I went here for the first time a couple days ago and was a bit nervous as I had a regular vet before . I had such a pleasant experience and so did my pups! The staff was so helpful from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I went in as a walk-in to have yearly vaccinations for my pups and only waited about 35 minutes. I mentioned my pups were a bit fussy w other dogs and they had me wait in a separate room which I thought was fantastic that I didn’t have to struggle or worry to calm them down around other dogs like usual. Thank you so much to all the wonderful and friendly staff, they should be recognized for there speedy and pleasant service !! We will be back :) Affordable as well.

Went here to get my boy up to date on his shots. They do walks in vaccinations here. The staff was very friendly and it goes quick even though its busy. My pup was in and out didn’t take forever like a lot of vet offices do just for shots. By the time I sat back down again to wait for him while he was getting his shots the tech was already back with him. The office was very clean and I always saw the techs walking back and forth with mops and brooms so its nice to know they keep it clean there! They don’t charge you for the office visit either so that was great saves you money. Will definitely be going here again when my pups need anything.

We took our kittens to be neutered. They were very helpful and friendly. But one thing that really is still with me was their kindness towards our kittens and us. Then a follow up call from Jess seeing how they are and if there were any problems. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner.

Had my Ramona, (k-9) get her shots. Then spayed. They are very affordable. I recommend for the spay n neuter clinic that you make your appointment in advance. It is worth the wait. Everyone is polite, friendly and good with the pets. We had a good experience. We made a cone out of pool noodles. For after the surgery. As you can see in the photo.

Staff is very friendly and took really great care of our babies. Don't forget to bring some snacks and water because the wait time after checking in can be a couple of hours. Remember that this is a LOW COST clinic so it can get really busy, be prepared!

Made appointment for my babies for a spay and neuter. Staff is amazing! They were all friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable and Efficient! Could not ask for better pricing and savings bundles. This is the go to place for vaccines too. They did everything from the rabies vaccine to trimming my babies nails! Great place!!!!

I experienced a wonderful customer service, I have to return in 4 weeks with my puppy Cash for a second round of vaccines. Anticipate about an hour and a half wait with out an appointment. Great work girls. We love you ❤️

I have five cats that all got all their vaccines for under $250. Their staff is very friendly and communicative. I tried their walk-in hours for the first time and it was very busy and a little chaotic. I prefer making an appointment, the only wait time is filling out paperwork and making payment.

I volunteer at a no kill animal shelter. Recently I took 12 dogs there to be altered. They got them all done in a day. The larger dogs in a bad mood afterwards were muzzeled, so it made it much safer for me to get them loaded up for the trip back to the shelter. Staff was friendly and showed great concern about the health of one of the dogs, (was under weight. We got her this way and we will put some weight back on her before putting up for adoption). So the care about the critters they work with.

I would give them 5 stars but they don't allow you to accompany your dog in the room for shots my dog came out with a bloody nose and scratched face. Pet owners know their animals. Exception's should be made for animals that struggle with anxiety.

I had a great experience there I've been a few times with my two David &Cinderella and then I'm kind of like the patron saint of feral cats in my neighborhood LOL 😇 During the covid debacle everybody else was closed down.these people were steadfastly taking care of animals so they get, 👍👍 Thank you! Even tho when we went there was many people, the lines moved pretty fast. It was well staffed, nice workers. There is 2 waiting areas. I think they're very thorough & explain procedures well. They also sell Pet accessories, incase you go in without leash or collar. Prices are Good, not over-priced.

Very nice and kind staff! 1st time here and I would suggest waiting in the car even if the wait time is over an hour. My wait time was an hour and 45 minutes but I was called in to wait inside by the hour. Then it was about another 45 minutes until my dog was called for her shots. Wish I brought a book to read

They did such an amazing job! My cat came home so calm and happy. I was really impressed. The incision was way smaller than I had expected, my cat was shaved on the tummy and the recovery has been so easy. My cat ate a small amount of food within an hour of getting home and has been fine with her cone. They did a fantastic job!

Ive had other fur babies fixed and this clinic differently hooks up the babies with the meds so they dont feel any pain for at least a week and they get down ww where in and out babies were fixed they call you come pick up the fur babies now my doogies are like nothing its been 3 days Miss Lulu is back to her hor mess self and Mr Luigi actually next day looked like he boucned back quik

I do a lot of my routine stuff at Vetco, but unfortunately Vetco charges $200+ to spay/neuter. I was flabbergasted when I found out it was $75 at this place, making the add ons such as the cone more affordable as you're saving money on the spay/neuter. Extremely busy place, but the prices are really good and the people are very nice. It's in a strip mall, but there's lots of ample parking. They have a cool check in where you scan a barcode with your phone well you wait outside or in your car if it's too hot. And then they send you a text when you can come in. The walk-in vaccine clinic is busy but again very efficient staff that get through people and pets as fast as they can. There is not a lot of shade outside if you're waiting, but they do have a doggie area where they have poop bags if you need them.

I just had my second little girl spayed here. Both experiences were great. Instructions were through and clear. So far I have had three cats that have been here for their immunizations as well. The facility is clean and well organized. The staff shows care and compassion in their treatment of my little ones. Immunizations are very reasonable, quick and you can not find spay services anywhere in town for this low cost. I like the fact that they specialize in spay/neuter because this means they have a lot of experience performing these surgeries. It is very convenient to be able to have immunizations without an appointment so that I can fit it in my schedule depending on how my day unfolds. It would also be nice to have a low cost full service vet in town using this model.

Thank goodness they had room to let my dog wait in private! My dog gets a bit anxious in most settings he's unfamiliar with, so I go close to closing as there are generally less patients close to closing than when they first open. I went about 10 min before they close on a Sunday and they made time to give my canine friend his rabies 💉!! Thank you!!

Chip check and shots for stray puppy. This experience was okay. Though it really does make a difference on employee's attitude. The young lady checking me in was snippy and cold. I'm 60 and needed bathroom of which there was none. The young lady checking me out was upbeat and sweet. Put pup in cage after shot because had to run to garage to use restroom. Helped me get halter and leash back on. She was very helpful and sympathetic regarding lack of restroom.

Make sure you go on a weekday. This place is crazy busy on Sunday. Also office staff is a little cranky with all the people and dogs in there. Actually it was just one lady, and realize you get what you pay for. This place is for shots, that's it. Probably spay and neuuter too, just don't ask any real questions about your dog. They'll quickly refer you to a vet. Other than that, it was great on the Wednesday though. I was in and out in about 1/2 an hour. As opposed to a 2 hour wait on Sunday. Three stars because they advertise vets, but don't let you see or speak to one. Your dog is taken from you and comes back after they do the shots. No big deal to me, but if I were one of those people who thinks there dog is there kid, I don't think I'd be Ok with that.

Budget friendly for those looking to get their fur babies vaccinated. Only down side since they offer low cost vaccines is that wait times vary. From personal experience the shortest time I've waited is about 20 minutes and the longest 1.5 hours. The staff is friendly and they explain everything to you as soon as you walk in.

I've used this place before I found dr Winn it was years ago.Dr.Winn retired.I meet someone who found a dog and wanted to get it spayed inexpensively I gave them the name of the vet i use now Pet Health & the spayed & neutered center.spade & neuter center use to have an expensive spades and neuters.Even though I took my dog to the same regular vet the shot prices were expensive.But the shots at the spade & neuter center we're $12 each and if you got an package it was even cheaper you don't pay for a office visit. about the spade it turned out perfectly, Except they did not give my dog any pain medicine for after the surgery I had to ask my vet.lucky he understood.

We were told to arrive at 8 am on surgery day. I’d recommend getting there earlier if you want to get in and out. I arrived on time for registration, was number 12, and was out by 8:45. I called a few times to figure out when I should arrive to pick up my pup and couldn’t reach anyone over the phone. They texted me at 3:30 to arrive at 4:30pm. They gave aftercare instructions and called to check on my puppy the next day. It was very busy but they were organized. Bundle prices were a lot cheaper then my vet however the center is booked out a few weeks at both locations.

I took my very scared dog, Clyde, in to be neutered. He is a rescue and he was absolutely terrified. The technician, Maria, was AMAZING. She took things very slowly so as not to scare Clyde further . The love and compassion that she showed my boy was heartfelt and genuine and made me a feel a lot less anxious about leaving him for the day. His surgery is being done by Dr. Groghan who I already know is the top of her field. I have tremendous peace of mind knowing my boy is in such good hands.

This is the best clinic for pets that I have ever seen! They are friendly, quick to respond, and offer great prices/services! They not only spay and neuter, but offer vaccinations, microchips, and nail trimmings! They also have bundles where you can get multiple services for a great price! I have recently had 2 kitties spayed here, and I purchased the bundle for microchip, spay, e-collar and nail trimming for both kitties. After each spay they walked me through how to care for my pets, and they're always responsive when I text/email with questions. Super friendly, supportive, responsive, and they offer great prices and services! I'm not sure what else you could want from your local spay and neuter clinic!

Efficient process for spay and neuter. On par with the best prices across the valley. Walk in vaccination hours are limited, but not unusable, but there can tend to be up to a two hour wait time so I suggest you view it as any other normal medical office and just make an appointment. Super sweet staff and most competent doctors. They were even extra protective by sending home a little extra mild sedation as my Italian Greyhound is a naturally boingy breed and truly benefitted by just being just a tad woosier than normal for the first 3-4 days. Good call, doc! Thank you! No pulled stitches!

Everything was perfect. The first phone call the lady was so nice and explained everything perfectly very fun and friendly. When I brought in my dog Fred they were very sweet with him. They were on time no wait. I got him back within a few hours and he was almost healed in 3 days. The cost was less then half of what my vet wanted to charge. Fred only had one testicle dropped so they had to do a special surgery which went perfectly. They also put in a chip and did his claws!!! Very very happy.....

So far, pretty good. I didn't encounter any problems during my first visit. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the Vet. Prices are reasonable for shots. I'll update review for the next 3 visits. Tip: Shots have a scheduled time (like 3-5pm). It is limited to how many they can fit in. Be prepared to spend an hour or two; therefore, plan for bathroom breaks and toys to occupy them. Although they all seemed content to watch the other dogs/cats, think of it as a car trip.

I'm so glad I found this place! Very organized and clean. Friendly staff and Dr. Taryn Griffith took her time and explained the spaying process to me. In at 7:30am, staff called me at 11:30am to tell me that Candy did just fine and I could pick her up at 1:15pm (same day). They gave me discharge instructions (and explained them), also pain medication if needed. Candy was sleepy and groggy the first day but was up and about next day. Great price.. Spaying and micro-chipped... $147.00

This will be my 3rd year with them and I am very happy with the service I get. Always so nice and helpful on the phone and in person. Got three pets spay/neutered with them and never a problem or concern. They are very good and caring with your pet so makes you not feel too bad that you have to leave them there for surgery. I've used the Spay & Neuter Center for almost 10 years now. I've never once been disappointed with them. Our most recent visit was to get our new kitten spayed. I've had dozens of cats spayed throughout the years and I am absolutely blown away with the quality of this spay. It's been exactly a week since we spayed our cat and if her hair wasn't shaved, you would not be able to tell she had been spayed. There is virtually no scarring and the incision is so small and clean that it simply looks like an itty bitty fold of skin. I seriously had to look for it to check it's progress in healing tonight. I will continue to use and recommend them.

I took my cat there for vaccinations on one of the days that they do not require appointments for vaccines. While there was already quite a crowd of people there upon my arrival, they were organized and very quick. Very friendly and most of all, affordable for someone on a fixed income like myself.

i would take my animal there again and recommend to others. i got the micro chipping & vaccines done as well. staff is friendly and answers questions. the place is packed, they are VERY busy. the vet did fly in and fly out of the room but i WAS able to stop her exit twice and ask more questions (without protest from the vet). staff was good enough to take my questions to the vet that i forgot to ask. i went on a Saturday, waited maybe 20 minutes at drop off to talk to the vet and close to 30-40 minutes altogether (waiting for them to bring me the animal, instructions and check out) at pick up time. but their cost was $110 cheaper than my regular vet so it was worth the drive and extra hour.

I love animals and I have brought my pets here for spay and neuter services. The walk in vaccine clinic is so convenient and with 2 locations. They have a system that works great, you grab a clipboard with a number and fill out the forms, they call your number you go up check in and pay then wait a short time, your called back seen and on your way. Even with a full waiting room it's never taken more than an hour. The prices are great very affordable and the vets and staff are all so nice and professional.

This place is amazing! The staff was very comforting and just as nice as could be. With the exception of the older lady with blonde hair. Watch out for her. In fact, I wouldn't even deal with her if at all possible. That would be my only complaint. She is just rude, and for no reason. Just rude. Everyone else, exceptional. I took my Macaroni in to be neutered. I had to wait a month to get an appt but when I got there, I only waited about 10 mins. They examined him and gave him a shot to relax him while I was there. I took care of the paperwork and done. Check in took probably 30 mins. I have Medicaid too so it only cost $20. They called me and let me know when he was out of surgery and that he did good. Then they called later to let me know he could be picked up. The Dr. even let me take pictures for Macaronis baby book! The location is a bit tricky to find. Even Google Maps gets it wrong! You can only use your Medicaid once a year so if you have multiple pets, take them all at once. You have to show your Medicaid approval letter and shot records. Make sure you make the appt in the name of the Medicaid recipient. Otherwise that rude lady will treat you like a moron! Overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience and Macaroni is doing awesome!

I was told to pickup between 10-11 by noon I call to check in on my cat and get put on hold for an extra hour, eventually having to hang up and call back. When I did get ahold of someone they tried to tell me about the wrong pet, then after telling them my pets name, they assure me they are working on that paperwork as we speak & I’m told the wrong gender and surgery description. Next they insisted pick up time was never 10-11 & was only the time to expect a call for a pickup time. However if that was the case why didn’t they call me with a pickup time? Very confusing 😰 Ultimately surgery went well, I was well satisfied with everything besides this.

I had both of my boy cats netured here. They also received shots and booster shots. I attended the shot clinic that they have from 3-5. It was busy but the staff were very organized and it’s basically a take a number and wait you turn. The whole visit lasted about 45 mins from start to finish. I then took them back 6 weeks later for their neture. Check in was at 7 am I got there at 645 and doors were open right at 7. They gave my kitties the once over check again to make sure they were fit for surgery and the nurses took them. I picked them up at 1pm and was given very detailed instructions. My 8 month old puppy is very nervous/anxious with new people, so has never left us except when we go to work. Trips to even the pet store for a treat are traumatic for her (she's a rescue). The vet did the exam on the floor, and knelt down, letting my dog approach her at her own pace. Next thing I knew, my dog was up on her haunches giving the vet a kiss, then went to check out the vet tech, tail cautiously wagging but relaxed. When I picked her up from her procedure, she was given a blanket (aww), and was completely cleaned up, and everything explained to me in depth. She had a great experience, the vet techs were fantastic, and the vet was amazing. For $190, I got two rabies shots (my other dog needed one), nail trim, spay, microchipping and registration, her pain meds, sedatives, and huge peace of mind. Way better than the clinics that start at $300 for a spay on a dog over 6 months old. Fabulous care, both for my dog and for the us! :)

I called the office on a Friday morning and the young lady listened to me as I cried while speaking of my Yorkie's condition. We took our beautiful Koko to them the next morning secondary to her having pyometra. She was very sick and in very bad condition. They were so great to her and you can really tell that they care. The Dr. spoke to use in detail about the surgery and the possible out come. The surgery went great. We picked her up that day at 5p.m. They sent her home with medication and instructions. They called the next day to check on her, and she was doing great! We took her for a post op visit the next Saturday and all went well. They called the next day, Sunday to check on her. WOW. I wish that we could use them as our primary vet. Thank you to the staff!!!!!! Thank you for being so kind and caring. P.S.... Koko was back to normal within a few days of the surgery:)

This place gave my service dog her most recent vaccines back in September of 2018. Urban Underdogs assisted me with the cost of Princesses shots. Urban Underdogs help the homeless with pets and people on very low income. The problem I have with this veterinary office is that due to Urban Underdogs paying for half her vaccinations, they refuse to send me the records of her shots. I need them to move into an apartment complex. They dont care and will not reach out to Urban Underdogs regarding my request. So I have contacted Urban Underdogs, however i no longer reside in Las Vegas, NV.
