The Front Desk staff always answers the phones which is incredibly important. They are efficient at check-in/check-out and extremely gracious and nice. Toni (tech) is amazing and explains directions for meds and follow-up care with a smile on her face. Dr. Schroeder usually knows exactly what might be wrong with my pet and has a wonderful bedside manner! Just a great team. The Front Desk is really the key to determining how the hospital runs.

I loved the service Paradise Pet Hospital (Flamingo location) has offered. Baby Onix (Yorkshire) had teeth cleaning and tooth extraction done, they called me to keep me updated about Onix’s procedure during the day. I loved that they called the next day to check on Onix to see how he was doing. Totally recommended!

I love this place and so does my Maltipoo, Princess! The staff truly cares about your pet and are flexible with their hours. They have taken great care of her since the day we got her and even though we recently moved 45 minutes away, we will always use Paradise Pet Hospital! Also, vaccinations are very reasonably priced!

We recently moved to the area and I knew I would have to find our cat a vet at some point. Unfortunately, an acute medical situation sped up that timeline. Conveniently located, they were also able to get us in on relatively short notice. The entire staff was friendly and kind, everything was explained clearly to us, and they gave us "low end" and "high end" prices and treatments. Despite our first visit being for a medical situation and not just a routine check up, it felt like we had been patients for years already. While not the way I would have liked for us to find a vet, I believe we have found our cat's new primary vet.

I had somewhat of an emergency with my dog. One of her bottom teeth broke and was hanging out the side of her mouth. Plus I could tell she was in pain from her teeth. I don't have any spare money so I was really worried and not sure how I was going to get her to the vet for some relief. I read the reviews on just about everything so I started on the internet reading reviews of veterinarian offices. I was happy with what I read about Paradise Pet Hospital and it was right down the street from me. I take the bus so that was another plus! Then I saw they had a coupon for a free first exam for new patients! It couldn't get any better. I actually cried because I was finally going to get some medical attention for my Penelope. I called and they told me I could come right in. I still had to print the coupon so I scheduled for the next morning. I arrived about half hour early but didn't have to wait. I went right back to a room where the assistant help us and was so nice and patient. The doctor came in also. He was very nice and helpful. My dog has bad teeth and they need to be pulled. I was embarrassed for them to look in her mouth! But they didn't make me feel like a bad dog mom or judge at all. They simply went over everything with me and the cost. They gave suggestions how to finance it ($1800.). I didn't have the money for her medicine but they let my friend pick it up for me later that day. We gave the girl our coupon and we were done. It's very clean in the office and doesn't smell like a wet puppy dog! They are all so nice and understanding. They were very gentle with my dog. She only weighs 3 pounds so it's important to me to be gentle with her. They called me the next day to check on her too. Paradise Pet Hospital will be her doctor for now on and if you are looking for a vet, I recommend them! Thank you Paradise Pet Hospital for taking care of my Penelope and thank you for the coupon!

I moved here 2 months ago and this hospital helped me get my dog up to date on shots and they were quick and affordable! THEN! After being here for a few weeks, my poor pup had a run in with a not so friendly neighbor dog, and this clinic fit me in right away, no ifs ands or buts, they just told me to get there and they'd see me! They not only made sure my pup got antibiotics but also helped me manager her pain. They also let me help hold her and comfort her during her exam and worked around me being a hovering dog mom. They are friendly, kind, patient, and affordable! I HIGHLY recommend you take your pup here!

I have had pets for 51 years of my life and this was the best Veterinary experience I have ever had. Upon entry: The first thing I noticed was that there was no “Stressed animal smell”. In fact it smelled clean like it was sanitized the night before. The front office staff is the most professional and time effective ever. I gave them the names of my previous vets and within 15 minutes they had my dog’s medical records. All with a smile and courteous exchanges. Fully impressed. I was moved into a room and my dog was given time to chill out. Eventually, she laid down and stopped rapid panting and that is when the vet tech came in. The vet tech was professional, intelligent, caring and interacted in a way that didn’t stress my dog. He had me manipulate her while he stood at a distance and observed. I can’t explain what a difference this makes. It was clearly intentional to keep my girl chill. They took my girl back to do the examination and then the Vet came back to give me some results, in a timely fashion. She was bright and focused on the most urgent care needed and what was involved. She pushed other treatments back in light of what was going on with my dog. I feel like this is a major separation from vets that push every single modality possible for your dog without, as in this case, considering things like my dog’s immune situation. The payment options were laid out in a way that the most important stuff was in one category and equally important, but more expensive stuff was laid out in a second column of quotes. I had been to a Vet in Pahrump shortly before this so was sensitive to the pricing. (I reviewed them too). The pricing at this practice is highly competitive with any vet on the market. They aren’t selling you things you don’t need and are sensitive to how expensive vet care can be. The prices I paid are the lowest for the services that my animals have received… anywhere. They are not trying to rip you off based on your emotional connection to your pet. They are real, intentional, and I sense they care more about your pet than an extrodinary profit margin. What else can you possibly hope for from your Vet? No matter where Valkyrie and I may roam, this is our Vet.

I came in because I found a lost pet and needed to see if it was microchipped. The staff was so nice and helpful. Genuinely seemed happy to help me in my situation even though I had never been there before and they were providing a free service that they are in no way required to do. Because of their help, I was able to reunite the lost pet with her owner! I was very impressed. If you're looking for care for your animal, I would definitely check out Paradise Pet Hospital. Since I just moved to Las Vegas a few weeks ago, as soon as my dog started showing signs of a possible bladder infection or UTI, I called 3 veterinarian offices near my new home and none of them could take in a new patient! I finally called Paradise Pet Hospital, littler further of a drive, but they took us in within an hour of calling! Their office was clean and inviting... After completing our check in, we were taken into the doctors office where we waited maybe 20-30 mins, but the vet tech was friendly, patient, listened to all my concerns and seemed to really care for my pets well being! Bella was taken back, and only gone for about 20 mins before the Vet, Dr. Gibbons came in to explain what needed to be done to diagnose her properly, once they had my consent they took immediate action and Bella is now doing so much better! Thank you so much to Dr. Gibbons and staff for taking us in and taking care of my baby, despite being a new patient! XO Michelle & Bella Berlanga

I was going to write a 1 star review of this place , but after reading so many one star horror stories. Many of which mirror mine, I decided to give it 5 stars so it would be read. This place used to be great, took my last cat there when it was located on Cambridge st. A fire burned that place down and they built a nice big pet hospital to replace it.fast forward to this year. Brought my newcat in for shots. They talked me into wellness plan. Free shots,free nails, free spay and free microchip free dr.s visits.$75 down and 35 a month So I said shots and nails trimmed this visit. They brought my cat out very quickly and said she was done. I Several months later I brought her into be fixed. That's when the receptionist told me she needed her shots!! They lied to me on that first visit. So, I essentially paid 75 for a nail trim. 9 months later I bring her in to be fixed and they tell me the procedure is free but if I want pain medication it will cost $70.00 which I didnt have. ( Talk about EMOTIONAL BLACKMAIL) Which is the same amount they charge at another discount vet clinic for everything. Quite coincidentally, my next payment bounced and then they sent me an invoice for the balance of the contract!! I had already laid out $300 for SERVICES NOT RRNDERED and they threatened to send collection agency after me. I was going to go in today to try and work it out but after reading horror stories, idk! I will write another review detailing the results if I try them again.

Flora was super helpful at the front desk when getting my grandmother’s Maltese to get her teeth cleaned and extracted. She answered all of our questions and the rest of the staff were so patient. I appreciated the amount of communication they had with us during this process. They called me before any teeth were pulled so that I could approve it first and get the final estimate. They even called the day after the procedure to make sure our dog was okay. Would definitely recommend this vet!

I have four cats and have been bringing them here for about 5 years. Thankfully, we've never had a life-threatening issue but we have had to deal with bites, urinary crystals, dental work, and regular vaccinations. I've always been pleased with the level of care and the price. I can't compare it to other places obviously, but it's always seemed fair to me and they make sure to go over all the price points with me in detail so there are no surprises. I've also never felt pressured to take a more aggressive or expensive approach than was necessary, they are honest when telling me whether we can 'wait and see' about a particular issue.

Every person has been beyond kind and friendly , the doctor is very professional and you can tell he’s passionate for animals. From the initial phone conversation to getting a tour of the facility to picking up our dog for departure the team at Paradise Pet Hospital were phenomenal! We boarded our dog for seven days. I recently took my Pomeranian here for her vaccines and she was comfortable being there. Their entire staff is friendly. They treat your dog like it is their own. They are very professional and get everything done in a timely mannor. They also have very great vaccine prices. I would definitely recommend bringing your car or dog here.

Great place. Everyone was friendly and very understanding. We used a groupon for teeth cleaning. My dog is 7 and has never had his teeth cleaned, but they made the process very smooth. Got a little high on price for all that had to get done (including some extractions), but was really worth it. My dog's teeth are clean, and he seems way more happy.

I found Paradise Pet Hospital after losing confidence with my previous vet and I must say the move has been excellent for me and my cats. In addition to being closer to my home, the staff have been professional and incredibly kind to both myself and my girlfriend as well as our cats. They know them by name and know exactly how to handle every situation. They even recommended a clinic they have three times a week for vaccinations which saved us a lot of money. Wednesday 2-4, Friday 2-4 and Saturday 2-4. Check this place out for your pets and you will not be disappointed. I have only ever seen happy dogs coming into this vet as well as leaving.

The place was nice and clean, prices average . Went to have lily's nails cut had to have up to date proof of shots and she was not up to date so she got her shots then nails done. Price was under 40 $ so good that included shots and nails. Did need a apointment but able to get in that day another good. So all as usual compared to other like places, but did notice she did not seem to be in as much pain as she had after getting previous shots good. So we liked this place

I brought my dog Luke in for the Groupon teeth cleaning and wound up having a pretty substantial bill upon check out but I have ZERO complaints as everything I was charged for I was totally expecting and was necessary. The work that was performed on him was outstanding and the treatment he received from the staff was far beyond what any other animal hospital has provided me. Everyone from the receptionist who was super cool and very outgoing to the Dr. who was very professional and confident and knowledgeable. Overall 5 stars ++ couldn't be happier. P.s. - this place is also VERY CLEAN with no bad smells in the lobby...everything was very nicely kept.

Everyone was so nice. Typically if I get a bad vibe from anywhere I walk out. When I walked in, it was really welcoming. They explained everything they would perform on my baby boy. They called to inform me everything went well and he would be ready for pick up in a few hours. When I picked him up the Dr. brought him in and explained he was great and nothing to worry about. The nurse called me Monday to see how he was doing. He was doing great. Back to eating normal. Great pet hospital.

I took my 12 year old Westie in for a much needed dental exam/cleaning. I felt terrible that he needed some teeth extracted, but the staff made me feel good that I’ve done what’s best for my dog. They called to check on him the next morning and schedule a follow up appointment to make sure he is healthy and happy.

Very nice office, great friendly staff, fast service. The main office/waiting room was super cute and spotless and not a tone of people waiting, the exam room was a good size so we didn't feel cramped in with 2 adults and 2 dogs and the veterinary tech was really lovely, she didn't puss us to anything we didn't need or want but rather told us her recommendations. Their prices are very good too. Highly recommend! Update, I took my 12 year old baby in for her teeth cleaning and knew she may have had a small infection and possibly needed a tooth pulled. Dropped her off at 7:30, they called at 9am to go over blood work and explained all they found and what we should do to find/fix any issues but said she was good for cleaning, they called again at 10:30am to tell me after xrays a tooth needed to come out and I approved the cost, then again at 12 to tell us she was done and doing great and would be ready to go home by 2pm. We there they went over everything in detail, we even got to keep her teeth in a little jar!!! ❤️ I'm very happy with this office.

Even though it may have been a one time visit as I was in from out of town but I will forever be grateful to this staff and Dr. Van Der Walt. Had an emergency with my dog that required surgery. Being a veterinary techinician myself I was wary of trusting her with anyone other than our regular vet. From the time I came in to when I picked her up every staff member was friendly, thorough and so very helpful. I felt totally comfortable trusting them with Noodle. I spoke with the Dr. before and after her procedure and she made me feel confident in the recovery process. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. They go above and beyond. I first brought my mini golden doodle here in an emergency. We were only costing Vegas then and she split her paw pad open on an escalator (last time she’s ridden on one of those). They did surgery and she healed up great. Now that I live in Vegas I take her here every year for her dental cleanings because they’re really reasonably priced. I also come for other issues. They always call the next day after a vet visit just to check in how meds or working or how your pet is doing.

Excellent condition of the office clean and tidy in the examining rooms! I like bring my Babies over there because it seems like the attendance or technician care for their patients! I am also satisfied on the care of my Babies! Also they are close to where I live in and easy to make an appointment! And you don't have to wait too long in the waiting lobby or the examining room. The Doctors always explain throughout all about what is going on with your love ones! That is very important for me most of all for the Doctor's opinions! Great service and value for pet dental cleaning. Small less than $4 added cost at time of service for non included medical waste disposal. Any issues beyond Groupon voucher were provided with estimate. Recovery was much better than expected. My dog woke and was alert with little post anesthesia effect. This was a welcome surprise. Other vet I used overdosed and made previous teeth cleaning recovery much longer as in days rather than hours. Information at each step was conveyed professionally and with no presssure to accept. I chose to decline recommended 3 teeth removal. Doctor said two lower incisors were loose and rear Lowe tooth showed gum shrinkage. Extraction seem too extreme for my healthy dog showing no prior sensitivity. Cleaning alone could contribute to loose inscisors. We will monitor and do better at post hygiene effort. All in all, good service and value but recommend using you discretion in accepting add on procedures. You can say no.

I took my dog for the dental coupon I got on Groupon. Great deal, by the way. They were wonderful. I also didn't read directions on pain meds. So basically I over dosed my dog. So i took him back in and they did there magic and my baby is great again. Great staff. Clean. I will continue to use them.

When I took my my dog to paradise pet hospital,it was a learning experience the doctor made it very simple and easy to understand what was going on with my dog. This is the second time we brought our two girls in to get their teeth cleaned. They are very reasonably priced competitively around the valley. We drive all the way from Summerlin because of that fact. They don’t do any unnecessary extractions or push for all the ridiculous stuff to drive the price through the roof. They take good care of the dogs and take time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Paradise. I wish it wasn’t so far for us because we’d love to use them as our main vet service but for now we will continue to make the drive for dental cleanings.

Clean environment and very friendly staff. They even called to checkup on my dog the day after he had his teeth cleaning to make sure he was doing well. I am pleased with the results-- pearly white teeth and no more stinky breath! Being able to use Groupon for the service was a huge help financially. I have had this procedure done on my dog in the past (somewhere else) and he was loopy for 3 days afterward from the anesthesia. So, the fact that he was happy/energetic and able to go on a walk the day after his procedure was a HUGE plus for me. Upon Dr. Campione's request, we took our Zia to get the lump on her chest checked out ahead of her dental cleaning and surgery. We expressed our hesitation about the doctor seeing her before the scheduled surgery as it will be another added cost. She had a lump taken out here 2 years ago. The doctor checked her teeth and the lump and concluded that she wouldn't need teeth cleaning as of yet and the lump in her chest is just fatty tissue and is no cause for concern. We admire Dr. Campione's honesty and integrity by not pushing through with the procedures just to make money especially during these uncertain times when you have to choose between paying one bill and your pet's health. Located near UNLV and the Boulevard mall. Cross streets Maryland Parkway and Flamingo. You will find Paradise Pet Hospital next to Cowtown Boots. I arrived around 8:20 am to drop off my dog to get his first teeth cleaning. First impressions: cute and clean. It was just me and another dog parent there. I have a four year old wiener dog. I arrived back at 3:30 pm. They call you when they are done. I met with the vet, Dr. Goodman who performed a brilliant job in polishing and scraping off all of my dog’s tartar. Received my dog back and he was was happy go-lucky. No status post effects of anesthesia. No more bad breath. Just sparkly and white teeth. No gums bleeding. The two girls working in the front and vet tech were kind as could be. I trust this place with my canine’s teeth and will be returning back for future cleanings.

She has been my Vet for over 15 years but their prices are high and my budget is decreasing with inflation. When I saw the groupon for pet teeth cleaning I called Paradise. I will return... lots of pros Here are a couple suggestions... 1. It is important to meet the vet so he can answer questions and ease your worry 2. Since I am a nurse, I have syringes available but after a dental, administering pills is difficult and painful. I suggest liquid meds and a syringe with a tip (Not expensive) at discharge. Or about an injection to get them thru the first night? 3. Reassure the owners that it is normal for their babies to be in pain and how to handle it. It is scary when your dog won’t stop whimpering.

I figured be better via Paradise discount and have more $ towards Coco' s extractions and they have great reviews. Now they have one more 5 star review from me too. From check in to check out the front office, Vet tech's and Dr's are great. Was still way less than my other Vet. Total with Groupon, for 4 extractions, meds great care and piece of mind for me, came to $460. I will definitely be using them now for Coco' s care.

We were traveling from Indiana to California when our 12 year old Boston terrier, who has a history of congestive heart failure, went into cardiac distress. We were panicky to say the least. Googled vets in the nearest town which happened to be Vegas and found Paradise Vet Hospital. By the time we got to the vet office, they had her records already from our vet at home; the vet, Erin Wilkins, read the records; and was ready to see Abby! The staff were absolutely caring, compassionate, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Wilkins was knowledgeable and caring. Thanks to her we still have Abby with us, she has gained much needed weight and is perkier than in a long time. Thank you Dr. Wilkins. If we lived in Vegas, you would be our vet choice!

Excellent Vet., Erin She throughly explained everything and was clear in the home instructions for our little dog, Zoe. We were using a Groupon deal for dental cleaning that Ended up being expensive due to other dental work required. After we got the total picture regarding the issues beyong cleaning we realized this was more the result of our lack of dental care for Zoe for the last 7 years rather than any other factor. We were on holiday to get married in Vegas. The hotel was being difficult, Paradise was able to get us in quick. They were very helpful and very nice. We paid up front for 4 days but only left him there for 2 nights. They called us back and refunded our money for 2 days even though we had said we would pay it either way.
