Excellent service. Got all the necessary shots for my dog which were $80. My dog also had an eye infection and the doctor looked into it for $40. All the people here were great and courteous. I will definitely keep bringing max here

They are very attentive and nice. The staff is so compassionate and understanding. This is not the first dog that I bring here. I have two others that come here and they are so nice with them. The price is affordable unlike other places that charge so much for nothing. The assistants even played with my puppy while he was hospitalized. I definitely recommend coming here.

They do a pretty good job with routine and basic care for your pets. They are also pretty straightforward and affordable which I appreciate. However, do not come here if your pet has an emergency or a serious concerning condition because all they will do is refer you to a specialist. I’ve came here several times with my cat, he had a skin allergy and had open scab wounds. They referred me to a specialist after I took him for a follow up. I instead took him to a vet in Culver City and they were able to help me there. I then came here again since my cat developed a blood spot on his eye and they made no effort in giving any antibiotics they just referred me to a specialist. Hope this helps everyone, don’t waste your time here if you believe your pet has something serious.

Best pet hospital! I took my 8 year old siamese cat here 2 months ago because she had a huge lump on her head. They were able to check her out and inform me that she had a cyst. They had to put her under and preform a small procedure to remove the cyst. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to afford her treatment but they have very affordable prices!!! They took very good care of her and are always there when I had questions! Definitely recommend this place ! :) She’s all better now! No more cone and no more stitches! Forever grateful!

They only take walk ins, no appointments. The wait is about 1 to 2 hours but worth it. Great staff, great service, great prices. My babies felt comfortable (at the vet!) and I was allowed to come in with them.

I rescued a Kitten that had a viral pulmonary infection and took her here with a voucher from the rescue she was seen and rx prescribed with very reasonable prices. I had a free f.u for a week later and my kitten was better and I was prescribed another med. She prev weight under 1 lb now shes over 3 😍😍 My kitten survived and shes great now. They saved her life!

The overall experience was favorable. We got there early and the wait time was not too bad for dropping in which was nice. While I liked that they were speedy and efficient, it all felt very clinical and cold. The staff are definitely courteous but I am left puzzled trying to gauge whether they seem overwhelmed with how much they have to do or don't care about the work they do.

We researched vets for a long time before deciding on Green Dog to do our dobermans ear crop. The price was by far the best and service was always timely and professional (do arrive before 8:30AM to ensure being seen early.) Everything went smoothly and her healing was amazing and the lead veterinarian was attentive at all stages of the process. Unfortunately, two weeks after her stitch removal our dogs ear became severely infected. After being misguided by other professionals, we returned to green dog. Given the rarity of the occurrence and the perplexity of its cause, the veterinarian offered to treat our dog free of cost. This included board, medicine, and the surgery necessary to correct it. We are being grateful to have found veterinarians so dedicated to the well-being of the animals they treat. The price is unbeatable as is the care.

First visit our dog was hit by a red truck they said put her down she wont make it she still here having pets is expensive and they don't offer payment plans you have it if not they assume how severe the injury is and give you advice they didn't charge to tell me that but im glad i didn't listen all the way and took my dog home making her as comfortable in her last days that end in her total recovery.If you need shots and simple care this is a good place to go but don't take your injure pet unless you have money to pay up front their prices are reasonable compared to other places.

So I use to go here when I was a kid & Dr. Green was alive. That was almost 50 years ago. I'm sure he's smile to see where his legacy is today. The service is good, very good. I like how creative they gotten to help their patience get seen since the pandemic. A lot of other offices are closed or backed up. Stated they can't see your pet for a couple of weeks. Which forces you to go to a hospital and pay 3x the fees. This is unacceptable. Every industry has had staff and shortages that's the pandemic. It's good to see one company figure out a way to not let this be a problem in servicing our pets.

Friendly place I've been going there for many year now. Quick service with short wait time. Price is fare base on other clinics. If price wasn't an issue it would be 5 stars. I also know you have to pay for what you want. I'll be back there when needed. No other place I would go.

Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a vet. Vet charged me 35 for consult and 240 total for medication, shots, i.v. fluids, tests and my follow up check up is free. Great, great place!!

Have taken us as a walk in Everytime as they do not do appointments. Doctor is very caring but obviously has to be very quick given how many people they see. Saturdays are busy but to be expected. Because of COVID they have you sign up at the door but they'll give you an estimated waiting time then.Pricing is always very fair and up front. They try and give you options to fit whatever budget you're on.

I been going to green dog and cat for the past 30 years yes 30 I love my animals I have had cats and dogs and anytime I needed a hospital/vet it was here. I laid to rest many of my animals and ever time I think I’m done God sends me more to take care of.. So sometimes vets can get a little expensive but God finds a way to help me take care of his animals through low income programs or help from stray homeless animals so you see Green dog and cat hospital keep up the good work lower those prices lol… staff is great and pleasant.. thank you all for your service..

Came to bring my puppies for their first vaccination. Upon entering you are sent to the past as the clinic's architecture is totally something from the 1920's- 1930's. Totally rustic and beautiful architecture. From there the staff at the reception area are very attentive and welcoming as well. I quickly got attended to and was sent to the examination room. I was excited to see that the doctor actually came in to do a full examination on my pups. I thought my pups were simply going to get shots by a technician like most other places. The doctor was super nice as well and you could tell he loves his job. Definitely going to recommend this spot as it's a hidden gem in our community. Thanks for the amazing service guys

Came in today without an appointment. My cat has a sever eye infection that I unfortunately I neglected and it got progressively worst throughout the week. I was the first to be seen. I got there at 8:30am, and was quickly seen by the doctor at 8:40. The doctor recommended that I go see a specialist and provided me with list of local facilities. Best of all, they did not charge me for the consultation. You can bet that I will be recommending this place to all of my friends. Thank you so much for everything.

I went during Covid time and everything was great, except the fact that I had to wait 2 hours to be called, but they let you know when you first arrive. Someone comes outside and checks you in and let's you know it's a 2 hour wait (I went on a Sat) so not sure if it's like that on the weekdays. Nevertheless, my cat was attended well, and I got the help that I needed. He is doing better and recovering well. I recommend going early, like 7am or before because I got there at 8am and there was already 8 people in front of me.

Very friendly staff despite the overwhelming amount of patients they are taking in during this pandemic and the accommodations they have to make to make sure everyone maintains their distance. I waited outside for them to see my pretty baby Minerva and was very satisfied. Prices are very reasonable. Wait time is approx 1.5-2 hours but they call you if you don't want to wait however, you have to keep track of time. Please be patient as the staff only follows protocol to maintain the facility under regulations to be able to stay open. This will definitely be my babies new vet.

It's was speedy service which was good, one thing I didn't like was that we too my mom's dog to be out down. He was very sick and old. They didn't let me be with my mom's dog while they put him down. I know some people wouldn't want to be there but I did. ( My mom didn't want to) I wanted to hold his paw so he knew he wasn't alone in the end... Just my preference. But the employee tried very hard to convince me not to. It should be my choice, no? Didn't like that. R.I.P 🐶

Affordable place to bring my pet for any treatment. Staff is always super nice and a joy to talk to. Treatment given doesnt always work though. Paid $200 for medicine and the only thing that really lasted me was the shampoo. Took my kitty to Banfield and she was already starting to get better within a week.

No wait. I brought my 2 month old Pitt Bull for her first vaccinations. I was actually on my way to another place 2 minutes down the street, where I was preparing for a long wait, but noticed their sign out front. I was called to a room immediately. Deworming was free. Staff was friendly and attentive. I'll be back in 2 weeks.

I've only been here once (~Nov 2016) because I had to put down my dog. The staff and the doctor were kind and patient. They let my dad and I be in the room with Rocky as he was euthanized. They gave us a chance to say goodbye before and after the injections. I give them 3 stars because they didn't give him enough the first time so we had to watch him quietly gasp for air. It took my dad questioning the doctor/staff for them to give him the second dose. Obviously this was unnerving especially at such a sensitive time. They offer cremation through an outside party. We decided to keep our dog's ashes (it was about $150 for the most basic offer). We did not feel pressured to purchase. I think the euthanasia was around $120.

I had a good experience here. I was dog sitting and the dog got into some chocolate. Just my luck, right? So I knew enough to know that it is poison. I rushed the dog to the vet, everything turned out fine, it was no cheap, but breaking the news to my buddy his dog died of chocolate would have costed me my life. They helped me a lot with my kitten but unfortunately I lost it and I had to put it to sleep because it was suffering a lot my heart broke into pieces we did everything but it couldn't be saved his name was Cachi and we picked him up from the street his mom died in a fire He and his little brother managed to save themselves and we adopted them. His departure left us all very sad..🙏🙏🙏
