I normally go to Cadence Animal Hospital which is close to me. This place is at least a 40 minute drive. I got my French-ton puppy spayed here as they came highly recommended by a friend. Cadence wanted well over $500 to get her spayed and I paid half the price at this location. The ladies are so sweet and professional. They always answer their phones even though you may be placed on hold for awhile. They took good care of my Betsy girl. She did great upon taking her home. She’s now healing very well. I wish I lived closer to this location as I would prefer them over Cadence if they weren’t so far. I highly recommend town center animal hospital for all your vet needs. They don’t try and overcharge like most places. The staff is also top notch!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My Great Dane was bit by something and foot was swelling up really bad. They got us in within fifteen minutes of calling and Dr. Stewart was so kind and understanding. I was a mess and she was so reassuring and informative. On top of all that, usually when they see a 165lb dog coming we’re charged three times as much and they were BEYOND reasonable here. Icing on the cake was a text to check on my girl before her checkup. We have historically driven 350 miles to her old vet in Utah because I trust him, but I think we will be in good hands here.

I took my cat Noah in for an emergency visit and they fit me in the schedule. I didn’t wait too long and Dr. Hammond was very nice. I can tell she really cares for her patients. I have recommended Town Center Animal Hospital to a few people and I will continue to do so.

There is no limit to the love and care provided to Allie (pictured) who was a rescue in bad shape, 60lbs, ulcerated eyes swollen shut with a blocked intestine needing surgery. This clinic and more specifically, Dr Pepper, brought this incredibly loving dog back to life and no one was paying the bills. What else needs to be said-

OMG! I wish I would have took before and after pictures of my dogs teeth! Everything about this entire place and my whole experience with Town Center was perfect! The staff & drs are amazing! You can tell they all care about animals, they’re so sweet and knowledgeable. Dr.Pullium did such a PHENOMENAL job with Chuchis, she gave her a brand new set of pearly whites! Chuchis woke up this morning with no issues and she was full of energy! Chuchi’s doctor was amazing and comforted both the owner & the pet, and I think that’s very important for those who get anxiety when their pet has to go through anything big at the vet. Thank you TownCenter so much! ❤️🫶🏻🐾🐕 me & Chuchis appreciate you!

Excellent staff! Listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and worked with me so I could afford the best care for my pet. Scheduled next day surgery for an urgent tooth extraction. Did the initial exam without separating me from my pet and took into account the knowledge I have as a former professional dog groomer. The entire office staff were caring, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this office. Well worth the 45min drive.

My vet and staff were awesome and accommodating. I have a newborn puppy and couldn't have her around other animals yet, they let me wait in the car and called when the room was ready. I really appreciated their care and understanding. They also checked on me a few days after to make sure everything was OK. They truly care about our furry family members!

While I unfortunately had to put my dog to sleep after my visit to the vet. The staff was very caring and attentive to us. The vet took the time, to explain everything that is happening and gave me options, other than euthensia. She explained everything that she could and the pros and cons of each. My baby was 13 years old. There was not much we could do that wasn't going to cost me my life's savings. All to maybe, make her end days a little more comfortable. I appreciate the time and care they'd shown us.

Dr Pepper is the BEST in Vegas. Caring, calm, kind and knowledgeable. Only tiny con, if that- The office is a little bit too busy, but, the quality of care offsets anything else. All in all, I trust her worth both of my dogs undoubtably and recommend her for all pet owners.

Thank you for helping us Courtney! From the moment I called the hospital, until the very end, Courtney helped me with getting my dogs health certificate on time for my international flight. Our rabies FAVN report ended up coming very late (waited 9weeks) with only a few days left until departure and had to risk the chance of not making the flight. She was very thorough and organized!! Ticked every bullet points and now I have the signed certificate in my hand, ready for the flight. Thank you again for making this such a smooth experience. I’ve actually met with 4-5 different staff including the doctor and they were all very kind.

We moved from Illinois and I have to say Vets are a little pricier here. However Towne Center Animal hospital is very reasonably priced, they took great care of our cat and I was pleasantly surprised with a check up call after services. Highly recommend them.

This veterinary office is seriously the best. The office staff is so kind, clean and awesome. I bring my dogs for dog boarding and they take great care of them! My dogs are always so happy when I pick them up. They respond quickly if you email them and are always accurate.

I have been taking my 2 yorkies for the past 8 years and I am still happy with their services. Whether I call them or use the app I always get my questions answered, appointments made and services met. The staff is extremely patient with the furry customers (and the humans too). I have been there when they are at full capacity and still manage to maintain their calm, attentiveness and professionalism. I recommend you try this place if you are looking for a new vet or not happy with your current one. They are also located near the freeway and a coffee spot.

Everyone loves my dog, who does not like going to the vet. We got into an exam room very quickly and the exam/time with the doctor was quick as well. Check out from inside the exam room was a little slow, but once they came in to check me out it was very quick.

I had to take my sweet chonky kitty due to her bad habit of eating plastic. They were able to get me in same day, and every staff member I spoke to was very helpful, and kind. Dr Hammond answered all of my questions, was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and personable. Not to mention patient as my kitty isn’t exactly the most trusting. On top of all of that they are upfront about all costs, and are reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone with a furry friend who needs some help

Before I would have said that most Vets are the same, but after coming here I really realized what I, and more importantly my pets, have been missing. Pricing is on par, but the in house services are more numerous. Which means fewer referrals and waiting, as well as less money spent! Beyond all that, the care options that were presented to us always came with an explanation no prying required!

Our rescue pup Zeppo recently had several procedures done here including teeth cleaning and a thorn removed from his paw etc. Staff is great. They call with very specific updates and explain after care thoroughly. I’m not sure Zeppo is ready to rush back but feel confident in their care. ❤️

I highly recommend Town Center Animal Hospital. I called them because I was concerned about my dog's eyes and they were able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours. They diagnosed his eye infection quickly and I left with a happy pup and the medicine he needed. All for less than $100. They called me a few days later to check on my pup and make sure the medicine was working which I really appreciated.

We can't thank Dr. McDonagh and the absolutely AMAZING staff at Town Center Animal Hospital enough. Our boy cat Theo started having kidney issues right before we were heading out of town for a week. It has been an emotional roller coaster as any animal parents would know but everyone has been super supportive in getting our boy healthy and happy. While it still is going to be a long road to recovery we know they will give Theo the best care possible. Amazing level of care and kindness! Our old girl was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Pulliam was so professional and caring, making sure our girl was all the way better and handling treatment well before discharging her back into our care. She took the time to explain her treatment process, giving us updates over the phone, and providing an extremely thorough explanation of how to administer medication and the whole deal. I've been bringing my dogs here for 15+ years. I could sense the high level of care and empathy the doctors have for animals by the way they interact with them. This empathy is also showed by the support staff in the front and back. My dogs are not afraid to go to the vet and that tells me they feel safe. They respond quickly to emergencies and also make room for services even when they are completely booked. They know that our pets are family. Fees for services are affordable which truly helps during stressful times. My dogs have seen most of the Vets here but I usually request Dr. Pepper. Thanks for all you do.

Town Center Animal Hospital, Dr. Leslie Stewart in particular, is above reproach! She goes way above and beyond the call of duty.for her “patients” Our last pet, Tuffy, passed away late at night, and we called Dr. Stewart to find out what to do with him. She had us go to TCAH, and she met us there and it was close to midnight. UNBELIEVABLE! As far as the facility is concerned, it is always clean and free of typical veterinary smells. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with my current pet, as is Dr. Stewart. I would highly suggest this clinic for any pet you have. You’ll get top notch service!

We are very impressed with this Veterinary Practice! We went in for late vaccinations and they were so kind and so understanding. They have curb side assistance but we went in and they answered all our questions. They were gentle and kept us in the loop all the time. We have a somewhat allergic bulldog so he goes to the vet at least once a month. Dr. Pulliam is sooo awesome And sweet to our dog and us, we love her. She is always patient and just a great down to earth person and has such a sweet smile too. You can tell she really cares about our pup.

The Vet we saw, Dr. McDunnough, was outstanding and we will continue to come back for her. We did not think the front desk staff was anything special but we did like our technician. We have been bringing our furbaby to Town Center for 12 years. During those years our Chuhuahua has been treated by many Veterinarians, most who have moved on, and some who recently joined. We want to say that our recent experience with Dr. Amber Pepper has been wonderful. Problems that were marginally treated have been given great care. She calls us as soon as the test results are in, prescribes meds for treatment, whereas in the past we had to keep calling for up to 3 weeks to get results. We are very pleased with our dog's care now.

This is absolutely the best place i could have taken my cat. Their intentions are 100% pure and your pet's well being is the only focus. Dr. J was super attentive and took the time to check in with us before closing and it really made us feel much more comfortable about a really difficult situation. I have been taking my American Eskimos dogs here for close to 7 years now. I have had 3 excellent doctors during that time, but that level of turnover has been less than ideal. It's really their ANNUAL DENTAL DEAL that keeps me coming back. ALSO, sorry if this is a little morbid, but their end of life set up is second to none!! They have a room that is prepared so beautifuuly for you and your fur baby, when that awful day comes. Overall, I DO believe they are fair priced and knowledgable - my only reoccuring issue is that they are SUPER BUSY, so you need to be YOUR OWN ADVOCATE when you go there. I often have to know what questions to ask and be a bit of a pest in order to get all the information I need. Example: My dogs had some pre dental test - bloodwork, EKGs, etc. Then the next day, I dropped them off for their cleaning, yet no one had gone over the results with me?? I had been told these tests were important to have prior to my dogs being put under the anestisia. Anyway, it took my pushing the issue on this to find out that the doctor would be calling me prior to each dogs procedure to inform me of their test results...now why didn't the tech just tell me that when they took each dog from me?? Answer: Because they are SO BUSY!! So, as long as you are aware of this challenge and can stand up for yourself there, I think it's a good choice to take your pets. UPDATE: Apparently my honest feedback was not appreciated and I have been dropped as a client after writing this review. So, be warned and do what you will with this additional information.

I was a new pet owner and adopted my Cuddles in Dec 2019 and we were referred to Town center animal hospital by the rescue adoption agency and was advised Dr. Pepper is her veterinarian. I have never been to an animal hospital nor a veterinarian. I did not know what to expect on my first visit in January. The entire staff is courteous professional and friendly. The doctors has shown care and compassion when it came to Cuddles and offered guidance and assurance on how to care for her. I left there feeling completely satisfied. All my concerns were addressed. Prices were very reasonable. I recommend Town Center Animal Hospital. I will not take Cuddles anywhere else.

Have always had a very pleasant experience bringing our pets here, and our dog has even looked forward to his vet appointments! I guess he can tell just as well as we how passionate everyone is about what they do and the love and special care they give when handling their patients. (: All the staff we've encountered have been very friendly and knowledgeable. If I had to try and pick anything, and really this is very minor, is the few times we've witnessed a lack of communication/miscommunication between staff members on what is happening. Other than that there is really nothing else. Thank you guys for being awesome and taking care of us!

We’ve been taking our French Bulldogs to Town Center Animal Hospital for over 6 years. Dr. Leslie Stewart has been the kindest most caring human ever. When it was time to let my sweet Max boy go after 12.5 years, she came to our house and allowed him to gain his wings in the comfort of his own home- We can’t express how meaningful that was. Leslie is patient, respectful and kind. She always makes the time to speak to you, and really listens to your concerns. We recently welcomed a new puppy into our home, and Dr.Stewart and her entire staff always welcome my Louie with open arms and tons of love. I would highly recommend this office, Dr.Stewart the kind office staff and all the other Doctors in this practice to anyone whose looking for a new forever Veterinarian. ❤️

My cat, Avery, became I'll and was having trouble sitting or laying down. He is an old man, at 14, so I assumed the worst. I made an appointment the night before and received confirmation for the next morning. They got him in just a few hours after I requested it. I was so anxiety filled on my way there but immediately felt I was in good hands when I arrived. The staff was exceptional. Dr. Pulliam was so caring and knowledgeable. My cat hates everyone but me, so I know he must have been very hard to deal with, but they did a great job treating him. Thank you so much. Avery is feeling so much better!

DR.PEPPER IS AWESOME! Not only because of her name, but she is incredibly caring and I've never taken longer that 30 minutes to COMPLETE a whole visit. They are quick, but still thorough. The nurses are all really nice and quick to help. Also the prices are very reasonable and anyone should feel comfortable bringing their beloved fur babies to the vets are town center.

Despite the pandemic we're in, everyone here at Town center animal hospital was still able to deliver a great service. The doctor was very detailed and gave me the best recommendation and treatment for my Little chica. She stopped itching and without them she was still be miserable. My 12 year old cat suddenly stopped eating and became lethargic over the course of a couple of days. I called Town Center Animal Hospital and they quickly set up an appointment for later that day. Dr. Stewart, who’s been her primary physician for the last 8 years, ran the necessary tests and quickly noticed a problem with her kidneys. As a result we were effectively able to administer the medicine she needed, when she needed it, and is now doing much better. Thank you Dr. Stewart for everything you do for our pets!

We moved to Summerlin a year ago and were desperate to find a good Vet for our English Cream Golden Retriever and 19 year old Cat. When we were referred to Town Center Vet it felt right from the very beginning. An all woman medical staff and a front desk that supports super stars. Not only have they served us above and beyond from saying goodbye to our elder Cat, but caring for our Retriever and now . . . a 5 month old Doodle puppy! They are always responsive, empathetic to pet owners needs and if you write them a message on their web site portal they always get back to you ASAP. We feel like we’ve found a family that cares for our four legged “kids”, and loves them as much as we do. #trusttowncenter

This is the best vet in town by far. We had visited 3 other veterinarians in town trying to save our dogs life before we came here. Everywhere else wanted double the amount to perform our dogs surgery. We explained our situation financially and they genuinely wanted to save our dog. They were able to do it for half of the price I was quoted at the other vets. I never had to call them to check on my dog once in her 2 day stay. They always called to update me and answer any questions I had. I will never take my dog anywhere else again, this is her forever Dr. Thank you Town Center❤️

I started taking my dog to Town Center Animal Hospital on a recommendation from a friend. When we adopted Kati, the first vet we took her to did not treat her gently. She is now a little bit of a handful when she goes in for visits. But the team at Town Center does an amazing job being patient with her. She has been in for everything from routine checkups and boarding, to cactus spike removal, to dental work. This last time she went in for her dental cleaning, she did not seem to bounce back from her visit as quickly as I would have thought. She developed a sniffly nose and sneeze, with no appetite. Dr. Pepper and the other vets went out of their way to figure out what was wrong. On a busy Friday and Saturday, they made time for thorough checkups, and decided to keep her overnight to help get her started on her antibiotics regime (since she was not taking pills from me). When i came to pick up my girl the next day, she was happy and perky and feisty again. They clearly care about your pets there, even ones marked with a "go slow, will bite" on their charts. As nervous as my little dog gets, they handle her with grace. I can't say enough for the team there.

Everything I could ever ask for in a family vet. They helped our senior Pekingese, Haystack when he was critical and fresh off the streets. He wasn't in good shape when they got him and Dr. Monica and the crew have literally nursed him back to health. He went from crippled to walking again! They are reasonable and never make you feel like money is priority. The amount of caring and compassion shown by these doctors proves to me they are here to help our community's animals. The patience and dedication to do everything they can for our babies has made me switch veterinarians even though I live across town. My husband and I have been taking our 2 cats here for about 1 1/2 yrs and have overall been satisfied with the experience. They are a bit slow in getting to the appointments on time and we generally have had to wait anywhere from 15-30 for the vet to come in. This last visit it seemed as though our vet kept assuming she knew what we were going to say and kept interrupting us so we could not finish what it was that we wanted to say This was very annoying and not very professional. I would say if they worked on being more punctual and brushed up on their listening skills, I would definitely have given them a 4.

We brought in our older poodle because she just wasn't acting herself. They were able to fit us in right away. They ran a quick test, and we found out she had pretty high blood sugar. So they kept her for almost a week to get her blood sugar back to normal. They asked us how much they could go up to, and we gave them a budget. They were able to work with our budget and help our sweet girl. Dr Brooks was very helpful. He took it upon himself to keep a close eye on her and constantly call us with updates. While she was at the hospital, we were able to come and visit our girl anytime we wanted to. Our girl ended up having type 1 diabetes and needs shots twice a day. Dr Brooks showed us how to give her the shots, and helped us feel more comfortable with it. We really appreciate the Dr and the staffs help. They have been, nothing but friendly and helpful with our needs.

Going to the vet can be stressful, but each of my dogs know that they are cared for while in this office. I have been to other vets in town and was not happy. Words can't express how awesome this place is. I worked with them as a volunteer for the humane society for many years. Recently, I had to have my own kitty examined for a broken tooth. I don't have much money, so I called around to get the lowest price. Town Center was by far the most reasonable. Same goes for spays and neuters. You wouldn't expect it, because it's in Summerlin. But they were less expensive than the Animal Foundation and Heaven Can Wait. Dr Ashley spent time making sure I understood what my kitty needed, and helped find a "donor" who anonymously paid for Loki's dental work. It was going to cost almost $1,000. I was going to have him put down rather than allow him to suffer. I can't say enough good about them. They saved my beloved Loki ❤❤❤

The vet and vet techs are overall comforting and genuinely seem to care for the animals and their work, so I was comfortable with letting them take my pet for treatment. However the girl that did our check out was young or inexperienced and did not convey the same feeling. Also, I was called around noon to come pick up at 3-4pm. I said I would come right at 3pm and was on time. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes before being checked out, and when I had a question on the bill, was brought back to a room to wait 20 more minutes before the vet could come back to speak with me and give post-op instructions and feedback on the bill. Waited another 20 minutes before actual check out in the room and then another 15 minutes before having a vet tech come to FINALLY deliver the cat after a whole 1+ hour of waiting and she was the one to help finish answering my questions. I would have appreciated more if intraoral pictures had been taken and shown because I am in the dental field. Only post-op radiographs were taken and provided. Also, please make a pet portal that is accessible via browser and not just on an app because I can't add it to my phone and thus can't view the handout the vet provided me. E-mail responses were good when scheduling the appointment, but hard to get a reply anytime else.

From Dr. Lavengco, Pulliam, Pepper, and McDonaugh, they have all been fantastic and answered any and all questions with pup's health as their number one focus. Their "bedside" manner is great and always positive and my pups actually look forward to coming here! On a sadder note, and as many of us owners have experienced, we lost our 13 yr. old great dane/lab mix at home 2 months ago and the entire staff at Town Center was amazing. What an amazing group of people! Brought my rather large 8 yr old pitbull here after he refused to walk and his hind leg was severely swollen. It took 4 people to get him down the stairs in my home (my Meatball is a big boy) and attempt to get him to our vet at Banfield only to be told they could not see him due to appts that day. Came across Town Center when googling emergency vets and after reading the great reviews, decided to call. Bethany listened to my frantic explanation and got me in that day with Dr. Pepper (yeah I know, I giggled too)..what an amazing vet! Great vet with reasonable prices, I would recommend asking for Dr. Cade Laveco. He helped treat both of my cats when they had upper respiratory infections. I had Dr Pulliam but she was very careless as she never showed my cats xray and left me waiting in the room for results for about 40 minutes. When she finally came back she smelt like food so instead of my cats health she chose her lunch. I still never got a call from her to discuss the xray. Luckily Dr Cade was more than happy to help.

I have been bringing two cats to Town Center Animal Hospital for the past 3 years! Dr. DeVilbiss has been wonderful with them! I recently had to bring my deaf girl cat in for not eating and vomiting blood! When I called first thing in a Sunday morning the staff made no hesitation about getting my girl in to be seen. Dr. DeVilbiss worked thoroughly to determine what was wrong with her and took excellent care of my girl! I liked the fact that they did not rush into any major unnecessary procedures. I did have to leave her overnight to get IV fluids and meds. When I went back the next day to pick her up after work she looked a thousand times better!! Me being 3 weeks from having major surgery myself it was difficult paying that vet bill however I am grateful to the care my girl recieved! It could have been much worse and fortunately I have pet insurance getting back more than half that bill will be extremely helpful! I greatly appreciate the care both my cats recieve from Dr. DeVilbiss and the staff here!!

I moved to Vegas from Southern California 2 1/2 years ago. I have tried vets all over and they were just decent, getting the job done, some barely satisfactory. As soon as we moved to Vegas of course my little Boston Terrorist, Dylan George, got into something as he always did and I had to find a vet quick. My roommate happened to find a coupon for Town Center Animal Hospital by accident in a slightly crumpled pile of papers. We got an appointment within a few hours. The first Doc we saw was Dr. Brooks and I was immediately sold. He came in w a smile and he actually had a personality! He spoke to me but also paid loving attention to my dog, son. He gave a quick, expert diagnosis and we were out w some meds. Since then we have gone back for shots, boarding, which both my dogs, and my 2 neighbors dogs, were very happy with, when they came home which means excellent treatment, and a few more mischievous mishaps. About a year ago September, Dylan, 11 yrs, started getting seizures. I forgot her name because we only saw her once but the female doc put him on pheno and he has been on it the past year. To make a long story short, lots of phone calls, which every doc there always returned promptly, a few check ups and a slow decline, 1 yr. to the month later, it became that time. I made one call. Town Center Vet's amazing Angela rushed Dylan in the back and Dr. Burghardt did everything possible for 4 hours. He also up updated me for three of those hours. I made the decision every mother hates to make and told him that I couldn't put my baby through this anymore. He asked me if I wanted to be w him and I rushed down there. It was so sad but Dr. Burghadt was so compassionate and communicative along the way. I couldn't have asked for a more dignified, beautiful way for my little man to cross the rainbow bridge. All in all this hospital is exceptional. It doesn't look or smell like a hospital. It doesn't have that hospital feel. Excellent prices, exceptional customer service, extremely sanitary, highly intelligent, friendly and loving staff that give the utmost care to our babies

All the front end staff at Town Center Animal Hospital are friendly and helpful and its obvious that they care about the pets brought in by their owners. Phone calls to the office are answered promptly and whatever customer care that can be afforded by phone is. Dr. Cade Lavengco, DVM who recently took care of my rescue dog Rocky with horribly infected teeth did a great job. Rocky's teeth were yellow and looked rotten and in fact a couple of them were. I dropped Rocky off for treatment about 8 AM and Dr Lavengco told me he would take good care of Rocky and call me to tell me what needed to be done beyond cleaning his teeth before he did anything. About 10:30 I received a call from the Doc himself, not one of his staff and he discussed what he thought the best course of treatment should be. I gave him the go ahead and picked up a groggy Rocky about 2 PM. I am writing this two days after the procedure and Rocky is doing fine. He is happy now that his infected teeth are gone, healing nicely and back to his old self. If you are thinking of going to Town Center Animal Hospital and Dr. Cade Lavengco, DVM, don't hesitate. I read some of the other reviews after I wrote mine and I don't understand the negative reviews. I found their pricing very reasonable after price shopping other Vets, A friendly and helpful staff and a Doctor just wanting to make my dog feel better. What more could you ask for or expect?

Staff is always friendly and Dr. Pulliam is very knowledgeable. They don’t gouge on services but take a step by step approach and take time to explain the process. Prices are reasonable. Only down side for me is that they don’t accept Amex but overall great office.

MAK pronounced Mac (Michael the Archangel Kaplan) is my 16 year old Snowshoe. She (we) had not been to a vet since I got her from the shelter as a Valentines gift 15 years ago. We were nervous, but what I thought was wrong…wasn’t. So, Purrrfect. And so was the experience. From check in to check out the staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Pepper was reassuring and MAK loved her. Cat get any better than that!
