came to my car. Very positive experience ! (Face masks required)

Friendly Service, just note that the entrance is on the 2nd floor. Go through the parking lot, and you will see a set of chairs, and if the door is lock just knock so the people who are waiting can open the door for you. However, you can call this number.

Took my dog and cat here for the very first time about a month ago and they were very helpful with the process of getting my pets vaccinated. They just scanned their tags and got all their information. We did not make an appointment, we were just walk-ins and it went pretty fast. recommend going in the mornings since there’s barely anyone there.

I was initially worried because the cost was so low but after reading the reviews and looking at their website & staff, I decided to use SNPLA. I had a great experience. Very organized and timely. The surgery went very well and they sent me home with pain meds for my dog. My local vet charges $1200. I paid $180 for the surgery and blood work. My dog is doing great. Thank you for offering affordable spay & neuter services to pet owners in LA.

Amazing staff and the vets were genuine. I would go here if I ever needed a second opinion. Compassion over profits. Love it! Being a non-profit organization, they tell you the truth. I was lied to by our vet. We switched here to get a second opinion and it was nowhere near what our vet told us and the procedures didn't need to happen. I love their honesty. Come here always for a second opinion. They have nothing to gain but to be able to help your fur babies get better. ♡

The staff here have been fantastic taking care of my two babies. My cats needed vaccines, dental cleaning, and extractions and they were able to take care of everything for less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. It takes a while to get an appointment in with them right now so make sure to book ahead of time if you can. I am always nervous bringing my babies to a new place but I felt very comfortable with the doctor and nurses and they commented on how sweet my girls were to them so I know they were well taken care of. You can tell they are gentle and warm with the animals and treat them like their own. The text communication has been great and they’ve answered all my aftercare questions right away. I am happy to find somewhere that I trust to take care of my girls for all their future health needs.

It was great! The line for the vaccination clinic was really long. They only had two workers who had to pass out forms, collect forms and fees, input info into computer and give vaccinations, etal. Yet, despite the long line of people and their fur babies. Those two workers worked so fast and efficiently.

This place is so great! I’ve taken both of my dogs to get vaccines, microchip & spay/neuter. I’ve always had very pleasant experiences. The only thing I don’t like is that the times I’ve called they don’t answer or take almost an hour to answer but that’s about it. Other than that, the nurses are friendly with both my dogs & I. One of my dogs barks at everyone but has never barked at any of the nurses and I think that speaks very highly of them. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone! And if you’re low income they’ll make it cheaper for you.

I came here when it came to spaying my pup. They offer some great rates in comparison to most vets but you don't comprise quality or care. Everyone there is so kind and friendly. My cat was loosing a few of his teeth and I decided to bring him to SNPLA for a check up. The vet was really nice and explained he needed to get a few teeth removed and he needed a dental cleaning. He had some blood work done the day of, and I scheduled the surgery the following month after the blood work results came back. I dropped off at 8:30 am for the surgery and picked him up at 4 pm. The surgery came out great and my baby is doing well. The nurses were very nice and informative as well. Definitely recommend bringing your pet for check ups at SNPLA, but don't forget to make an appointment!

I went after 4 pm for their mobile clinic. I waited 3 hours, half of the time under the sun but we got a really good deal! $40 for his annual shots but this time it was the 3-year kind. I came here last year (not for their mobile clinic) and paid $40 for just the 1-year vaccines. The workers are very nice and once you get to the end of the line, they administer the vaccines super fast. If you are not in a hurry, and willing to stand in a long line then I definitely recommend coming her for your pet's vaccinations

Great during COVID. You parking in the lot on the roof and they have signs that instruct you on how to check in once you park. Parking was free and easy. You just text the number posted on the sign and they'll respond to let you know someone will be out to assist you. They come out to pick up your dog, you tell them what services you need, they take your method of payment in with them, then they come out with your dog and receipt five minutes later. Super easy and safe. My dog gets all his vaccinations here because you can't beat the prices. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Make sure you book online and get a confirmation before you go. They're not taking same day walk ins during COVID. Rescheduling is very easy as long as you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. You just respond to the confirmation email with your preferred time and they'll send you another confirmation email with the new time. If you don't receive the new confirmation, email them again and make sure you get one.

Great prices for vaccinations. Very knowledgable staff. They work quickly for vaccinations. I think it is faster when you make an appointment you wait in your car but in a pinch they have events on their calendar that tell you the days they close late at 7:30pm

Got my 8 month old puppy neutered here 4 days ago he's doing good. I would recommend this place they sent him home with an e collar and pain meds. I used to LA City free neuter voucher here I only paid $28 for his rabies shots and nail trim.

If you need Veterinarian Service they are good and inexpensive. Normally when I go to my regular veterinarian I'm paying double the price for the same issues that's going on. So whether is micro chipping, fully serviced or getting their paws trimmed there are a lot cheaper make sure to make an appointment or get there early in the morning for some of the services

She was so helpful in scheduling the appointment for me and making sure I got all the paperwork done ahead of time. Drop off and pick up was a BREEZE. This is where I take my dog to the vet. They have incredible service, they listen to you and try to accommodate as reasonably possible, I believe they accept walk ins before 3pm but if you make an appointment it's really fast and easy. They also have lower income program for those that may need it.

I have brought my two cats here for about 3yrs maybe more and they have always been helpfull. Low income is welcomed. My cats have been spayed and chipped plus received immunizations and I don't pay ridiculous prices. Staff is helpful knowledgeable. Small waiting area but as long as your dog is leashed and felines are in carriers everything is in order.

Usually I visit their mobile clinics to vaccinate my kitten, but the staff was very helpful & attentive, not to mention caring! Dr Zoe was very kind in answering questions about my kitten during her wellness exam. I will continue to go here as the 'primary' vet for my kitten, for non-emergency care and vaccinations.

Outstanding, positive, driven and hardworking staff. Our big dog has been attacked by little dogs many times and as a result he is terrified of them. They even work with us to ensure that the waiting area is clear when we bring our big scaredy dog in so as not to upset him or anyone else there for a visit. Dr. Zoe is amazing and we followed her from her last place. Yes, it's an hour or more drive to go see them, but their service is that good and I'd drive further if I had to.

Went there to get my 10wk old puppy vaccinated the vaccines are available any day during the week no appointment necessary he just walking fill out a form and wait for your name to be called and I think the second to the left or the last Thursday of each month they're open till 8 p.m. the nurse there was able to answer all my questions regarding my puppy cuz I am a first-time owner I want to make sure my puppy gets the best care he needs everyone there was very kind and polite also there is parking at the top of the structure

Went yesterday to the non-appointment vaccine extended hours 430-700pm. Very organized and helpful staff. Will be back for our puppies 3rd set of shots. Covid protocols enforced and again staff was extremely helpful and organized.

SNPLA is a great lost cow option for vaccines/dewormer/microchipping/flea treatment. With everything that's happening with covid19, it's almost impossible to make an appointment at any vet. I tried to make an appointment at 10 different places and their waiting period was over 4 weeks. Sometimes it's so expensive to pay $60-$70 at a regular vet for the exam fee just to be able to give your pet a vaccine. I adopted a new kitten and she needed to receive a dose of her vaccine and a dewormer withing two weeks of adoption so the walk-in event at SNPLA was amazing. You can either make an appointment online for vaccines (not the walk-in event) and the waiting time for availability is 1-3 days. I made one of those appointments for vaccines and we were out in less than 15 mins. If you want to go to the walk-in events, they have them on Mondays and Thursdays after hours and you don't need an appointment. I took my kitten and my adult cat to the walk-in event to get an injected and an oral dewormer and we were out in less than 1 hour. When you arrive to these events, you can leave your pet in the car with a relative and make a line. Someone will handout some forms so make sure you bring a pen with you (just to be safe and a avoid using pens that everyone uses), then they'll charge you and once that's done, your pet is taken inside. The procedure itself took less than 5 mins so the waiting time is the line. These are great options for non-emergency routine procedures. I also made an appointment for a Wellness check up for my adult cat for an evaluation for a dental cleaning. I made the appointment last month and the earliest availability was in September. Since this isn't an urgent matter, it ended up working perfectly for me because I took him to another place and they wanted to charge me over $800 for a routine procedure I have done before. Their estimate was ridiculous. The dental cleaning at SNPLA starts at $200 for people who made less than 40k a year so that's a huge difference. The other place wanted to charge me $250 for blood work and it's $96 at SNPLA. That's a huge difference! I will be updating my review after the wellness appointment and dental cleaning. So far, I highly recommend SNPLA. So I took my cat to the dental/wellness evaluation and this is honestly an amazing place. The doctor diagnosed him with tooth resorption and 4 other vets missed this important issue. My cat had x-rays + two lower pre-molars extracted + blood work + a professional dental cleaning under anesthesia + antibiotics and pain medication and the total for everything was less than $450. The quality of the procedure was really good. It's been a week and a half and my cat feels amazing with his cleaned teeth and the incision from the surgery is healing really well. Their covid19 protocols are also great because they offered hand sanitizer and a pen to keep before check in for the procedure and everything was done in my car.

This clinic helped my dog so much! I am forever greatful to them. They provide low income pet owners a reduced rate for appointments and procedures. This was the only way I could make sure my little beagle service dog was okay and get the dental surgery she needed for gum disease. She used to not play and was always in pain, sleeping. Now she is lively and playing and wagging her tail again. Gum disease causes significant pain for your pet. I thought she was dying by the way she was acting. She is 5 and everyone thought she was old and dying when they met her. Now she is back to her young self! She had an intensive dental procedure with anesthesia and deep cleaning under the gums to remove puss pockets and tartar. She was on antiboitics and pain meds for a week and now much much better! They ran other tests as well to make sure there was no underlying problem. Very thorough and the vet was especially kind.

Although this place has recently relocated to 60ths St off of Western and Slauson, im much more impressed with their outside cages they keep their pets in. I recently went there twice to look for a dog and although couldn't find the right one, i was impressed with the temperaments of most these dogs. they have water at their dispose with outside cages and a back cage that can be closed they provide them with misters for the hot days to keep them cool. and its over all pretty clean and well kept with a nice grassy play area (much better than the inside jail they were in before) i always see the staff taking out dogs on walks, which makes me feel good about the treatment of the dogs. i cant wait to find the perfect dog because the staff was really friendly. and every time im there it is full of people actively looking for a dog. i was skeptical at first of adopting from a shelter but i definitely would go to this one.
